Ethereum is the one which you need to consider as it is a market place for token creators
Tenx is also good to be considered
Electroneum is the unique mobile crypto mining which you need to consider investing.

You can choose the coin potential as eth dash xmr litecoin but eth is a peach and it is co-used to buy the ICO so its value will not change much the remaining coin also quite okay ripple is a coin pretty ok if you hug long term however it is a coin margin on the trading floor its price fluctuations in short time is pretty big but it is also a good coin to long hold Since it is a coin from capital, marketing, the team develops quite well. Anchor is a coin of China and it suffers quite large in the Chinese market when the Chinese market fluctuates, its price will fall underside you should find out the coin before you decide to embrace it.

It depends what your main goal is. If it's fiat profit, you should probably just keep BTC and sell it after some time since BTC it's growing and as it seems it will keep growing for some time. But eventually the choice is yours.

There are some altcoins that have good prospects. one of which is currently the Etherum. Etherum has a very large market share, many are interested in investing in etherum because here the market continues to increase. has been a lot of development and it has been proven every time. In addition there are LTC and also monero which I think is the second option, their market is not too big but when you see how the objectives of the altcoin project then you should consider it as one of the best today.

Judging by the last 24 hours, you have already made the best investment possible.
You have invested your money in BTC.

The moment you switch to an alt you might have the surprise that at the end of the day you will end with less in terms of $ value.

ripple is a coin pretty ok if you hug long term however it is a coin margin on the trading floor its price fluctuations in short time is pretty big but it is also a good coin to long hold Since it is a coin from capital, marketing, the team develops quite well.

Really? You're promoting ripple, a centralized controlled no one knows how many coins it's going to have manipulated good for nothing coin?

Etherum has a very large market share, many are interested in investing in etherum because here the market continues to increase.

If he would have bought eth with his BTC in this ever growing eth market he would have already lost 32 of his BTC in the last 30 days.

I agree that for fiat to make profit of, selling bitcoin after buying is a good option. Bitcoin price currently is above 6k USD and so I dont recommend buying it. Rather one can try to set buying orders at lower prices because a dump will happen soon. After that price will rise again and you can continue to hold bitcoin to sell in future. Other than that buying ethereum is good if you are going to hold it for long term, in short term ethereum may not be that profitable. Dash Ripple and Monero are other coins that you can also try.

Electroneum because it has massive potential

When you're out here asking some random people regarding investing and what not. You're better off donating your money to charity, look man I'd suggest to take time and do some research 100 btc would be a lot of money to others so, It's better to make an informed decision dealing with that amount of money rather than asking some random shillers here. Ofcourse people will just tell these coins that they've already invested in. You wouldn't get a sound advise here.

In my opinion you can sure look at the coinmarketcap.com so you can know what is good to invest when it comes to Cryptocurrencies, and trading is pretty good when you are looking and researching for a good cryptos and I think you need to decide on your own on what to trade,  and for me my top Cryptos to choose for me is Ethereum, Dash, and Bitconnect for me I think it is up to us to surely decide and what to invest with.

1) bitcoin because it is number one cryptocurrencie and it is worth of holding(look at chart)
2) bitcoin because its era has just begun, more and more people are using it and accepting as payment method

If you don't know what to do with 600000$ worth bitcoins and you have to ask this kind of questions on forum, I can only suggest you to send me your bitcoins, i know what to do with them and I certainly wont ask money related questions on forum.

Investing BTC

Investing your Bitcoin is a bit of a mine field, it's so difficult to know what is legit. One platform i have been using for the last few months lets you invest in the top 3 currencies of BTC, ETH and LTC. It's a short term investment of only 6 weeks and it's ROI is 145%. It also lets you make withdrawals at any time. There is a good video explaining it more - https://youtu.be/IUJ8R202Mmw

first post, claiming 100BTC asking to random guys (us) to tell him where to invest much amount of BTC.. that's weird but with that amount of BTC, the best thing for me would be invest some of them into alts and keep the rest in BTC, that would be the best possible scenario for you, keep in mind altcoins are a mine field.

100 bitcoins is a very big amount , first I advise you to not invest all what you have in cryptos ( personally I'd prefer to invest the big part in projects that I can control manually because it's more confident ). Secondly , cryptocurrencies which it's advised to invest in are : bitcoin which the strongest coin ( I reffer to holding), Eth : some say it will hit 1k $ and many others coins having potential ( and that depends on which investment you want ,wether short term or long term one )
Good luck , I wish you all success

there are not top 3 cryptocurrencies.
there is only bitcoin which is the solid cryptocurrency that works in long term and then there are altcoins which are short term pump and dumps. they are ALL the same so you have to rank altcoins together then put bitcoin on top of all of them with a big gap.

you can also take a look at the prices of each altcoin and see how they have been getting dumped for the past few months, consistently.

Bitcoin is the best crypto currency and I am really surprised that you wish to switch, op remember Bitcoin is the crypto king, it's simply the best, in a falling or a rising market alts will crash badly or rise slowly, but Bitcoin shall crash bad and rise handsomely, you're making a big mistake by switching to other coins, for me there exists none that are worth, look at the charts and see alts perform bad. So for me 1) Bitcoin 2)Bitcoin 3 Bitcoins choice is yours.

The three cryptocurrencies one should invest in...

1) Bitcoin
Bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency ever created and we are currently in the biggest bull run we've seen so far. I am holding my breath and a lot of expert said that bitcoin would be worth thousands of dollar in 2017. I do believe the same and I'm looking forward to it.

2) Factom
Factom has been the underdog for quite a while. I really think that factom has a lot of utility cand could become one of the most valuable cryptocurrency out there.

3) Ethereum
Ethereum has been around for a few years already and is now the second biggest cryptocurrency by market cap. There was a lot of trouble with the hardfork over the past few months but I believe that future is brighter for Ethereum.

100 bitcoin, you must be a millionare, i think you should split into the offline investment too or you can make an ICO project with the capital. 100 bitcoin isnot small money for me. in investing cryptocurrencies I suggest eth, zecash or Ltc. those coins are in the top 10 coins. The largest investment is in eth, by eth you can invest in ICOs, you can make profit from investing ICOs if you are carefull and good analitical as investors. Many ICOs are promising but some of them are scams and pump and dump coins.

If you have got that much amount of BTC then you should probably just keep it as it is in a secure wallet. Bitcoin is without any doubt the top most used crytpo currency which gives it so many reasons to increase in price further more. If you want to get a good return then you should hold the BTC as it is. If you want to invest the BTC into altcoins in order to get more BTC then you should try investing in ETH, NEO and OMG as they are pretty good coins to get back a good return. Invest some amount in them and hold it for few years.

If you have more than what you mentioned (100 btc) then you should invest in whatever you want, otherwise, i wouldn't recommend to leave all your bitcoins for altcoins. Having said that:

Monero: its not overpriced, ATH was around 139$ this year, currently sitting @ 86$, but i believe it could profitable for the long term
Litecoin: the underdog that i believe it can be safe bet for the long term
Dash / NEM : either of these is good option to hold for the long run

3. TenX - it's a great idea which can be implemented in the future.

That needs an extreme courage to invest based on the advice of the random people on the internet. However, I would like to suggest you these top three cryptocurrencies. I am in the process of doing research for the same and studying various investment opportunities. As of now, I have these recommendations,

* BTC - Well, no doubt I will keep a certain part of holdings in Bitcoin as I believe that we are still in the early phase and there is huge room for growth in the coming years so my first choice would be Bitcoin itself.

* ETH - I am expecting growth in the sectors of A.I and I.O.T and in these sectors, the cryptocurrencies having a clever code capable of smart contracts would play a vital role in terms of the exchange of financial values.

* XRP - My third choice would be XRP because it is something that is Banker's Bitcoin and I am expecting the growth in it as it has a room for improvement as a bridge currency. I know, Banks can use ripple protocol without using XRP but still, in that case, Ripple developers will have the platform to push the use of XRP.

This is my personal opinion and I might be completely wrong, please do your own research before investing.

Wow man 100 bitcoins is a lot at current rate. Do you really think that bitcoin needs to be redistributed to any other currency than bitcoin itself. I mean it's on the verge of exploding in its market capitalism and we could get more than 10K USD price per coin. I mean just imagine your 100 coins can get more than 5-10X profits in no time. I would personally suggest that you keep them for having big interest.

2. Tethers (basis for entire crypto economy - get in before it too late implodes!)

Why just the top 3 cryptocurrencies? If I had that much Bitcoin I would diversify more than that. I would keep maybe 25 to 50 percent in Bitcoins and then build a portfolio of 10 to 15 altcoins that have either a high market cap or high trade volume and have good development teams. I also would look at new coins that have a lot of potential but are very inexpensive. There is probably going to be an altcoin that out performs Bitcoin over the next couple of years.

2. Tethers (basis for entire crypto economy - get in before it too late implodes!)
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tether/ (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/tether/)

you either confused tether with something else or you are confused.
this coin which is also called USDT is always going to be $1 getting in is meaningless, if you invest $1 it will stay $1.
there is a chance that price of USDT fluctuates because of some incidents but it will be $1 eventually unless the company goes down which means it will vanish and be worth 0

You made a mistake mate, The hard fork in the 25th of october, that's mean 4 days later from now, Not the 25th of november, Anyway; you are right, Holding the btc is the best option for now because we know that the price will increase, maybe like the lastest fork in the 1st of august, maybe we can see another peak of bitcoin price soon.

Etherum is one of the coins that has excellent future rates, stable price movements and also enormous demand has made Etherum a very important thing. it all happens because at this time a lot of projects that utilize etherum, they all make a project based on TOKEN as a valuable payment tool.

Hi, I got 100 bitcoins to invest in top 3 cryptocurrencies. Please help me out here to make a decision that what should I invest in and WHY?

Thanks

there are not top 3 cryptocurrencies.
there is only bitcoin which is the solid cryptocurrency that works in long term and then there are altcoins which are short term pump and dumps. they are ALL the same so you have to rank altcoins together then put bitcoin on top of all of them with a big gap.

you can also take a look at the prices of each altcoin and see how they have been getting dumped for the past few months, consistently.
Yes you are right that bit coin is the top one crypto currency in the whole world of digital currencies in bit coin you will have the opportunities of short term investment as well as long term investment or by holding it for period of time so I am also of the view that bit coin is the best currency .

There is no doubt that bit coin is the king of all the crypto currencies and it will a big mistake to shift to another currency because bit coin is a promising virtual currency which has the best returns of your investment and there are numerous ways of earning for example short term as well as long term investment opportunities for all categories of investors.

Yep bitcoin is the king because it is like gate for the newcommers. Etheraum is also good, but the icos are kiling it, by exchanging eth to fiat. We need new capital in crypto in order to get new ath. Another one that I am looking into is neo. If the china lift the ban it will get new ath

ETH has unlimited emission amount, so it's not a very good investment idea IMHO. No matter will it be usefull or not. Same thing with the Ripple. I consider the best choice in this case can be DASH, XMR, LTC.

100 bitcoins? Damn that's a lot of it, I admire you for having that tons of bitcoin. Here are my top 3 currencies for you.
1. Bitcoin - don't look for the most used cryptocurrency, this is always increasing.
2. Eth - smart contracts are becoming on hype now.
3. NEO- seems to be backed up by the Chinese people.
And if you want to have some other investments try to look for the real ones, in real life I mean like properties.

I think with 100 BTC you no need to invest in any other cryptocurrency just hold it and wait till next year when Bitcoin price get over 10k$ then sell it out :)).  But if you still wanna invest I think you should choose ETH and XMR cause there are two best altcoin for now. ETH is standing right after Bitcoin at the 2nd place on the coin market. Beside about XMR it's the most secure cryptocurrency for now of course its secure better then Bitcoin so I think in the near future people will trade or make a deal using XMR more than BTC.

An impostor has stolen my Viscera account and continues to make posts as if he actually has some credibility, but he is trading off my credibility because either A: he has none or B: his credibility is tied up in lies

He's been reported... I guess one day someone will delete the posts he's made but I'm not holding my breath. Apparently this forum is not actually important enough for the mods to bother with that so, NEWBIES beware

I totally agree, it should be kept in bitcoin and not any other currency because bitcoin has risen in value more than all the other altcoins within the past year in history and so i don't think you will get enough pump in other coins than bitcoin but if you still insist on others due to diversification then i will suggest
1. bitcoin
2. Ethereum
3. Ripple

If i were you, i woukd choose etherium, OMG, and waves.

These three really have great potential. And i wouldn't be shocked if two years from now it accomplishes things close to bitcoins specially etherium.  But i suggest you go around more and read about a lot of altcoins rather than trusting random opinions from random people. Because at the end of the day, that is your money, the profit or loss will be yours.  Not ours. So think wisely.

I will choose Ethereum, Waves, and BAT for my top 3 investment. These coins are for long terms hodling. The climbing up and down the charts do not bother to me when it comes to these three coins. They are short term and normal market fluctuations. In the long run, ETH, Waves, and BAT will become successful in meeting their projects' vision.

Ethereum is the most obvious choice,

many investors (myself included) hold almost no BTC and are more oriented towards ETH.

After ethereum, your follow up choices are dicey and heavily opinionated.. lots of research needed to decide if it's a good investment or not...

Here is my list of candidates:
omg, gnt, zrx, bmc, pivx, coss

I would consider putting a good amount of your non BTC funds into ETH, say 75-80%, the rest of which you can chose one or two other alts to diversify and.. gamble? Some of these WILL see tremendous gains, imagine buying BTC at 1000 kind of gains.

The problem? No one knows exactly which of these will succeed in the long run.. my list are the ones I have faith in and follow on a day to day basis to determine future trends.

what do you guys think of NEO?

Well you should not invest your all money, anyways i suggest bitcoin because its the mother of all cryptocurrencies and the price is increasing So you should hold your bitcoins. Second one is ethereum and third is monero but for  these two price are very lower so i suggest you can invest half in Etherum and keep remaining half in bitcoins.

First of all, Bitcoin is tops the list of cryptocurrencies, there is no better option out there if you are looking for long term invest also at the time you are writing and have 100 Bitcoins I will suggest to keep the bitcoin in your wallet until the hardfork which will provide you free Bitcoin Gold. Other than that you can invest in Ethereum, Litecoin and Monero may provide you better returns but invest in altcoins is highly risky. Moreover if a newbie really has 100 BTC to invest I will surely advice that invest that much you can afford to lose.

Ethereum is no doubt a very competent alt monero and ripple especially used to be the favourite one of all a month ago but unfortunately it lost it's credibility by continuous losing of it price. Even now it has a potential to fortify it's position which needs a little strategic changes. I hope in future it will overcome it's weaknesses.

I can not say three cryptocurrencies maybe, but ethereum and of course the bitcoin are the best choices I think. If you look at the charts, you see that there are a lot of altcoins which have really bad times in this days. If you ask me, bitcoin is better than the all other coins to invest.

so hypothetically if I had 100 BTC today and keeping in mind its up 1000% in the last year

1. Cash out 65 BTC
2. Buy a small working farm able to sustain itself off the grid ( paid for no mortgage)
3. of the 35 left keep 20 btc
4. of the remaining 15, 5 BTC for charitable organizations such as Children's make a wish and or help some homeless
5. 10 BTC left
20% DASH  flexibility, 20% LTC team, 20% QTUM team, 20% MONA Japan's growing crypto, 20% Gold/Silver

enjoy life

Wow, 100 bitcoins? You musy be really, really rich man. My first suggestion is that don't spend all of the btc's you have in trading. Instead, spread your investments in other ventures such as setting up a rig for mining, buying ICO's (new coins) which have the potential to hit big time or invest in stocks which pays out thru BTC. With that kind of resources, you can create your own group and develop a new coin that might surpass the popular coins one day.

Speaking of top coins, here's my top 3:

1. ETH
2. Zcash
3. XMR

I based them on their current market price, the stability of its rise and fall in the market. And lastly, their roadmap and the legitness of their developers.

Bitcoin will always lead the track, while ethereum seems gaining more support among the entire altcoins in a combined manner. Other than this I can't predict in a precise manner because regularly the ICO's were growing with high potential. Some has shown tremendous growth. If the same continues might get into the top list.

top 3 coin that i love
1. bitcoin
2. ETHEREUM
3. AVEntus / BMC

Bitcoin has a great potential but not right now. the value is to high to invest in bitcoin. and i think i cant afford it anymore. i would rather invest in altcoin that has a smaller value but has a good development. this is a dire time for altcoin thought, its because bitcoin value rise to much that make altcoin value seems drop mostly.

really you got 100 bitcoins? that's a lot of money, I think you should invest ethereum and litecoin these two are quietly potential increase but are you willing to wait next year or 2 because these are for long term investment. And if you want to invest for short term just try to search the newly coin that has a solid project in the future then invest so it will increase if they successful their project.

100 BTC? This is a huge amount. I suggest, dont invest all on altcoins. Try to leave at least half of it on BTC. The of BTC is surging now that a fork will happen on November. Then, on altcoins, invest on ETH, Monero, Golem. ETH as this is a promising coin and second best crypto from BTC. Monero, same with BTC but with a faster transcation. Golem, superpower computerthat is made up from the combined power of user's machines.

A fork of Bitcoin is coming, so make sure to have your bitcoins in your bitcoin wallet (desktop) so that you get the extra fork Bitcoins. Other than that investing in top 10 coins is also a good idea. And then invest a little amount in ICOs which you think can have a good growth in future.

Hi, I got 100 bitcoins to invest in top 3 cryptocurrencies. Please help me out here to make a decision that what should I invest in and WHY?

Thanks

Well you should not invest your all money, anyways i suggest bitcoin because its the mother of all cryptocurrencies and the price is increasing So you should hold your bitcoins. Second one is ethereum and third is monero but for  these two price are very lower so i suggest you can invest half in Etherum and keep remaining half in bitcoins.

Yes bitcoin is sitting on the throne of crypto and eth is at the second because these two owe the promising and profiting abilities and the reason behind this is that these tow coins has advertised themselves in good way and that really beneficial in investing into the both because of one goes down second will pump back and this will never give you loss so make a decision and invest to enjoy future.

100 btc is a lot. Just keep them or at least 75 of them, if you really want to invest the rest. There are some alts out there which will go up in price again after the forks, but still the savest investment at the moment is maybe btc itself.

The best coin for me is ethereum, second bitcoin with great future but for long term investment

Second will be waves, everyone say me it will give huge profit and i believe them

Third coin will be deepcoin because it is cheap and perfect for easy profit

Don't ask anybody to choose how to spend your money...
Check by yourself the projects and the current value of coins.
You have a perfect site for this : https://coinmarketcap.com/
You can see marketcap, social media, value, volume, markets... of each coins.
You can filter by whatever value that you want (price, volume, marketcap, 24h increase% ...)

Just do your own research, because it's your own money...

No matter what is the situation, i will always try to keep a balance with 50% on bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin/usdt.

This is to maintain a huge percentage of my blockfoilo to be subjected to stable growth. While the other 50% will be invested in potential coins that can growth even faster than btc and eth. It also include ICO and undervalued coins.

In my opinion, it is best to invest in Waves and ETH. In particular, I recommend Ethereum because I think it's a very forward-looking direction. Watching the action on the market, I'm sure he will soon dump the other cryptocurrencies.

I would say play it safe with the first 2, go for Bitcoin and Ethereum. For the 3rd, maybe you want to split it up into coins that are newer/have more potential for rapid growth. I have some SIA and some Deep Onion that I hold onto and accumulate with the hopes that they will pop sooner or later.

If you really having Bitcoins then why you need to invest in Crypto currencies? at the moment Bitcoin is the best and holding money will be good than other Crypto Currencies.

If you are looking to invest directly then choose Ethereum as this is the second one for fastest growing in world. Most of the ICO's are using Ethereum so invest in Ethereum and the price too remains constant.

3. Pinkcoin

Etherium has the advantage of being a leading cryptocurrency in the future,

1. Bitcoin - Currency / Asset / King of Crypto
2. Ethereum - Smart Contracts / Asset / The Prince of Crypto
3. DeepOnion - TOR Network / Privacy / Currency / The Game-Changer of Crypto

Bitcoin is the safest and DeepOnion has the most potential for a 100x increase in the short term.  All great coins that I expect to be remain prosperous in 5-years.

Bitcoin, Ethereum and Waves. Those 3 coins are really valuable with many improvements and lot of projects coming up using their smart contract is a factor why I chose those 3 coins. It doesn't mean other coins are bad, but I prefer to focus with those.

I suggest keep your bitcoins hmas it is let it grow it will be a biggest mistake if you let your bitcoins convert it into altcoins that is only good for short term tern investments and quick returns. That is if you really want to invest your money for long term. Altcoins are only short live some doesn't even last long even ETH, BCC, BTG is having a hard time proving its worth.  So it is wise to invest in them in long term.

1. BTC
2. ETH
3. All current and future BTC forks (BCH, BTG, Segwit2x more of them wil come) - cause they have biggest airpdrop possible users, but only at the start. They have to prove their viability to stay in the top 3.

For me, my top 3 cryptocurrency  (aside from bitcoin)  are Neo, Ripple and Ethereum. I think these 3 have their edge inthis market. They have excellent dev team and have good long term prospect. As for Neo, they are still one of the favorites to invest now because of its good fundamentals and its progressive development. For Ripple, as far as I know, they are the only crypto that is connected with banks. This coin has the future in its hands if it can sustain its project and develop more concept that can really be integrated with financial institutions. And for Ethereum, I really believed that this crypto will go places. It has a good platform and ongoing development for it to be more stable and can be easily adapted.

Keep dividing your coins. That will affect your earning in a better way. You have to make portions for your investments like said here. Make majority for your BTC and less for altcoins. This percentage can be varied as per individual’s capacity. Don’t worry, market is shining enough to give you a buzz of profits. Just keep engaging both and make your life easy.

Hey there!
I see you are going to invest your funds into crypto currencies, but why top 3? If I were you, I would investigate top 10-20 cryptocurrencies and make a decision by yourself.
Of course other people's thoughts are important for you, but the decision should be on you!

As for me, if you want top three, not more:
1. Ethereum. ETC has a great potential, but it is not revealed at this stage. There are a lot of problems which ETH faces. BUT, as for me, I believe that these are the temporary obstacles. When most of ETH problems will be solved - the price of coin will noticeably increase .
2. Monero. Great potential, great opportunities. Anonymity - and all about it.
3. Bitcoin, man. Keep bitcoins. In long term period you will get a tremendous profit.

As a already told you, it might be better to hold not 3, but more coins. And of course hold bitcoins too.
Good luck

Ripple is dependent on financial technology and using in the banking sector. ripple grow up any time because this is very low rate in btc. XEM is very popular coin in japan. xem coin full form New Economic Movement. xem now in very down rate it give big profit in few months.

Three top crypto currencies to me are bitcoin which is the only digital currency for now that one can really make good profit whether holding it for short term or long term investment. Ethereum will not fail because apart from being a tradable digital currency , developers use it to pay for transaction fees and services on the ethereum network and Ripple is used by some banks to send international payments apart from it being a crypto currency.Iit is seen as a future rival to bitcoin.

I totally agree on this one, looking at coinmarketcap.com gives you a good summary of some coins, looking at the top 10-20 coins gives you an idea about the marketcap, circulation supply and also the best gainers and losers, this overview can help alot since you can wisen yourself and educate yourself further about the good projects and coins, my personal best coins are VTC, PAY and ADX.
I hope you are right on Bitconnect, I have invested in it and hope it doesn't turn out to be a scam eventually.

If he has 100 bitcoins I would only invest half of it on altcoins, altcoins can give you good profits in the coming years that is one thing for sure.
On bitcoin you just have to rely and wait a couple of years, I am convinced it is just a matter of time that bitcoin will hit 10k at the end of this year.
Ethereum is also one of the better coins and is the most trusted to use for its smart contracts, Monero is a good coin when Bitcoin fails in my oppinion.

The top 3 currencies i would recommend you to invest in are ripple, monero and civic. All of these coins will surely grow in future and will become really popular.
civic is a coin based upon the idea of decentralized identity verification at low cost with help of Blockchain technology. The team of the project is also very strong.
monero is a coin based upon the idea of privacy. It is completely anonymous, secure and untraceable cryptocurrency. It is the first crypto based upon the idea of privacy and is really popular. Within 2-3 years, a price of 300$-400$ is expected.
ripple is a coin based upon the platform of global value transfer and many banks are adopting it for fund transfer. The project has a lot of potential to grow in future. Within 5 years a very high price is certain and is very good option to invest your money in.

I would say ETH and Litecoin. The third ecurrency I do not know. As someoe here was saying you can try to buy some Dogecoin, it is now 18 satoshi, it will certainly raise to at least 100-150 satoshi in 1-2 years. then you can sell it. Litcoin/Bitcoin si decreasing, and it will go as this in the next years.  But some peole belive in it (Litecoin). As for ETH, it is the only alt-coin that can compete with the bitcoin for now.

Stay in BTC and don't even think about changing. The entire market is in red cause 99% of alternative coins are crap. Leave this thought alone. Don't be greedy- if you can already afford what you need get those out and purchase whatever for fiat.

Though if you ask me: DASH, Monero, OmiseGo)))

There are some altcoins that have good prospects. one of which is currently the Etherum. Etherum has a very large market share, many are interested in investing in etherum because here the market continues to increase. has been a lot of development and it has been proven every time. In addition there are LTC and also monero which I think is the second option, their market is not too big but when you see how the objectives of the altcoin project then you should consider it as one of the best today.

I can definitely agree with this! A lot of altcoins can be of good prospects or they can be considered as well based on the persons preference/s. However as on my personal experience, Ethereum is good and can be more flexible as for my own use. Like Bitcoin, Ethereum right now is increasing. Bitcoin started with it's humble beginnings and is still striving to it's greatest. I can see that Ethereum is also doing it's best for it. You can also see Monero for it's potential and great opportunities ahead. Litecoin can be also good to check.

I would probably pick ethereum, monero and litecoin as the top 3 altcoins simply because of the fact that the three of them are very popular and are based on unique ideas.
Ethereum is currently the most used platform for hosting ICOs and can show really good amount of growth in future. It also has a strong development team.
Monero is a coin based upon the idea of privacy. the transactions are secure and untraceable. The Identity of sender and receiver is kept private along with the amount sent during the transaction. You can expected price to be above $300 within 3 years.
Litecoin is a coin known for its fast transaction speed. it is almost 4 times faster than Bitcoin as it has a block time of 2.5 minute.  you can expect its price to be above $200 within 2 years.

Hi, I got 100 bitcoins to invest in top 3 cryptocurrencies. Please help me out here to make a decision that what should I invest in and WHY?

Thanks
You already have the best cryptocurrency to invest which is Bitcoin. Its market value is continuously increasing and as its value is getying more expensive, the profit on the investment also grows. But to suggest you more options, Etherium and Monero would be good. These altcoins are already popular and its popularity also affects the demand which is also a factor to consider on an investment.

Ethereum is Good to where to put your investment.
but for now i think you should stay at bitcoin because
this month Bitcoin Pump so hard.
then you'll make Ethereum be the Plan B.
so you wont just panic buy.

Is there a better investment now than bitcoin? Come on leave it in bitcoin and watch it grow from there you will not regret. There are a lot of us out there who are constantly buying up more bitcoins and holding , do you think we didn't consider altcoins also? The choice is yours anyway.

For me the top three cryptocurrency is the bitcoin, ethereum or altcoin, and the dogecoin. Because these 3coins are the most popular and most used coin among all the cryptocurrency that was made. And the best of these three are the bitcoin. Bitcoin has the most largest value in the cryptocurrency. Bitcoin totally averages 300thousand pesos in the Philippines and for dollars its large. Also ethereum, even it is just starting it increases rapidly just like the dogecoin.

I recommend checking out Propthereum.io, an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short period of time. Proceeds raised from their ICO will be used to purchase A-grade property worldwide. This will generate a rental income and underlying value for the PTC token holder. The great thing about this concept is that the coin will always increase in value!

I'll vote for Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash for sure value increase for the next year.
Investing cryptocurrency today isn't easy but at least we acknowledge that top currencies has better future than the newer one.

I think NEO is not bad idea, NEO getting very big popularity, not bad price, trustable company, this crypto currency also can go up anyday.

you have not tell us what type of investment you are interested in. is it a short term investment or long term investment. if you are planning of investing for long term i will advise you to consider investing in ETH, NEO and XRP. NEM is also good for long term investing. BTC price is high now if not i would have ask you to give it a short. also try and research this coin very well and invest a good amount of money. lastly remember these are just prediction. not until now nobody know BCH can just jump up like that after some few months

I don't think NEO makes him rich instantly. He's like looking for more exciting investments rather than NEO. For example a coin what can make 5x in short time maybe, as far as I understand from his tone.

Ethereum is a true outlier. It’s a platform that allows to create smart contract that runs on a decentralize network. The team behind Ethereum is very smart. I always look up the people that are behind a project before investing and Ethereum has 100% of my confidence. Those guys rock.

Ethereum is the only crypto-currency that I believe has the capacity to overtake Bitcoin Market cap in the near future.
Factom allows companies to create immutable database.
Maidsafe has the capacity to revoluionize the internet as we know it. Right now you can only purchase their temporary coins called MaidSafeCoin. Im not sure how the exchange process will work so that is the only thing stopping me from investing heavily in this one.

Bitcoin - store of value
Ethereum - Tokenization/Smart contracts
Monero - Privacy

All long term holds.

Bitcoin and Ethereum are in my lists and I add Neo to invest. These are my top3 cryptocurrencies that really could give return of profit. Investing on choosing the best coins definitely a top income in your wallet. I also planned to invest other coins.

I'm not saying NEO is a bad company or a bad project!
But NEO is undergoing too much of speculation for example a day before some Chinese texts showed that there will be a conference or some big news in 3 days. Nobody knows what is the news about but the price is simply raising for no reason. Think about what would happen after three days. Dump incoming

My top three picks would be Bitcoin, litecoin and monero as all of these coins are the most popular crypto available in the market. Bitcoin is the master of all crypto and has alot of potential. It is the most stable crypto available in the market as is one of the fastest growing investment in the world. Litecoin is known for its quick transactions as it is almost 4 times faster than Bitcoin. Monero, is the master of all privacy coins and it is famous for its secure and untraceable transactions. All of these coins can show tremendous growth in the coming years.

The biggest and top three cryptocurrency today are as follows:
1. Bitcoin = the mother of all crypto currencies.
2. Bitcoin Cash = Bitcoin's hard fork that was created last August.
3. Ethereum = the leader of the Altcoin group. It is the most anticipated Altcoin and predicted to be the second most valuable cryptocurrency in the future.

In my personal decision if I got already a hundred of Bitcoin today I won't invest it in other coins because I know I'll be getting a lot of profit if I'm going to trade it within Bitcoin exchange.
But, if I decide to invest soome portion of it into Altcoin then Ethereum, Ripple and Bitcoin Cash that I believe they have a good future.

For me the third one would be Ripple or LiteCoin. They're the top cryptocurrency after Ethereum and they both have a good blockchain platform as well.

wow that's a lot of bitcoin.
There is a too much risk and too much return in investing in an altcoins but if you want to maximize your profit the best way is to put it in the best alts, i can give you one which is ETH but some say it is not good for profit now but i believe it is still it is.

i think top three crypto currencies is bitcoin, ethereum and litecoin because these three coins have a large community and right now the price is waiting a good moment to increase except bitcoin. bitcoin is already increase and i think it will increase more in future and soon we can see that bitcoin price is jump into higher price. for ethereum and litecoin, i think there will be a right moment for that coins so if we have that coins, we can sell it to make profit.

If asking about top 3 by capitalization in near future I think BTC, ETH and may be some kind of private coin like DASH or some of it copies. If in which one to invest to get maximum profit, so BTC, NEO and something from the end of top 100 may be even KuCoin  ;D

You might invest your bitcoin in these altcoins:
1. Ethereum,  ethereum is the crypto currency that has the most potential. I think it could be possible to see it overtake Bitcoin in Market Cap. 500$/ether is something plausible in the near future.
2. Factom, factom is getting mass adoption very quickly, and it's growing.
3. Maidsafe,  it's predicted that the price will sky rocket to a few dollars once it lives.
