I think I am going to need some clarification of your Whitepaper regarding the profit distribution:

"Investors will receive monthly profits according to the amount of tokens in their wallets.
If the wallet has 3.000 SMT the investor will receive 30% of monthly profits produced by
the Masternodes; if it has 4.500 SMT the investor will receive 50% of monthly profits; if it
has 6.000 SMT the investor will receive 70% of monthly profits and if it has 7.500 SMT the
investor will receive 90% of monthly profits produced by the Masternodes."

If there is a set amount of profit generated and that is distributed based on how many SMT tokens you have then how are there 30%, 50%, 70%, 90%....?

Hi, whenever you reach one of the amounts that have been set, you´ll receive the profits according to that amount. So if you have for example, 4.000 token you will receive 30% profits over your 4000 tokens and so every amount until you reach the ones that have been set.

According to what you have written there; Profits are split across all 'holders/wallets' and THEN the % allocation of that profit is provided to the 'holders/wallets' based on their held amount.

If someone is due the 30%, what happens to the other 70%? Either you hold it and provide it later when a higher specified bracket is met (an administrative nightmare and unlikely), you keep it yourselves for whatever as yet unspecified purpose or its burnt.

None of the above sounds good or fair to me.

Additionally under 'What determines the value of a Smart Node Token?'
"If one of the cryptocurrencies of the investment portfolio goes up
in price, SMT does too and the Masternode generates more monthly profit."

What you have written suggests a direct link between token value and portfolio performance. Impossible to do if you are listing on exchanges as per the whitepaper.


I will not be investing, the profit distribution sounds too complex.

If you buy 3000 SMT (approximately 3 ETH), you will receive 30% of what the master nodes produce monthly, over your 3ETH investment.

With your 3 ETH you would be buying a part of several master nodes and you would be receiving 30% of what they generate, unless you buy more SMT
What´s left of the profit the master nodes produce, remains to pay the expenses of the company, the employees, services, and to give growth to it, to transform each SMT into an increasingly valuable asset.

Many people invests in cryptocurrencies that only have a market value, but doesn´t generate monthly profits. In our case we do, therefore, it is an advantage, since not only you can sell our currency in the market, but also you will receive monthly profits.

The scheme for the investor is really interesting, How long the percentage will last, will it last for ever as long as the investor hold the coins in their wallet?

yes, as long as the investor hold the coins, the percentage will be the same

The distribution method is really very ambiguous described.
You need to do better than that, otherwise people wont understand how it is done.

6 mil SMT is sold during Presale and Sale
These 6 mil SMT buy a certain number of masternodes, from certain coins.

The bought Masternodes, generate 600 Ether a Month, which is equivalent 0.0001 ETH per SMT

• if you own between 3000 and 4500 SMT, you get  0.000030 ETH per SMT (30%)
• if you own between 4500 and 6000 SMT, you get  0.000050 ETH per SMT (50%)
• if you have own between 6000 and 7500 SMT, you get  0.000070 ETH per SMT (70%)
• if you have >=7500 SMT, you get  0.000090 ETH per SMT (90%)

So basically, if there are lot of people holding lower amounts, the missing percentages goes to the team. Before people start to cry out, cause the team is stealing "earned money", think again further down the line

The missing percent goes to the team, and the team can use it to
1)Pay for developement
2)Pay for their salaries
3)Pay for transaction fees (MN coins to ether) and transfer fees (resulted ether to token holders)
4)Pay for Masternodes hosting fees.
4)Acquire more MN.

I am writing this to the Developement team. If this is indeed the case as i have described it, it needs to be published explicitely, so that people understand where the missing procentages goes.
If those missing percentages are used to grow the team, and to grow the Number of masternodes the team has under control, then that is a good plan, a good one indeed.
If the missing percentages are going to be used this way, then the value of the SMT coin will increase, as the team gains more MN.


Question:
1)Did i got the percentages and ranges right ?
2)What happens if you have below 3000 SMT, you get nothing ?

Looks like a solid project. Similarly, Tokens are similar to or very different. I have to be very selective in terms of investing in the new ICO today. There is only an avalanche of early coin offerings.

They are not even answering any questions but instead make one huge post after another. If that's what you call solid, well, that won't end well for you.
