As with new technologies, coins, there are always unpredictable problems which can't be foreseen. I've tested this coin a lot and very early on testnet and mining was optimized through all stages, however, since this testnet coins didn't have any value at all, transactions were only very minimalistic tested.. Like 1-2 transactions per hour.. Since mainnet launched, I see over 1000 transactions/withdrawals per hour and due to the nature of the coin (anonymous function) it's not as easy as regular bitcoin payments so a lot of those transactions failed until I could fix it about 12h after launch. I've had far over 1000 Mails, Tweets and notification in IRC/Slack and I'm now finally at the rest of them so I'm still very sorry that I must have missed yours somehow, next time just join Slack/IRC or post here and I'll try to be as quick as possible. The nicehash pool looks to have been a straight up theft of all mining hashrate and their daemon was horked up for a while so the pool didn't even find blocks for many hours due to that (I ended up sending them some free hash in that time). The miningpoolhub pool shut down very early on since they couldn't get the thing stable. I heard people saying that coinsforall.io wasn't paying at all either. I did get a couple payouts from suprnova while the price was still stupid (but far less than how stupid it started) so that was something. I ended up pointing everything back here for now.

Today im getting Share rejected (unauthorized worker) error. Yesterday was everything good. stratum+tcp://zec-eu.suprnova.cc:2142 and same for stratum+tcp://zec-eu.suprnova.cc:2143 when i try to mine with nicehash ( Remote pool terminated connection. Trying to reestablish soon.). I deleted workers and created again, but it change nothing. This is problem with zec-eu.suprnova, but with zec.suprnova no problems. I determined I could not monitor my rigs like other pools if done in this fashion. It took a while to figure out I needed to create an account. Once I created an account "ProudClown" and logged in, I got all my miners up and running without issue. I entered in a wallet address in the field provided for auto payout and it was set to 3.0 ZEC. My balance is now over 3.9 ZEC but no payout. When I try to do an "On Demand Payout" it will not allow me to enter an address into the field provided. It has a circle with a horizontal line drawn through it to symbolize "no entry." No address is in that field at all. When I look in the auto payout address field, no address is there either. When I try to enter my address [The one I first tried to mine to without an account t1XAaQnvjwf8JhkwB3ZSBt76oPJE6WspPG4] in the auto payment field, it tells me, "... the address is in use." BTW, I think Claymore could be negatively affected with PPLNS if not many of his users mine on a particular pool, so his worker is active rather intermittent than pseudo-continuous. He could fix it by changing the intervals at which his DEV FEE kicks in. Your pool was one of the pools where the multi-MSol/s miners jumped to when the round on coinmine approached 100%. That pool-hopping took away quite a few percent from loyal miners. Amazing how people cry because of 2.5% Claymore fee but don't realize a monster pool-hopper taking away 10x as much from them. BTW, I think Claymore could be negatively affected with PPLNS if not many of his users mine on a particular pool, so his worker is active rather intermittent than pseudo-continuous. He could fix it by changing the intervals at which his DEV FEE kicks in. Yes, I was notified by feeleep as well as from some of my loyal miners, thanks a lot. I will be doing 0% fee and bonuses very soon, currently mining the coins for the bonuses so people will get some compensation for that. Claymore is no problem as the miner is mining the devfee also on suprnova and its not switching away. i recently joined suprnova's zec-pool and was wondering what the donation each user can select is used for. looked around the site and couldn't find any info on this. a donation based pool is an interesting idea albeit i doubt enough would be willing to donate to make up for a low/zero percentage of fee's but since there is a fair 1% fee on suprnova (with occasional 0% special's) i wonder out of pure interest what the additional donation would be used for. anyway, thanks for the good work and support! The payout threshold is 0.01 ZCL and you need to define a rigname when mining. So for example when you're mining with t1xxxxxxxxxx as wallet address, your username for the miner should be t1xxxxxxxxxxxx.rig1 or .rig2 etc.. Then you can access the statistics for that address using the Anondashboard link on the Homepage. Check "My Account" -> "Edit workers". You should see the full hashrate there, the Dashboard is cached for performance. OVH seems to have a bigger issue at the moment, some routes are broken and the servers unreachable, I hope they'll fix it ASAP. From Suprnova's side everything is okay. SSL connection Worker support Very complete API for good and efficient monitoring. Healthy pool with nice luck & payouts, for the last 24h, i earned 20% more than what i made on flypool for the same duration, we'll see how it goes in the course of the next few days. recurrent short duration pool fee reduction A nice mod that took his time to reply to my queries ;) Cons After 24h i still have no stats @ all in my dashboard, i dunno if it's normal or not, workers page & api work as intended. Not much else ;D Neutral Interface could be redesigned a bit of clutter there & there No 2FA support aside from PIN (google 2fa or others would be appreciated) Pool infos like fee could be indicated on home page Could have "on the fly" worker support instead of having to create it (but i suppose you would need to add in the user name the ID or api key for that to avoid issues) or that we could create them from the API (i didn't saw a way to do that) Conclusion An excellent pool, good payouts because pool is pretty big and quite lucky, very accurate, with a very good and responsive API for efficient monitoring. How long does a rig have to be idle before I get a notification? Today, I've logged on to my Dashboard to find only 31 rigs instead of 32 mining. However, on my Awesome Miner Dashboard, it says 32 rigs are mining. The first time I identified the one the pool said was off line and simply rebooted it and it showed back up again on the pool. About two minutes later it said 31 instead of 32 rigs again. I identified that one and rebooted then it shows up on the pool again. I logged out for about an hour and came back only to find the same thing once again. But this time it pops up as 32 rigs while I was in the process of identifying the rig that was "supposedly down." Is there any kind of explanation for this? I have notifications set up in my Dashboard for an idol worker. However, I don't think I've ever received a notification for idol worker. How long does a worker have to be idol to get a notification, Sir? Can we please have an option to set it for at least 5 minutes or less, Sir? This concerns me. I don't know if this is just a coincidence for me to log on at the time I'm seeing this occur. I'm wondering if it's windows doing a update on different rigs. I'm just not sure... In any case, it would be nice to have the option to set the amount of time to pass for a notification if a worker is idle, please sir. In the dashboard, your contributors hashrate is measured in H/s and ZEC/Day, and I'm unable to do so much ZEC/Day per H/s. For example, right now I'm supposed to get 0'073 ZEC/day with 411 H/s (Dashboard reading) but actually I'm doing like 0'13 ZEC/Day with 1300 H/s (Claymore reading). There is a huge difference, because with the Dashboard ratio I should be doing 0'23 ZEC/Day instead of 0'13 @armazingerz: Check "My Account" -> "Edit workers". Share validation taking time, and all, usually look @ the daily result just before the day change to see what you have made :), also rely on the API to get your current hashrate, it's more accurate than either the dashboard or workers. And don't take it @ face value either, you need to make an average taking the value every 5mn for at least 6h to get your real average. Because how's pool are working your hash will spike or drop depending where you are in your calculation and when the pool is receiving/processing your shares. Thank you No, thats too high :) You want to submit one share every 10-15 seconds. Usually vardiff is just fine for you and will figure out the optimal difficulty for you after about 2-3 minutes. Just let it run for a few mins and you'll see that a certain diff has been set. You can then either leave it running like it is or set this difficulty manually by using d=XX in the password the next time you launch the miner. We also had a little streak of bad luck during the last days but it's already getting better. Because in the same order I did, I got everything right for block 144061 and 144066 (Which my order went through the whole block) But in block 144142 (which was a block that took longer than expected, 213%), when I went to sleep(My hashpower was already over), it was at approximately 110% (and estimated gain of 0.09zec). I thought I'd get at least half that, since it took twice as long. Recently I decided to mine some zcash on nicehash. And it was simple as it was: I had 10ksols, pool hashrate 8msols and 0.012zec per found solution. Then I had again 10ksols, pool hashrate 13msols and 0.08zec per found solution. Okay, I thought, more pool hashrate less payment, but we find solutions more often. And then I had 20 ksols, pool hashrate 13msols and 0.015zec per found solution, it's okay. And! there was you know, long-long block 3.5 hours to calculate. Pool hashrate dropped to 8msols, at last we found this block. And payment was 0.016. Can you explain it? We have payment 0.015-0.016 per found block at 13msols pool hashrate and we have 0.015-0.016 payment at pool hashrate 8msols. Instead of 0.022-0.024. Maybe I'm missing something. In dashboard there was some earnings, but when block 167366 was found, earnings just gone. In the statistics I have no shares for that block also for some reason.

I apologize in advance. I'm also not sure if I'm having an issue, but it's driving me crazy wondering so I figured I'd come to the source to verify. Started Mining Zec, via EWBF miner on smos. Mined for a complete day with no issues, did pretty well. My miner shows accepting shares, good sol/s, temp, etc, everything performing as it should... however, when I got to zec.suprnova and log in... NOTHING is registering. All previous transactions have been confirmed, there are no unconfirmed. last block on the pool is 250923, many hours ago... and everything just seems to have stopped moving. My miner hasn't stopped... I'm getting good shares accepted. But nothing on my suprnova account. Is that normal? Has the pool just ceased to get blocks? Is that possible/normal? When will I make money again? haha. Thanks! I read multiple post that says I should make sure my (user), (Password) and (port) are correct? I think they are correct and still not showing anything on the SuprNova my account worker still shows X and my dashboard shows 0.00 Sol/s. So I know I have something incorrect.
The API shows it is connected to the server. From the default setup when installing the EWBF it looks like the user should be your --payment address.rig name --pass x -- port 2142. This may be what I have incorrect. any help would be awsome. if the payment address doesn't go here? where do I put it? here is what I have in the suprnova.bat file miner --server zec.suprnova.cc --user t1aYfzQx5N7qmCK8W5YZgsaQATpjEWXAhi5.gateway --pass x --port 2142 --api 127.0.0.1:42000 on SuprNova it says my worker login in my user.worker am I supposed to put both in the user after the payment address?
