, please nay one can guide what is white label exchange , but any site we need to carefully choose before doing any transaction ,as some sites are not that legit.
White label means that there are 2 parties involved in management of an exchange.
One party takes care of technical side of project - like software and server.
While another provides the marketing, branding and financing. Takes all the risks and assumes all legal liabilities.

There are many exchanges who offer affiliate programs but they dont offer white labels.
