I think amost 1 year that i am still using bitcoin so i use bitcoin i think july 2015 last year.
I am still in bitcoin because its really profitable if you are holding them  for a long time you can make a good amount of profit right now but nefore i just thiking that bitcoin is real or not.. i am just earning few satoshi before until my account here are increasing rank and join in signature campaign..

I started with Bitcoin, middle of 2014. I just randomly ended up there after chasing around some links. Made a friend who taught me about trading, and then it was early 2015 when I started with this forum and then on to gambling.  :P
I remember my first Bitcoin was bought for around $200, been a lot of ups and downs but, still here.  ;D

I started getting into bitcoin at around 2013, when I first heard about it. I started getting my first very own satoshis on faucets. Then I discovered signature campaings and have successfully promoted numerous brands since then, and made a bit more. But most of the BTC I have I have bought.
I didn't start using like 2 years after that so 2015.

I remember bitcoin being around 1.1k$, that's then I heard about it but later on I've went on a litttle break when I completely forgot about it. Later on, I've returned and made an account here. :)

Literally today. I'm completely brand new. I found it through a social media site called
Steemit which led me to check out cryptocurrencies and now I'm hooked!

I began in 2014, after seeing it was accepted as a means of payment in a service I used.

now is my first year,, 2016

I started using bitcoin in mid-2015 but I was aware of our lovely cryptocurrency before few months, maybe late 2014 if I am not wrong

I started late 90s lol. bitcoin isn't even a decade old for it to be accurate statistics when voting.
A few thousands years ago money was invented now you can imagine  bitcoin isn't even a baby yet :)

I was aware of Bitcoin back in 2013 around the time the price was going near the $1000 level. It was amazing watching the price go through $1000 for the very first time. But real usage happened in 2014 for me. That's when I started to see the real potential of Bitcoin as technology and as currency, instead of being only interested in the price and profits.

The first time I got into the world of Bitcoin was around 1 year ago. But that was not really even the tip of the ice berg for me. I started to understand fully Bitcoin in april this year. That was the time I joined this forum and staryed posting and learning from more experienced members.

I somehow managed to start all the way back in 2013, and I'm quite glad that I decided to get into it. There are a ton of things I've learned from being here and I've managed to go and make some money doing it too, and I'm immensely glad that I've been able to do things on here for the past few years.

I started to use Bitcoin in march 2015 , and to be honest I started with faucets because I were not know other methods to get Bitcoin , but after I joined this forum everything has changed , I started to learn new methods and discover new sites , and now after about 18 months , I am still looking forward to learn more about crypto world , because this world always has something new .

That is a pretty long time mate, I started in 2012 to be honest, I love the bitcoin and I think that it still has a great future.
Every day there are more people joining it too so that is a good sign.

In this time is already passed 1,5 years for me be a bitcoiners, and just hear about bitcoin from my friend and he teaches me if becoming bitcoiners will very useful for you on your condition and I'm dealing with their invitation and until this time feels convenient to stay with bitcoin.

I started use Bitcoin in December 2013..Yeah my friends tell me about Bitcoin and step by step I learn more about Bitcoin..Lets say like faucets,Mining,trading etc actually I still looking ideas for make some project about bitcoin :D

As far as I remember, i think I began using it last year 2013, during that time bitcoin is already popular but I have not find that idea of investing with it because I was a gambler that time and my real intention to use bitcoin is only to ease they on my gambling hobby, but still I am thankful I know bitcoin even if I was a little bit late.

Just starting my journey in bitcoin at 2014 and the booming of the stellar at the time, and this is my second year using bitcoin and i having a lot of knowledge and experienced from bitcoin. just voted for 2014.

September 2012, when a block reward was 50 BTC. Mining on a CPU was still profitable. I sold all but a handful of my BTC within a few months when BTC had "gone to da moon" at $50.  :'(

I use bitcoin and I know bitcoin in December 2015 ..
And I start to invest that date but I'm getting scam .. I'm very sad because of that and after the failure we have a success and i m happy now.

Just like you I started using it the time I earned it and it was like six months ago.  Heard of bitcoin thing last year but I did not pay any attention because my friend told me that you could earn through it but it will take time and the amount is not that good.  So I search for some online job and then met again someone and introduce me on how to earn bitcoins.  

I began using bitcoin since 2015 and I don't know the forum yet by that time. What am I doing is that I am just keep on visiting faucets and some blogs on how it is really moving in the market with bitcoin. But  I don't know why I didn't fell to the forum by that time. And as a matter of fact, I am still able to keep on reading some blogs which is related to bitcoin.

Now as to the question, which has been asked before:  I started buying bitcoin last year, just around the time I registered on this forum.  Bitcoin had been on my radar since 2013 however.  For quite some time I thought bitcoiners were delusional retards, but that was just my experience with this forum.  It took me a while to realize that bitcoin itself had potential and actually had a vibrant community, bitcointalk.org notwithstanding.  So I haven't been in the game all that long, but I am damn glad I didn't buy when the price was $1200.  That's something that would totally be me.  Did it in 2000 in the stock market like an absolute anus.

i started using bitcoin as just a plaything back in early 2014 with faucets and playing gambling games. but later that year i started investing real time and money in bitcoin and have been investing in it ever since.

I heard of bitcoin in the year 2012 but never cared to learn more about it. I ignored it and never believed in it. I wish I had at least did some research on it at that time as it could have made some money for me by now. Then I kind of heard it again at 2015 and this time  I decided to get into the game. Had ups and downs like anybody else. But I love it and It sure is rewarding .

I had been started in bitcoin industry two years ago.  If im not mistaken that was february 23, 2014. That time i heard about bitcoin from my seatmate in school, they were talking about bitcoin, so when i heard i started on asking coz im in curious when he told us that bitcoin is really and it can helps to provide school expenses. Then i do research on internet regarding to bitcoin. Then the best research is to join bitcoin so that i can really prove my self if there is a reality on bitcoin and i found out that it was definitely really.

End of the 2015 was the time when i joined. I`m not in bitcoins from beginning, and that is strange for me how I didn`t hear about bitcoins before, I`m active on internet from 2003 when I bought my first computer. Looks like I always miss bitcoins somehow.
What happened stay in past, now we are here and this moment is important. Now I`m here everyday, and almost everyday I try to earn some coins somehow, somewhere.

back to the topic i'm already joining in bitcoin for several months and when i started, i finding this place and at the time directly learning from this place and i got all of the knowledge from here. and maybe it's too late for me doesn't know about bitcoin and caused by bitcoin my eyes is back opening about the development of the technology.

I bought my first coins back in very early 2013 when the price was around $20-$25. At first I was looking at Bitcoin as being solely an investment tool. In 2014 I started to like Bitcoin because of the technology aspect of Bitcoin, and all the great things it allows us to do. Bitcoin is the kind of financial freedom that I was looking for. And I found it. :)

I started my journey with bitcoins in 2015 when my friend told me about it and he also told me that you can earn it by participating in signature and since then I am earning it regularly.

i was introduced to bitcoin world around early 2014, and the first time i used bitcoin was in the early of 2015 when i do little transaction with my friends, i bought his coupon using bitcoin, its a really good experience and after that first bought, i feel exciting every time when i do transaction using bitcoin

IIRC it was 4th quarter of 2014, i started using faucet and i thought it could make me rich someday but soon i realized i was wrong LOL. good thing for me i saw a bitcoin facebook group and i got curious and searched about it

This is an experience and also knowledge that good enough for you, because you know your life then bitcoin in future will definitely change. Because I am sure that bitcoin will be used by everyone and is inevitably the price offered is very large. Continue to work hard to get a lot of bitcoin so that in the future we could taste victory

Hmm as far as i can try to remember correctly is around September on the last years. So I think it almost full one years ago since i am interested with bitcoin and also have started use bitcoin as well.

Im starting use bitcoin in middle of 2013, buying bitcoin for someone but i get scamed, and im never receive my bitcoin.
then after it im trying to collect bitcoin using faucet. but it's very very small amount and i leave bitcoin for some month  :D :D :D

Is having bitcoin is the same as using it? I first received BTC after that ATH happened. But I stashed it in my walled for long time before and used it later to buy something online.
I can't remember exactly what anymore. No I am using bitcoin almost everyday, to buy some digital goods and exchange it to FIAT (unfortunately) occasionally.

if not mistaken, since 2 year ago or 1 year when i first buy it for some purpose which i forgot what is it XD

I am using bitcoin mid-2013, when it was priced in the range of $1000. so I am interested in using the currency that has the highest value.
but beyond my expectations, it was very difficult to get 0.001 when it ;D

a year ago late nov when i first uses btc to join a ponzi networking since then i hook up with this coin and keeps on holding and using it.

the time was good enough to get to know bitcoin. because in the bitcoin is still in its infancy and did a pretty good ads. So now we can get a good profit, keep trying in order to get a very big advantage,. because the growth of the bitcoin getting better and will we will give you a tremendous advantage

Yes this is the best place to collect latest and updated information related to bitcoins and also to earn descent amount of coins, I became part of this forum since April 2015.

First i hear bitcoin in 2014 it was i learned it from a friend . He taught me how and where i get it the bitcoin in faucet. Very hard work if you claim the faucet until I had amassed , but not so big . Several months passed has taught me to trade Altcoin so that time I learned and until now I earn bitcoin to trade Altcoin .

Haha, faucets... I remember the 2013 hype when everyone went crazy about faucets, I still remember looking after Bitcoin so much that I wanted to buy Minecraft Premium because there were servers for premium users on which you could earn Bitcoin for mining all day long. I used to claim faucets 24/7 and I was happier than ever before when I got my first 50k satoshis.

I have heard about bitcoin in the end of previous year in 2015 but for me it was not understandable and i just ignored it but when I heard about this forum that it is the most discussed forum on internet then I joined it and started to search that why is bitcoin that much important and after knowling about its reality I started to trust on bitcoin and adopted it in 2016

I began using it 3.5 years ago and haven't put it down since.
I think I can do anything with out it now that I have started using it.
It is like a ritual of mine to check it's price too see if I made anything on the amount that I own.  ;D

I started using bitcoin from the year 2012(december i think), i didn't buy any coins back then unfortunately. but i did get some coins from faucet and from gambling site's promotions.

I began using bitcoin last February 2015, I found out about it when I got interested on paid to click sites, there I saw an advertisement and got curious so I read and watched stuffs about it, searched blogs on how to earn some, then I learned how faucets work so there I started earning but then I realized faucets were a waste of time so I searched more until I ended up joining btctalk, to look for all the infos everytime and usually everything I need.

i also started bitcoin this year 2016,
28 june but after that my exams started so didnt continue, few days ago i opened my account and BACK IN THE GAME :D

I started my bitcoin journey at very end of 2014. I started with faucets to earn some satoshi. I remember that I had negative opinion about bitcoin and imagined that it would be difficult to understand how everything works, but later bitcoin became into my main hobbie, I started to read lot of about bitcoin. Well we have the same year to begin with and i started at May and still its hard to understand bitcoin yet but its nice to know that bitcoin exist in this internet world and i am very glad that bitcoin was created and then i begun using bitcoin at October i payed some bills and load my sim card its not really that big amount of bitcoin but i really use it and i was very happy that bitcoin is the way to live life in an easy way :D

It's hard to believe that it's been close to a year since I actually went and started to get involved in this forum, but time flies I guess. Kind of a shame, I wish I had more of it in the course of a year.

I technically started using Bitcoin back in 2015, but I never got involved on here and just decided to go and freelance work or whatever.

It's actually feels decent knowing that I've been doing this for a while, but kind of demoralizing too. Haven't been able to do a lot yet.

If you are working at a full time job then it is not really demoralizing. You are making an effort to use some spare time for making more money and I think that is great.
A year is enough to know a lot and I think you did a good job just by trusting bitcoin.

Actually i have used bitcoins since 2014 on may, i knew about bitcoins from bitcoin.co.id,  but i made registered to bitcointalk on 2015, because i want get the informations and the ways to getting bitcoin's info is come from its forum.

By the year 2015 mid got to know about digital currency as well as about the existence of bitcoin with a unique innovative technology. But I haven't got the chance to use it. Later by the end of the year started using it after gaining some good knowledge about bitcoin and other digital currencies.

I have known bitcoin for a while now, but did not get to use and fully understand it until 2016. Good thing I had a friend who somehow reintroduced me to bitcoin, and from there, I have been actively buying, earning, selling, using and holding bitcoins. It is good to see that there are some who have been using from 2009 and are still into it after all these years.

I guess we have the same experience, only in the year 2016 where I was very interested with bitcoin maybe because the price is great and the community is increasing, with spending more time online particularly in the forum, it gives me time to understand fully the information they feed to me regularly and I was convince that bitcoin is not only a currency but a good investment as well.

I began using bitcoin when i earned by joining signature campaign which my friend help me to learn from it. Well, I knew about Bitcoin since 20th October 2016 (complete oblivion, I know :-\) and started using it since 28th October 2016, because I saw a lot of potential benefits and advantages about Bitcoin that hooked me fast in its world.

I also knew bitcoin since 2014, but I was not so interested in it. my friend just told me about bitcoin, and I heard him, but I did not listen carefully.

and then in 2015, I really needed money. so I asked my friend about ways of earning bitcoin. then he taught me. so I started joining and reading some threads here, and when my account has higher rank, I joined signature campign, untill today.

I began to make my first bitcoins only on May of this year. I heard about it the first time around a year before that, but I was too sceptic. Of course now I regret about I didn't join early. But in anyway, bitcoin is the good source to make money.

I remember the day when i was collecting bitcoin in many faucet and i think june of 2015 i was collecting in many faucet and now use them and scaling it up with saving them and using some in trading also earnings few bitcoins in signature campaign..

My sister told me about this site yesterday. I thought it was illegal but I guess it it not.

i started bitcoin in 2015 and i still feel very good in bitcoin and i earn bitcoin in low amount from online tasks and now i am a good trade and i buy bitcoin with low amount and then hold it for higher price and when price go to then i sell my bitcoin in huge amount and the i get a big profit from bitcoin trading.

I was begin to use bitcoin last year but i do not remember the exact date. i just found bitcoin from some forum which is i am curious that is why i tried to collect them just to prove that this is real or not until i buy s5 miner before but i sold it because it is not profitable right now to mine it..
I sold my miner from nearly city here in my country. i am happy with bitcoin that i am here.. instead of mining bitcoin right now i am doing trading which is more gaining profit than mining with s5..

 first of all i do not know anything about bitcoin but i heard about bitcoin from my relative in 2016 and  then i am going to higher position in bitcoin and now i also teach about bitcoin and i got much more experience and earn extra bitcoin through bitcoin trading.

I was in bitcoin and knew at the end of 2015 and at that time I was not very active in bitcoin so I was a member, at this time I tried to get to know bitcoin and see many threads that are useful in this forum

It was in the late 2014 when I begin to use bitcoins after some friends introduced me on how to use it in online investment. I also learned that bitcoins have both advantages and disadvantages but it has more benefits when it comes to using it in many online transactions.

I once heard bitcion from a college friend, but, it's really hard for me to believe it. I thought he is just gonna invite us like it is like a multi lever marketing. Then, we met again this year and approach us again, we are so thankful that he introduce this to us although we don't believe at first.

I just started this September 2016 because my friend told me about this and I was curious what is this bitcoin stuff all about then he explained it to me. I began using it in 2014 but it wasn't really serious at all. Only last summer I began working for Signature campaign to earn money and finding out more about what Bitcoin is, how does it work and all that kind of stuff. It is interesting that we all are newbies in btc mostly as the poll says. I guess those old forum members just left it now, because of the law quality discussions.

I started domain name reselling in 2013, and when I was doing some research regarding my business in 2014 I got to know about cryptocurrency (I also made $450+) profit with my bitcoin domain name, and then I started accepting bitcoins, and hence I am here. I have deep faith in this technology and believe that this will change the financial lifestyle of the world.

I also started using Bitcoin this january (2016) and I hope I can earn more bitcoin this year. :D

I first knew about bitcoin in 2014 and started to use it in January, 2015. I have learnt a a lot about Bitcoin since then and I realize that there are many benefits while using it. I am a little bit regret not to join the Bitcoin world sooner. If i started in 2009 and held about 1000 Bitcoin, I would be rich now :(

It was early 2014 in me, you can see it in my profile.  I was hesitant at first since I am new to this kind of "world" where being anonymous is popular / practiced.  I was like, is this some sort of underground organization LOL, and then after reading about the forum and the Bitcoin it is promoting, I got interested and still now I have been using Bitcoin.

I've used bitcoin just last month, November. I am envious of people who started early in Bitcoin. I forgot what's it called, I read it somewhere here in the forum. (the person who started at the beginning of Bitcoin). I guess I was just not lucky enough but lucky because I discovered it. I'm trying to influence some people that are close to me try it or just learn also about it. I'm curious on what other possibilities can Bitcoin can offer.

If I remember good I've started using bitcoin in the 2014's fall. I remember my beginning in the crypto world clicking faucets and purchasing gigahashes on cex.io. Those were the days! lol I've joined bitcointalk on December 1st and I never regretted one moment!  8) ;)

I know i joined the bitcoin very late, Well, i came in bitcoin in 2016, in this way. In the start of the year, i know about the bitcoin, and you know that all was by chance happened, one day, I saw about bitcoin video in YouTube, than i searched about it, and my first step was faucets, but suddenly i know about signature campaign and than i joined it, so till that time i came here and still here, Because signature campaign is a good way to gain information about all crypto currencies. 

That's good.  Hopefully you have been able to hang on to some of those bitcoin and some of the other bitcoin that you may have purchased at well below the current market price.

I think that this thread topic is a little bit confusing.. because, there may be a lot of us who are not really "using" bitcoin too much but instead we may be accumulating it and sometimes trading it in order to attempt to accumulate more of it.

I don't "use" bitcoin too much, even though I started accumulating it in early 2013.

As I said, I started my domain name reselling business in 2013 and I came to know about bitcoin in 2014 (while I was doing some research for my business). I registered on this forum on 24-07-2014 to sell my bitcoin related domain names, I accepted bitcoin in deal but converted it to fiat (to reinvest it).

There are not a many merchants in my country (I am not sure if there is even a single merchant in my town) so I am not able to spend my bitcoins offline and hence I spend some online and keep rest of the bitcoins in cold storage.

As far as knowledge is concerned, I consider myself a newbie and that's what makes me greedy to seek more and more knowledge.

I began using bitcoin early 2015, I just bought a few to test how it works and created my own paper wallet. Then I started sending a few satoshi to some exhanges to trade altcoins.  I realized i could earn money trading aside from just buying and holding bitcoins, so i bought more bitcoins and focused on trading.

I started in 2014, well, I just knew about bitcoin then and researched some of it and did few faucets, never continued doing any, lol. Then in 2016 I saw a craze of bitcoin over the internet, and started continuing my research, and then knew about signature campaigns, and in no time I joined one :) Today, I consider myself as someone who knows a good deal about bitcoin.

I also started in that year but I never did something with the faucets, I did some trading back than and also some mining because it was profitable.

I Started Using Bitcoin in 2014 and started  working in it and firstly I tried faucets and collect some bitcoins but then I found that its very time consuming, So I started to find new ways of earning Bitcoins then I came to know about cloud mining and started investing money in it. I also get some profit from mining and then I also started trading and much more things to earn Bitcoins.

I do start using bitcoin 2013 i start faucet that time. Then after a year bitcoin become popular in facebook online investment using bitcoin but many person are greedy they used bitcoin to scam people. Then until now i used bitcoin for trading.

Im surprised about the time i joined bitcoin world, it were in the end of 2014, i were a bit confused about the year, just checked my wallet to confirm. That i know because i were doing faucets and its the first payment i got from bitcoins, something like 22k satoshis.

No wonder you were confused. 2014 was a confusing year. The price kept going down and many mining companies went bankrupt as a result. Hope you bought a lot of coins, because the price won't go that low again.

I've started using bitcoin that I have had since 2015. I always use my bitcoin for my purposes, and for trading. I think it was in 2013 when the price went to above 1000 dollar for a short moment. I read then an article about someone who had a 500 btc from the start, and was now rich. From than on i have been reading a lot of articles about BTC on the web, and started to earn very small BTC Sat; with faucets and so.

i just notice that it is more people are joining using bitcoin starting in 2014 to 2016 because of the trending news about bitcoin that the price is touch into 1k value that many people alread been rich when they are bought a large number of bitcoin for a cheap price and sell after 1k value.
For i am started 2015 using bitcoin but honestly i already knows about bitcoin 2011 but i did not realize that bitcoin will be more expensive right now..

I started using bitcoin this year also. It was April 8, 2016, a Facebook user introduced me about bitcoin because he read my comment in a discussion showing interest. I am so happy that he shared this to me, the biggest opportunity I ever had online so far.

I've been using Bitcoin since late 2012 - early 2013, but not as much as I do now.
I kinda regret not getting into Bitcoin earlier, but I did make a nice profit during those times.

I think that in the early years few people had contact with Bitcoin, this is probably due to the fact that there was not much publicity for the currency at the time.

That's right. People were very skeptic about bitcoin in its early years because they thought it was a scam but then as the years passed and bitcoin's reputation arose, they started to enter its world slowly and cautiously.

It reminds me of The Guardian article that I read when I first joined the world of Bitcoin. It was about a Norwegian man who bought $27 worth of bitcoin in 2009 (equalled 5,000 bitcoin at that time) and completely forgot about them, until the widespread media coverage of bitcoin in 2013 jogged his memory then he discovered that his 5,000 bitcoin worth $886,000 (damn lucky!).

As for me, I started using Bitcoin before the Bitcoin bubble and when the price was around 70 USD per coin. By "started", I mean I create my first Bitcoin wallet and go around filling in Captcha to get some free Bitcoin. I stopped because the "salary" from faucets is too low to keep my interest. I came back in 2014 during the down-fall of Bitcoin bubble (around 600 USD) and learnt about signature campaign. From there on, I continue as a loyal Bitcoiner despite the price dropping below 200 USD and then come back to 700 USD today rates.

You really witness the history of bitcoin, you must receive a reward for your loyalty. If I were in the time you know bitcoin, maybe I will be a millionaire now because I am willing to take risk and buy those cheap price, it has only proven that bitcoin is a strong asset as after the fall down it rises again.

I have started using bitcoin way back 2013 but what I meant in using is not literally using it, just creating a wallet then doing faucets. After weeks of claiming bitcoin through faucets, I had enough of it since it was really really low. I quit bitcoin that time. I only started using bitcoin again way back november 2015 when I started to look for a thing to do besides the things that I do daily, more of a like of a hobby, then found that using bitcoin can be fun so I started using it again and learned many things about it since then.

I don't really mind your overall conclusion, because there is likely some truth to your overall conclusions, but I doubt that the poll data is a very reliable indicator of such conclusion, because there could be other explanations why old timers may not be participating in this thread or the forum generally... and conversely.

At start, I searched ways on how to get bitcoins for free and I found faucets which newbies really do. I spent time maybe a week until I have been redirected here in the forum. This year is a blessing for me because it teach me how to make real money online that I waited for so long.
Talking about the poll, maybe those pioneers just ignore this thread, it proves that newbies in btc are more active in this thread.

It is true. Poll is not reliable for concluding the total users that exposed to bitcoin. To make it easier to conclude. Just go to the list of all members on the forum and get the total user that registered. In that way you will have huge source of data and that is reliable rather doing a poll here because not all users are interested ans see this poll. And considering that all the farm accounts will be representing those bitcoin users that didn't know this forum.

I was introduced to Bitcoin long before like around 2012 - 2013 but then i did not noticed seriously and left it until in 2014 3rd quarter i was in trouble due to financial problem that time i full fledge started to use Bitcoin from faucet and purchased some and played gambling and earned, then one of my friend told me about this forum and then my daily earning journey started and now i am full fledged doing my work in bitcoin industry.

I was first introduced to cryptocurrency in 2013 on reddit when I received a dogecoin tip. After this I received my first bitcoins, on reddit, again as a tip and from there I started using bitcoins. So its been 3 years since I have been using bitcoins :D

Came to know about bitcoin by the year 2014, but didn't believed when people explained about it. From that day started to learn and know about it through various sources. Soon after this believed about it and started to use by the year 2015.

I'm newbie here but I have known about bitcoin in the year of 2013 and I used bitcoin for nearly two and half years.
I really love bitcoin. From the time I knew it, I always consider bitcoin as my money , I can invest, trading and purchase everthing online without any troubles . it brought me back more profits and more chances without borders. That is great for me.

In 2011 i didnt know i was mining bitcoins, I am playing an online MMORPG at home at the gamemaster ask its players to run a software from our PC and in the end of the week the user will get points to exchange for in game items... i didnt know it was bitcoin mining and the game master probably earn good number of BTC from thousands of players mining for him.

Came to know about Bitcoin in mid-2011, didn't bothered much. Started knowing about it after 4-5 months, started trading and using from 2012. Loved the Bitcoin community. Left for a personal job for 2-3 years. Now back casually. :)

is it something correctly buddy..?? . If it is indeed true then your guess is definitely 100% correct, because the sheer thousands of players on one game surely will easily master the game to get 10 BTC within a week. Because in 2011 the use or the level of difficulty is very low bitcoin mining. And also the majority of the players game online certainly has a level of specification of PC/laptop that is far above average where it could help mining bitcoin in no time
 

2016 JANUARY

Same same, mined a bit with my home PC but lost it. I didn't bother much up until the fiasco of 2013.

I used bitcoin around august 2013 but i stop 2 years Using it because i have more priorities before than using bitcoin. I know i missed too much opportunity in notnusing bitcoin for 2 years but it helped my a lot in the present time.

I began to use bitcoin on May of 2016 and that's around a half of the year of my boyfriend's insistence. Almost all this time I was sceptic about bitcoin, but after he showed me the money that he cashed out I strayed to believe.

Insane, huh? I wish all of us here had forgotten about a 1 or 10BTC wallet hidden somewhere safe. If your boyfriend had a 10BTC coin I guess you would've married him instantly :D

I think i just start using bitcoin this last year when i was facebook and looking for way to bills online but i found a site that i can use to pay for monthly bills and i just notice the other wallet that name btc so i just try to search it and ask for support what is that wallet and they say that it is bitcoin now i am interesting because they are let me try the affiliate i just sharing my referral link and i found many people in forum are sharing about bitcoin where i can earn and found faucet until i made a blog for faucets and found this blog.. that honestly its really help me to pay for my bills.. and halving a dream someday that i can have business in the future..

I started using Bitcoin in March 2016,when I wanted to gather some funds,to play them on hyip sites.On the hyip sites  mostly Bitcoins were used to invest.(there were used other payment processors too,but every site accepted Bitcoin).So I started gathering information about Bitcoin,and I started earning satoshis through faucets.(Fortunately,back then faucets were paying much more,then they are paying now.Then I earned 1000 satoshis per claim through faucets,now they are paying max 200 satoshis per claim.But I have seen that 60-70% of the faucets are paying 50 satoshis per claim.So,now it is not worth at all to invest so much time to earn satoshis through faucets.)
I invested my satoshis in hyip sites,I have had some winnings too,but after that I decided better store my satoshis in the wallet as a long term investment and looking other ways to earn even more Bitcoins.But I am glad that I discovered Bitcoin through hyip sites:)

Its begin for me at 2012 But before that in 2009 I had heard about bitcoin, But there were scan projects were going on. So I give certain time to learn things and start to use it. At first time when I sell my faucet earned BTC at $560. But later on price climbed and then dumped hard.

The majority of users have being using bitcoin for a much longer time than in the forum and that is the case even for me,since bitcoin.org was the official site and since there are many forums sites out there with all the crypto currencies i did not really bother to come over here in the beginning but later on i found that the majority of the new coins have an ANN thread here and so is the reason i created an account here just to keep up with the new coins and their debates and to find out whether it is legitimate before investing in it.

I just recently got involved with Bitcoin because I am into some money-making programs that used Bitcoin as their official currencies. Just towards the late 2016. Hopefully it can be a fruitful journey for me and the rest of us. Long live Bitcoin!

I have been with bitcoins for a very old time but I joined the forum later :)

We have 2 people who started using bitcoins in 2009 and 3 in 2010. We can clearly see the growth over the time. Even though bitcoin fall from the heights of $1,000 still we can see the growth in 2013 and 2014 and it is still continuing. It's very optimistic picture and I am sure in next 10 years we will have a concrete user base as compared to that of fiat payment system.

Started reading about bitcoin here and there around 2014, using btc in early 2015 but sadly, didn't have much money back then and couldn't buy lots of cheap coins. but I still think that anything bellow $1000 per bitcoin is still cheap, because price will eventually go much higher. so just hoarding at the moment :D

yes there is still good time to buy bitcoin, you can buy bitcoin below 1000 USD but bitcoin is not going to stay below 1000 USD for a long time  and the price of bitcoin can boost any time. therefore if you are interested to buy bitcoin so you have still some time to buy and after that you will not be able to see bitcoin in current position.

When you don't have the capital for mining BTC in a 2017 pool BTC is just anonymous currency storage.. I can do cool stuff programming around core and electrum and I can't even use it for much else..

You are lucky that you know bitcoin early. honestly i know bitcoins 2012 but i just ignore that bitcoins before because its not so well known currency. regretting to ignore it before..i am in stay in bitcoin 2015 when i was just want to gamble online but i do not know the history of bitcoin i just know when i was search more about this forum and found that bitcoin can increases the value and seen the middle of 2013 the price was increase and  crashed and now graully the price is increasing that i think it is still not late to hold bitcoin or to save few bitcoins just getting the benefits of the price increase.

I started last year of august, its been almost a year, bitcoin price was high and my nephew introduce it to me, he said its a good investment so i tried it and it is indeed a good investment, i did not regret saving and storing bitcoin.

i have never bought the first thing with it but work it buy low sell high just like I do the stock market. What I am doing now more thank pays for the utilities on the house. Have been doing this for about 2 years now.

I started very late so the prices of bitcoin is relatively high already and it was hard to get a hold of some unless you would want to risk sending money to a random dude that might steal your money. I wish I was able know about it a lot earlier so that I could have investing even a dollar into it and would have been a millionaire by now.

i see many people start using bitcoin in range between 2014-2016 and its not long time,and i know and use bitcoin since 2013,and so i think i have more experience here :D but honestly i new to join this forum.

In 2013 end the bitcoin price crossed 1100$, so I heard this from one of my friends. And slowly started to learn about what is bitcoin and how it works. So I started using bitcoin at 2014 but in that the price fall to a hell. I thought this would never come back, but after 2 years the price increased to 450$. Now again the same situation is there the price is so high I don't know what will happen in coming days.

I started using it in 2013 and stopped using it in 2015.

Unfortunately I think it was after mid of 2016 but damn I wish I had started using it in 2009 if that was its first year.
I think early investors and who stuck with it now have smiles on the faces that is ear to ear wide.

I started four years ago. And the value of one bitcoin was about 35-40 us dollar one. I was stupid to not buy to many at that time but my conviction about the value of it was not so strong like it is now. But now is impossible to buy bitcoin because of its value; so I am arranging myself with the amount had from these times (and some after).

My first time using bitcoin is 4 years ago when my friend introduce me about bitcoins and the faucet things. But on that day i'm not serious about using bitcoin because i thought bitcoin is just like another ponzi. Why did you stop? do you start again using bitcoin now, if you buy a lot of bitcoin in that year, certainly at this time you can become a millionaire. sure you regret for not buying a bitcoin in 2013. For me, used bitcoin since 2016, in april to be exact. that price bitcoin is around $320. That time I bought 3 BTC and I sell all in July when the price reach $680.

It's been 13 months I know about bitcoin. But normally since june of 2016 only i had started to invest and do deals with traders, website and other party. Previously i had thought that bitcoin is useless scam but later proved that bitcoin is the only way to earn with less efforts.

By the way, I'm pretty curious about what make you think that bitcoin is a useless scam when bitcoin itself just a currency and not a service providers. Its never too late but but buying right now is indeed not so profitable anymore like it was back in the days when it was very low.

We have the same thought about bitcoin way back then and I even said to myself that I will not use this type of medium that is being use to scam people.

But everything that I said was being overturned and I started working with bitcoin on the same year. And did became serious with it until now.

Yeah seeing the price of bitcoin from 2009 to now gets me a feeling of desperate regret of not knowing bitcoin sooner :'( I could have gained a huge amount of profit thanks to the fluctuating bitcoin's price. August of 2015 was when I began using bitcoin, and I did because I needed to buy some software and I realized they were accepting a payment I never heard of, bitcoin, so I investigated what it was and I immediately thought this was going to be the future of currencies.

Well if you bought tons of it at that time then you probably are rich by now. :D

The price at that time was really low, I believe it was just around 300-400 USD. So if you translate that to today's prices then you would have profited 200% and probably more if bitcoins jump back up to $1,100 levels. Hindsight is really a cruel thing to have.

I didn't remember rightly when but at first time i am not interested with bitcoin. As far as i remember i know bitcoin from game it only give little amount of sathosi and from that in my mind bitcoin is not worth.

Yes because it is not that popular at all so a person or new comer in bitcoin will probably think the same way as we first knew about bitcoin.

I have known bitcoin for a while but only got to use it for over 9 months now. As someone who has seen it rise from $400 to reaching a new high, I am just happy that I am able to witness the potential of such a currency like bitcoin. I engage on bitcoin way back on 2014 but i engage into this forum on 2015 which is already late  compared to the early adopter of bitcoin but still its fine as long im in into it now and starting to earn decent amounts of bitcoin.It does really affect my life somehow because i get some of my earning to use it on some of my expenses.

I knew bitcoin about 2 years ago, after I knew and bought 3 btc with price $210 and then I was sell with price $260, so I got profit $150 only in 3 months. After that I bought 2 units S5 that can earn about 1.6 btc per month. But after halving day, the earning drop and in August I sell it. And now I have 2 units S7 and still I use for mining.

I discovered BTC around September 2016. I got 10000 satoshi through faucets.
Still trying to find a consistent way to get some bitcoins.

As beginning no problem to try faucets it can give us satoshi although only low amount. I am also started looking for bitcoin by faucets and it can become experience for me as bitcoin's user. I started 2 years ago with beginning sell some things here in this forum. At first only for PayPal but after a few days the first guy asks for paying with Bitcoins. And I really didn't know what to do with my first bitcoins. Now I hold my bitcoins because I don't need it at the moment.

Well, I started using bitcoin at the beginning of 2015 and I regret why didn't I started earlier. If I had started using bitcoin during its initial days, I could have been a millionaire. But anyway, I have accumulated most of my bitcoins when the price was at $450 and I am already sitting on huge profit considering the current price.

I do not know exactly the start I was using bitcoin to transact, but certainly the end of 2013 and early 2014 is where I try to transact using bitcoin because at that time the price of bitcoin very nice, reaching $ 1000 is almost equal to that of the beginning 2017's.

I think it's almost 2 years 2015 My classmate introduce Bitcoins to us I'm so lucky to be a part of Bitcoins World  :)

to me i am still not using bitcoin, in my area there are very little opportunities of using bitcoin, as i can only use bitcoin for recharging my mobile balance and nothing else. therefore we mostly use bitcoin for investment. but hope that in future we will be able to use bitcoin in our local market when the number of bitcoin users will increase here in our area.

to me i think i am not still using bitcoin, because we do have any shop who accept bitcoin. therefore i mostly invest bitcoin in altcoin and in gambling, and when we feel the need then convert it in to our fiat currency.

If I remember correctly, it was in the middle of 2015. At the time I thought that the currency was expensive, but that was because I did not know the real value of Bitcoin, nor did I understand in depth the different aspects that make Blockchain Technology a great way to create a reliable and decentralized system for transferring and storing value.

I started using Bitcoin this January 2017. I found it interesting. Because you can earn in a short period of time. It's convinient to everyone, just your phone/tablet/laptop, and you can access anywhere and anytime.

Started to use bitcoin in 2013 when it rushed to $100. Lol, at that time mining was not too difficult, with 3 GPUs I was able to mine some bitcoins with pools, lol not today.

It is never late in bitcoin, though it would have been better for you if you would have joined 1 or 2 years earlier so that you could reach to a good understanding position right now, but still better late then never. Remember there will always be other people after you, you will not be the last, so just enjoy.

I started getting involved in bitcoin in 2015 when the price is around 250. I heard about it before but I did not get interested in it yet. If I did, I could be rich by now. It got my attention when a colleague of mine mentioned it and said he is earning good amount of money doing signature campaigns and trading. So I tried it and got hooked when the price jumped from 250 to about 500. I'm loving it ever since.

I think you entered this bitcoin world correct time, the price of the bitcoin is high, and it's stable for a while now it's increased the high amount. So try to make bitcoin from any other work and make money. This is not the time to buy coins because the price is high. So my suggestion is this is the time to earn money through bitcoin don't miss this offer.
