Where can I appeal against a temporary ban?

I receive a notification that I am banned from post and send message to the forum for 7 days. The reason is that I am, supposedly, spamming in the Press section. But none of my posts were deleted by the mods. In the last 4 days, I have only posted 4 times there and from respectful sources like Reuters, coindesk, and WSJ. And one from a Chinese website.

Is there any way that I could appeal against this ban or be explained where I have made something that it is against the rules?

I suspect that your best option is to ride it out for 7 days.

Have you read the posting rues for that board? They might give you an idea as to why you received a ban.

Could be the best option. But it is not the most fair and I would like to appeal to undestand the motive for the banning. If what I have posted was spam, I believe the mods would delete the post too. But none of my last posts was deleted.

Appeals take forever. 7 Days is nothing at all to wait out. Consider yourself lucky it could have been longer.

Yes. You're in the right place to appeal. No need to post or create another topic about your ban appeal. Just edit the original post (#1 post), add some detail of your account and that will be your ban appeal.

but if I may suggest, you'd better just undergo the ban... wait 7 days and don't repeat whatever you've done before
