What is Devia?
Devia is a Decentralized Cloud and Ai driven marketplace where companies pay users for their anonymous data and targeted ad click through purchases, which would ultimately lead to a more intelligent Ai assistant capable of assisting people in all aspects of life.

Vision
Our vision is to create an ecosystem where people are able to sell their anonymous data and earn an incentive "tokens" for their data. From all the data collected, we will be able to create the worlds most advanced decentralized cloud based Ai, that will be accessible by anybody and from their pockets. Ai will be democratized, and not be controlled by a single company. This will improve the lives of millions by assisting them in their daily tasks, ensuring that they have more time to spend on things they care about, while also paying them for their data.

Problems
1) The current biggest problem is that the data required to achieve true Ai / Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) is substantial. No single company are able to collect sufficient data. True Ai required millions of data points from various sources or people. We aim to bridge this gap by creating the worlds biggest community of users (trainers) providing their data in order to facilitate the development of Ai.

2) It is predicted that 40% of all jobs will be lost to Ai by 2030. While this may hold true, we believe that Ai will allow people to work less, and spend more time on things and with people they care about. We believe that selling data is the first step to a universal salary, that requires no work.

3) Companies are actively collecting user data online and selling this data to companies. This puts users at risk of having their personal data land into the wrong hands. We want to give back control to users, and ensure their privacy through blockchain technology. All the data that users share are anonymous, private, encrypted and stored on the blockchain. This means that no data can be traced back to a specific user. We are thus protecting the user, while also paying them for their data.

4) The other problem with data, is that it isn't very useful on its own. Data needs to be structure, which can take a very long time to accomplish. You also need some of the worlds best data scientists for this task. We will source some of the best scientists from the global community, and pay them in DVA tokens for structuring the data. Eventually we will move on to quantum computing which will be able to do this more effectively.

How it works
User registers on our Decentralized Application (DApp) and a wallet gets allocated to the user. The application will be made available across multiple platforms for easy access.

The user is then provided with options on how much, and which types of data he/she wants to share. The more data the user shares, the more tokens he/she receives. Data that can be shared include Social Media Usage, App Usage, Browsing Interests, and Transaction Details.

Data is currently one of the worlds most valuable resources, and the demand for data will drastically increase the value of DVA tokens, which will also serve as a great investment. The fact that there is only a limited amount of tokens, ensures that the value increases.

We will partner with Civic, Butter Browser and Cygnal Bank, which will provide users with even more options to share data and earn Devia (DVA) Tokens.

Hi guys, scanned the white paper

1) where are you and the token issuing entity based

2) do you plan to source primarily objective data or subjective too?  Sourcing any user data in aggregate based on subjective input/view of reality should be concerned with inaccurate information sentiment not reflective of truth - depending on the topic.  

"Anonymous data include Location of Purchases, Transaction Amounts and Establishment Types." Are you focused on automated objective data pulled from their device, software usage etc. or data that requires people answering specific questions (yes/no, or other) based on their life context, views, experience, expertise, etc?

For any subjectivity, just sourcing, structuring, organizing data is sort of the first primitive layer for AI development. Next layer could be assigning trusted specialists, ethical leaders etc. to properly weigh and qualify the data to draw more accurate conclusions, etc. There was a blockchain AI project presentation at Decentral camp at Burning Man that articulated this point, and they have a plan for Layer 2 as they are currently sourcing the yes/no etc input from people in exchange for tokens. Consider speaking to this point.  

3) careful not to make unqualified claims like "we will be able to create the worlds most advanced decentralized cloud based AI" as there are brilliant people working on the same thing with existing traction/user data gathered, and you're raising on a concept with development commencing next year.

Thank you for you interest. With regard to your above questions,

1) We are based in South Africa

2) We are mainly focused on automated objective data. We will however also give power back to the users by allowing them to limit the amount of data captured. We are looking into a voting system that could be based on a set of rules created by users globally. This will limit the capability of the Ai development, and ensure that it is being build with the purpose of improving lives. We are essentially creating an Ai community of contributors, scientists, and though leaders. The first focus would however be data and the incentivization thereof.

4)We have already partnered with Butter. We are currently in speaks with Civic.

How will you deliver AI to this project?

I have not been interested to join ICO, maybe I will keep seeing the progress of this tread, but this project looks promising, hopefully not disappoint

This is a good concept but I guess we just have to wait to see how you are able to provide answers to questions asked between I think it would have been a great idea if your team had better pictures with links to other social platforms letting us know who you are and where you are coming from. People want to trust how you put your money in their hands.

I can understand that project is well designed and definitely non personal data selling to specified companies is in demand which will be increasing with passage of time. I also checked the given address but there is no transaction yet that means there is no investment yet. I will be watching the progress continuously.

And what will this data used for?

This would be hard that you didn't even have funds regarding on starting up the project but somehow a good idea on launching early adopters price.I do see the project is good and I love the idea but on doubt if there would someone risk putting up money on this kind of set-up.
