bitcoin's price are rising rocket at present and do you guys think the price will be 10000$ ?

i am very confident with this . but i want to know other people's view

Lots of these kind of threads around now but it definitely looks possible. Hopefully the fork mid month doesn’t cause any damage.

if we are talking about the possibility,everything can be happen even if we're talking about $20.000,
because it has a potential and of course the topic was 'possibility',
based on our current market,right now we're correcting due to pump a day ago,
if the run continue we should see it around $7500 in a few days later on(more or less obviously).
but who knows ? because everything can be happen with it,
at least for now we should see another all new highs due to segwit2x that will happen in a few days later on.
just make sure to not let your emotion take a control when that 'time' comes,

I've counted more than 5 threads a day with the same question, seems like a lot of people are eager to see BTC @ 10000$. There are minor factors that could potentially help achieve the 10k price target. But honestly, i don't think is gonna happen, a correction/pullback is inmenet so the price could possible go down by quite a lot in the next couple of weeks.

$1000 seemed impossible in 2013 and we hit $1200. 10k seems impossible but I am sure we will slide through.

yes it will become in that price since the bitcoin breach the barrier and we all hoping that before the years end or next year bitcoin will be inthat price so 2018 will be the happiest year of all and it will continue the history of this digital currency i never doubt about the pricing of bitcoin because its all deserve everyone to know what is the real future of this coin.

I was thinking about this too. We saw a pretty interesting drop right after the BTG stuff going down. It seems like the next bitcoin fork could be a part of the reason why the price could be going up right now. People might be hearing about a second fork and may also be trying to hop on ASAP in order to get as much cash as they can. The amazon support is definitely playing a part too. I'm just a bit skeptical about how long this gain can stay for.

Consider that $10k is about 43% from the current price, while current volatility of BTCUSD is ~70%. So it would be within one standard deviation of the BTCUSD returns - yes, it is possible.

$10k is easily achievable by January next year according to many experts. There are series of positive news coming related to Bitcoin which has once again brought bitcoin in limelight globally after September FUD and this rally is killing the alts. There is a huge shift of volume from altcoins to Bitcoin and if this trend continues along with bringing more investors from outside, Bitcoin will soon touch $10k without any doubt.

I wouldn't say that Bitcoin price could reach $10k at the end of the year before few months, but now I think that it is a high probability.
I expect a correction to happens any time soon and we could see +$6200-6300 again but a new rise will happens for sure.
Finally we all know what will happens always in the last ten days of the year  ;)

If somebody had asked this question at the starting of this year, I would have laughed at them. Or thought they were crazy. Now I feel that there is a distinct possibility that it might happen.

Doubtful. Big mental barrier to break to achieve 10k. I would expect nothing in excess of 8500-9000 by year end.

Well, btc is truly rising in price rather fast, but the recent increase in price is explained by the bitcoin gold fork rush. People bought btc to seek for free btg.
I don't know whether bitcoin segwit 2x will come soon and whether people will really go for it, as bitcoin gold wasn't a very successful thing. I remember people complaining about not getting official airdrop.
Thus I guess btc won't be able to reach such a high mark soon. We have to be glad that it is $6+ already.

A week ago I would never believe that bitcoin reaches the price of $ 10,000 at the end of this year. But over the last few days bitcoin managed easily $ 2000. This is a giant leap. Before the end of this year, a lot of time and there is every chance to get a gift for the new year. Now everyone is inspired by such successes, and will keep the coins. This will further heat up the market.

The price of bitcoin today surpass the $7000 mark this is really amazing it really shows that bitcoin is highly recommended as a good investment that will give so much return but even we experience this pump I don't think bitcoin can possibly hit $10000 as early as this December 2017 if ever it will happen I think maybe by next year, in the middle of 2018 to be precise because a $3000 additional increase is quite possible to achieve in less than 2 months. Anyway bitcoin is unpredictable so let's all see what's gonna happen next.

It is very hard to predict accurately the price of bitcoins especially with the recent news of having forks by this month but I strongly believe that it is capable of reaching that mark by next year. There are a lot of things that you need to consider when predicting its price but if one is basing it on the price history chart, then it definitely has the potential. Also, one can infer that its price has been constantly increasing through the years of its existence. It may even reach higher prices by next year but you also need to bear in mind that there is always the risk of it decreasing too. Invest your bitcoins for this year and expect your profits to increase by next year.

not because of the question that is asked but because of the answer that came to my mind and what it reminded me of.

I remember clearly that last year and even start of this year when the question was asked about how much price is going to be by the end of 2017 I would have said $2000 or $2500 tops best case scenario but bitcoin being bitcoin means it is unpredictable and when the adoption hits and bitcoin receives this much media attention there is no stopping the price rise.
so I say it is perfectly possible to reach $10,000 by the end of this year. and that would just be a start!

Everyone is getting excited everyday as the price is starting to make itself buff. People are starting to be divided with three bitcoins on what to support.

I have read an open letter that many are into Segwit2x but still many are into Legacy bitcoin and also the another contender which is Bitcoin cash.

But let's just hope that this fork will not give any dump.

No one can predict that, but some of my friends told me that bitcoin can reach 10,000 usd before the end of the year. Well im hoping it may happen, this will be a good future for bitcoin .

No, it's will not happen on this end of year but the chance are greater on 2018 !
As we can see , bitcoin is on uptrend and it's reach stagnan point at the moment. They need some momentum if they want to see bitcoin value getting pump once again.

Just keep hold your bitcoin at least until December 2017 for more profit !

Possible but we need more bigger news so we can achieve that price, we have 1 month left and anything is possible

Last week the price of Bitcoin was approximately 5300$ but it has now reached 7300$ mark which means that within a week there was a rise of about 2000$ in it's price.Nobody expected this hike but it happened. Bitcoin's price is going through the roof that's why people are getting attracted towards it and demand for it is increasing. This increase in the demand is further increasing it's price .If Bitcoin keeps on growing at this particular rate then without any doubt it will touch 10000$ mark and even more at the end of 2017.

Its too high to consider, it already boost $1700 in an instant so there is a higher chance of it going down soon then after this year will be the redemption of it.
Maybe on near February 2018 we might see such this price, but for the end of the year that's not gonna happen.

I think the chance is really high it will reach that amount. But then again I read that Analysts from Wall Street predicted Bitcoin to reach 400.000$ by the end of 2022.

That's right, even though  we are very optimistic but such price($10k) is far from happening. Bitcoin is not consistenly increasing as others think, we have notice also of having unexpectef dump in previous month as China leaving crypto world. So it is quite possible also to happen in the coming days but not just like before. This is could be one factor that $10k can't be reach within this year.

10000 $ is another physiological barrier for bitcoin, let's see hows the market react after the upcoming fork, and by end of this month after that, we can make another prediction. I believe if the bitcoin price will continue the uptrend movements and reach the peak at the end of December

If the bitcoin price per day like that then it will not be difficult enough to reach $ 10,000 by the end of 2017.

Even i too have stated in many other threads that bitcoin would reach $9500+ at the end of 2017. The current growth is towards that, Really amazed at the ratio of last few days. Today it seems to have a slow growth compared to day before yesterday. Lets keep watching the ratio. Hope this growth runs through this year with the same spirit.

You have your opinion counted but for my own opinion as negative as others has. 10000$ won’t be happening this year even there still more than a month before the end of the year. I’ll go with my possible predictions and that is 8000$ and not more than that. It is because I have doubts on the price increases next weeks and the coming months.
Let’s just wait for it if I speculate wrong then I will accept it because in any opinion, there should be no right and wrong.

Yes, every user has got their own suggestions based on the way they study the market. In. My view the price keeps on growing and surely reaches the $10000 mark. People once said that $5000 is big to be reached, but everything happened in a very short time span. So, same could continue as the market is getting wider than getting shrink.

Given the current growth rate of Bitcoin value it should top 10 k$ around mid-Feb 18.
I don't see any hurdle on an economical point of view:
- the number of merchants (websites, fintech, restaurant, even ONG) accepting BTC is strongly growing
- this currency is inflationist by nature
- 99% of altcoins developed lately are merely scams but driving more and more $ into cypto-economy, that will sooner or later be redirected into BTC

Mate,dont be too confident,sadly it doesn't work always. The possibility of the markets going on a steady rate is not something you can be sure of especially crypto markets. The volatility is a very spooky factor sometimes. 10,000$ is not a small amount and if there is some big news after the fork that can boost up the demand then yes, the possibility of bitcoin reaching 10,000$ will be more likely to happen.

Many want to see 10k this year, and this is quite possible if this rise trend continues. However this is maybe hard not gonna say impossible but how it's hard.

Quite possible that we will see this price next year.

We are hopping that bitcoin will defiantly reach $10k end of this year. I think bitcoin should reach $10k...Because  now bitcoin increasing tremendously well.. 

In technical theory, $10k is very likely to happen by end this year. And i think, any technical trader finds a direction to that value. Either pure demand or not, but i feel optimism bitcoin holders very strong.

Possibly it may reach as you said $10k. It depends on the market condition.
According to the current fluctuation there are many chances to reach or even more. When i was looking at the market from last night its gradually maintaining at the same level. Who knows. It may pump like a rocket
I  am sure this thread or expectation will increase some investors at least with minimum amount in bitcoin.
