Hi guys,

I have problem, I did basic verification but it write this "NO PUBLIC RECORD MATCH" and have to do enhanced verification.

But why? I dont need 100+ btc limit....

I 2 days ago did basic verificati. Everything is fine. May be some failure occurred. Create an account in the support position (do not enter the password of your account on the exchange!!!) and ask them this question. .

 very interesting doesnt want from me these verification. You should send e-mail . Them will solve the problems.

Could be reason of security (maybe you or someone else tried to login with wrong password) or they follow regulations of your country. Third reason could be, that you deposited coins from a source, involved in activities, that are disliked or in kind of scam/crime....
Or they simply changed regulations to new members. I didn't have to provide any ID yet.

I think for countries outside of the US they can't automatically check your data.

I had something similar with poloniex which caused me to submit additional information regarding place of living.

i got that problem too, but after i do phone verification it give me 3 BTC limit perday and it is already enough. but some of my friends can't even use phone verification and they use enchanced verification. maybe that is from system, actually it is good if you have big limit in your account. you will need it someday

I am from the country the can't check records automatically so had to do phone verification. It was very fast and vent without problems.

they downgraded the level of trust with many users
i am not sure why

have legacy accounts even got to do this now?

I wrote on support and nothing, they didnt replied. I read also about few peeps with same problem... yes Im not from US but from Europe so dont know what they want. I cant also phone verifi.

bittrex verification only input name and youre addres, if result say no public record match you only input telphone number/smartphone youre number
and then youre account can verified level 1
if you want incraese withdraw limit you can verfied level 2 must document sending

I have a bad feeling the answer is yes.  I just got a screen when I logged on requesting information.  Some warning would have been nice that this was going to be required.  Glad I don't have a lot there that they can hold hostage if the basic verification does not go well.  Hopefully I'm wrong or maybe they will have not gotten to your account yet.  Good Luck.

They will not answer support tickets faster than 2-3 days. Try to look for other alternative options and be ready to renew your documents.Their system is complicated unfortunately.

I got that screen too when I logged in. But when I clicked "summary" on the top left, it said I had a legacy account.

Am debating whether to remove my coins from there "just in case". It's weird how much detail they're trying to get out of people - none of it required under either American or European KYC rules. Makes you wonder if they're data-mining and will sell all the info on the dark web after doing a flit.

Have you turned on the 2fa of your Bittrex account? You can still withdraw with 3 btc as maximum amount to withdraw if you filled up the information needed and then use the 2fa without having you to go through the process of sending them an ID or something to withdraw 100 btc for the enhanced verification.

Try other way of verifying. Such as emails or cellphone numbers
Its part of the sucurity of Bittrex i think, just dont stick to the basic just try other way.

I guess it’s my turn for problems. No records match error then submitted selfie and drivers license as required. Says the was an error and it said reload page and to resubmit documents. After logging out entirely, the error is still there and never lets me resubmit pics like I originally did. So annoying. I use to be legendary! Now I have a 0.02 btc withdrawal limit.

I verified Enhance, but I can't verify Basic. What's happend if I don't verify Basic level ? I think my information in public record is not available now, because I'm from Vietnam.. Humm, Can I transfer BTC to Bittrex wallet and using normal ?

Hmmm. I have long left bittrex because verification is very difficult, better looking for other exchanger, there are still many good exchanger

just left the bittrex exchanger, that's is good decision

I also don't know the reason why mate, But did you enable your 2fa authentication because if you activate it your minimum bitcion withdrawal wil be 3BTC a day.

You should enhance your bitcoin verification, and always protect your self from hackers, you can download Google 2FA authenticator before signing in. I hope it helps

Maybe you need to just go with the enhanced verification, I had the same problem a few months ago and input all the information needed but still says the same thing so I just went for the enhanced even though I don't really need the 100 btc maximum withdrawal.

Personally I think that it automatically rejects everyone trying to do basic verification. I know that my info is out there for mortgages and etc. This is just a ploy to gather more intel and data on every customer so they can hand it over to the government.

Once I verify I am done with them. There are better exchanges out there. I never did like bittrex, better than kraken which is horrible but not not much better

I did verify.  I sent the selfie and the passport and they still will not let me withdraw.  They basically just stole my coins.  If I ever do see those coins again I am done with them.  I just won't trade.  That's fine. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Did you guys get a solution? Stuck for a month. I had a different name, and I have no issues in submitting all the real details. Casually opened it up to give the exchange a shot, I would have stayed away if I knew they were into moral ethical policing. And now the money is stuck. I can trade, but I cant withdraw. Any idea ladies and gents??

What are those coins you are trying to withdraw?

Take it easy, I understand the agony it took me 7 days and was verified I was also worried thinking that I would never get my coins out.
Have patience open a ticket and wait for the data to be correct and according to the requirements.

I havent encounter any problem when i verified my account using my id,  and it only took 1 day when they verified my account, needed that to increase my btc withdrawal.

my enhanced account has bees disabled. 2 months passed. 47 days after tickets are still open. this is not a good thing!

I had the same message. If we would have websites or published elsewhere our address data, then they would have confirmed basic account, I guess. But if we want to trade on Bittrex, we would need the full verification. Fortunately I only had very low funds, so it doesn't matter for me to leave Bittrex. I only verify on exchangers, on which I also exchange from/to fiat and Bittrex is not part of them.
