Supply for airdrop 2 is 16K x the number of successful participants I think.

I am a holder of this coin, and i believe in this coin project a very unique idea. I hope i will part of the 2nd airdrop this coming jan. 29.

From now on, some community members have learned that there is an active team of developers on this coin, and the client's super clean purse and lightning fast network is just the beginning.

This will be a great project, especially as the airdropped tokens are worth less than a dollar at the moment.
So people won't have the incentive to rush into selling them as per usual  ::)
Expect a classic 100x increase over the next 1-3 months would be my guess.
Liking their airdrop style at least, shows good initiative.

I have been following this project for the first few days. Today it was a pleasure to see that the project was of great interest and that the development team had done a great job. Hope that the project will be more successful than expected.

It's "Self-Deflationary" because it is designed to. Its total supply is forever in decline because it has a "burn fee" of 1% of your total transfer amount (that 1% is "burned" every time a transaction happens).

It's "Fairly Distributed" because the coins would not be sold during the ICO but distribute by free air drops.

It's "Multiplatform" because it unifies digital services by providing a cryptocurrency to be used across a range of applications, rather than an ICO token built for a single application purpose.

You have tried to send all your tokens to etherdelta. EQUAL is self-deflationary token meaning every time you make a transaction you have to burn some of the tokens. Consider it as a fee. Try reading about exact amounts or send half or 90% of your tokens instead of whole bunch.

I don't know what is confusing you. Maximum fee/burn when doing transactions is 1%. Therefore, it is impossible to reach absolute 0. We can only start getting closer and closer to it after some large time amount.

I don't quite understand how it works, your token, you compare it with the Ethereum, and while writing about multi - platform- I don't want to say that I did not understand, but it's true - I do not understand. You can show in more detail and examples of how your token works, where it can be used?

People who are hodling the coin for example aren't consuming any fees so their coins will always remain the same amount.

Equal is self deflationary in regard to number of equal tokens in existance. If market cap stays the same this means that price per token is growing all the time, thus rewarding hodlers.

Whatever you want. I have just let it stay on my wallet with other shit tokens. You can try to dump it to somebody on etherdelta but it isn't very nice thing to do and will probably not give you more than few cents.

There is no qt client or similar if that is what you are asking. For now you just use your ETH wallet for storing EQUAL token.

Every time you send EQUAL a small quantity is burned. EQUAL has a burn fee of 1% of your total transfer amount, with a max burn fee of 250 EQL.

The burn works in following way:
You have to have more tokens than you want to send. Example: If you want to send 100 EQUAL tokens you have to have 101 of them. 1 will be burned. If you want to send 30.000 EQUAL tokens you have to have 30.250 tokens and maximum burn fee will be applied effectively burning 250 tokens.

The idea behind burn process is that it will raise the value of tokens over time thus awarding hodlers.

Nice to see that the Whitepaper is released, it looks solid and gives a clear description.
Hopefully the Deflation Through Burn will turn out to be a golden idea  ;)

Can I ask, what price you sold your equal tokens??. It's okay though, it's not the end of the road for you, equal is still so young and it still has a long way to go so buying right now will be the perfect opportunity for you to get back on the train and purchase some equal tokens. You can definitely buy some again, the current price is still so low compared to the real potential value of equal. I think the current price is a pretty good entry point, I really do recommend you to buy now while price is still 40+ sat  because I think by next week, equal will be back at the 50-60 sat price point.

I'm pretty sure the team is working on that right now, they're very active when it comes to exchanges so I'm sure in months time we'll be added on another exchange. I'm not quite sure with cryptopia and yobit though especially yobit, it's not that safe as of the moment, I've heard a lot of horror stories on that exchange that's why I'm really avoiding that platform. Cryptopia is pretty great but it's not the fastest nor the safest either, I hope the team will just work on getting added on either hitbtc, stockexchange or kucoin, the trading volume on there is big enough for this coin to be known by a larger market.

Couldn't find any details regarding the team as well but I don't think this is a drawback when it comes to the future of this project. Equal has really come a long way ever since they announced their airdrop a couple of months back. The price may not moved significantly but this is just due to the bear market. The team may not be visibly seen but they have been very active with the promotion of equal, their bounty campaigns are massive and they really know how to give value to their community. They always have a lot of events for people to participate in and get their share of equal and they have also been very active on the development of the project and on giving updates on what's recently happening with the project. I think the team just wants to stay hidden and as a community I think we should just respect that and unite to move this project to the top.

Great to know that, the cheddur team are really awesome for doing this. I really do love that app, I've been using it ever since it was released for the public to use. That app just has every cryptocurrency that I support and the interface is so sleek and so easy to use, it's also very fast, it rarely lags and it works perfect with my s7 edge phone. That's why I'm keeping that app on my phone forever. I really hope the cheddur team will keep on supporting equal, equal really needs all the support it can get. Anyway equal is doing quite well in the market today, I hope this uptrend continues, equal deserves so much valuation than what is currently has.

I can't waste any more gas/ether by trying to send EQL and still fail.. already lost like 10$ with that and don't have the net worth to risk more.
Any help? This is JUST an EQL problem, no other token keeps failing. There is a link where someone left 250 EQL in his wallet, this doesn't work for me either.

That is because you didn't read a thing about EQUAL project.

When you are making a transaction a small part of EQUAL tokens gets burned/destroyed (that is Self-deflationary part). Meaning you can't ever send your whole amount. You have to have extra tokens to destroy. This happens automatically.

If you want to transfer 30.000 EQL you have to have another 250 on your wallet for burn.

Coinexchange recharge confirmation is very slow, I previously sent a token to coinexchange recharge need to wait for 50 confirmation, when the confirmation is completed, the token's price has dropped, I do not wait until that price :-\

Yeah coinexchange sucks nowadays and it's super disappointing that we have to wait atleast 50 confirmations for our token to be sent that's quite unfortunate honestly and it's really affecting the price just like what you mentioned. I really hope the dev will do something about this, I hope they can add another exchange to trade equal. Right now it seems like equal is starting to accumulate in volume and it's in a good pace. If we have another exchange then we might see equal rise again. We really need to get added on a new exchange if we want this coin to move forward.

Ouch that kind of hurt, am I the person with the negative reputation??? Don't let my reputation fool you, this project is still alive and thriving. If you've look at the twitter page, the devs are very active on there updating people in regards to the bounty campaign and the project's development. If you've head on to discord you'll find a lot of the team's activity on there, they're very active answering people's question and interacting with the community. I don't think the team visits the telegram group anymore, I think after the telegram hack happened most people went to discord to talk about more serious matters. I honestly am not a fan of the telegram group, it's just full of stickers and people talking about when the next moon? Or why the price is down? You will rarely find people who will talk about the project's development or people appreciating the technology behind the project. I suggest if you want to find answers to your questions then head over to discord and join the equal community on there, the devs will pretty much answer all your questions.

That's right, Coinexchange actually needs 50 confirmations to recharge successfully. I used to sell nanj at Coinexchange. Because of this slow confirmation, the price dropped much, so I don't like Coinexchange.

There are actually fewer coins. Every time someone makes a transaction a small amount gets burned. Max burn is 250 EQL for big transactions.

I have the same problem with you. Repeatedly trying to save tokens until I lost a lot of gas. I think the token is still locked, because previously the token was ever locked and finally opened. the number of tokens that many do not guarantee tokens will be available for sale. So far I've been pretty bored with this token.

Wait that's quite weird, you're the third person now that's been complaining about that. I've also seen some tweets on twitter regarding this problem. I haven't transferred my tokens to coinexchange yet so I haven't really encountered this problem but seeing that more and more people are encountering this, the dev should talk about this and help the community solve this problem. Have you tried contacting the devs on discord? They seem to be pretty active on there, you should contact them so that you'll be able to get some help on what's wrong with your transactions and hopefully they could help you solve this problem.

I went over to discord and received very good help from one of the admins. Seems that the automated gas calculation by MEW was off - increasing the gwei to 8 and gas limit to 200.000 helped and then the transaction went through for me.

Why is it that equal until now the price in the market is too low? I thought this token will go to the moon.

can someone vouch the token store exchange? does anyone here used that exchange? i'm very careful with exchanges as you will end up losing your coins in some never-heard exchanges.

It's best to use coinexchange, because most of them are traded on this site, and you can contact EQUAL's admin if something goes wrong，they will help

yeah that's what i thought. CE is better than token store. at least i've been using that for quite a long time already. and token store is not even included in the list of market from their cmc info.

Yeah be careful with tokenstore it isn't an established exchange yet so we're not sure if that site is legit or not, there isn't really enough reviews online supporting the legitimacy of that exchange so it's safer to just stay away from that and use coinexchange, a lot of people have been using coinexchange for months now and they haven't really had any issues with it. I think the only problem people had was the gas limit and the dev was fast enough to help with that. Yeah I noticed that as well another sign to stay way from that exchange.

The price of EQUAL is still very low. I think the price should be at least 10X when the wallet is released. This wallet is a practical application, we can look at MEW and IMTOKEN, a lot of users

Don't worry market is quite bearish at the moment, so people are still afraid to invest that's why equal's price isn't really moving upward and the wallet has just been released, not a lot of people have tested it yet so let's just be patient here. I honestly think we need another big exchange to be trading equal, I think that's another factor that can really help with the price anyway let's not worry on the current value of equal, the team is here for the long term so let's just wait and see what happens with equal in the next couple of weeks. Based on the roadmap the team still has a lot of plans for equal so I'm sure that will move the price.

You're right, so I'm trying to buy more EQUAL. Now the investment will definitely bring us more returns, but also depends on when the wallet will be released, but it will look very soon.

How does the self-deflationary mechanism work?

EQL has a 1% burn fee on every transaction. Being a deflationary token, a long-term EQL investor would be rewarded over time as their percentage relative to the total supply would increase after every transaction.

It seems that the date of release the wallet is not yet known. It only knows that the wallet is a web wallet, and the APP wallet has to wait longer.

I would recommend each one, who is interested in some information concerning the project; the tokens’ price and all the other stuff about EQUAL join telegram chat with EQUAL followers and the project developers. Administration gives the answers on all the questions.

I'm very happy to see that they've finally release an information about the wallet based on the preview that they've presented in that article I am honestly really liking the interface so far, the app looks so clean and aesthetically pleasing and it's features is really helpful to all crypto enthusiasts. Hello everybody! Did any of the EQL token holders try to deposit to the Mercatox exchange? I tried several times and I did not succeed. In the transaction, there is a problem with the contract, only it is not clear with the contract of the token or the contract of the exchange.

I got EQL from airdrop but I can't send transfer my token? why ? is this token locked?

I think its because of the fee.. you have to leave 1% of your equals in the wallet. I think if you have a large number you need to leave at  least 250 (burning)

but unfortunately the volume at Coinexchange is only $ 50 only, this is not ideal for good projects like EQUAL

I`ll say that the news about the upcoming swap or rebranding should not be the only reason for any healthy rose of its price.
But combine this news with the proofs of the development work and add some marketing steps and You`ll see the new ATH for the swapped EQL very soon.

Looks like this project will really be a good long term investment for those who have bought EQL already.
Even the price of 40 sat. could give some XX in a year if the team would continue the work this way.
Browser wallet app with airswap function is good but the most interesting thing that differs Eual from its competitors would be the support of DAPP and DEX store.

Really that is good news and hopefully this is indeed a good long-term investment because in my opinion today there are rarely good long-term investments

The swap to binance chain is complete, and It's now listed on Binance Dex, and on 16/07/2019 134,940,940 EQL BEP-2 will be burnt and the new total supply will be 665,059,059 $EQL ....

Passed thru many swaps and haven't missed any one. Coz even much more low cap projects than EQL gave to it's community more time for swap. 3 weeks for swap - it's not even funny. What was the point of the swap in the first place?

BEP-2 tokens do not support smart contracts, which means the new EQL token is a non-interactive token focused on simple transactions. The simplicity of BinanceChain is arguably its strength, because the less complexity, the less opportunity for something to go wrong.

To overcome that lack of interactivity projects usually enable users to swap BEP-2 tokens to a more interactive parallel coin or token. EQUAL does not.

Why would a project move to BinanceChain if it has fewer features? It makes sense when trading activity is so high the blockchain becomes a bottleneck. That was not the case for EQUAL.

The question stands. What is the purpose of the EQL BEP-2 token?

Such decisions will eventually kill this project.

There is a lot of talk ongoing about how the "investors" were "screwed" during the swap.

First of all, 99% of these "investors" have not actually invested a single cent in the project and received thousand of tokens from the airdrop which they have been holding in hopes of a high return, without actually offering any support for the project.

For those who actually invested, it is indeed an unfortunate scenario, but again, the responsibility is the investor's, especially in a space like this. If you have a bag invested in a project that is clearly under the radar and is not listed on any top exchanges that would make a potential swap for you, you absolutely need to be constantly in touch with everything that is going on with that project.

Despite its small size, the team is rather active on social media. Discord, telegram, reddit, twitter have all been constantly updated with announcements on the project's direction. Even CZ from Binance and the Binance Dex official twitter have been posting about Equal.
