if bitcoin dice link to random transaction in big wins that he randonly take from blockchaim home page for example
200$, 400$, 2000$ and so on...
users can track it and know if the casino pay it or not ?
can user track casino balance / transactions ?

Interesting point u got there. There is possibility like that, they would need get exact amounts to match transaction data. But in theory they could adjust any data for transaction data they get from blockchain.
You probably busted many sites with that info Smiley, gj.

I would expect from a good site that they have one address that pays the winnings. This would be quite easy to confirm as their address. If they use all the time different addresses, then they could also confirm that with signed massages, but this would be a lot of work. So i would stay away from such sites. Actually i would stay away from all gambling sites.
