I want to learn trading of crytocurrency. As a new in trading, I want to learn first. Could anyone can help me how to start and from where I can learn trading.

first you need to get knowledge of the past and present of any coin you wants to trade. Keep an eye on the market as well as other coins. Whales will do the rest of the things :)

I advise you to learn first before risking your money. The secret of trading is to fix you goal. Buy low, fix your target and try not to be greedy.

Go participate in any Crowd sale and wait until there release but its gonna be a long term or, buy some btc in exchange sites but there is always a risk if you are willing to take.

To learn to trade you should know first what altcoins/ICO tokens should be the better to invest with, you can know that by searching on google or simply on this forum from this board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0. And choose a better exchange site like bittrex, etc. But if you want a long-term ICO tokens is the best to invest, you can sense obviously if a project is a scam or not from the details they gave by reading the project's whitepaper and knowing the team members.

You'll need patience. You need to keep in your mind first that trading involves risk. And before engaging yourself in trading, know how the mechanics of trading, study about the nature of the thing that you will trade such as its background. You should also know how to speculate. These things can be learned through readings, observations and experiences. Then you may start from small tradings to be familiar with it and everything will follow.

There are many free courses which you can search on google, from which you can get some basic fundamentals of trading but to become expert in trading field you have to learn from your mistakes and it might take whole lot of time. You can't make profit from just reading some trading guides, learn basic fundamentals first, invest some of your money to play with charts and try to learn from your mistakes. When you think you can now start making profit from trading, invest more and try to get more skills and techniques with time.

First thing first, You have to study cryptocurrencies. You have to learn how to read charts and understand how coins move, Though this will be hard since coins are very unpredictable. Second, You must have capital, Huge amount of capital will be equal to a huge profit but this is not true sometime since it really depends on the skill of the traders.

Trading in general sense is all about technical analysis and you must be good in Technical Analysis in order to be a good trader. Most Technical Analysis books are generally associated with stocks because they are the ones who mostly use the price chart that cryptocurrency is also using, you can download ebooks about it online.

i think you can start in market like bittrex and then prepare for your balance, then choice what coins to buy (see the volume buy and sell)  wait for low price, buy some coins and sell in high price

First of all you don't have to be a spoon feed. It is very easy to access internet nowadays especially we are in the digital age. To have some information regarding this, trading, you must have some backround and information about it.

Well, the big things that you should know before you get too invested relates a lot to technical signals and knowing how to trade without adding emotion into the mix. If you're able to do both of those things, then you're well on your way to being a better trader than most of the world.

For first I will suggest you to do trading with small amount of money for the sake of learning. Trading in Crypto/fiat ( your local currency ), BTC/USD for example. Try to increase your fiat first. Buy bitcoin when it's down and sell it after you got 10% profit ( you can tweak it ). After some period of time, look at your portfolio whether you can increase your fiat or not. If yes, then you have a trading talent otherwise, keep trying till you got comfortable enough to start the real trading.

I takes a lot of time studying and effort to learn it, its easy to trade its just buy and sell of the coins you want but the real question is when to buy low or when to sell high ? you have to make a plan when you do a trading. Start from learning how it works and learn the technical analysis, read books, watch online and then do the trading now. Knowledge is the best source of all.

you can start trading by searching for some information in articles or youtube, but it seems like learning on someone will make it easier for you to learn and interact. and try to keep monitoring market activity so you can know the market movement.

First and foremost trading has high risk to engage with and you must know that all the time in trading. Well, I can share to you how I started in trading and the very basic of it is that first watch some videos regarding trading cryptocurrencies, and read also some reviews and articles of successful traders in the crypto world and that would be the effective one to know first. You can not make a profit from just reading some business guides, invest some money to play with charts and try to learn from your mistakes. You can start earning profits from trading, investing more and trying to get more skills and techniques with time.

I started with watching the markets (BTC and altcoins).  I purchased a few hundred dollars to play with and learn in the market.  I have some books on technical analysis I'm reading.  My initial education came from just looking around on the internet and YouTube.  Chris Dunn (chrisdunntv) has some good intro videos on crypto-trading and he also has some blogs on TradingView, which I like to use to watch the market.

I was eager and learn by doing, but if I had to start again I would do some trading on paper first before actually putting money in the market.  That being said, I haven't really lost any significant amount (yet) and I've learned a LOT in the past few weeks.

If you want to do trading need some money to invest. For smaller amount withdrawals they don't ask ID proofs at least in the begging but once your trading amount increases then they will request for the ID proofs. If I'm not wrong most of the exchanges will ask for ID proofs to provide a facility for higher amount withdrawals.

Firstly You have to study cryptocurrencies. second you have to understand market place situation. third you have to understand about coin basic.this three condition is very important for your trading.

Good tips, thanks for sharing. I would also like to add, before entering trading. Practice first! Make practice buys, taking down the volume and price. Take a lot of notes so you remember why you bought it, what your intended profit taking was, and what was the stop losses you were prepared to have. Of course, your "practice trading" is not entirely reflective of how you will perform because no real money is involved.

I definitely agree that don't panic and stay calm, have faith are good. Most important is to allow SL and PT to happen. Don't ever jump the gun. Adjust if need be, but don't be emotional.

Actually I wanted to ask that question here also. I'm also new in trading just started yesterday. A friend introduce it to me and teach me how to trade. Hi to be honest im starting and new here so i dont know all about trading but i hope by reading in this forum i get more knowledge about trading becuase i want to get a high profit here like others.

Start small and build your way up. Buy some low cap coins and trade them while keeping an eye on the graph and trying to make some profits. Don't worry if you make mostakes you are learning. You must tet more and more to get experience because expierence is the only way to get better at something. It's tough but keep trying and good luck.

If you are sure that you had explored the exchange site then its time for you to decide if you will fund your account for you to be able to trade. My friend say if i earn or collect a lot of coins i can use trading  but he said that its to risky to trade if you dont have a courage and have a patience to use this. Becuase trading can gives you a high profit as he said.

I think at first you need to go around this forum to read some topics about trading or search it on google, then do a lot of research about the market or altcoin you're going to trade. Beside, you can easily find out a lot of trade group on facebook, in there people share the coin they're trading or holding, you can refer or follow them if you want. But be careful cause trading is not easy :)

After that you can take a look on trading volumes, when I open my poloniex account that is the first thing I do, check the trading volume and who is on top. Prices go up and down all the time, when will you buy and enter trading can be hard, but buying when prices are going down is good strategy. I agree with you, the good source of information learning trading for the first time is from video especially from YouTube, for example learning analysis technical to make prediction of price will be easy understood than learning by reading because on the video we can take the information related with trading activity via voice, writing and image all of important information on the video.

First, I think you should earn some capital money to start off. Try earning on campaigns or buy BTC straight away then later exchange it for some alts. Altcoins are mainly used coins in trading. My tip is to invest on good and well reviewed coins as they are much safer and easy to start with. From there on, you're only goal is PROFITS. As long as you profit, there is no bad way of trading. There are different types of trading. Scalping are short (usually just a few minutes) lasting trades taking minimal profits very often. Then there's daytrading which is a bit longer term trades. And there's long term investing where one buys and holds his assets for days, months or even years before selling. Every type of trading requires a bit of different approach. And one must decide what type of trading suits him the most.

But no matter what type of trader you want to become it will involve a lot of analysis. There are two types of analysis fundamental and technical. Technical analysis is basically knowing how to read the charts, candlestick patterns, chart patterns, volume, different types of indicators, determining support and resistance zones and so on.

Because loosing money to learn sucks and (as far as I know) there are no crypto exchanges offering free demo trading, I'd suggest to open a demo account with one of the forex or CFD brokers. Loosing is normal part of trading and nothing to be upset about. If a trader wins just a little over 50% trades and his risk management is right, he will be profitable in the long term. I wont go into details on that. There's plenty articles about risk management if you google for it. But the very basic of it would be never risk more than a very small percentage of your portfolio on a single trade.

I just read and see everything I see. Even the bad information. Just find your way and filter the information. A lot of information is shit, a lot. People say they know but a lot of them don't. I use bittrex and cryptopia so far. I also use coinbase to buy my bitcoin. But sometimes it takes a long time to get money over its annoying. My boyfriend and I decided to find someone we could just buy it from in person and not pay the higher fee's but if you were to do that make sure its safe and find other videos of other people doing it. We keep all of our long term stuff in a wallet and then we also keep what we want to trade on the exchange. As soon as we make some bitcoins then we put it in our wallets.

For example the profesional gamblers, you cant tell that there is just luck, i mean why is it alway the same winners. why always the same people benefit at maximum from pump and dump...yes, it is needed experience, theoretical informations but also, it is necessarily a big amount of money so you can manipulate the market, everything is manipulation and the power to predict the behavior of others.

$50 is already a large amount for a person who will just start and risk the money. Better take it down to $30 which you could somehow swallow even if it goes to zero.
Luckily I did it before and I wom the gamble and I hope the same goes for others. But after that use the same price and if you lose you will take the experience while you didnt feel like losing.

I utterly agree with you about the practical nature of trading. There is no doubt in this fact that you can’t be expert in trading just by mere reading. Trading demands practice and for that you need to do trading in real with small amounts to test your trading strategies and their success ratio.

This is not it to start a good trading work. I think without practicing you can never be a good trader. If you want to trade just study something and on the very next day implement it on a very low level like trading in ordinary money, then when you see that you can move up then increase the trading and in this way move to bitcoin.

i give suggestion that is base on my experience. in the past, i am a new person in trading. i register on many exchanges without knowing how to trade. i remember in 2 years ago, my first time trade was in poloniex. i don't have basic trade at all, i don't know how to trade with picking some coins. all i know, trade is to buy and then to sell. i bought bcn, mint, doge, dsh. i don't know what next and i only watching the market moves. then few days later, i see dsh was increase and without thinking too much, i sell by instant and yes i made a profit.

in that time, i made profit 0.001 btc and i was happy and i was thinking aha i was trade for first time and i can made profit. and then i began to search the info about many coins and still doing trade but i feel slowly i can trying to analyze each coins although until now i am often missed but i am fine. so if we want, we can try more and more without thinking how much we are profit or loss. in the right time, we can realize and know the amount. the important is we want to learn for everything related with trading.

I agree with your post, but the problem is that we can't always predict the movements in the exchange rates, especially for the altcoins. The market cap and the free-float supply of these coins are in many cases very small, and this helps the market whales to manipulate the prices with very little effort. I truly believe that to be able to trade you really need to have a sound knowledge of what cryptocurrency is.

This does not mean understanding the blockchain - but rather researching and accepting that bitcoin and alts is exactly the same as any normal currency like US dollars of Euros. The only difference is the encryption is different. FIAT is encrypted with water marks and special designs.

The only other thing to understand is that Crypto is de-centralized. Therefore cannot be attacked which is the key to its success.

Actually there are many ways to know how to start trading. Yes watching videos in youtube will definitely help you to start trading. This could help you to understand the process, how it will works, and ofcourse reading some information is a plus.

There are different types of trading out there, and you should try and experiment with different forms over time. Some people do very well trading 'intra-day', some do better swing trading over various days and some are simply better off investing longer-term by doing deep due-diligence on a security and not worrying about the near-term price fluctuations. Some trade purely on technicals, others trade on news or events etc.

Crypto trading is still a relatively new 'thing', but luckily there have been traders in traditional markets (stocks, bonds, commodities, futures, options) that have written extensively about this topic, their successes, their losses, and most importantly, their lessons!

My two main recommendations:
1. Educate yourself (Read, create discussion groups, watch videos, attend seminars, talk to people... did I mention "read" already?)

I think you always start something by researching you need to get so much knowledge about what you're trying to do so you have weapon no one wants to enter a war without a weapon aight then ask for some tips and experience of other people that you know. First you have to make sure that you have a sufficient funds to buy bitcoin and if you have already bitcoins you can trade it for altcoins that you want to trade.

because usually whomanipulating the price is the whale, you just need to buy a potential coin and let the whale make a pump (usually manipulate price of an altcoin with a big demand), but you should know that whales will not be able to do much in bitcoin trading because marketcap in bitcoin is huge and difficult to manipulate, you have to be really clever in choosing when the right time to buy and sell
