What's your favorite 3 altcoins and why?


I hope to discover new cool altcoins after this post
 ;D

For now if you are interested, buy altcoin XMY bittrex there is a chance of going up ,, but I am not racing on one two altcoin ,, I'm  looking for a volume up .. Hope it helps, and you can profit.

In addition to BTC I got ETH, DASH, for speedy smaller transaction. I also like XMR and ZEC for anonymity reasons. They all seem pretty solid and show steady up market trends

BTC, IOTA and Byteball.

BTC simply because is the father of all crypto world, the first and the most powerful rightnow.

IOTA because i think that this can be the future of the crypto.

Byteball because is of the same family of IOTA.

I will give you 2, Monero and Aeon. Monero has one of the best development teams in the cryptospace after bitcoin's developers. It also has stayed in the opensource way of development with no company backing it, only the community.

Aeon is lead Monero developer smooth's project. As a fork of Monero, it is following its own roadmap. The main goal is to become the first true cryptonetwork that run on mobile devices.

1: BTC, because it's the most famous alt coins in the world.
2: XVG, because I earned a lot of money on this coin since 2016.
3: DeepOnion, a new coin and I also earned 20X of my investment.
Remember if you want to earn big profit, you should hold your coins for a long term.

I just have 2 altcoins.
1. LTC, it is referred to silver to bitcoin's gold. it has a faster block generation rate and offers a faster transaction confirmation rather than BTC.
2. ETH, it has good range in bitcoin. it has a market capitalization of more than $4 billion, the second after bitcoin among all cryptocurrencies

1. Ethereum - Its established, useful and innovative.
2. Siacoin - Developers are sometimes a little too open, its a working product and can benefit not only those with an knowledge of blockchain but anyone.
3. Signatum - I mined a bunch and bought more than I should have so I'm hoping this one moons,  ;D

My favorite altcoins are Litecoin, Monero and ETH. I choose these three because of their rate of growth. ETH's market cap is more than half of Bitcoin, and is still increasing. Monero and Litecoin are known to its good blockchain technology. And I think these three are next in BTC in terms of the most popular cryptocurrency and also with the biggest community. There are some new altcoins that are already making their names such as dash, bcc and the likes.

You won't discover so many new coins most probably as the top coins are the most liked also. My top 3 favorite altcoins are Waves, Adex, and Stratis. There are still altcoins that I really want to include here as I am a hard fan of them but you are only asking for 3. My top 3 coins have been proven dependable. They will fly higher soon.

I am a day trader.So i like some coin who pump and dump 24 hours.

Kick ico because that gives a revolutionary thing for the crowdfunding and it seems the token us usable for the various things, The second is the tenx because that was having a working product right now and the dev still keep the hardworking. And another last 1 is omisego.

1. DEEPONION - since it is the first coin where i was able to participate in a active community. And its value increasing in an unprecedented level. The airdrop campaign is also really grear, you could accumulate huge amount of coin after all of it is finished.
2. MINERIUM - a have stacked a bucnh of it.. and it has possibilities to rise on a great price due to the opening of artemine.
3. BITCOIN - i justr simply cannot remove it remove it among the top. since cryptocurrency became really popular because of this coin... we are now having success due to this coin.

I'm eyeing now altcoins that's undervalue but still promising.
So waves and mco are now my favorites as its high in supply circulation as well as the total supply.
They are having some dips right now but for sure next month they will surely pump.

I agree with these picks. I see Litecoin as the obvious alternative for investors who feel priced out of bitcoin. I would not be shocked if in a few years a single Litecoin is worth hundreds of dollars.

ETH OMG ZRX for me, they all have easy to see uses and i can imagine them being successful. Plenty of coins are "XYZ... but as a blockchain  :o" and when i think about them abit i can't see the benefits.

ETH is very popular though it's one of my choice but I will remove it for now as I have my other choices.

These alt coins are making some noise and it has an active community that's supporting it.

Currently my personal favourite coin is obvious Litecoin. Its rallies are hot and mean. I mean everyone could make some bucks just buy buying for couple of months. Litecoin development is better as well.

the three coins became a favorite because this month these three coins have generated a big profit for me. where each of the coins has a price that rose a good increase this month

1. ARK - Innovative coin, currently drooling on the roadmap (button-push deployable blockchain, helllllooooo !  :-* ), ARK Aces, ARK Vm, blockchain bridges ... and one of the most friendly crypto community I've found so far. I have a bit of it, but sadly not enough :p
2. AdEx - Team seems good, as the project seems to be, and I can see the use (and the advantages of using) of the final product. Hold a bit too, but not enough. (is there anything as "too much", though ?)
3. XMR - Big demand for that kind of working, privacy oriented currency. This coin is far from finished with the upward trend, imho. I don't hold any, although I remember taking an interest in it last November, when it was ... what ... 5$ ? Slapping myself everyday for this, too.  ;D

BTC, ETH and Litecoin.
WHY
BTC because its the father of all cryptocurrencies and its proven to be the safest investment anyone would pick out and has a fast return on investment.
ETH second most popular and biggest crypto.. see no reason for leaving it out and it paves way for other great altcoins which are built on its network.
Litecoin is among my favourite as its considered bitcoin in disguise and usually paves way for the prime coin with new developments .

ETH - long term investment.. will never sell. Went in at early stage
NEO - trading
PTOY - can't say its my favourite but will HODL as long as possible

my favorite 3 altcoin are spreadcoin, nexus and signatum, they have good dev and nice future project, they will explode after their features will be released, i also like them because they are still small but have huge potential, a big room to grow

My favourite ALT coins are:

Litecoin, purely as it is a pure survivor and the original altcoin which
has returned from near death to be a very steady performer.

Monero, because it is a coin which is widely used al be it on the
dark web etc. it is actively used.

SIAcoin Although it is rather static at the moment and the technology is not
unique to it, that blockchain technology to me is very promising

Right now since i am beginning to learn about crypto my 3 best coin are 1. DeepOnion 2. Dogecoin 3. LTC cause i have a feeling that they will perform better in the coming months aside from DeepOnion which are now popular.

Bitcoin, Waves and Litecoin coz they are all stable especially bitcoin price increases rapidly. I like Waves and i see a big potential on it and ofcourse litecoin it was on it's worse but it now it stood still and currently stable.

BTC - crypro standard
XVG - active community, passion and the fact I like big numbers :)
Waves - the first investment I made (after BTC  and ETH), just love the product, community and roadmap. Hidden gem for me
Blocknet - good gains in past for me, also like to see actual product that works

My three favorite altcoin in trading altcoins are ethereum, bitcoins and ripple coins. They have big volatility on the markets it can makes money in them, the other reasons they have good aspects fundamental ( comunity, developer, investor) and other ecosystem so they are safe to be traded on the markets won't to be scam coins in the future.

I haven't made a lot of $ on these but I'm rooting hard for them because I think we need coins that facilitate  low cost transfer of funds: omg, Dash and pay. I also love nexus because I like how it's outside the box.

Dao.casino, Dao.casino is a blockchain protocal for gambling, the team is very active and they are implementing new technologies in their platform also I like Stratis and firstblood

ETH, ADX, PTOY
the coin is experiencing a very good price increase over the previous few months, and also ADX is suitable for trading. besides that ETH has a good future and also PTOY never give me doubled profits

LBC is one of my favorite coins, the work the devs are putting in and bringing the app along is astonishing. They have the website spee.ch too that looks up the content from the blockchain too. And the price is cheap as chips at the moment :)

My top 3 are MGO, HMQ and Eth. Those are very promising for me and devs are active. For MGO, so far they are the biggest ICO during their time. There are many promising coins to mention but since only the are being ask.

For me, my favorite altcoins is BTC and ETH . I have only 2 favorite cause im new to this altcoin. But i heard about other altcoins such as BCC , BITTREX, EVEREX ,LITECOIN,DOGECOIN and etc. If i gain more experience in this altcoin world maybe i will have a lot of favorites like others. For now i prefer bitcoin and eth cause it has higher exchange rate in many different transactions nowadays.

prefer litecoin eth and btc because every time currency exchange is always smooth and time is not too long to wait for it.

I'd go with ZenCash (growth potential private transactions), Mysterium (growth potential, useful use case if peer to peer VPN is achievable, it might not be), and finally Eth if it's still considered an altcoin (difficulty bomb).

Eth is best altcoin. first i like eth then i like waves and next.
i like for long time hold and i think this coin is good for long run. This coin have own platform i this coin is best.

There are so many others but it's really the biggest investment I've ever had. I'm looking forward to the best development for me. We saw it and we also earn here as well. The ethereum is one that has been released as a result of its price increase in just 3 years. Because of the wonderful developments people had to invest in here. The LTC has been a long time in its entirety and because of the good development this year, I'm sure it will increase in its current price right now,

When it comes for long term my 3 favorite coins is:
BTC,ETH,XMR

When it comes for short term trades which i do actively doing shorts:
BCH,RIPPLE,ADX

As of now,these are the list on which i do categories them in both long term and short term.

ETH - because this is a coin use for many ICO
LTC - now it's have an active dev and more support from China. So say cheer!
BCC - Bitcoin cash. Bitcoin with low fee and fast confirm. Welcome to the party!

I like your strategy.

My top three favorite altcoins now would probably Bitcoin, for the obvious reason which is the most stable coin for me and easily convert them into fiat; second would be Ethereum because I feel comfortable with making transactions with this coin and it is so much faster; and lastly would probably be XEM/NEM because so far out of all the coins that dropped its price when Bitcoin hit the hardfork this coin remained stable out of all the coins.

btc is the best and most popular.it's price is growing high.zEth also good coin.it's price also raising. waves are also growing. i have some waves and I'm holding it.

1: BTC - first mover, biggest network
2: LTC - early in the game, much faster than bitcoin
3: Onion - new privacy coin that uses TOR for complete privacy.

I also like other privacy coins like CloakCoin and Monero.

Ethereum= because is like a new competitor of bitcoin, many icos using it and i believe this good news for eth holders
Bitcoincash= the mining is profitable than mining bitcoin
Dogecoin= make use of a very cheap fees of all amount of transaction.

The three altcoin that I like are:

1. Magi or XMG.  Community is friendly and helpful especially magic.  Developer of XMG (Joelao95) had established that he is trustworthy and keep on working on the project even if it does not start with crowdfunding. 
2. RLC: gave me a good profit in trading
3. NEM : big and friendly community.

SALT, MTL and DNT are my three biggest hold. The first two are by far my favourite, will have real world use cases and long term potential well worth looking into.

My top altcoins that I hold until are Ethereum, Waves, and ofcourse Xmr. These are my top in my list a very promising coin. So hodling is my choice for now.

ETH -- this is like investing in TCIP circa 1973.
XMR -- Real privacy, real dev team, real community.
DOGE -- not great for investing, but really great for pure shenanigans.

I have been finding it difficult to discover where ICO's are launched, let alone which ones are the most promising?

How do we expect to find out when they are launched?

My favorite coins are LTC, ETH and NEM. With the first two I think everything is clear. But NEM, in my opinion, will still show!)

1. Bitcoin - because it is the backbone of the entire ecosystem
2. Litecoin - for its transaction time and low fees, and steady price
3. Neo - think it has Eth-like potential if China stops being so controlling of crypto (will never happen)

Ethereum =  i have feeling to this good coin in future , stable

Litecoin   =  although this coin price is down now , i see the price of this coin will be better and rise in future

Dash       =  no doubt , this is a very nice and good coin ..

Is it explained as to how the tokens can be utilized?

1. ETH- lots of potential with the idea of smart contracts.
2. Litecoin- more stable than Bitcoin and still underpriced, good investment oppurtunity
3. Neo- similar to ETH.

My 3 favorite altcoins are:
1) Crypviser (CVCoin) - is undervalued coin now. Very nice alternative for so called "safe" messengers like Telegram, WhatsupCrypviser is a disruptive, encrypted all-in-one network for social and business communication based on blockchain technology. ICO was over in June 2017.
2) Humaniq (HMQ) - long-term project with huge potential if all will go right. ICO was over in May 2017.
3) Ethereum (ETH) - for me it is the main solid coin with great background and future.

My favourite coins are monaco, coindash, swarm. The last that I mention will be favourite coins in future

Buy and hold the leader. BTC, Eth and waves

1. Stratis - like the team, price changing and it`s ready for segwit.

2. Civic - like the idea, and ofcourse like Vinny :3

3. NEM - everybody like NEM and me, you should buy it because the Catapult soooon!

That’s a pretty interesting batch that you have there. I would pick the same though I would maybe trade the Waves coin with Maidsafe only because they have been making some progress with their technology and there’s not that many people that are putting money into it right now compared to the other coins if you know what I mean. There’s people that wanted Waves and they saw the progress then invested money into it already. Maid has yet to get the pump that it deserves because they didn’t officially launch what they were expecting to take years to do.

For me, Etherium, Litecoin, and Monero are the best three altcoins because these three has a good blockchain technology, they are also popular that makes each of its xommunity larger. And community of a crypto is important because it provides the demand for a certain coin, and since crypto are dependendent of the market demand in terms of its market value, a crypto community is surely important. And remember, the factor that made Bitcoin to be the no.1 crypto for a long period of time is its large community.

first deeponion ,and then zec,dash ,xmr ,because they are all  anonymous，i think in the near future ,people will find out that anonymous it the most important thing.

My favorite 3 coins as of now is Ethereum, Adex and NEM. I feel like all of these coins have really great potential to increase its value a few years from now and one of these might be next to bitcoin, not saying it will replace bitcoin because bitcoin will always be number 1 but second to it is still questionable.

XMR: anonymity built in from start, not extra "stealth" address add-on. look at another private address tech, most cannot even send/receive using a private address to/from exchanges, ask to use public address.
CVC: already have minimal working product. Unlike most other ICO which is nothing but based on a white paper.
OMG: backed by the established company (not ICO paper firm) and emerging country, OMG also getting a lot of notices from the public.

My favourite coins are the ones that will scale to hundreds of thousands of transactions per second or more.

The contenders seem to include:

Bitcoin (with Lightning Network)
Ethereum (with Sharding and Raiden)
EOS
Iota
Radix.global.

However, it's very difficult to predict which will pull it off.

In my side, the three altcoins that serve as my favorite are Bitcoin, ETh and XMR.
Bitcoin comes first because this is the first altcoin that I discover followed by ETH as it has potential to stay on top also.
Lastly is XMR, this is the altcoin that I am currently mining now and I am hoping to earn more from this coin. :)

i like waves,eth,btc ..i like this coin very much because of their value and their non stoppable success.I like their technology also.

If for me personally, I prefer Altcoin WINGS, ARK, EDG because I think from ketingga Altcoin looks very good in their trade in Bittrex, I do not think to hold another Altcoin, because I am not so sure with other Altcoin to trade.

I'll choose Lisk, Waves and Ripples.
It seems to me that these are reliable coins.
And thanks to Lisk I earned the first profit, so for me it's a very good coin

I'm mainly interested in scalability.  Therefore, my favorites are:

EOS  (but they haven't explained how they will be able to do millions of transactions per section)
Iota  (but there was negative posting about them yesterday)

My favorite altcoin is ETH, WAVE and CVC. These aare the most popular alt coin and valuable. These alt coin increasing prize becomes more and more valuable day by day. So I like and support it very much.

My favorite 3 altcoins Ethereum , Waves and Litecoin , all of these coins have really great potential and promising , there are so far very stable price.

Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash and whatever comes out from Bitcoin split in November (Bitcoin Core coin or Bitcoin SegWit2x coin)

Niche coin with very good algorithm, Max Supply is 10 million, Total Supply 484,506 XLR(great for miners), great developers and community. This project just must be successful.

The way CEO and management work, the sponsorship, their activity during many meetings and stuff like that and of course technical parameters of their Blockchain Architecture. I think It is also very safe investment,

3. Waves
Because of their progress, many projects, community, developers, and the most important their VISION.

hi, what different both WAVES (that mention in first) and WAVES (that mention in last/third) ?

My favorite altcoin is etherum, waves, and Dashcoin because the three coins I see are potentially good for the next 2 years, although the current price is still down but I am still optimistic that 2 more years will have good value, many projects are paying with the etherum platform and waves, while the dashcoin still shows a stable price even though bitcoin prices had dropped due to negative issues.  :)

For now, I decide to buy btc, eth and adx. Btc always become my favorite because the price action & volume history has a good record. Eth become my second coin, not for investment but for trading and until now give me profit 3%/ month for a year. Adx, even this is a new coin, I like the concept and platform. For that reason I believe ADX will survive also. Thank you.

ETH is a good choice for me :D with ETH we can buy many good token. See monaco only need 3 month to x20. Then stratis and game is good for me too

before I have found a post that is almost similar to your post. but I will try to answer your question.
  my only real favorite coin is 2. Ethereum and Riplle. I love Eth and Xrp because they are quite stable and strong and have a good future. but if I have to choose my 3rd coin, then it looks like I will choose BAT.

These are my top three favorite altcoins:

1. Verge - I love it because it is really the symbol of being anonymous. Aside from that, this coin is still very cheap but has a potential for growth in the future.

2. Ripple - It is also cheap in the market and Ripple connects banks, payment providers, digital asset exchanges and corporations.

3. Digibyte - I love it because its focus is primarily on cyber securities.

These are the coins that I love and I hope that they will have a huge growth in the future.

An interesting question. Currently, I see a lot of types of altcoins appear on the market, they also have the potential and gradually become profitable investments after Bitcoin. My first favorite altcoin was Ethereum, it was definitely. Ethereum is not just the name of an algorithmic currency; it is precisely the international network of connected computers. Copper Ether is present in the form of computer code and has a separate Blockchain-based hierarchy, so we can do more with it. Besides Bitcoin, Dash and Ripple are my choices, they are very good altcoin, very potential in value.

DASH is a good altcoin as it has a very stable price.
ETHEREUM is a very good altcoin as it hosts most of the ICOs.
LITECOIN is a good altcoin and has a lot of potential.

 WAVES, STRAITS & RIPLLE  are my personal favorites as all of these coins have a lot of potential. Waves is the platform which will surely replace ethereum in future. Straits is friends with Microsoft and ripple is a very stable altcoin.

Waves & XEL are both 2 promising projects.

For me I would be happy to invest in the older coins or established coins with good adaption lime ethereum, dash and ripple

When it comes to hold in a long term, my top 3 choices altcoin for this was Xem, Waves and Maid. Now when it comes to short term which I think it will increase in a short period of time was Dent, Xvg, Rdd, Bay, and Xmy. This is just my observation regarding what I saw to their chart graph.

1. iota for long term --> it will rise in future because more and more companies start involve in iota projects.

2. waves --> i like the platform and the new roadmap, good community

3. ethereum --> need for icos and other payments

WAVES is one of my favorites because I see it as "ethereum killer" and I believe that it will replace ethereum in future.
CIVIC is also one of the very good projects available in the market.
MONERO is a project with a lot of potential and can be a bigger success in future.

USDT is a crypto tethered to the US Dollar. So 1 USDT == 1 US$.

LTC - follows bitcoin and is growing
ETH - Perhaps one day it will go to 1000 dollars
XRP - Waiting for the $1 price tag ;)

MAID - great project, will change how we use. They're building slowly and stable...the right way to approach such a big task
ETH - it's barely an altcoin anymore, but because of the potential that it has, smart contracts and real world usability
MONERO - privacy, existing usability and with that potential for future integration

ETH- great potential, further development will bring more new fields in crypto
Bitcoin- this coin did it. Bitcoin opened all crypto doors and who knows what. It's in everyday use more and more each day

That's my list. There is a lot more good coins out there, but hey next time give us 10 coins list ;) it would be much easier.

Altcoins are nowadays become investment option than bitcoin. I am planning start GPU mini mining farm and it shows that still altcoin mining with the multiple GPU is profitable to us. I like MRNG because it is assertive that it's vision is to end the Fed. End the current banking system which is a monopoly. It is also a PoS coin. I like PoS coins.

NEO is my best altcoin because the development team is very active and hard worker.
MCO is the second of all altcoin because of their have  masterplan in roadmap.

Without including BTC (which is probably the "safest" investment as it is the most "stable"), my 2 favorites for long term investment are:

1) LTC: It is the first ever alt coin I purchased and I see it as a great investment opportunity (price is still affordable). The silver to BTC which works for me because I love silver.
2) XRP: It has great potential to grow. The price per coin is still quite cheap, so you can get a larger amount and hold.

The third coin would be ETH, which I only buy and use to invest in other alt coins because it is the most used and fees are lower. It was not in my long term investment list, however, after reading many of your comments I might have to rethink this or I might regret it in the future.

The three altcoins I have are ETH, LTC and the last but not the least is DOGE. ;D ETH has features of smart contract functionality which I like most. LTC adopted SegWit, the Lightning Network and is nearly identical to Bitcoin. It also has some technical improvements over Bitcoin. When it comes to DOGE there is nothing special with the coin but it is one of those undervalued coins and according to the DOGE community it is scheduled to reach the Moon's surface in 2019 so watch out! ;D Actually, every investors has its own basis and perception on the altcoin when investing and we have different kind of methods and strategies so its up to you how you deal with it.

I have three favorite coins that I always keep. that is:
1. Ethereum (ETH), ethereum is the most popular coin among trader community so I am very happy to do trading ethereum.

Ethereum was created by J.P Morgan Chase, Microsoft and Intel that is currently the closest rival to Bitcoin. As what I've read an article ago, The New York Times describes it as  “a single shared computer that is run by the network of users and on which resources are parceled out and paid for by Ether.” So basically what it does is that, it binds directly to the Blockchain itself.

Ripple, despite being new it gained a quite intriguing entrance since it doubles up its price just after a 24 - hour period. It created a solution that makes the total cost of settlement lower by enabling banks to transact directly, instantly, and with certainty of settlement. So its pretty handy isn't it?

Litecoin on the other hand is quite different since, the sole purpose of this coin is to increase Bitcoin it self. Its like it is Bitcoin but the lite version of it, it you know what I mean. However its drawback would be creating more orphaned blocks.

I like currencies that expect from a fundamental perspective.

WAVES, ETH, and IFT

I have only two coin as of the moment , but looking forward to invest more in some altcoins , I have ETH now because as we can see in the ranking this coin is next to BTC so its very simple for me to invest in ETH , I also have waves just for me to trade everyday when I have an interest to trade to promising altcoins . My favorite 3 Altcoins are ETH, DASH and STRAT. I am choosing these 3 due to their consistency and tremendous growth over the years. Huge project, fantastic team, already a working product.
Really promising - so far most of the investor base is Italian, which is a good thing as there's huge potential for growth once the ball gets rolling on an international level.

Yes, after EIDOO here's another DEX.. simply put, Kyber is the s..t in terms of DEXs, and the support of Vitalik Buterin is much much more than a marketing gimmick.. the guy knows the game.
The only drawbacks are the somewhat slow development plan and the fact that we don't really know yet what the fees will be like.. but at current price this is a steal.

3. BNB
Ok I admit I have a penchant for DEXs. BNB isn't a DEX, I know, but they plan to create one in the near future. Add to this the growing reputation of the coolest exchange whilst old fat pillars like Bittrex and Poloniex are moving aside, and this creates a good buying opportunity for BNB tokens.

i personally go for zcash ater Btc and Eth total anonymity it's  target block interval for Bitcoin is in every 2.5mins, where with btc for example the Block interval is 10 mins. And Zcash has 2MB blocks compared to 1MB for Bitcoin.

It was indeed created as a joke by some imageboard community but the power of internet memes shouldn't be underestimated. I wouldn't put it in my top 3 and not even in my top 10, but DOGE is a coin with a community backing it, and they have (and still are) producing several initiatives, mostly charitable activties, to promote it. I wouldn't be surprised if, at one stage, DOGE starts having an actual use. As I said not my favourite coin, but if it drops much getting closer to the 25th October (bitcoin fork) as I expect, I might open a small-medium sized position in it.

In cryptocurrency world, there are certain coins which are called alternate coins or altcoins. Its been a long time when I start to enter in this kind of world. My favourite coin is bitcoin undoubtedly, the recent price has crossed 7300$ , its amazing. Secondly , the next altcoins what i see most popular is ETH, Litecoins , Dash and Waves. These coins are also generating good market cap and the volumes also increasing day by day .They are also backed up by good firms and the coming future would fetch some good profits if holding the coins for certain period of time.

I don't think that bitcoin is altcoin Because bitcoin is the king and other coins except bitcoin are altcoins ( Alternative coin) .
Here wave and ETH are really a better coin for me also but still I didn't made that much profit in these coins that I made in another coins .
The best three coins for me are the Digibyte and posw and bcc ( bitconnect ) , I know that these coins are not much popular in the current time ( except bitconnect ) , but still they gave me much profit Because I found myself much profitable in these coins after the investment .
About 4 months happened with me these coins and results into much profit , I always made investment in these coins when these have very low price in the month .
Only in the posw coin I made about $1700 in 2nd last month , so we can understand well.that how the posw giving profit ( here I didn't made all profit from direct buy and sell but also used the simple way of trading from exchange to exchange that the coin has value different at different exchange ) .

In addition to BTC I got ETH, DASH, for speedy smaller transaction. I also like XMR and ZEC for anonymity reasons. They all seem pretty solid and show steady up market trends  :)

You're right btc is the father of all cryptocurrencies but btc is not an altcoin like what is asked. Imo my best altcoins in order are bitshares, waves, and ethereum.
bitshares because the currency are digital asset tokens that get rid of price unstability. waves for speed, security, and transparency . ethereum for faster block time,also kickstarter isnt needed  when you have ethereum.

Yeah, Litecoin has my alt vote every day of the week. The price itself is a big bonus for me, since I see Litecoin as the original Bitcoin alternative. It will never be as expensive, but look at the stability in price. Long-term profits is an incentive but the development and community are nothing short of inspirational to Bitcoin.

Zen I will always view a few rungs below Monero, but I do like the user aspect for governance.

Waves is my latest entry into my personal favourite top 3, for much of the reasons as Litecoin (development) but that it has a solid product that keeps getting better.

I personally believe Waves it as a bright future and I think if we invest now in future it will give as an excellent profit. apart from this i like ETH and NEM.

My top-three altcoins I choose to deal with are Ethereum, Monero (XMR) and DASH. I pick ETH for it stability and its great future (I believe in it). DASH and XMR are very safe altcoins and a greatest anonymity dealing with them is always provided.

Right now I am looking into Propthereum.io. They are an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain and are expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time. They are backed by real estate that will generate a rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder.

my favourite altcoin is ripple/xrp. Why? Because no matter how many good news about adoption, use, tech progress, new partners..etc, come out, the price of xrp does not move up, or even falls a bit every time. A company with 15bn "warchest" had a big important conference in a warehouse where the sun was shining directly into speakers eyes. A tech company that can not handle a simple livestream, and does no stream the main chair interview. So all we can do is hodl.  >:(

Im talking about the most influence coin on cryptocurrency.  So thats  I mean the coin who have a original technology not copycat the others. 
And the answers are Bitcoin and Ethereum. The boths still just the real coin for me.  And my goal for collecting altcoin to exchange them to BTC and ETH.  So hunt them before its toi late.

BTC, ETH and Waves. 3 my flagship coins. Btc is pioneer of all cryptocurrencies, while the two altcoins have a market that specifically trades their tokens.

My favorite altcoins are waves, ark and ethereum this three coins are trusted and legit. Even there's a lot of trial comes to there altcoins. They can handle and manage it, I have no doubt to the abilities of these crypto.
If these altcoins are continue increasing for the following days or years I'm sure that all crypto currency will become more worth it in the future.

Etherium, Ripple, and OMG

Etherium has such a strong following.  Their is a lot of development ongoing and it seems they will solve the scalability issues.  I like that they will have POS.

Ripple has the partnership with Gates foundation, they are picking up banks left and right.  The swift system is long overdue for replacement.

OMG - the mother company has a strong userbase.  Once they get their tech worked out, staking will be profitable.

WAVES -> With NG, DEX, smart contract, and others I believe we'll see great demand for Waves. That means huge transactions and money for us ;D

DGD -> DGX will be gold backed. And DGD holders will get some benefits of the fee.

PBT -> Even I lost huge amount of money I still believe in tis project (With that team probably they will screw up ;D). It can be great example of real world tokenizing. I don't like the team at all btw  ;D

An interesting question! And in my opinion everyone has their favorite coins, today the market is filled up every day, but not everyone is kept on it! Therefore, after conducting the analysis, I trust XRP, STRATIS, and DOGE as a promising coin!

The 3 altcoins that are my favorite is eth, zec and dash. I love those two coins because those two are the main priority of my mining rigs to mine and the third was my favorite because i have a node setup in that altcoin (dash) and i will still keep mining and holding the node that i got so i can have a passive income which is great for me.

populous, kickico because it is my first coin in bounty signature campaigh and the results are satisfactory, and both are good quality coins that have good price. and ETH, as it is a very popular alcoint after bitcoin and has a huge market.

Bitcoin

Litecoin

BITCOIN: I don't feel like I have to say much about it. The dominating factor of the market. All should include bitcoin in their portfolio.

WAVES: Very good Project, bad team members behind it. If they expand their developer team, waves can be the vital part of the coins.

My 3 Favorite Altcoins are:

1) Ethereum - has a huge following, steady growth, and I see it continuing to rise

2) Sia - Low value, but does have real world applications and may pop in the future

3) Deep Onion - Love this coin, lots of upside, very active community and was just listed on it's first larger exchange.

Right now the ones i'm most interested are FUN, Monero and ADEX! Hoping to secure some nice profits on these 3 after the 2x bitcoin fork coming up 2 weeks from now! They have good potential + increasing hype, both good for cryptos.

FYI - BTC is not altcoin!
There is bitcoin and altcoins. Altcoins are all others that are not bitcoin.

I would take no advice from anyone who lists BTC as an altcoin.  If someone doesn't understand what "alt" means, I would assume their rationale for listing certain altcoins may also be suspect.

My interest is in using coins to make coin, so they should have an intrinsic value that makes them as close to tangible as you can get in the crypto world.
ETH - Technologically speaking, ETH has great potential.  Financially speaking, ETH should be around for a long time, and as long as it is, should steadily increase in value.  I anticipate it following in BTCs footsteps, but for very different reasons.
XRP - Technologically speaking, XRP is already revolutionizing the finance industry.  Financially, XRP should be around for a long time, but it may be more volitale and may not show steady increases.
