Title: Has anyone been able to send a transaction using Electrum/ Electron Cash so far?
Post by: thrwoe32 on August 02, 2017, 08:03:12 PM

I've been unable to broadcast send or control any BCC at all so far. Any solution to this error problem?

error: The transaction was rejected by network rules. (16: mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (Signature must use SIGHASH_FORKID))

I had my BTC in Electrum,  so I downloaded Electron Cash to get my BCC but now it would not broadcast send any transaction.

Edit:   Ver 2.9.2 is out and it solved this issue! Make sure you get it from the main website only:

www.electroncash.org

Don't use a multisig wallet also disable 2FA and you will not have any problems

You're using a MultiSig (or 2FA which is just MultiSig wallet shared with TrustedCoin)... MultiSig is broken in the released version of Electron Cash at the moment... But they have a fix that has been merged to the github... Refer: https://github.com/fyookball/electrum/issues/6 and https://github.com/fyookball/electrum/pull/13

You'll need to download/clone the github and run from sources to be able to use MultiSig... if you have 2FA you need to restore from 2FA seed and disable 2FA when prompted to "keep or disable"... as TrustedCoin won't sign the transaction as BCC and it will still be rejected

Hello. How will i run the electron cash wallet from the source? I can't send anything because of same error.

The source can be downloaded at https://github.com/fyookball/electrum and it provides some directions on using it. This can be complex if you aren't used to running programs from source.

Alternatively, you should be able to recreate the wallet as a normal wallet without 2FA as HCP indicated above.

I tried removing 2fa but this time i am getting multisig error. I see on the forum some people are getting the same error. I will wait for new version. I couldn't start from the source.

Thanks

I was able to send mine.

It took trial/error trouble shooting.

I sometimes had to open multiple new wallets and try different things until I got it.

For example, it would often say "incorrect password." I tried using my original password when opening my BTC account, and that might have worked but then other times the newly entered password worked. I just had to mess around before I finally got all of them to work.

there server " http://electroncash.cascharia.com/ " is down from 12 hours so far nothing works even recovering my wallet throw the 12 words and still please  wait for over 8 hours ,
so what to do i spend my BTC in that wallet and other BCC wallet still hold the amount but can't do anything because of there bad 2FA service provider .

Also was having this error. Had a multisig and 2FA wallet.

This worked for me:

1. Sent my BTC to a different wallet.
2. With Electron Cash (version 2.9.2):
2.1 Entered a new name to create a new wallet.
2.2 Choose "Standard wallet".
2.3 Choose "I already have a seed".
2.4 Entered seed of my original (BTC) wallet.
2.5 Choose "Disable" (2FA).
2.6 Sent BCC to bittrex BCC address

Hi,

where you disabled the 2fa? Did you change the type during the creation? I tried to recreate the wallet without 2fa but it gets stuck.

can you explain how you did that?

After you type the seed they ask if you want to disable the 2fa. You need to create another wallet on electron cash and insert the seed of your old electrum wallet.

https://medium.com/airbitz/how-do-i-get-my-bitcoin-cash-from-airbitz-e97982e3fc4c

Below are a list of steps for extracting your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) funds from Airbitz wallets. These have been tested and worked for our staff. Please make sure to follow the directions step by step. We know this can be a long process but we’ve worked hard to make it as easy and safe as possible to pull out the Bitcoin Cash in your Airbitz Wallet and transfer it to a BCH compatible wallet. Please follow the directions and contact us if you have any questions that are not answered by this post. We will work to resolve any confusion or misunderstanding.
Please remember you are working with electronic cash, which once sent, cannot be retrieved even if you did not intend to send money to a certain address. This is a feature and not a bug of cryptocurrencies but it requires users to be diligent with their money. It’s your money and no one else’s. We’re just here to help guide you. You must do the rest, responsibly.
Resources for BCH: https://www.bitcoincash.org/
Step I: Security Precaution
Please create a new wallet inside your Airbitz account and sweep your Bitcoin first into the newly created wallet. This is a security precaution since we want to safely send the Bitcoin out before your private seed is exposed.
Log into Airbitz
Go to “Wallets”
Create a new wallet (Tap the
  • icon in the Wallets Screen to create a new wallet)

iOS

Android
4. Name your new wallet and hit [DONE]

iOS
4. Next tap on the wallet you want to extract BCH from
5. Then tap [Send]

iOS
6. Tap [Transfer]

7. You will see a list of wallets. Tap on the wallet you just created

iOS
8. Tap on the [Max] button in the top right.
9. Swipe to send your funds to the new wallet.
10. Repeat steps 4–9 for every wallet you want to sweep BCH from
Step II: Extract Your Airbitz Wallet Private Seed
iOS: Tap [Wallets] from the side menu.
Android: Go to [Transactions] from the side menu.
Tap the top dropdown and choose a wallet* to extract BCH from
*this is a wallet you moved BTC out of; now that wallet only has BCH left; this is what we are extracting
iOS: Tap Export icon [box with up arrow] from the top right menu
Android: Tap on 3 dots on the upper right. Then tap Export

iOS

Android

Android: Click Export
3. Next Tap [Master Private Seed] or [Wallet Private Seed]

5. Enter your password then tap [View]. Your master private key will show on screen.

iOS
6. On a web browser on your desktop, go to the Wallet Recovery Tool at https://airbitz.co/recovery

Start Screen
7. Enter the master private key/seed from step 5 above
8. Go to the Transactions screen inside Airbitz

iOS
9. Tap on the most recent transaction which swept your funds into a new wallet
10. Tap [Advanced] on the bottom of the Transaction Details

11. Note the various Bitcoin addresses under “Source”. Look for those same addresses in the Recovery tool on your browser. Use the search bar at the top if needed by entering the first few digits of the public address in the search bar.
12. Tap on the [Show] button to the right of each source address in the Recovery tool.

Address #35 is the first source address in my transaction details in step 10.
13. If not all address show in the Recovery page, tap the top right 3 buttons and enter “200” as the number of indices to search. Increase this number until all addresses from the Advanced details screen show

Selector in top right
Step III: Obtain a Bitcoin Cash Compatible Wallet
Download Electron Cash(this is the wallet we internally tested, others may work but we cannot vouch for them)
Resources: https://www.bitcoincash.org/
Open Electron Cash on your Desktop
Create a New Wallet by pressing next on the install wizard; you can name it whatever you want.

3. “Create Wallet” options: Choose Standard and press Next

4. Keystore Dialogue Box should pop up and choose “Create a new seed”

5. Your BIP 39 Seed should be generated. Write it down and store somewhere safe. DO NOT LOSE THIS SEED!

6. Confirm Seed: Re-type it and press next; make sure to spell everything correctly

7. Create a strong password to encrypt your wallet

After clicking “Next” you will have created an encrypted BCH compatible wallet. Time to fill it up with BCH!
Step IV: Sweep Private Key(s) into Electron Wallet
Open Electron Wallet
Go to [Tools] — ->[Network](overview) — -> disable auto-select in [overview]
*Update : Some users are reporting that they are connecting by default and did not have to type in the specific server we list below; the important thing is that you are connected and connected to the right chain; there are other servers that work, we were just most sure about the below server from looking at Electron-Cash’s public documentation and our own testing

Unclick “Select Server Automatically”
3. Click on [Server] (to the right of [Overview]— ->type in “electrum-abc.criptolayer.net”(you’ll connect to that server) and type in Port 50012

4. Go to [Wallet] — ->[Private Keys] — ->[Sweep]

Click “Sweep”

If you have multiple private keys, paste them one at a time. Copy and paste one then press enter and paste another private key.
5. Copy and Paste the private key(s) that you showed from Step II.12 above. Paste them all one at a time into the “Enter private keys” field.
*If you have multiple private keys, paste them one at a time. Copy and paste one then press enter and paste another private key.
6. Click [Sweep]
7. Click [Broadcast] in the “Transaction” dialogue box

Click on “Broadcast”
8. Give the Bitcoin Cash blockchain some time to confirm this “broadcasted” transaction; check the transaction ID or address to check that it has been confirmed by the network; patience will be needed as the network is immature at the moment.
9. Once it has confirmed you now have BCH in your Electron Wallet!
You’re all done. Happy Hodling!

1. I create a new transaction using coinb.in

2. I must verify the transaction with flag SIGHASH_FORKID
(I'm looking a simple tool for it, but not found yet)

3. Sign the transaction using coinb.in

4. Broadcast the transaction here http://blockdozer.com/insight/tx/send

Step 2 is missing

I tried this method with electron cash wallet on android.  (I am traveling and didn't have another windows computer), and it DID NOT WORK.  Any attempt to sweep BCH into the electron cash wallet from the old wallet that I removed my Bitcoins from failed.  Because the electron cash wallet picked up all the transactions, including the ones that removed the Bitcoin and showed ZERO BCH balance.  I think there is a bug in the android electron cash wallet.  All the successful BCH recoveries that I have read about are for a PC electron cash wallet.

UPDATE:  THE EXCELLENT METHOD DESCRIBED ABOVE BY  Jpayne CLEARLY IS FOR A PC VERSION OF ELECTRON CASH.  THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE ON THE ANDROID VERSION DO NOT MATCH AND APPARENTLY ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

So, I guess I have to wait until I'm home and find another PC.  Unless someone has a methodology for Electron Cash Android.

Second update:  24 hours after I first tried android electron cash.  I had entered the seed into an android electron cash wallet, but initially it showed ALL transactions, including the ones that removed the bitcoin for safekeeping.  When I tried just now, those negative transactions were gone, my mBCC was there, and I transferred it to another BCC wallet.  Must have just taken time for the blocks to process.  All appears well.

It has already been noted... You restore using the 2FA seed in ElectronCash but "DISABLE" 2FA when prompted:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/zq2ho.png

That will put 2 master private keys in your ElectronCash wallet and you'll be able to create and sign the transactions as required

So ... I have problem ..

Sound strange, but I've tried really everything and I can't send money from my wallet.

1) I have all private keys which are coming from electrum wallet . I have also all addresses (money are there)
2) I have passphrase.

1) First I wanted to do it through Bitcoin ABC - I could only import addresses. When I put private keys answer is "null".
2) Then I tried Electron Cash. Everything was great, cuz all bitcoin cash appeared, but then I couldn't send them anywhere. My account have "2nd step auth" and I see error (16: mandatory-script-verify-flag-failed (Signature must use SIGHASH_FORKID)) ..
3) So reading above I've used my passphrase to create new wallet on Electron Cash, disable 2FA . Then I have added all my private keys, but message was "no input found". - this is problematic now.
4) I wanted to file -> new/restore file and there put my passphrase to unlock my 2FA, but there is opening window "please wait".. and after hours still same..

So I really don't know what to do.

Can anyone help? I really have to solve it.

Thank you!

In theory here it is solution:

Trustcoin, the company behind the 2fa, doesn't support BCH, so I paste what I replied to another user: 'I've seen that this worked for some.. In your electron cash wallet choose new/restore from your menu. Choose restore and choose make 2fa wallet, NOT standard. Import old wallet by enter your seed, it will confirm that it is a 2fa wallet and ask if you want to keep or disable, choose DISABLE. Hope it works for you as well.'

But unfortunately if I'm choosing enter seed, it's showing me Electron Cash termination because of error.. on second macbook it's just stucking in this place and after hours nothing is changing.. I have really problem and for me there are around 20bch to recover.. Will really appreciate for help.

Does your 2FA wallet have a lot of transactions in it? Like hundreds of transactions or only a few transactions? It is also possible that the ElectronCash server that your ElectronCash client is connected to is having some issues... so, maybe try changing the server.

Note: You may need to just create a "dummy" wallet so you can actually get into ElectronCash and go into "Tools -> Network" and set the server manually... try the bcc.arihanc.com one

I have 11 transactions there.

Just changed server but while "restoring" seed its not working.. Just look

https://ibb.co/c0x02Q (https://ibb.co/c0x02Q)

It stucked in this place and I can wait for hours, nothing change.. Same happens on two different macbooks.

Very strange... I just tested this and I had the same issue, New -> 2FA -> "I already have a seed" -> stuck on "please wait" screen...

Even tried "standard" -> "I already have a seed" -> enter 2FA seed -> stuck on "please wait" screen... :-\ So I shut ElectronCash down, restarted the app and it worked!!?!

Shut it down again, restarted the app and tried again and "please wait"... Shutdown/restart again and it worked! So it seems to be a bit of a random error... ??? ::)

All I can suggest is shutting it down and then restarting and trying until it works. ::)

Will inform you how we solved it if we do it :)

Thank you

Have you tried restoring as a "standard" wallet? It'll detect it as a 2FA seed after you type it in... And it should then go to the "keep or disable" screen after you click Next...

Could I just remove the wallet file from my MAC and then reinstall the newer version  of electron cash and restore the seed?

Where exactly is it getting stuck? when you try to restore the wallet using your 2FA seed? or when you are trying to send the BCH transaction?

Post by: rjg20000 on August 31, 2017, 02:46:43 AM
It gets stuck on "please wait" after you enter the seed to restore the wallet to a standard wallet. Using Electron Cash 2.9.2 on a MAC. Not sure what else to try.

Ok... so I think I've found a way to work around the "Please wait" issue :)

Short Version: Use Electrum to create your "disabled" 2FA wallet, then open that wallet in ElectronCash

Long Version (with pictures):

Requirements:
-Electron Cash v2.9.3 that can be downloaded here: http://electroncash.org/
-Electrum v2.9.3 that can be downloaded here: https://electrum.org/#download
-Your TrustedCoin 2FA wallet 12 word recovery seed. If you don't have this, you cannot recover the funds under any circumstances

1. Open Electrum. Do NOT open ElectronCash just yet.

2. "File" -> "New\Restore", Type a wallet name. I'd suggest using something easy to remember. Click "Next":
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/ze4Z2.png

3. Select the second option "Wallet with two-factor authentication" and click "Next":
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/ze53c.png

4. You will see the TrustedCoin disclaimer. Click Next.

5. Select the second option: "I already have a seed" and click Next:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/ze7BP.png

6. Type your 12 word recovery seed (you should see a message appear next to the "Options" button that says "Seed Type: 2FA"). Click Next

7. Select the second option: "Disable" (This is VERY important) and click Next:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/zeBXq.png

9. You will then be prompted to create a password for the wallet. This is optional, but recommended. After a few seconds, Electrum will recover your wallet using your seed and then you'll see this window:
https://talkimg.com/images/2023/11/15/zegzj.png

10. Click "File" again and then click "Save copy". Now in the next window, it will give you the option of saving a backup of the wallet. Pick an easy to find location like the Desktop as you will need to find this wallet again soon. Also, use an easy to remember name and click "Save". You will see a message box confirming the location where you saved the wallet backup. Click "OK" and then close Electrum.

11. Now, open up ElectronCash

12. "File" -> "Open". Look for the wallet backup file you just saved in step #10. (Note: If you used a password for the wallet at step #9, you will be prompted to enter the password.)

13. You should now have your "disabled" 2FA wallet open in ElectronCash, ready for spending your BCH ;)

It's more than strange, but in wallet I've generated in that way there is 0 BCC

on wallet which I have on my PC (2FA), there are BCC.

I don't know, but maybe it's generating new private keys, because it has generated new wallet basing on seed.. The problem is that on BTC wallet there are no BTC anymore and its long time after fork, so new private keys don't contain old informations.

The seed is the starting point... The whole point is that it will recreate the same wallet every time you restore with the same addresses and same transactions etc.

I don't understand what you mean by "wallet on your PC (2FA) has BCC"... ??? What other wallet have you generated that has 0 BCC?

I mean that first time after I installed Electron Cash, it automatically found correct wallet from Electrum where are Bitcoin Cash. I can see them, but this wallet is under 2FA, so nothing can do. I made copy of my priv keys and seed just after I created my first and only wallet in Electrum.. I have them and it cannot be something else. Unfortunately if I'm creating wallet in way you said, there are no BCH if I'm opening them in Electron Cash... Really

So if you restore using your seed and making it 2FA, it has BCH, but if you restore and disable 2FA it doesn't? That doesn't seem right

Klerni is correct. I did this exact same process and the BCC stay with the original 2FA wallet which unfortunately nobody can current transfer any coins out of.  Will keep trying to find a solution to this.

Unfortunately..

We are working on it too..
Very stupid thing, cuz I need and want my BCH

Does your seed restore your normal 2FA wallet in Electrum ok? If it does, then you should be able to restore it in Electrum and select the "Disable" option. You should then be able to open the "disabled" wallet file in ElectronCash and get access to your BCH.

I've tested this.. it works

Tried this exact process again and the new 2fa (disabled) wallet opens in Electron Cash but no BCC show up in it.

Question, do I need to delete the old 2fa wallet file that works with my BCC? Or should I try this process on a completely different machine and maybe it will work then?

You shouldn't need to delete anything or use a different computer.

If your "old 2fa wallet" that you can open in ElectronCash shows BCH, but when you "restore" your seed and the "new 2fa (disabled) wallet" shows 0, then I suspect you are actually restoring a completely different seed! Are the addresses in the two wallets the same?

You sir are the man I thank you very much for the help. So I realized my error, I was trying to recreate the wallet with the seed from the initial BCC on Electron Cash rather than the seed from the original BTC wallet. So to sum it up, HCP's "please wait" workaround works perfectly, you simply must use your original Electrum BTC seed not your Electron Cash seed.

Also would advise not to use 2FA on Electrum and Electron Cash due to these issues.

Believe me or not, I have picture from seed from "ELECTRUM" and even if I type it to new Electron Cash wallet... it's empty, while my wallet (2fa) is full of bch...

If u don't believe me I can send u this picture.

I've just reminded this situation..

1) I created wallet and wrote down seed
2) For whatever reason I came back to previous process - to check something
3) Then I have seen while generating wallet there appear new seed, .. so I wrote down new seed and deleted previous one, because it was already different.
4) I came to next point and then on this new wallet I made all moves..

Is it possible that Electrum had error and it was all happening on first seed, even if it has shown new one which I saved?

If yes... what can I do now..?

I have access to 2-fa codes and have all private keys

@
I MUST RECOVER IT!! :/ It's really important for me now.

Title: Re: Has anyone been able to send a transaction using Electrum/ Electron Cash so far?

Firstly, the 2FA codes are pointless for BCH recovery... TrustedCoin do NOT support BCH and have said they will not be supporting it in the foreseeable future. This means any Electrum 2FA account you have needs to be 2FA DISABLED when you restore to ElectronCash or you will not be able to sign the transactions.

Having the private keys is also not likely to help... as it is a 2FA wallet, it is a 2of3 MultiSig and all your addresses are actually combinations of THREE private keys. Two controlled by your seed, One controlled by TrustedCoin. You need the seed to be able to restore the two private keys to your local wallet so you can sign the transactions... as TrustedCoin will not.

I think you may need to test your seed in Electrum and forget about ElectronCash for the moment. Have you tried creating a new copy of your BTC wallet in Electrum to see if the seed you have written down is actually the correct one for you wallet? It sounds like you might have accidentally created multiple wallets and have been using the "wrong" wallet... believing it to be the one created from your written down seed. :-\

in Electrum do the following:

1. File -> New\Restore -> enter a new wallet file name like "newWallet" -> Standard Wallet -> I already a seed
2. Enter your 2FA seed... you should see some text that says "seed type: 2FA" appear next to the "Options" button
3. Click next and you should be prompted to "Keep" or "Disable"... select DISABLE and click Next
4. Your wallet will be restored.
5. Check that the addresses in this "new" wallet match the addresses in your "original" wallet.

If the addresses match, you have the correct seed and you should be able to get your BCH :) if they don't match, then you have the wrong seed and recovering your BCH is unlikely :-\

... receiving addresses are not same

Title: Re: Has anyone been able to send a transaction using Electrum/ Electron Cash so far?
Post by: HCP on September 12, 2017, 02:15:42 PM
Then, unfortunately, it sounds like you have been using a wallet that does not match the seed you have saved :-\

If you do not have the other seed from when you were creating the wallet, then your chances of being able to recover the BCH are slim to none. :(

At best, you'll be able to recover the BTC currently in your 2FA wallet by sending it out to a new wallet, but because TrustedCoin don't support BCH, the only way to get BCH out is to create a restored wallet with 2FA disabled (using the seed) so it has 2 of the master private keys required to sign transactions... and you dont have the right seed, so that isn't possible :( :-\

So.. I want to share with you guys, that found solution and recovered my Bitcoin Cash!

Solution is... directly contact to Trusted Coin company. They are not obligated to help, cuz they have no agreement with Electron Cash, so I wouldn't expect this solution will work for everyone (they are just busy), but on the other hand they saved somehow my life, so I want to say officially thank you and recommend Trusted Coin as company of "Trust" .

This is dedicated thank you to Lucas Ryan, who solved that. He is just one of those good guys, who really want to help, there were no fee's, just help.

Thank you also to all of you who tried to solve this problem on this forum.

Best Regards
Paweł

Hi,
I got 2FA on and i got error 16 when i try to send my coins my question is i will be able to pay it out somehowe if i lost my seeds?

Title: Re: Has anyone been able to send a transaction using Electrum/ Electron Cash so far?
Post by: HCP on September 27, 2017, 06:47:20 PM
If you have lost your seed, then your chances of being able to get the BCH out of Electron Cash is not good.

2FA is a 2-of-3 MultiSig account. Easiest option is to sign with the two private keys generated by your seed. But in your case, No seed = Not able to restore and disable 2FA to get 2 private keys = Not able to send BCH

Maybe you can contact TrustedCoin like the previous poster? https://trustedcoin.com/#/contact-us

If you ask them nicely, they might be able to help you out and sign the transaction so you can move your BCH out of 2FA wallet.

Ok... so I think I've found a way to work around the "Please wait" issue :)

Click "Next":
https://i.imgur.com/ePJTPxm.png

3. Select the second option "Wallet with two-factor authentication" and click "Next":
https://i.imgur.com/MPhbTzK.png

4. You will see the TrustedCoin disclaimer. Click Next.

5. Select the second option: "I already have a seed" and click Next:
https://i.imgur.com/WnPF1jZ.png

6. Type your 12 word recovery seed (you should see a message appear next to the "Options" button that says "Seed Type: 2FA"). Click Next

7. Select the second option: "Disable" (This is VERY important) and click Next:
https://i.imgur.com/VvtwCRc.png

9. You will then be prompted to create a password for the wallet. This is optional, but recommended. After a few seconds, Electrum will recover your wallet using your seed and then you'll see this window:
https://i.imgur.com/8Kv3WHK.png

Important: I finally got this to work after a long headache. I tried using an Electrum wallet that was a couple of months old and the newest Electron Cash, to no avail, then I tried the newest versions of both, same result. But then I downloaded version 2.9.3 of both Electron Cash and Electrum and it worked on first try.

Download the *.exe files here:

I have the same issue.
Update: solved. I've just choose "select server automatically" in network preferences and it works. Server now is bitcoincash.bitcoinplug.com.

Update 2: transactions don't work. "Server didn't answer".
What can be done with it?

Make sure you are using the latest version of ElectronCash... v2.9.4 - https://electroncash.org/#download

BCH network had a "hard fork" on Nov 13th... ~block#504,000... it seems that ElectronCash v2.9.3 is unable to sync past block 503,999...

I can't open this wallet in 2.9.4 because client just close.
Yesterday one transaction to Bittrex was send without error. Now it has status "Not verified" in Electron and I have that BCC on Bittrex now.

Hello everyone, I've not been able to claim my BCH from the Electrum to Electron cash. I have seed, though it is 25 words, not the typical 12. It was a 2FA wallet as well and i've followed all the instructions on here to disable 2FA. I've been at it for days and I can't seem to recreate a working wallet in Electron. I've tried sending my keys to other wallets, and using the seed with earlier versions of Electrum first, to modding the wallet and just opening it with Electron, with no luck on any front. Electron just hangs, or closes altogether. I'm nearing the end of what I'll do to claim these coins... Anyone trustworthy on here want to take a stab at it for a piece of a somewhat small prize?

Thanks for reading. =]

I also had trouble with this shit - Electron Cash. As user HCP had adviced I disabled 2FA in new Electrum wallet (2.9.3) and opened it in Electron (2.9.3). After many "server doesn't response" errors it sent test transactions to "bitcoin.com" and Bittrex wallets.
I've noticed that first try to send BCC just after opening Electron is more likely to be successfull. So I tried opening and sending it many times. Some of them were broadcasted, most didn't. But those who did appeared in "bitcoin.com" and Bitterx wallets.
Hope my experience will help you.

Your problem is that BCH recently had a HardFork... and you need to be using v2.9.4 of ElectronCash... I think a lot of the servers won't play nice with ElectronCash v2.9.3... so make sure you update to v2.9.4 for ElectronCash

Newest versions of Electrum seem to have a few little "bugs"... so if you're messing around trying to disable 2FA etc on Electrum, I would suggest v2.9.3

Good advice, always use the latest versions before you make a transaction. Better be safe than sorry.

I strongly wanted to use 2.9.4 version but it just didn't open wallet backuped by 2.9.3. Wallet closed without any error messages. Whatever, I send BCC from 2.9.3 and sold it on Trex.
Thank you for your advices, they really helped me.
