There is possibility like that, they would need get exact amounts to match transaction data. This would be quite easy to confirm as their address. If they use all the time different addresses, then they could also confirm that with signed massages, but this would be a lot of work. So i would stay away from such sites. Actually i would stay away from all gambling sites.
