Do you know what would be the best and fastest way to buy bitcoins in China?
Thanks a lot

Here are some of the top exchanges in China:
   * https://www.btcc.com/ - One of the oldest exchanges in china (June 2011)
                                      -  0% fees, for buying and selling, making and taking
                                      - 0.38% fee on bank withdrawals
                                      - Works with Litecoin as well
                                      - review  here  (http://theblogchain.com/bitcoin-exchange-reviews/btcchina-review/)
   * https://www.huobi.com/ - No deposit fees but with 1% to 2% exit fees
                                       - Has lending arrangements
                                       - Review here (http://theblogchain.com/bitcoin-exchange-reviews/huobi-review/)
   * https://www.okcoin.cn/ - 0% maker, 2% taker
                                      - BTC, LTC
                                      - futures market
                                      - doesn't accept US deposits, only crypto accepted
                                      - low level account ( under 2000$ ) , no USD withrawals allowed
                                      - Review here (http://www.allfreebitcoin.com/exchanges/okcoin-review/)

*There are plenty other exchanges that can be used to buy btc in china like localbitcoins (https://localbitcoins.com/country/CN) , or  site with links to exchanges for china (https://www.buybitcoinworldwide.com/en/cn/)

You can buy BTC in China with Haobtc as well as the other options listed on here. If you are interested, they also ask like a bank giving out interests on the amount of bitcoins that you have inside of Haobtc. Here is the announcement thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1023187.0, but like always, caution is advised when trusting other people with your bitcoins(they even have their own mining farm!).

I think the bank option is quite good. You can earn some interest there if you want to keep the bitcoin for some time.

...

Does localbitcoins.com have any operations in China?

Are there any BTC ATMs there as well?

The more options in more countries, the better!

I ever buoght BTC from China website and I recommend to www.huobi.com. Some reasons maybe same with other users that ever bought in Huobi:
- 0% fees, resulting in very high liquidity
- Volume also quite high as a result: they report volume in excess of 100K BTC / day.
- Lending arrangements based on a VIP system that I don’t completely understand due to it being in Chinese. You can leverage, and it appears to be at rates of about .2%/day.
- Located in Beijing proper

Thanks,

You could check the review here http://coinour.com/index.php/review-exchange-btc38/
Quote
Extra 1% amount of deposits will be topped up on your account’s balance. For example, you deposit 1BTC, you balance will be 1.01BTC. It charges 0.1% trading fees. But BTC38 will take 1% withdrawal fees to balance it. It is to encourage users to keep funds in the exchange rather than to take out.

Localbitcoin is not anonymous. You have to upload your ID to the site to verify yourself. So it is not so safe.

So find me an exchange, service or other way of trading BTC-FIAT where you don't have share any kind of personal information with the 3rd party.
Because I honestly don't know anything like that.

Someone was asking if Localbitcoins works in China - Yes, they have Chinese branch. Link: https://localbitcoins.com/country/CN (https://localbitcoins.com/country/CN)

Are you sure you can use china bank account to deposit cash on BTC exchange, I know they ruled banks as forbidden for buying bitcoin

Maybe exchanges using personal accounts or some other way to go over bank limitation, I know BTC exchange is not forbidden in china but buying bitcoin kinda is
Would be nice to have first hand info from someone there and real experiance

In BITKAN, you can use WeChat wallet or Alipay. If you want to buy bitcoin via USD, JPY, RUB, you can use western union or other payment method. It depends on what kind of method the dealer accept.

if you familiar with fast movements, then you are good to choose huobi because in huobi the movements is unpredictable, in a second there are many movement, up and again so fast, and if we don't careful, we can lose much.

but as long as i am trading in there, i am put order buy in the middle of the all order and just waiting in a minute or so and then after its fill, if i am sure that the rate will be up, i put order sell in the middle of the rate and see if its right to go up or not.

all in all, i really like of huobi rather than the other, i don't know why. maybe for first time, its could make you confusing, but after you adapted, you become familiar with the market.

How do we buy from Chinese exchanges? Deposit funds into their bank account via international fund transfer?

I am suspicious on that scheme. It is better if it is in exchanges where there are many traders. Nowadays its hard to trust someone whos only email or wechat address whom we know. If they are known for China, they should have more client or they can sell it on  exchanges, right?

I see your point. But what makes people trust Bitfinex? It is based in Hong Kong. It is also an overseas exchange.

I think the Gemini is the best exchange. It has the financial service license. It is also an insured exchange.

Gemini is rather new compared to the other exchanges but their backing is substantial, making gemini a reputable exchanges for bitcoin buying but also trading bitcoin.
The fee free exchanges are a little bit fish and I would advice to ignore them.
