Guys, I think in future bitcoin will fell down and Instead of old blockchain technologies will come new and more large-scale projects. Bitcoin It is just the beginning.

In my opinion it will take a lot to dethrown Bitcoin. Even if Bitcoin doesn't have the market cap it will still be the one that's talked about.

yes I agree with that. Recently Segwit2X implemention takes the 11x algorithm and encryption on blockchain technology. So security is improved in this platform and some upcoming are innovation also possible in future. I believe this technology because Satoshi development teams are improved.

I dissagree,  as you see the bitcoin is falling and soon ETH will be the number one on coinmarketcap, it mean that trands has changed.

For me no one can defeat bitcoin value price,maybe there's other coin will accelerate but not as bitcoin price.Bitcoin really the future not only with us who starting up but also to our kids someday.It would be great and even if the years pass by,bitcoin will still leading as a cryptocurrency that helping us be become a millionaire someday.

For me i see for future bitcoin was be able to innovates and have more new things and businessess involves here. Although the old ones has thier but since the future is too many large-scale projects and too many new thing so that bitcoin cannot be stay on the past but can drives also in future and its capable to deal with it. It's just speculation at this stage and people are free to speak doom against bitcoin but if you factor in the rate at which people are getting interested in bitcoin on a daily basis then it's evident that it is far from a currency without future because the youth who are our future are impressively adopting it by the day.

Right now Bitcoin and Ethereum are the top two coins.  They both have a nice lead in their respective fields.  But being first to market doesn’t guarantee staying on top forever.  Now that more attention is being paid to the blockchain technology, more use cases will pop up.  Who knows what will happen to any coins in the future.  

I think bitcoin will not be removed in Future people are  too much interested in Bitcoin.As the price will start to come down ,Because of interest of people its price will again rise .But technology will rise in near future and so does the blockchain technology strengthen.

I don't understand why some people when bitcoin prices go down they assume that bitcoin will die, or bitcoin isn't worth anymore. And when bitcoin prices go up to a few percent in a few days they'll say bitcoin go to the moon, bitcoin rises to 40k or 100k, I really don't understand that's what it means. You just will be worshipper of bitcoin when price has goes up, and you'll be haters of bitcoin when price has goes down.

How can it be, bitcoin is now trading at big fiat based stock exchange like CME, CBOE. Do you see other cryptos trading in there? I think there is none, and while most of the traders prefer to trade bitcoin than other crypto there is still a huge potential of bitcoin. You can even notice the market cap and the volume of bitcoin, it simply said I am the king and it will be hard for others to detrown me.

i do not agree. The king will always be king. The btc will be like gold or more. Almost all of the altcos are now made by a company or organization and under their control. btc is not organized by any organization or any company. It is a public good for everyone. That is in my personal opinion.

At present bitcoin prices are growing slower than ethereum prices, but in the future bitcoin prices will not fall. The number of people entering the bitcoin market is quite high. Like what you said it is just the beginning. Bitcoin is too young and yet it has proven a great amount of value with just a couple of years. This is just the start. We will seeing more and that would not degrade it but instead upgrade it. Being pessimistic will not help.

I can definitely understand your concern but as of now, I don't see that any other project having resources that Bitcoin is having at this point.   However, we cannot ignore the huge potential of blockchain and thus many coins are coming up with the whole new ideology they have their unique philosophy to solve particular problems. When it comes to the Bitcoin, I think it will be a major player in international fund remittance. However, we need to work on the issues like high transaction fees and confirmation time. I can see an optimistic picture of Bitcoin in the coming years.

If you think that the drop of price in the last couple weeks is the end era of bitcoin, I completely disagree with your statement. Take a look back on the price history in the last 2 years, there will be a fluid range of price there, and it's not that instant. In other hand, this new currency is also compete with the local "traditional" exchange as well, so it takes time before it can go back to its stable price.

I disagree in "no future for bitcoin" because if you have read a lot of articles and news some other countries uses bitcoin for payment tranctions on some businesses.In addition I believe that in the future many countries will adopt bitcoin but offcourse by the support of government.

Well I don't see no points in your argument as thinking of it we still consider that Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market as whole as a young market that still has a lot to grow for. Seeing how other people discover and try to join it they always end up going to the biggest cryptocurrency first and that is of course Bitcoin which is the most popular out there. Also people who are interested in the cryptocurrency would likely stumble at Bitcoin first before even discovering other cryptocurrencies that is how popular Bitcoin is. I would consider that it is just the beginning for Bitcoin as it will likely lead the way of the cryptocurrencies.

The difference between the demand to the supply availability is the one that decides the market. With bitcoin the demand has been increasing, but the supply keeps on getting reduced as days pass with special events of halving. Future of cryptocurrency will be promising as bitcoin and other real time usage keeps increasing on different needs.

What the future brings for bitcoin in particular, I can not say. The problem is the change from currency to asset. When somebody wants to get a coin for making online purchases he will not choose bitcoin anymore. And most altcoins are at exchanges now available for fiat directly. How this will turn out, we will have to wait and see.

Altcoins will definitely grow and comprise a major part of crypto whereas btc will still remain as the most valuable crypto regardless of its then market price. Btc has held it's value for a very long period of time and there might be no such altcoin that can hold up if there is no demand.

i really disagree of what you are saying, i believe that future of bitcoin will last longer, even though, there are some countries trying to halt or regulate of its existence but because of the overwhelming support from people behind it,they come up solution to create guidelines that both crypto parties and government can benefits each other. Being top of all crypto currencies give us   strong statement that the legacy of bitcoin is not easy to break because it is not just any online transactions but rather it gives fortune for those least fortunate people

I think that Bitcoin became too popular last year(s) but it was not that prepared for such popularity. It was a huge wave of newcomers unaware of what Blockchain/Bitcoin nor the risk involved in, totally new to trading or investing just thinking for the possibility for quick big profit.
This huge wave of new transactions made the whole system slow and expensive, but people did't stop investing even when price reached and broke 16-17K$ hoping for quick reward. Then everything started falling, people stated loosing money and the panic-sellers were everywhere. Came the correction, bad news of "banning cryptos" in Asia helped for the second correction and then came the bear market, now it went under 10K$.
Nothing unexpected for the people who are aware of what is going on in the market.
Maybe the Lightning Network will help but I'm with mixed feelings about it.

No that's not true. I really don't believe that bitcoin has no future. Or peole who is in bitcoin has no future because a lot of people already change their lives because of bitcoin. They already have houses for them to live comfortably and that's because of bitcoin . they have cars to make their mode of transportation made easier and that's because of bitcoin again. They can buy the food that they want because they have money from bitcoin to buy. So I don't conclude that bitcoin is useless.

It is nice to see that there are those who still believe in bitcoin and in its goal of becoming worlds currency in the future. But there are problems along that way, and all it takes for bitcoin to lose is one really good crypto which will overthrow bitcoin from its throne.

Bitcoin is number one crypto, mostly because it was first of its kind, and because of that it has so much supporters. But after those supporters see that there is some new and better crypto, they will go from bitcoin to that new crypto. Bitcoins price have slowly been falling for quite sometime now. Well bitcoin started it all off. Bitcoin is blockchain 1.0. Ethereum is 2.0. And cryptos like ADA, EOS is 3.0. Bitcoin I think will eventually be superseded even if it does take some time. However, successful implementation of the lightning network can make it stay alive much longer. So we'll see. Time will tell. If bitcoin doesn't implement the lightning, it will be a matter of time before it loses its top-seed position. If it does, we have to see how well this technology works. If it works really well, bitcoin may stay relevant for a very long time.

Bitcoins value before was just 13 dollars back in 2013 and we cannot believe that it already surpass 10k dollars today so how can you tell that bitcoins does not have a future because you can see it clearly that it was successful and there are new consumers that are investing on cryptocurrency each day.

Your right, people who does not understand fully how bitcoin works especially in the earning part would tend to say this. They get into the game late and expect to earn easily the soonest of time. They did not understand that the pioneer investors Took higher risks then, when they indulge in bitcoin at the early stage where there was very little value if none. If the regulators are interested in promoting bitcoin development then I think bitcoin will have a future. Japan is a pioneer country that wants to build a bitcoin capital city. They encourage people to use bitcoin. This is a good sign for bitcoin. bitcoin will survive and develop further.

I also believe that, the dropping of bitcoin will always depend on the people who holds bitcoin. Investors should be patient on whatever they believe in. For me, i would really say not to surrender on what they believe in. We will really come to that point.

Yeah I always wonder about that too. I've lost faith in Bitcoin a while back, especially because of the super toxic community and bankers involvement and all the developement around it I do not like. I believe that Bitcoin has a very bright future. it will be used for a very long time, and probably it will help the mankind to overcome some problems in the economy.

I have seen so many thread discussion about the future of bitcoin. I think we should take it as a normal investment with big profits. If prices are going down from last couple of weeks than doesn't mean the btc will end and future of btc is dark. Bitcoin is a long term investment with potentially big gains.If prices are down then its best time to buy btc and if prices are at sky then its the best time to sell btc. Btc is growing globally with mixed statements. I think the prices will go up soon and thinking of minds will change accordingly.
