What do you think ? Bitcoin is going to hit big value soon like 7000$ and more ?

Yes of course, but it is too early to predict it, we are going to face a lot of issues and bad news before the price touches that price, i mean, $7000 is a huge number for a lot of people, and it is not going to be easy to keep the price in that rate. Maybe it is going to be possible before the end of the year, or maybe the next one, but nobody knows when the price will be that high.
But this question has already been asked thousands of times in this board..

I think I am going to keep my fingers crossed and wait for it. For now bitcoin is still struggling at the $5000 range, some positive events or news is all it will take to send it mooning to $7000. Meanwhile also remember, Bitcoin can crash as soon as it hits $7000.

I have seen a trend on when the bitcoins price rises, whenever there is FUD like the China situation and the price drops after everything is eventually resolved we see that the next thing that happens is the price breaking news grounds in the process. I do believe that we are going to see bitcoins being valued at $7000 before the year ends.

For sure. It is only a question of when. I am betting on shortly after new year. It is not so big difference between 7000 and current price.

yes definitely bitcoin can skyrocket again and surpass the 7k mark this year if nothing bad news or happens in bitcoin. but for now bitcoin price keeps struggling to 5000 mark and that makes me worry if the support has fallen the crash will occur.

The bitcoin price is very unstable. Sometimes it goes up, and sometimes it goes down slightly. But for now, it is increasing in a slowly way. As far as I am concerned, I think that it is going to hit 7000$, but not at the moment because it is still struggling between 6000$ and 5000$. Added to that, I think it will need more than that to reach 7000$, like more demands on the markets for instance. Either way, I really want it to hit that big value. It is terrifying (In a good way).

Hello author! Its very hard to predict it because on my opinion any cryptocurrency  never will be stable and it's funny game with a lot of people who will lost their money but of course it will some people who will get super profit. For example it's very expensive for me and no any reason to make an analyse) I hope all people can make awesome profit! I wish to all only good news!

There is a lot of talk about hitting $10,000 by the end of the year, I think this is quite achievable and would be a nice xmas present for a lot people.

I believe it is possible for Bitcoin to surge up to $7000 between now and January next year. The wide acceptance of BTC by corporate bodies and some states)government is pointing towards the surge in price for now.

Well nobody can predict it, and the price is super volatile right now before the fork that is coming on next week, but of course that i hope to see the price at $7000 before the end of the year, or who knows, before december haha. We all want to see that price, but it needs to be quiet for sometime, or not to go down anymore, well, that is a little bit impossible if we are talking about cryptos right.
Maybe we are going to see that price before january.

I believe it would go beyond that, because little by little, bitcoin is getting known by more people and if more people know about bitcoin then there will be more investors and companies that will enter and use bitcoin for their company or project because I also believe bitcoin is helpful in terms of these things.

We're struggling to hit 6k but I think it will definitly hit 7000$ in a few months, but not before a major dip in the upcoming weeks due to the fork coming on the 25th of this month. After that, maybe in december or january is when we'll see the price going up.

Everyone here can say Bitcoin value will be $7000 next month, $9000 for Christmas, $15000 for the next year etc but no one is able to give arguments to explain. You can't just say this or that without explaining your opinion. It's not a lottery or a casino game where you need to guess a number.

I read some news about price predicitions before upcoming fork. Prices will try to touch 7000$ but this is only possible if  price can stay over 5800$ support level. Imo we will not see 7000$ level before december.

At the current rate and with all the discussion going on $7000 is just a matter of time. The question is, when it will hit this mark. And once it hits $10k, $20k is only twice the price and so on. Expect a crazy ride until the beginning of 2019.
However, I am sure, that BTC will have a lot of ups and downs until then.

I don't think about these things, I just buy alt coins and sell when Bitcoin is dropping. $6000 is playing hard to get but it was the same with $3000. price was stable at $2700 for a month and Wu came to pump the price by forking with his shitcoin BCH. people know by now, when you buy Bitcoin at any price you should never sell. they keep buying without selling. if every body does this for another month, $7000 is not hard to get.

Most likely, as what I am seeing with the Bitcoin performance on this month, reaching 7000$ before the end of this year may not be that hard.

Because a lot of people are saying this caused by the hardfork and they are all wanna get the bitcoingold. Some big profiles said that will have happened in some months later.
But in my opinion, we will see a big correction after the fork already happened.

That is what i am too much confident that the price of bitcoin will surely hit 7000$ at the end of 2017. In  fact we are now very close to 6000$ which is  a very good progress and if increasing trend of bitcoin will continue for next few months then we can even see the price of bitcoin trading above 8000$ at the end of this year.

It is very hard to tell any such thing about the bitcoin price. No one knows how and when it's price will fall and then we will all be looking for the reasons of the fall. It also have the potential to increase it price sooner in a very little time. But it is not easy to say anything regarding bitcoin price. One of the beauty of the bitcoin is it's price volatility. This is why people adore bitcoin and invest in bitcoin with a high risk to get high return.

I think bitcoin will only be going up and up, $7000 should be a reasonable target in a few years future. But of course if the government acts against it then it will be a different matter.

If the Bitcoin's price will keep rising this way in the near future, it will hit 7000$ in few months most likely. But we cant predict exactly the future price, because it is volatile.
In general I think the price will keep going up for the next coming months at least.

Many of us are fans of bitcoin because we earn in such way and others just like to use bitcoin. Maybe this could happen, apparently I read some articles about bitcoin and they interpret it the way you said. According to him, $10,000 would it be and I agree with that because I thought it in the same way. Definitely the value will pump high or fluctuate and that will depends on issues coming that affects the economy of bitcoin.

As of now the price of bitcoin is already 5800 dollars and I think it will continue to increase again in the next few weeks. I think they have possible the price become 6k dollars this week. And possible the price become 7k dollars before end of this month . So if you have extra money in your wallet its better to invest now in bitcoin.

It is not impossible for bitcoin to reach $7000 since bitcoin is getting more popular and popular as days go by. Reaching that high value surely needs a big investment but we have to be very positive about it.  Another thing to consider is that the fork which they call November fork might happen in few weeks but we don't  have to panic we just prepare ourselves for it

Bitcoin will reach the 7,000$ price definitely but if when, I think at the end of December or at the start of 2018. Its my prediction only. This will only happen too if bitcoin will be more popular and many investors will invest in bitcoin but I hope there will be no news to happen like in china ban that makes bitcoin back to 2900 last month I think. I know that bitcoin's price will be higher as the next years goes by so lets invest now and wait for it to increase. :D

The price of 7,000 USD is possible but as of now or for this year? I don't think that bitcoin will be reaching to that price since the price is just around or more than 5,000 USD so if we will speculate for the price for the next year then i think it is possible to reach that price and for sure, bitcoin can reach more than that and that is why it is best to continue accumulating and holding bitcoin so we will not regret if the price reaches to that point.

Yes bitcoin will definitely hit the $7000 mark or even go past it and we are thinking that it will happen after the fork. Surely there will be people converting the forked coin that they will get to bitcoin and I think this will help in bitcoin increasing its price.

6000 is the next resistance, I believe it will remain between 5000 and 6000 for a while, actually a small correction under 5000 is possible to.

I think yes, bitcoin will be hit more than $7000 maybe it will be more than $10.000 after fixing bitcoin's network
the SegWit2x on bitcoin's network, it is solution for it shoud will be impact on bitcoin's price too,

Bitcoin really showed us that he can managed to step and level up further more, the history speaks itself from $1 price last 2011 up to $200 — $300 in 2015, between the years of 2012 to 2014 is the bitcoin's roller coaster of price. Now in 2016 - 2017 the bitcoin price history is $600 goes to $5600 that's a big step up to consider from hundred bucks to a thousand bucks. It is expected not just in $7000 but it will up to more than that.

Its nice to see people here asking this question makes me excited and feel proud about bitcoin. Presently, the bitcoin price is ranging near 5000$ mark and anything is possible based on geopolitical events. I am not confident that price may rise or drop but i m sure that one of the same will happen. When that happens, if it rises it may touch any figure between 7000$ to 8000$ or if it drops volatality would be more and expected to fall below 30%. Still lets see what happens but for sure buyers would be waiting eagerly for the drop and start buying at dips for getting good returns.

It is not "dropping hard" though  :) Bitcoin has always been volatile, it overtook 5K and now is floating between 5300 and 5800, that is normal if you ask me given the history of Bitcoin, nothing one should be worried about. Some people are too impatient IMO, you can't hope for a price over 6K too quickly, a correction was expected after the quick rise of last 2 weeks, and to be honest that correction has not happened yet, but don't be surprised if the price gets under 5K again, even if it is not my wish.
I don't really care since the long term price is what matters for me.  ;)

For me I think yes. But it will take a year to hit the big. In the future maybe, bitcoin can hit higher price. Because in the beginning the price of the bitcoin are so low and sluggish, that’s why some bitcoin user left it. But now the bitcoin price is big and still getting bigger, and many company, shops, industry and many more are willing to accept bitcoin. :)

Currently I do not think bitcoin can be worth $ 7000. but it could reach that level next year. When the bitcoin gold event ends I believe the bitcoin value will decrease.

Bitcoin will eventually hit $7000 but nobody know how fast and for how long. It will dip after hitting and then recover.

I also believe that the price of bitcoin will decrease after the fork or the release of bitcoin gold because it will be a selling day for the bitcoin holders because they finally get the bitcoin gold and they can cash out all the profit or money that they got in bitcoin which will give them a secured profit and comfortable feeling because of the successful investment.

They were saying in a forecast that bitcoin is going to be 8000 by the end of this year (2017). Another official forecast (that was saying that the bitcoin price will remain at 4500-5000 this year was telling that the bitcoin price will be 20000-25000 in 2019. In my opinion if the bitcoin price becames bigger than 10 000-12 000 next year (2018) we have a chance that it will grow until 50 000-100 000 in 4-5 years from now.

Yes, there is a chance that bitcoin will reach $7000 and more. If this year we are just expecting $5000 before but it actually hit $5600 per bitcoin this year, the latest highest record of bitcoin price so it is not impossible that it will happen.

Weeks back the price speculation was completely focused on $5000. Now things have changed a lot better and as a part the price has crossed the $5000 barrier to reach new milestones. Hope, the price increase will continue with fluctuations happening in between leading to reach the targeted $7000 or even higher.

I don't think $7000 is impossible at all, just remember how sudden the latest push was. It's just a matter of time until we hit the $7000 mark. It might even happen within this year.

Definitely we do not know about it since we cannot speculate or predict what would be the price of bitcoin.  We do not even know what would be its price after an hour, we could only assume.  Anyways, who do not want that to happen that bitcoin will reach $7000.  By that time, all of us who are into bitcoins will be surely happy.  It can even goes up higher than what you predict and it could even goes down.  Whatever it is I am still into bitcoins.

Its surely going to happen, but its hard predicting the time its going to take to reach there because bitcoin is really unpredictable; it might reach that price in two days and might even drop lower than that within a day, all you just have to do is just to keep watching and following the trend and if it seems to be bothering you that the price is dropping you can easily drop out of the market, it's as easy as that.

One thing for sure is that the price is going to rise, but you can't say the specific date or time, you should just keep being hopeful.

i think bitcoin will go up a little and would drop down and become more stable. In near future, bitcoin's value is very unstable, can go up or down every moment we can not predict it so bitcoin can hit 7000$ but to be more than this number is really difficult

In my opinion, I believe that $7000 mark is near, possibly because of the upcoming forks. As usual, the trend of the price of bitcoin will go up and down, because people will take profit, and buy more when the price hits the bottom. There will be bad and good news like the previous ones about bitcoin that will surface and media will take note of it then more people will be interested in bitcoin, which might affect the price of bitcoin again. For me, bitcoin will continue to grow exponentially to the moon and we will all rejoice in the near future!

Nobody can predict perfectly how long it will take to hit 7000$ mark. But I am quite sure it will definitely hit the 7000$ mark by mid of next year because we know btc has good potential to keep its upward momentum as we all know it is maintaining bullish mode even buying is also increasing day by day.

I think at first Bitcoin need to broke 6k$ then it'll go to the moon soon :)). 6k$ is the biggest barrier for Bitcoin price at this time and IMO Bitcoin will break this peak after the upcoming hard fork and there are some predictions that Bitcoin price will be 10k$ at the end of this year and I think it's possible. Few months ago some cryptocurrency experts predicted that Bitcoin only can reach to 3k$ till the end of this year now they have to change their mind :))

Well, yes it might hit that value but as of now its to early to predict that especially there's an upcoming fork. Like what others say it will still struggle before it reaches another all-time high. It will surely reach that but only time can tell. Maybe next year, around the first or second quarter of the year, but it was just my wild guess.  ;D

What I am thinking now is whether the price will stay up or even will decrease sharply. Moreover there will be a second hardfork and we all will not know whether it will run smoothly, currently I still hesitate to buy Bitcoin at this very high price because I am afraid of the risks I will receive if after the second hardfork price. will fall to 20%.

In the first place, it will not be a good idea to be buying bitcoin now at an all-time high. No one can predict how high it will go this time around but I got a feeling it won't stay up for long. Do your due diligence and always think twice

I started back in July when Bitcoin was approximately $2400, at the time i remember worrying that i had missed the boat, wow was i wrong. As we sit now at $6000 suddenly $7000 and $8000 do not seem that far away. I remember a $8000 prediction for end of 2017 so i think that is achievable.

I started using https://coincube.io last week, they are a crypto index/hedge fund. They trade the top 30 currencies automatically and will rebalance the fund daily or weekly etc. based on what your risk level is. So far so good but its early days so fingers crossed.

We should bring into consideration that the price has been surging to a new all time high recently, which means that now news websites will start posting articles about the price of bitcoin and a short explanation, just as they usually do when bitcoin hits a new all time high, the whole thing will bring bitcoin into mainstream and will make the price surging even higher, that's why I believe that bitcoin should be passing the 7000$ mark really soon.

A few weeks ago, when the price of bitcoin reached $ 5,000 for the first time, I claimed that the price of $ 7,500 would be reached this year, and I held in spite of the abrupt correction that was recently observed, which dropped the price of bitcoin towards the $ 3,000 line for a brief time. I am convinced that the $ 7,000 mark will fall this year, and the $ 10,000 mark will be broken next year.

It will hit $7000 or more in near future that's for sure, but not sooner I think.
Because, if the current trends hits $6500 then most probably the price will go for immediate correction.
So after correction, bitcoin price will begin rising again and at the trend bitcoin price may hit $7000 or more.

This is just my opinion on my own prediction. It maybe totally wrong.

it’s possible that when the hard fork that will be held on October 25th can help the bitcoin’s price to rise higher than the now, and if it reach $ 7000 it will become a prize for bitcoin holders and get some bitcoin golds after the hard fork is over.

I have to agree with the folks that BTC is growing due to the 2 forks coming up. I believe after the Nov. fork it will make a correction. You can see everyone is selling alt coins for BTC. I had to sell Litecoin for a loss for BTC before LTC price went any lower.

I think there is definitely NO limit regarding the price. It just depends on how widely bitcoin is going to get accepted around the world. If the rumours about Venezuala are true and they decide to use it as their main currency, then they surely won't be the first and last ones to adapt it.

Well for me, after looking at the price of bitcoins from January 1 this year and the way it has risen over the months to this day, i think it has already gotten very far from where it was when it started. Specially on this year which is the luckiest year of not only bitcoins, but also the whole crypto world, I think that idea isn't something that is impossible to happen. $7000 is possible this year but not but not before Segwit2x. This bullish price party is soon to be over as 25th Oct is approaching. Bitcoin is highly overpriced now and needed correction would be happening soon which might tank the price back to $5k range. After that 2x fork is very unpredictable right now, the way support is declining, either there won't be any fork or a major split might happen. Btc will hit big indeed! We may be on a fast pace increase right now because of the fork because people are wanting their fork tokens but still, I know even if there is no upcoming fork btc will still surge up. I read an article that CNBC (Comcast) has launched an online survey on where does BItcoin go from here and majority of the participants said that it will reach 10,000 usd or more? CNBC is a respectable telecommunications company and it has a good audience from different prestigious companies. So this will be an acceptable result of survey. Yup, and that's for sure. Bitcoin's value in the market is rising and getting more expensive. It is now priced higher than 6000$ and maybe before this month end, it will be 6500$. But reaching a value of 7000$ and more would, I think, happen in December, once the hardfork is done and if it will be successful because it will contribute on the increase of its market value.

well surveys aren't usually a good source for talking about speculation. it is what people think not their analysis. and whenever bitcoin is rising strong, everyone sees the moon just like when price is dropping they see death and end everywhere!

I always said that bitcoin has a high potential i knew that someday that bitcoin would go over 5k dollars and now it is happening. I will not be surprised when it will go over 50k dollars someday.

Because of that I have started to collect all the coins i can get in my life time. I know that someday these coins will be worth a fortune. Thats why I use my chance now in order to get rich in the future. I have the possibility to fail, in order to not let that happen i started with a job to save some money when i need it.

as of now, we are going to see another dip in the price of bitcoin, this is due to the fact that most are doing profit taking, since they already have their bitcoin gold, the price of bitcoin might go down around 5000- 5050 usd, however it may not go down as low as the last dip, since there will be a correction prior to November's fork. we might see that bitcoin will struggle again breaching the 6000 usd mark, since there has been a bull trap, with all the hype given to bitcoin gold. there is no doubt that bitcoin will hit 7000 usd and more however not as of the moment, since we are now done with bticoin gold and it didn't breached 7000 usd, there are a lot factors that contributed to the low value of bitcoin, one of them is china, being out of the game and a lot of profit takers, which is more than expected. I think there will be a gradual increase on the price f bitcoin and we might see bitcoin breaching 7000 usd in the first quarter of 2018.

Why bitcoin wouldn't stop skyrocketting? I assume most of the ppl on this forum invested because they want to see it taking over the $, € etc. A lot of ppl on this planet have the same wish, but are not aware of bitcoin yet. And what will happen when the 50-60 y.o. generation is gonna start investing massively bc bitcoin becomes less and less risky? (maybe I'm wrong, but it seems to me that more young ppl invest in crypto than older generation...so far). It's a global phenomenon and yet, maybe only 1-2% of the global population got crypto already. So I'm pretty optimistic.

But obviously, there's always a risk that governments along with banks come up with a law that would make it way less convenient to get bitcoins.

It will hit 7000$ but it will need some more time. Currently it is going up and down around $5.5k but in general it will increase again slowly after some weeks I think.
We cant expect exactly the price as it is volatile.

Definitely right. It is very hard to predict bitcoin's price because of its high volatility in the market. No one really knows what will happen in the future especially when considering the arrays of news everywhere in the world. No one also knows when will a country make a similar move as China's prohibition of ICOs, or another hard fork incoming. But in my opinion, bitcoin has the means of reaching the $7000 considering the recent news of Japan, accepting it as an alternative payment. Maybe in the future we may see its full potential, where almost everybody in the society utilize it as a payment.

Don’t lose hope bitcoin will surely go to 7k$ and more from it, as we all know that prices are pumping in no time and will surely cross this figure also in no time don’t be panic as prices is down a bit but it will go up soon and don’t miss the chance to avail now because buying at low will give a lot of profit in future and that time will be near in future also when there is profit everywhere and many are waiting for this.

Yeah it will take the price their but not early. Maybe we can see those price soon in the next few months. We can't predict the exact value of it and when it will be happening but surely we will gonna see $7000 dollar so soon.

We have already cross 6000$, and only 1000$ to reach to 7000$, which I think do not such a difficult task for bitcoin. In fact the investors are already confident about investment in bitcoin, therefore we can expect that bitcoin will reach to 7000$ in next few weeks. It is also expected that in next few months the price of bitcoin will even cross 8000$. Therefore I think it will be a good decision to invest money in bitcoin.

If your talking this year or 2018. Because I’m sure it can. That is so near as we are at almost 6100$ at the peak price. We will be at that price from this week or after the November fork. Bitcoin after all has the tendency to increase big even for a day. I’m still hoping for a more faster phase but seems forking might make this increases gradually.

Today price is already 6k dollars and I think will increase again the price and possible the price become 7k dollats maybe next month. It will happen for sure as long as  more and more people are entering  the world bitcoin and decided to go all in all thier wealth ,bitcoin will probably hit 7000$ or much as times two or maybe $20 000.  Bitcoin is not fully grown and keeping its way to go on the top.

bitcoin crossed 6000$ dollars this year and now is 5k$ range,this year i don't think its going to touch 7000$ mark,but maybe next year it could touch,but as increase of nearly 1500$ from this stage is quite big step,so maybe at the end of next year it could be possible

I think so too, the fork seems likely to push the price of bitcoin up even further. It actually surprised me how little the price was effected after BTC gold which gives me even further confidence we will see 7k and even more soon.

By the end of the year even though bitcoin price is playing at around 5000 US dollar and below, but there is always a possibility for bitcoin price to rise if they overcome some of the issues especially if they can deal with the interval of governments and the scammers and hackers in bitcoin which are causing hindrance in its uprise.

I'm not sure how stronger it is by now since the movement of its price is unstable. Maybe you said that it was really stronger because it still exist but if you try to look at its price value, you can see that the  price is suddenly down and then suddenly up. At this moment bitcoin was already hit the $8200 that is why many user and investors are so very much happy right now. Most of them continue believe that bitcoin can possibly reach more than $8200 before the end of year. Bitcoin has already reach another all-time high at $9000. The next target might be $10000 before the yearend if no problems will appear on its way.

Well I think if the price hits up or more higher its a good sign which means the demand of bitcoin are more valuable in the market and more on that, most country will be use to it.It has a big impact for further discussion on investments and tradings online.

As for the price of now, I am personally totally satisfied with it, earlier on this thread I predicted that it would not overtake 10k before second semester of 2018, glad I was wrong. Lots of manipulation though, it seems.

About the quantity, indeed, since it is limited the Bitcoin's price is not subject to inflation, it is actually deflationary by nature. Let's just hope people still care about Bitcoin when other cryptos right now are proving to be very convenient to use.

Bitcoin as the major base in trading with other cryptocurrencies makes it really the best among all altcoins and it should be because it is the pioneer of the cryptocurrency concept if I am not mistaken.
