Post by: Twistedx2 on February 19, 2017, 04:59:01 PM
Hi, I am a moderator and investor at Crypto-Games.net (http://Crypto-Games.net). I will be keeping track of the Crypto-Games investment returns for multiple coins on a weekly basis. I started an investment of 1 BTC on 1 January 2017, 100 ETH on 24 March 2017, 20000 DOGE on 30 May 2017, 1 LTC on 30 May 2017, 1 DASH on 30 May 2017, 10000 GRC on 30 May 2017, 1 XMR on 4 June 2017, and 10 PPC on 4 June 2017.  Below are the returns. This thread will be updated every Sunday.

How does Investing at Crypto-Games.net Work?

We offer players an opportunity to invest in any of our house bankrolls. Each cryptocurrency offered at Crypto-Games has its own independent bankroll. When investing, you increase the bankroll and the maximum profit per bet. As stated earlier, the house edge is slightly different depending on the game. Keep in mind, profit is not guaranteed, because of variance. In the short-term, you can still lose your cryptocurrencies. When investing, you gain/lose a share of profit/losses proportional to the fraction of the bankroll you have invested. We take 30% of the profit/losses that are made in a 1-hour interval. Also, when calculating profit/losses, faucets and referral rewards are factored in. Over the long run, you can expect your profit to equal your percentage of the bankroll multiplied by house edge, total wagered amount, and 70%.

Your long-term profit = (Your bankroll %) x (house edge) x (total wagered) x (0.7)

The equation above does not factor in faucets and referral rewards and is only an estimate for long-term returns. Also keep in mind, given new investments and divestments, your bankroll percentage is bound to change. Depending on the game, the house edge and total wagered is different as well. For a more detailed short-term (1 hour) calculation of your profit, use the equation below. P/L stands for Profit or Losses. Also, variables in the equations below are a function of the past hour only.

Total P/L = (Dice P/L) + (Slot P/L) + (BJ P/L) + (Roulette P/L) + (Video Poker P/L) – (Total Faucets) – (Total Referral Rewards)

Your P/L = (Total P/L) x (Your Bankroll %) x (0.7)

We charge additional divest fee for short-term investments. This is to prevent abuse. The fees are as shown below:

  • For investments younger than 7 days, there is a 0.3% divestment fee
  • For investments younger than 14 days, there is a 0.2% divestment fee
  • For investments younger than 21 days, there is a 0.1% divestment fee
  • For investments older than 21 days, there is no divestment fee

Divestment fee is calculated based on the total investment value, not on the profit/losses.

The minimum investment amounts are:
  • 0.01 Bitcoin
  • 0.25 Ether
  • 0.5 Dash
  • 1 Litecoin
  • 1 Monero
  • 20,000 Dogecoin
  • 10 Peercoin
  • 1,000 GridCoin

Please comment below if you have any questions. Good luck and we hope you catch the winning spirit!

Crypto-Games is a good casino to invest, I have a little investment there since last year.

You said the profit isn't guaranteed. Would you say it's not guaranteed even on long term?

I say it is not guaranteed because of variance due to potential winnings from high rollers. While long-term the probability of profit increases, there is always a chance that the casino it hit with a very large winner. Most people are ok with this risk because of the higher likelihood of profit. Hope that helps.

With this little investment for almost a year long how much have you received back for this little bit you put into their site?
6% of how much?
That would be a nice little chance to take since it was said: It is not guaranteed. :(

As an average user, I have been on profit for a while now on my BTC investment (as proved here), can't complain!

I'll be checking these posts more, didn't know you posted the profits here, yay!

The investment started in November, last year. I made 7% in about 3 or 3,5 months.

In a year I don't know, I'm still "new" to this.  :)

just curious, why is there so much discrepancy between the profit figures and the BTC banroll increase?
if you compare the figures from week 8 and week 9 you will see

week 8: 7.22 btc profit resulted in 76.32 btc bankroll increase
while week 9: 15.06 btc profit (twice as much compared to week 8 ) resulted in only 21.14 btc bankroll increase ( more than three times less)

Agreed, the profit is the amount that all the investors saw as profit (to calculate your profit you must factor in how much of the bankroll you own). The bankroll increase is not only the profit, but includes the btc from new investors joining the bankroll. Hope that clears things up!

I use a VPN to do all of my internet surfing.

In the ToS, you say that you will confiscate INVESTMENTS if someone has multiple accounts, and in your privacy policy you say you use IP addresses to detect multiple accounts.

I have no interest of using faucet or anything, but I am gravely concerned that you will 'CONFISCATE' my investments because I use a VPN and there are other users using the same VPN.

Can you answer?

We block accounts when we're 100% sure someone is using multiple accounts. We don't block users who share vpn IPs.
Blocking rule is mostly because of faucet farmers.

I am wondering how you are calculating your returns?  It seems like your under valuing the returns.  If you invested 1 btc at the beginning of the year and are currently at 1.081 btc, you have a return of 8.1% for the year.  Does that make sense or am I missing something?

hmm.... don't see why would you confiscate investments then,if the rule is against faucet farmers
if a user wants to use multiple accounts to invest on one and bet on another one?

Nice catch, I was summing up the weekly gains. However, the weekly percent increases are based on the percent increase from the previous week's total. Summing up those percent increases yielded a smaller total percent increase than one based on the starting investment of 1 Btc. I updated the post to reflect the total percent increase based on the starting amount, thank you for catching that!

Someone who attempts to exploit the free coins the casino offers intermittently by using multiple accounts.

a player who never deposits but only playing with the free money a casino offers
he can use one or more accounts to do so,but in general, they do not bring any profit to a casino, just leeching money
usually it is pretty useless and a waste of time, but in some countries people are happy to enter captchas all day for 2-3$
so go figure

Presumably it's someone who uses the high paying faucets of casinos to claim from several different accounts at similar times and bet with them.

The Btc bankroll decreased by 3.69 Btc. (Bankroll decreasing with a positive investor profit means that some investors divested their funds)

I just wondering how about if I used 0.1 btc to invest. Will it bring you any decent profit like that? Because to afford that 1 btc is prett hard for me right now since there is always risk in gambling, mostly I lose every balance that I have. Saw that crypto-games investing progress is on good track, might do some invest there

Hey there, I'm a fellow investor at CGN with my own thread in this same forum section, and the good thing about this site is that it doesn't matter how much you invest (other than that you have to meet the minimum and for BTC that's 0.01). You'll still earn the same percentage as all investors. This means that had you invested BTC at the exact same time as Twistedx2, your deposit would have grown 8.64% to date, just like his.

Worth because it's better than letting your money on a wallet without generating any interest. Surely the profit won't be big, but it's not so low like lending money on Poloniex and this kind of thing... Sometimes you will earn more or less, depends the house luck also. I personally think it's a good idea.

Profit won't be big?  It has returned almost 9% in under 3 month!  Even lending money on Poloniex has been averaging about 6% interest a year.  That is equal to or better than anything found in the real world.

You still will get good returns (usually), just lesser than what you would get with 1 BTC. I also added another 0.1 BTC to the bankroll last night. Here are my profits from my (somewhat) small investments:

If you have some spare BTC, and are willing to risk losing some of your investment, then I would go for it.

I know mate, I'm saying the interest over 0.1 BTC. The profit won't be big because the amount invested isn't. The interest rate is surely very good.

If he invests more money, like 1 BTC or more the profit will be very satisfactory.  ;)

  • On investments shorter than 7 days, we will charge a 0.3% fee for divesting
  • On investments shorter than 14 days, we will charge a 0.2% fee for divesting
  • On investments shorter than 21 days, we will charge a 0.1% fee for divesting
  • On investments longer than 21 days, we will not charge you any fee for divesting

The minimum investment amounts are:
  • 0.01 Bitcoin
  • 0.5 Ether
  • 1 Dash

I got from this thread from another similar thread relating to crypto-games investment results. I believe that these sort of threads are awesome because it actually shows real results on real investments, instead of talking theory.

Would you be considering to invest in other sites to diversify your investments in the future?

I’d like to see how BitVest, BitDice and YoloDice compares against Crypto-Games investments.

Poloniex lending is almost 100% risk free though, bankroll investing is not.
Nothing is 100% risk free. Whenever you keep btc outside of wallets you control yourself, you are taking a risk. We've seen this often enough.
Bankroll investments are slightly more risky, as there are several other ways to lose money.
It's a high risk and (in most cases) high reward investment. Everyone gotta decide for themselves if they are willing to take the risks connected to it.

Would you be considering to invest in other sites to diversify your investments in the future?
This thread is dedicated to CGs investments only.

  • On investments shorter than 7 days, we will charge a 0.3% fee for divesting
  • On investments shorter than 14 days, we will charge a 0.2% fee for divesting
  • On investments shorter than 21 days, we will charge a 0.1% fee for divesting
  • On investments longer than 21 days, we will not charge you any fee for divesting

The minimum investment amounts are:
  • 0.01 Bitcoin
  • 0.5 Ether
  • 1 Dash
  • 1 Litecoin
  • 1 Monero
  • 20,000 Dogecoin
  • 10 Peercoin
  • 1,000 GridCoin

The casino bankroll is currently at 1733.38 BTC and growing!

Total lifetime investor's profit  476.16 BTC and growing!

I have read with keen interest from page 1 in which I have equally developed interest and considering being part of it. However, I have a question to ask which is:

1. Does investment compound? In the sense that if I put 0.1 and the return is calculated to be say 0. 01, will my investment now 0.11 or it will still remain at .1btc

Yes, all calculations are based on current invested amounts, which is your initial together with any possible profit/loss.
Future profit/loss will be directly added to or taken from your active investment.

That is good, but I would like to see another security measure, only few sites use this one: You set a withdraw address on your account, what means you can't withdraw to any other addresses. If someone hack you, they won't be able to change the withdraw receiver.

To change it again, only talking to support and prooving you are the legit owner of the account.

You need to confirm every withdrawal you issue via a link sent to your registered email.
If someone was to get access to your account, and tries to withdraw any funds, you'll receive the mail, and be abled to block any account activity until you've recovered full control.

Yes, this protects users from being hacked to a certain extend. However, the first thing which comes to my mind is what if the website goes down due to a hack or intentionally. How long have they been around?

Yes, this protects users from being hacked to a certain extend.
Any sort of protection will only be "to a certain extend". There's no 100% security, and assuming there is only makes you deny the risks.
Security can always, and will ever, just be as good as possible.

How long have they been around?

- June 2015: Public Investments are enabled

I just got into this over the weekend. Let me just say that I was super skeptical at first, but it seems legit so far. (We'll see how it goes when I try to withdraw! ^_^)

Anyway, ETH gambling on the site seems slow, so I'm not seeing much in terms of a return. I deposited and went into the negatives for about a day but slowly climbed out. I'm sitting at about .43%

I noticed there is a lot more BTC bets being made so made a deposit with that currency and have already jumped to a 6% return in a couple days.

So next, I'm going to deposit some LTC despite Twisted's low returns (edit: last week) because I also see a lot of bets being made with it.

You missed to factor in the bankroll size.
Looking at the last 30 days here and ignoring the difference in house edges:
3,524.31687260 BTC wagered over a bankroll of 1,566.32812187 (225%)
40,667.22567746 ETH wagered over a bankroll of 20,970.66687673 (194%)

Anyway, ETH gambling on the site seems slow, so I'm not seeing much in terms of a return. I'm sitting at about .43%
That sounds awesome. If my math isn't off, you're looking at a 53% profit yearly with compounding there.
(Assuming 3 days for the 0.43%, calculated over 300 days).

That looks like a sexy chart. I've recently just discovered crypto-games and have been hitting myself in the head for discovering so late. Seems like even though the house edge is low to attract players the returns aren't too shabby at all.

It does seem like though that usually altcoins will generate lower profit levels because of a lack of players playing altcoins, especially Gridcoin. @OP Is it wise to not invest in this bankroll since nobody bets on it anyways?

Thanks for the awesome stats OP!

Glad you joined in on the investing game! To answer your question, unfortunately some of the altcoins do not see as much wagering traffic, as such, not as much movement is seen. However, since the altcoin bankrolls are lower, a moderate sized investment can go up significantly when a high roller does show up.

Yes, when on the site, you can go to the statistics for each game/coin combo. It will show last 24 hour wagering activity as well as profit. There are also charts for the total profit/ total bankroll for each coin in the "invest" portion of the site. Let me know if you have trouble finding the stats!

Bad luck this week, the profit would be huge, but on the last moment a gambler (or few of them) was more lucky than investors and got all the profit.  :D

About ETH investment, going very well... I'm thinking about starting one, but BTC price can skyrocket anytime, so...

Would you call it "bad luck" as well, if the users first had won big and then lost back some of that?
Variance is a part of gabling, and that's true for both sides of the house edge.

Hey OP, thanks for the awesome graphs & stats.

All I can say is damn! 100 ETH is like $20,000 right now isn't it :P And plus the 15 ETH investment profit, pretty neat.

I guess that's the beauty of investing in crypto casinos - you get to make a (thereotically) mathematical gain in the long run on your cryptocurrency PLUS any profit from the coin itself because gamblers aren't using fiat. So if cryptos go up and you get profit, then that's just more profit to you.

But obviously cryptos can be risky so, is crypto-games ever going to consider adding like USDT to their portfolio of altcoins available to be invested? Especially in a bearish market this option could prove to gain popularity and attract lots of gamblers & investors. Just a suggestion to CG management.

keep up the good work OP!

It does not based on my understanding.

Your investment is basically a claim of a percentage of profits made on the house. The more you invest, the more percentage that you own of the entire casino bankroll. When someone loses or wins the profit or loss is distributed evenly across all investors, depending on how much you have invested. However, crypto games does take a small cut from the investment profits afaik. If thats wrong please correct me.

Does that makes sense?

Great stuff OP, making profits every single day, eh  :P

That's wrong, or rather it's not fully correct.
There's a factor of 0.7 applied to all bankroll movements, profits and losses, meaning the house takes 30% of the profits, but also carries 30% of all losses, should there be some.
Overall, the house is in profit, but the system is different from one where a site would simply take a cut of profits, as here the site also carries losses with its investors.

Does anyone know if BTC daily returns are the same percentage wise for all investors at crypto-games.net or they might differ from one investor to another? What does it depend on if they vary?
They are 100% identical.

Investment profits are not related to rising exchange rates.
Of course, if your investment grows and the exchange rate grows at the same time, you're making profit through two things.

Title: Re: [Crypto-Games.net] Investors beware - BCC is not being paid out
Post by: beocca on August 15, 2017, 07:26:14 AM
Unfortunately after a year of enjoying both playing and investing on Crypto-Games, I have had an incredibly distasteful experience - let this be a warning for all investors out there.

Crypto-Games has set an arbitrary 12-day window to claim the Bitcoin Cash (BCC) associated with their investor's BTC investments. Having only read their blog post about it today, I wrote a polite email, apologizing for missing their deadline and asking for my BCC to be paid out. Their response:

"sorry but distribution is over, everyone had 3 weeks time to set it up and we sent two emails about it."

With regards to their two emails, the first email promised to pay investors their BCC and made no reference to any immediate deadline. To quote:

"Bitcoincash (BCC) is the name of a hard-fork off bitcoin's chain planned to happen on August 1st. We've previously promised to allow investors access to all resulting chains, and we will stick with that promise. CryptoGames is not going to list or support BCC, but we are going to pay out BCC to investors and players" (emphasis mine).

The only email they sent with a direct reference to the deadline was on August 8th, giving investors five days to set up a BCC wallet. And unfortunately in my case, this email was in my junk folder.

Regardless, not reading your blog posts or emails for a few days is not an excuse to steal investors' funds.

From reading this thread, I believe Lutpin is one of the developers. I'd like to hear from you on your policy.

1. Why do you think unclaimed BCC belongs to you after 12 days (and does not belong to your investors)?
2. On Aug 1st, Crypto-Games bankroll was approx. 1315 BTC. How much of this BCC are you keeping and how much was paid out to investors?

I'm hoping you are considering a change of policy and I will happily rescind the above if that is the case. You are a profitable and successful digital casino - there is no reason to treat people who have supported you unfairly. Retaining and refusing to release investors' funds directly assaults the goodwill you've built to date as a thus far legitimate and transparent casino.

I'm not. My role around CG is purely consulting, thus I don't have any direct influence on decisionmaking.
I've currently not got the time or means to write a full explanation of the other side of the coin,
but I'll get back to you in a few hour with some insight on why and how certain measures were taken.

For now, please, stay calm. Nobody has any malicious intentions,
and I'm sure we can find a solution suitable for both parties.

You'll have to excuse me for being upset - the email response above that I received from support today did not seem very open to compromise.

Title: Re: [Crypto-Games.net] BCH paid to over 95% of all users.
Post by: Lutpin on August 15, 2017, 07:10:13 PM
A little disclaimer: The following is my own view and experience, opinions voiced are mine, and mine only.

This fork meant mainly one thing for CG; a huge investment of time and work.
In preparation of the fork, there's already been several blogposts and announcements on the site, social media channels, this forum and via the newsletter.
Further, August 1st was a rather unconvenient time for the fork, since it's holiday season and staff is thin as it is, most vacation plans were already made by the time BCC/BCH became evident.

All in all, there's been a lot of tasks to handle (both informative and executive), including moving to new cold wallets, setting up a BCH node, handling several hundred transactions.
All of those tasks were done by CG free of charge, tasks that would not have been neccessary if the site had not paid out BCH to users/investors (quite a few other casinos did not do that).
CG stands to gain nothing from that process, the distributions were done for the investors, the time spent was spent for the investors (could've been spent on other tasks else).

The 12 day limit had several reasons. The main one was to limit time investment needed for the distribution.
Maintaining a node (especially an enterprise sized one connected to a huge wallet) has both technical and personel costs.
Every day the node is kept running, those costs grow, and as CG does not support BCC/BCH at this point, maintaining a node for an indefinite time is a waste of ressources.

I'd also expect from someone who stores funds on a site and is aware of a situation like this fork to take the initiative and inform themselves about how the situation is handled.
Checking the blog or asking a moderator in chat (or maybe even contacting support) takes a few minutes, and avoids running into situations like this.

On Aug 1st, Crypto-Games bankroll was approx. 1315 BTC. How much of this BCC are you keeping and how much was paid out to investors?
I don't have exact numbers as I was not involved with the distribution, but as far as I know, over 95% of the investors claimed their BCC/BCH (we're talking about a group of ~500 people).

With regards to their two emails, the first email promised to pay investors their BCC and made no reference to any immediate deadline.
The first email was sent July 25th, when the blogpost "Update: BIP91 and BCC" was published (I know that because I got the email myself, as I'm also an investor).
It referenced this post (http://blog.crypto-games.net/2017/07/update-bip91-and-bcc.html) that includes the information that
"Users will have 12 days after the fork to set their BCC addresses and receive their coins. After that, we will stop accepting new BCC addresses and you will lose your claim due to failing to meet the deadline."

A second email was sent a few days after the fork (only to those users that did not claim their BCC until then) reminding everyone of the deadline.

The only email they sent with a direct reference to the deadline was on August 8th, giving investors five days to set up a BCC wallet. And unfortunately in my case, this email was in my junk folder.
That's been the second one, the reminder.
Curious why you had marked newsletter updates from CG as spam/junk.

Totally get that - I'm not suggesting they work for free. A ~10% (+/-)  transaction fee would be very reasonable.

This is an investment. I don't check it daily or weekly. I check it once a month at most. It's been a year without any problems. Having to spend time checking on it every few days would quickly make any profit earned on it a pretty expensive investment of time.

Quote

That's ~$20,000 USD of investor money left on the table. It seems like CG is being compensated quite well with this fork. (EDIT: See Lutpin's comment below - 95% of investors not BCC)

Yes, the email included a link at the bottom asking people to read their blog post. However, writing an email specifically saying at the top that all investors will be paid their BCC and then only mentioning an immediate deadline in a link comes across as disingenuous.

Quote

This is the one that ended up in my junk box. Not blaming CG for that, don't know why it happened. Regardless, this was the first actual email with a deadline in it and it only gave people 5 days.

I'm not suggesting CG is malicious or a scam - it's not. It's legitimate, I've dealt with them for a year without an issue before this.  However with this policy in place, my warning to investors still stands. If you invest with CG, you are expected to read every email, blog post, social media, etc. within a few days or risk losing funds like I have. The end result is I've been hit with a ~7% penalty for not reading a blog post and not responding to an email within 5 days.

That number is based on usercount, not investment amount, eg an investor with 100BTC claimed would influence it the same way as one with 0.01BTC unclaimed.
For reference, the current bankroll is 1649BTC, of which 1103BTC // 67% are provided by a group of only 10 people (1358BTC by a group of 20 people // 82%).
I'd expect the actual number of BCH left unclaimed way below your calculated 65.

The terms on which the users invested in the site bankroll doesn't have any reference about giving a forked coin. Yet, crypto-games handled the unexpected situation favoring its users. Handling of BCH (claiming, storing and dividing between users) surely was a extra bit of work for the site and There's no place to blame the site for not being able to claim the BCH within the stated deadline.

Yet, crypto-games handled the unexpected situation favoring its users.

Not sharing the forked coin risked having many investors pull out their bankroll ahead of the fork - it was a smart business move, not altruistic.

The poor business decision is to rigidly enforce this policy on a profitable customer that will now move on to another site.

Surely Bitcoin investment worth much more as after one year it's much more probable your $500 in BTC will increase its price, while with LTC it's probable it will keep around the same price... Also, the casino profit potential with BTC's bets is higher in my opinion.

Nothing but good things to say.

That's wrong though.
Check the OP, and you'll find out LTC has performed better than BTC in the past few weeks (1.21% weekly average against a 0.89% weekly average).
Of course that's subject to variance, so historic numbers are nice to look at, but don't tell us much about the future.

So let's check the numbers that actually matter for calculating the potential of an investment.
LTC has less wagers, but also a smaller bankroll. The exact numbers tell us that expected returns are almost the same:

BTC has 2811BTC wagered the last month over a bankroll of 1630BTC (1.72x)
LTC on the other hand has 27317 wagered over a bankroll of 16180 (1.68x)

I chose litecoin because its a steady coin. But im think doing that with BTC because will be worth more in on year.
Why not diversify, invest some in LTC and some in BTC, mitigate the risk you're taking.

How do investments work?

. . .

Investing in our bankroll means staking your coins to the site for the time you're being invested. Those coins thus become a part of the site and we are not planning to distribute any altcoins gained from "airdrops". However, in case of a chain split (like ETC), you will receive your according share of coins on either side.

That's ~$20,000 USD of investor money left on the table. It seems like CG is being compensated quite well with this fork. (EDIT: See Lutpin's comment below - 95% of investors not BCC)

Quote
The first email was sent July 25th, when the blogpost "Update: BIP91 and BCC" was published (I know that because I got the email myself, as I'm also an investor).
It referenced this post (http://blog.crypto-games.net/2017/07/update-bip91-and-bcc.html) that includes the information that
"Users will have 12 days after the fork to set their BCC addresses and receive their coins. After that, we will stop accepting new BCC addresses and you will lose your claim due to failing to meet the deadline."

Yes, the email included a link at the bottom asking people to read their blog post. However, writing an email specifically saying at the top that all investors will be paid their BCC and then only mentioning an immediate deadline in a link comes across as disingenuous.

Quote
A second email was sent a few days after the fork (only to those users that did not claim their BCC until then) reminding everyone of the deadline.

I know you are upset that you dont have your assigned bch. There are exchanges/btc casino that dont even pay out to the customers. Even exchanges that hold the alt coin that can generate extra coins are return back the customers as well. It is good on CG side to handle this fork in an effective way. Their email was out faster than other from what i experience and their reply to my question after the fork is speedy. You just have to learn from this experience and if you really want to enjoy this kind of airdrop/fork and no do the due diligent, i recommend you to just keep all your coins in your own private wallet.

Week 32 has been added
This week my Btc investment saw a 0.08% increase.
I see the BTC investment increase by the meager 0.08% but their BTC profit chart shows increase by ~0.4% ( 899 BTC/895 BTC) for the week of 08/06-08/13. Does anyone know why the real returns don't follow the returns on the chart?
That's not what the chart shows, you are reading it wrong.

The numbers Twistedx2 provides in this thread are based on their investment amount (eg if an investment increases from 1BTC to 1.02BTC, it would be a 2% increase).
The number you have calculated is based on past profit (the casino had made 895BTC profit until the week before and the number increased to 899BTC over the week.

However, new profits are not distributed between those 895BTC historic profit, but between everyone currently invested in the bankroll.
At the time of writing, that is 1615BTC in total.

Thank you for trying to explain. Not sure what you mean. What is 'their investment amount' & why is does not include 'total profit'?

Not sure what you mean. What is 'their investment amount' & why is does not include 'total profit'?
Every investor has a certain amount invested in the bankroll. All investors together build the bankroll (bankroll = sum of all investments).
The current bankroll is 1588BTC, of which eg Reve364 owns 54.95BTC (-> 3.46% of the bankroll).
Out of all profit the casino makes, they will receive 3.46% (after fees and all).

why is does not include 'total profit'?
Because total profit is simply the sum of all profit the casino made until the present day (meaning historic numbers from June 2015 until the present day, historic numbers that do not influence current investments).
Invested amounts are not purely profit though, they combine between a base amount that the investor deposited and profit that has since been added to that base investment.
Further, new investors coming into the bankroll or old investors pulling out with profit are not being measured into that chart, as it's a simple global profit chart (unlike the bankroll size chart, which takes those things in).

Also, the casino profit potential with BTC's bets is higher in my opinion.

I was seeing last 12 weeks and BTC had a little advantage over LTC % profit. But after this last result LTC progress is really competitive with BTC. Very good week for Litecoin. I'm in doubt if a LTC investment worth or not. My doubt isn't about the % profit generated (because it's going nice), but about the variation in currency's price, Bitcoin still gives an advantage to investors for this reason (price increases mucn more than LTC price).

>>Because total profit is simply the sum of all profit the casino made until the present day

Once again I am confused. For the week 08/06-08/13 all investors ( casino included ) made a total profit of 899-895 = 4 BTC. What's wrong with this calculation?

Which coin has the bigger potential for future price growth is something an investor should decide for themselves.
Some might be more comfortable holding their funds in BTC, others might trust LTC more (said to be a very stable coin), both are valid options.
We shouldn't figure in exchange rates when determining how profitable an investment is, those are things that aren't directly connected with the investment.

If you want to compare them, however, BTC went from $580 to $4124 over the last 12 months, while LTC went from $3.61 to $46.86.
That's an increase by 611% with BTC compared to 1198% with LTC.
So if you were to invest in LTC & BTC 12 months ago and hold them without anything else, LTC would have been the better coin.

(The timeframe is randomly selected, because 12 months/1 year is a good timespan to compare investments,
the numbers might be different/the other way around for 2 years, 6 months, 3 months or other timeframes.)

And the chart showed off that the profit is negative. I tried to check if there is any bets made on dice but there wasnt a single 1. So i am wondering why is it so but i still believe in crypto and leave my strat there.

I would like to know how the casino participate in the losses with the 30% as it mentioned above?

As I understand if the bankroll for example is 1000BTC and the gains for the week is 10 BTC then the 70% or 7 BTC of them is going to the investors.

If there are losses of 10 BTC then the inventors is going to lose 7 BTC and the rest 3BTC it is payed by the casino? Am I right?

If you go to the Crypto Games site you can see charts for the full investment history of each coin. You would have to do a little work to translate that into monthly returns but all the data you require is there.

But if Op thought that people weren't paying much attention to it - i've enjoyed watching both your charts and my investments grow on crypto-games. Please continue updating the thread if possible, thanks!

Where else are you going to get 0.8% return in a week on a passive investment? That would be 41.6% a year even without compounding effect. If something is promising more than that then it's either a Ponzi scheme or an outright scam. Casino investments are not without risk but returns like this can be achieved.

If you're expecting a 150% over night "bitcoin doubler" rate, you're in the wrong place here.
Bankroll investments are one of the best chances you'll get for legit bitcoin investments, and the average return rates are pretty decent when being compared with other (legit) ways.
Of course none can keep up with the return rates scams offer, because...well, they can claim whatever number they want.
150% in a day, 3% daily up to 250%, 50% every week for 4 weeks, 1500% after a month, seen it all.

I’ve just invested a small amount as I am quite into making EV+ movements even though you can have short term loses.

I’ve found this thread when searching about it on the internet and it’s a pity that it is not very active. I suppose updates on returns were given to promote investment in the site, but they must have reached a considerable number of investors, so no promoting is needed any more.

Is there another way to keep track of returns of investments apart from watching oneself portfolio? I haven't found any.

I don't know exactly how you want to track it without watching oneself portfolio, but there is another thread where an investor show his progress weekly: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1585408.0

He invests in some different casinos (check newer pages of the thread and click the links).

Another way to see statistics about this is to click on "Invest" button at your Crypto-Games account, then click the "Chart" tab.

I think it is more to do with that the OP is no longer a moderator in the Crypto-Games chat room and also doesn't seem to be very active on the forum anymore. I'm sure the site would welcome any publicity like this irrespective of not needing new investors. This thread was the reason I first went to them.

Not really, I keep a spreadsheet for my investment that I update weekly. Other than that you can get the overall data from the charts under the investment tab.

After seeing bitcoin continues to rise at a rapid pace, maybe holding it against altcoins and then investing it at crypto-games bankroll is more worth it. I cannot wait bitcoin to reach $10,000. Looking forward on adding some more bitcoins here. I also like crypto-games keeps distributing bitcoin forks on its clients.

Yes, it would be a good idea because some people like me who are currently invested only in bitcoin could use those updates as a guide to decide on what other currencies they will invest in the future.

In my case, I know that past returns don’t guarantee future ones, but they are a really good guide and they give an idea of the short and medium term volatility of those investments.

I think monthly data would be enough and it would mean less work for you.

0.8% per week also almost 42% profit in a year apart from that if Bitcoin prices go high and high then your profit % will go even higher. That doesn't mean that you should invest all your bitcoins in these bankroll investments but it is one of the best options to grow your bitcoins. All those methods where you can earn profits fast will come with a high risk of losing your money.

Hi, I was wondering if different investments in the same coin are separate or if they are added like in a fund.

Let’s say you have an investment in Bitcoin and you want to add another BTC0.01. Are your first investment and this second one treated separately? I’ve tried to find this info in FAQ and this thread but can’t find it.

I know there is a divestment fee, so that makes me think they are separate but the fee could be calculated even if they are joined.

The average return for week is looks like 0.8%, I think it not a good investment as it takes time to double investment. Online investment is always risky. People who have patience can try.

My saving account gives me that amount every YEAR  ::)
So Crypto-games is definitely worth.

You're actually even negative considering inflation xD

I'm really liking these casino investments reading through all the data, and everyone having an average profit
Meanwhile, I'm always negative  >:(

When did you start investing? Which currency are you investing? Are you at Crypto-Games.net casino?

Bitcoin, dunno, half a year ago in irregular intervals
Yes, Crypto-Games was always positive for me, can't say that for any other casino.
Though, it's not a significant profit, 0.4%/month (for me).

So is anyone in any other ~ legit investments, not hyip's please, or MLM ponzi's , that they want to share ?
I know some of the dice games allow investing.  seems a bit more risk though..  Yolo for one.
investing in mining is still in the crapper as far as i know.
crypto-games seems like it may still be the best deal in town.

Gambling house investment is better than risking your money into Ponzi and hypes but somehow the returns aren't that big for you to get interested on but it is way more safer but not a guaranteed thing that would last a lifetime atleast.

Investment on cloud mining was the worst experience for me. Never got my ROI from genesis mining.
0.8% a week is higher than any bank would offer. i.e. over 41% a year with doubling time being 2 years (with compounding).
The only risk I find in investing in (legit) gambling sites is resisting the urge to gamble your investment.

1.5%-2% Annual interest on banks? Its too far away with these investment. The only difference is only the security of your funds invested with these gambling sites

Just wondering on OP do still have that investment on crypto-games? I would like to know if he do able to retain that 0.80% weekly average gains yet this is pertaining to 2017.
Results of investment would really be different now.

My investment on this site has given me around 25 percent since last November from lite coin investment. It looks a decent profit for me because all these coins I brought for long term investment purpose. So for so good.
