Hi All,

We have developed a sportsbook and wanted to run it out here for you all to give us some feedback.  We will be running an ICO shortly but wanted feedback on the UI and the UX prior to pulling the trigger.

So we have set the system to credit any new accounts with 100 MBT's when the account verifies its email.  These MBT's can be wagered as you please, but cannot be withdrawn until after the token creation event, after the token creation event their will be no restriction on withdrawal.  The offer will be limited to the first 1000 accounts.

This is not our first rodeo, we have built these for other operators in the past, but this is the first for ourselves.  We will be on here to answer questions, feel free to kick the shit out of us (but play nice we do have feelings), we want the feedback.

We are happy that someone tried, it reinforces our detection systems.  The last two accounts have had the bonus removed automatically.

We would not consider this  a vulnerability under normal circumstances we would not care if someone had duplicate accounts (after all we are in the crypto space ) but we detected the attempt and as we are "giving away" tokens we thought it prudent to post the notice.

Oh great. That would be nice, though since you will be giving out tokens only, then that means the users will not be able to actually withdraw anything. I was hoping you guys would be giving out small amounts like 1mbtc to try out and let people actually bet, and see if anyone would be able to withdraw the btc out of the platform , like an actual operating gambling site. Anyway, it's your prerogative, I'd still try it out for sure.

We won't people to enjoy the system and we felt that giving them 100 MBT's would give them the ability to have more than a single bet an a single event.

Just registered in your website. The process is very easy and seamless. Verification email took some time before it arrived in my mailbox. The UI of your website is fast to the extent that I can say it is fluid. Color scheme is normal and didn't hurt my eyes with any striking colors. So, if my understanding is correct, you'll be giving free mBTC to the who registered recently and that can be used in your platform to bet? When would that be happening? I would like to try your live bet games and see how it goes.

Can you point us to a particular page.  That shouldn't be the case, the browser should be yelling at you if that is the case.

Okay well since you need comments on rouletteslot machine, here's mine.

I don't generally like to play roulette slot machine, and I don't know much about it also and for a few reasons. Roulette Slot machine is 100% luck based, there 0 skill involved. Most people who play roulette slot machine won't play it in a sports betting website, and I say "MOST" but some people will do anyway. Generally speaking, sports betters are smart players or people who like to think they're smart and they want to play a game against the bookies to try and beat them. And considering we found this forum, I think we're part of the minority of bitcoin users that likes to take informed decisions. That's my 2 cent on it.

Another thing I noticed, I thought the sound was too loud in roulette slot machine, so I decided to turn off the volume by going to options and turn off the sound, but I still could hear the sound. Then I noticed the mute sound button was actually on top right corner, very small icon. Shouldn't "mute sound" and "mute music" both be in the same place?

Another comment, I went to try to bet on live games, when I pressed an Odd say 1.50 odds for Philly Eagles to win match, it took around 3 seconds from the moment I pressed the button to the moment it updated my bet slip. Overall the live betting section I find to be very slow compared to the rest of the site.

I really like the interface though, and overall aesthetic of the website.

It is free MBT's that we are adding to the account.  They are the token of our ICO.  We felt that giving 100 MBT's is around double the value of 1 mBTC but gives the user more opportunity to try out the platform.  You will be able to withdraw the MBT's after the creation event and they will be listed on HitBTC so will be freely tradeable.

Thanks for pointing out the SSL thing. Just a very minor oversight where a http reference to an image was accidentally included (one that you shouldn't even see). That's been resolved.

Also just to let you know, the limits vary based on both currency and on the event, which we're keeping low for this beta. That being said we've relaxed restrictions on MBTs.

I take on board your comments about live betting 3 seconds to hit the betslip is unacceptable.  We do run extra checks with live as the prices move so frequently but I agree 3 seconds to a slip is too long.

Registered - Got 100 MBT and tried to place bets on one of the CS:GO match but my bet got rejected and couldn't see any reason for it.

You should click the bitcoin sign and change it to MBT first. I encounter the same issue previously.

Just registered to your site. Clean and simple interface, which is nice.
The site is quite slow (for me) and not that many bets.
Also there is a bug, when you to Snooker, you see 1 bet for the Masters 2018 and than 2 bets for the Worldcup cup soccer 2018 (qualifications)....

Oh, I see. I get your point now and your vision about the free token that you'll be giving to the first users of your website. It quite good, that concept, that is. Do you have any timeline when you're gonna give that or there's still no plan yet? Having that token to be able to play in your website and trade it in HitBTC would be great to both the players and your company. A win-win situation there, I think.

Just throwing it out there.  That we have the ICO details over on the Altcoin Announcement thread and there is only 13000 Eth blocks until the 35% bonus is gone.  At the current rate that will be less than 48 hours.

Yes, as soon as it goes live you can withdraw.  The token creation event is in 3.5 weeks.  Congrats on the win.

We do have Asian Handicap, just not on all events.  If you have any particular events that you would like to see more Asian Handicap on we can take that on board.

I registered and i see we have so basic and very convenient to betting. I have only suggest that on result - u can put the correct score for why win or lose instead of only money win.

Just a few problems I saw:
∙ In the Sports Bets History: Just change "Resulted" into "Results".
∙ There is Live Betting but we can't watch the game.
∙ The Mbet.io Logo is offset positioned to the right for me, try centering it to make it look better.
∙ Bets for the selected Sports should be shortlisted somewhere (my Sports Bets History is long and now harder to review)

watch the game:  the video streaming for big ticket games is pretty hard.  We do have a turnover volume that we can make that work financially but in the short term we are not going to be able to integrate streaming of most sports.

When i log out and log in again i cant see my bet slip what have settled. I must go to the Bet History to view. I think it is unconvenient.

Thanks for the input.  We have designed the system so that the betslip is for the transaction that you are currently engaged in.  Once that transaction has been completed the records are stored in bet history, we felt that was the best way to manage the data.  Some players have 100's of bets at any one time, that would be impossible to handle in a betslip.

This event is over around 8 hours but not have result. You can check again? and what problem with this bet like that?

Slow as hell, I've clicked SUBMIT six times and didn't get any feedback, I didn't know if I sent the bet or not. After that a CONFIRM button appears "magically" and the joke starts again.No way to know if I'm pushing the CONFIRM button or not. Maybe this thing works nice on a desktop PC, on a tablet is a torture. I guess using this on a smartphone would be a nightmare.

Almost 5 minutes to find Spain's football league (probably one of the best leagues in the world), then another 3 minutes to expand/collapse every match in order to see every 3-way odds instead of showing them all together in a table.

Sorry but this UI is awful.

2fa is on the cards.  We just thought in the beta phase it would be a hindrance for people.  I suppose in hind site we should have run it in as an option.

Looks nice and i like the fact that you guys have CSGO matches as well which will attract lots of people in my opinion since not a lot of sportsbook that use bitcoin accept bets on CSGO matches(they only do major sporting leagues).

I would definitely rework the logo, though. It looks dreadful :P

I just noticed that the Match for Dota2 last 10/28 was not carried out and you removed Dota2 in the sports list. But my tickets bought last 10/25 for the match are still in the pending list history. There should be a feature to rebate these tickets if the error is by the administration.

As for the ESL Hamburg bets.  Both of those bets are on outrights and that event is still running.

To the guy putting a lot of effort into creating multiple accounts for the bonus. We do actually check these things. It really isn't in the spirit of what we are trying to do and we consider it unfair to the people who did the right thing.

Quite frankly all you are achieving is wasting time we would rather be using to improve the system.

MBT is real money and yes one can withdraw it, when ICO ends. i'm not sure but i think 100 MBT is worth like 10 USD.

This is a good and fair way to hand out your distribution. It makes sure it is put to good use testing the server. Then anyone left who is Lucky can withdraw them or just deposite and play themselves. Maybe you can have a help section explaining how the betting works for clueless people like myself?  :P

Which specific soccer match tournament are you looking for ? The bigger leagues like Champions league are at the bottom part you just have to scroll down to see them.

No matter how strict your checking process is, when it comes to smart players who know the stuff, its impossible to detect multiple accounts. How you are going to detect the person who lets assume open 50 accounts with different vpns and play slot and hit big.

Well, 100 MBT bonus was abused as mBet_Shaun said. disabling is the right thing to do to stop further abuse. maybe they could add a fake token or something for those who like to test/play?

Im sorry that you missed out, but the promo has been running for nearly a month.

If they want to let people test the site why they only do it for a while? If they do not have enough income to cover that better not to add it rather than have it now and running for a while then disable it. This will give them such of bad image here, I can say it is better to give out some promotion instead of putting something that does not realiable for players

No, they accept BTC as well other popular altcoins (ETH,LTC,DASH). ;) they might add more in future, maybe privacy focused altcoins like monero or zcash or both. :)

But as far as I can tell they are still in beta so not all coins are accepted yet.

All MBT token holders will have the USD equivalent deposited in Ethereum into their player accounts.  MBT was to be issued with a value of USD$0.10 each the conversion calculation will be based on the Ethereum price at UTC 03:00 Monday 27 November.  Account holders will be free to withdraw or play with the Ethereum balance as they see fit.  Any player holding multiple accounts will be credited with the balance of the first account opened.  Any player that have just opened an account and camped on the MBT’s will be required to turn over the balance at least once prior to UTC 03:00 Monday 27 November in order for the balance to be considered for conversion to Ethereum.

OK, so all of the transfers from MBT to ETH have been done (for those who were eligible).

I find your margin too high.

For example, Team Liquid vs. Team Secret  1.46 - 2.56 is with 7% margin. For eSports, most bookies are @ 3-5% margin.

Eve your featured event, Southampton FC vs AFC Bournemouth, 2.46 - 3.20 - 3.10 is with 4%. For EPL most bookies are @ 1.5-3% margin.
