Title: Where can I appeal against a temporary ban? Post by: renegado on January 30, 2018, 03:23:39 PM I receive a notification that I am banned from post and send message to the forum for 7 days. The reason is that I am, supposedly, spamming in the Press section. But none of my posts were deleted by the mods. In the last 4 days, I have only posted 4 times there and from respectful sources like Reuters, coindesk, and WSJ. And one from a Chinese website.

If what I have posted was spam, I believe the mods would delete the post too. But none of my last posts was deleted. Appeals take forever. 7 Days is nothing at all to wait out. Consider yourself lucky it could have been longer. Advice while your banned: you should read the rules of the Forum Including the Stickies in each Sub Forum. No need to post or create another topic about your ban appeal. Just edit the original post (#1 post), add some detail of your account and that will be your ban appeal.
