What would be REALLY SUPER is if I could trade in 100 AM100 shares for 1 AM1 share without having to sell and buy back...any plans for that?

Thank you, I have been waiting for this. I will however wait a while before trying to transfer any shares, I don't see how Friedcat can keep up with the huge flood of transfer requests he will get in the next couple of days. With no minimum for transfers there will be a ton of people moving 1-2 shares at a time.

What are fees to buy / sell shares on havelock? I can't see a FAQ anywhere.

Hardware Franchising

This is a new business model option besides self-mining and hardware sales. We will rent the excessive hashing power to financial and technical capable people, accepting full deposits at the market price, shipping the devices and collecting a certain PPS rate based on the theoretical hashrate. The PPS rate, the dividing of cost coverage, as well as warranty/exit strategy are being discussed in detail and executed as small-scale experiments.

This model is similar to hardware sales in the aspect that we do not have in control on how the users make use of our devices, therefore has more decentralization in spirit. And like with self-mining, it aims at settings in scale, enjoying the reduction of NRE cost and operating cost overall, and reducing potential marketing/advertisement/customer service costs.

Project Timeline

August-September: Deploy/sell all hashpower arriving in July and early August.
September-November: Deploy/sell the hashpower ordered at early July.

WTF is going on with Havelock? The site keeps going down and nobody seems to mind. If it's maintenance then someone should just tell us. Hearing nothing makes me want to pull out all of my BTC and hoard it.

We're as frustrated as you are.. and we're working to find the cause of the issue thats been happening lately.. it is NOT a problem with any of our servers or direct infrastructure, but appears rather to be a networking issue upstream somewhere.

Please help me

Also include the following info: 
- Your current ASICMINER share-holding wallet address & e-mail address
- The quantity of shares you wish to transfer

2. If the e-mail address  you have on file with ASICMINER is different than the one you use for your Havelock account, you MUST send an e-mail from the e-mail address you have registered with Havelock confirming this import request. If this is the case, please provided a dated, signed message from the host wallet to confirm ownership. 
3. After confirmation from Friedcat is received, the AM1 shares will be added to your account within 48 hours or less.

Is this still the accurate and correct way to get shares into havelock?

How long does a push to direct shares take on average? What happens to dividends in the time between the transfer being initiated and the direct shares being confirmed?

According to my experience TAT AM transfers are usually done in 12-48 hours.

He's talking about transferring to direct, which is actually contingent on both TAT and friedcat processing the request. Even if TAT initiates the request within 12-48 hours, one would still need to wait for friedcat to process it, and these days he only seems to be processing transfers once per week. (But typically he clears outstanding xfer requests befor processing divs.)

I'd day, it's best to not push shares on the day of divs or the day prior. (You prolly won't lose them, it just might get muddled.)
