Title: Have you ever been scammed?
Post by: aleksandra_kickcity on February 14, 2018, 01:10:20 PM
Can you share this experience?

If you say yes, what the project was it? Why did you believe in this project?

No, I wasn't. There are two things at the very center of every classic Ponzi scheme: an investment with (allegedly) a remarkably high return, and a story about just why the extraordinary returns can be so easily achieved. When any time of investment promises a guaranteed compounded monthly return, you can pretty much guarantee you are in trouble. So before you invest make research about the product and the company — do they seem reputable? Do they have history of success? Are they truly who they say they are?

Here are several signs you might be in a scheme:

1. You never receive any real collateral for your investment in crypto currency, just a promise that you will earn money back.

2. The guaranteed return of your investment is too good to be true.

3. You’re told a complicated yet convincing reason about why the returns are so strong.

I do not invest in any other coin than Bitcoin. I think only those people should consider alt coins who have more than $1000 to invest per month. I can just save about $500 per month for this and I think bitcoin is best. I also do not have much time left after job to track the prices of alt coins.

I've been scammed by a lot of airdrops and bounties in here. So much effort wasted. I really hope more mods get to notice scam bounties and airdrops.

Normally, is hard to find someone who have been into the bitcoin world for a long time who have not been scammed, the reason seems to be usually the same, the lack of knowledge or information or just because the project fail, looks at mtgox....

what the project was it? Why did you believe in this project?

I can't remember the name, i forget it faster :P, anyway was only a small amount of bitcoins that i could afford to lose :P

If you consider the number of programs on this forum and do a cursory survey, it won't be difficult to see that many programs are scams and the promises they make are not kept. It is clear that many programs like the 'hydro project' which was thrown into the thrash by the manager is a show that the project is out to rip people of their hard earned money, time and efforts. Some ditch their participants after being there for them only to give a flimsy excuse for why they wouldn't have you on their programme, like DETHER.  All these are ways many projects have fared badly. MIROCANA is another project to be flagged for non-compliance of original programme promises. They tell you they reserve the right to change their promises. Nobody should take any such programmes serious. They are a stench and will eventually have problems because avarice and dishonesty runs deep in their veins.
The LydiaCoin project is having issues all over the place with the Chahalal guy personally asking me to send money to his private address. All these rogues give the Crypto world a bad and undeserving name.

I am on the forum for two years already and I was scammed here by several signature campaigns, which didn't pay. With Bitcoin payments there wasn't a problem, but payments in tokens or other coins came on my wallet not every time, to say more, only two times from 5-6.

:)No I was not !! The ffirst things happening or the scammers are we can not guaranteed any collateral for our investment in a cryptocurrency.just a promise that we will earn a lot of money and a cash back in a real but diffinately nothing .second ,a guaranteed return about your investment is too good to be true .and thirdly is you should not believed in such a situation as you are in a complicated yet convincing of people to make a reason about it and why people need to ho back to a strong human implacare .an investment with a remarkable high is a story about what extraordinary returns are really just a fear for.when is the time to invest promise in guarantee compounded every month of return you are really the most pretty much guarantee to your problems so before all when you invest who should make a research about and a company that makes the same reputation all make a successful history of success and everything should be true of what they say.I have one word too.

Thing is, people need to start asking themselves one simple question "Is it too good to be true"?

No one is giving out free money and due to a variety of reasons a lot of new crypto "traders" are chasing fast money and are very prone to get rich quick schemes.

Fortunately for me, I haven't been scammed. There are two reasons that I think of. First, is because I am still a newbie who doesn't have that much of a bitcoin. Second, I don't have bitcoin investment that may've been scammed. Since I am just a student, I don't have a source of money that I can invest. So currently, I am joining campaigns to earn some bitcoins.

I haven't been scammed too but then, that's probably the main reason why I didn't believe in bitcoins at first. The thought of 'scamming' made me had doubts on using bitcoins and campaigns like signature but I'm hoping it won't happen.

The psychology behind this is too complicated, despite the fact that there is too many red flags around certain programs, people do invest in them and tend to defend those programs aggressively like it's their owns, which is really weird.

Yes once, but not here. I still don't experience scammers here but I'm aware about it and I'm hoping I won't. I'm fond of online buying and selling. One time, I bought a bit expensive card and I waited for the day to received it but it was not shipped. I contacted the supplier but she didn't respond. Then goes a month and I asked for it, and she said she will give back my refund but it doesn't happen. That moment, I realized I was scammed. As a response, we should always be careful who we have transactions and be aware of fraud.

It always pays to check the background of something in order for you not to experience scam. Luckily I never experience being scam. I always have trust issues with it comes to something unknown that appears from nothing. Because I always check, read and review or ask feedbacks from the members. For me strong evidence counts. In Bitcoin I already proven that this is not a scam. And I have a lot of friends who proves that.

Yes got scammed after reading a white paper that said "Virtually free transaction fees" and then the miners
put the fees up as high as $55 last month and the other part of the scam is they made out they were against
banker and then tried to introduce something called the lightning network so I read the white paper and
discovered it was full of these things they kept calling hubs but they charge both tx fees and interest on BTC
using to finance the private ledgers and change interest on the movement of your own money, much like banks do
anyway.

What the saying , fool me once shame on you, fool me twice ?

Some great points right there and I completely agree with you. It is obvious that there are a plethora of ponzi schemes trying to rob people of their money in the crypto market and it is easy to fall for such scams if you are not careful. Personally, I know many people who fell for such scams and lost lot of money in the process.

The recent bitconnect fiasco was one of the worst scams which literally stole thousands of dollars from their investors which is seriously insane. I know that such a scheme was not sustainable in the long run what is why I warned people that this scheme could collapse at any moment.

No, I am fortunate enough to be a person that is pessimistic on unknown projects. I dont throw my money into random projects, I do my research and I am very cautious when I invest. There is enough money to be made without all these risky investments IMO. Most people that are scammed are reckless with their private keys or passwords, or just give people money thinking they will be getting double the money back... As the CEO of Binance already said in a tweet: That is not how it works.

Well those were my early days into crypto and bitcoin. I bought very small amount of bitcoin and also earned some from a site that used to pay in bitcoin for posting.
And someone introduced me to a site called HashOcean, which was an online mining site where one has to buy hash power and then earn some profit.
So I bought some, it was very low so I bought more and then when I was just about to reach my payout limit... boom the site was no more. They ran away with everything.
So yeah, that was my scam story in the crypto world. Lessen learnt, said NO to online mining forever. And also have been quite careful about these offers and crypto investment opportunities.

Yeah, got scammed even though I thought it couldn't happen to me, being (usually) quite thorough with my research. However, had a friend recommend me confido after the ico had ended. Wasn't aware it was even going on at the time. Normally, I'd have a look at the team first. Usually it's a dead giveaway on whether the project has chances to succeed. Didn't look this time and it would have been glaringly obvious that it was a scam since all the profiles were fake and could've been deduced easily. Put in 2 eth I think. Wake up next morning to a 70% or something drop. I instantly knew what had happened. Hasn't happened since.

I have never been scammed but my friend has been. That was the first project my friend was involved in. My friend made the signature campaign and the project was promoted on facebook. My friend has not checked information about the project. Most of the investors and staff are very new and nobody knows about them.
My friend was scammed for not checking information about the project's human resources. I hope you will not make the same mistake as my friend.

once I was victimized by scammers. Then I trusted him. I think it's okay to talk to him but not. He took all my money and I did not access him because I was blocked from all his accounts. So Lesson Learned "Do not trust people who are kind to you at the beginning" they just make you fool. It is better if we first trust someone we need to know it completely. Do not trust it immediately if it's a good thing, we know it's a fake persons habit.

Once i got scammed by etherdelta. The Ethereum Network was total overloaded. So i set the Gas price very high to transfer some tokens. I send the transaction because i want to sell fast. For a reason i dont know, the transaction failed. So i lost like 0.012ethereum or 12 dollar for transaction that didnt happen. That was the only time i got scammed. Since those days i dont use etherdelta anymore. And you see in the last days they got huge problems and scammed a lot of people.

Nope. I wasn't. I believe you should be wise to notice when something is wrong. When the reward is too good to be true or the reward is very high or can be achieved very easily, that may be a sign that it is a scam. No good things come easy. You should always work hard.

I think most people who are into crypto have been scammed at least once in their crypto time. It's also a good lesson, so that next time you will know what to avoid when dealing with people or doing transactions. I have scammed before when I first learned about crypto last 2013. I tried to invest all my funds in a bitcoin investment before and ended up getting nothing from it. From then on, I am very careful when investing or doing any transactions.

Lessons learned, and by reading all the stories, we can know other possible forms of fraud so that in the future we can be more vigilant.

Yes I have been scammed by a bounty campaign I've joined and waited for the announcement of the distribution but never heard since then. And the campaign manager assigned was gone for good too.

Unfortunately yes, I have been scammed in so many ways through couple of times and it really gave me a lot of disappointments and even thought of life as unfair. I have thought that life has been too playful that I even lost my earnings because of those scams. However, the good thing about it is that I've learned from it. I've learned to be careful next time specially if it involves money.

Not only there but also in investment I thought that it was only $200 to earn but as the time passed by they have more payment that need to be done and until now I didnt get any return from it.

So far I haven't been scammed as I never invested in MLM coins, however at early stages, I lost in trading which is quite common if you are new in trading. Now I am really comfortable with crypto trading :)

Fortunately, I haven't. But I don't let my guard down. Scammers are everywhere. They might be popular on the real world but now, they are also here trying to take advantage of users. So try to learn more about something you are dealing with to avoid this kind of unfortunate events. People will try and try to take advantage of you. It will always be a matter of knowledge and familiarization here to survive. And also, well, even though I haven't been scammed, I know that some scammers will not try to hurt you or take something from you, the most common is you will not get something in return to a scam campaign. You will only lose time and effort.

Many times I've experienced a scam not just one but many times that I really care about when I'm going to campaign because there's a scam in the campaign when you're upset then you're not going to get paid. and of course the investment needs to be careful because you invest in an investment site.

haff... I was naive to invest in some projects, first project I invested by failure I did not pay attention that it was another coin different from the coin I wanted and to make worse the situation the dev disappeared and the coin fell 100% of its value that I bought , resulting in total loss of my money

i invest in another alt, this time the dev was banned from yobit chat because he was promoting his altcoin. you already know how yobit moderator is strict. the coin was deslited from yobit and fell to 1 satoshi, I bought when the coin had the price of 450 satoshi was a big disappointment... I bought many coins in yobit and I had many disappointments, if I were to comment my disappointments I think it would occupy more than 10 pages... hahahaha

what the project was it?

I will not speak the name of the coins

Why did you believe in this project?

Dude, when you're a newbie, you believe in a lot of empty promises.

Well, I haven't. How? Don't invest in something which is so good to be true. There are lot of ways to track a scam but then, we usually get blinded for expecting high profit. But, as an investor, we need to be wise enough. Think a lot of times before making a decision, but if you really have the courage to lose, you may take the risk, sometimes, those things that has higher risk has higher comeback of profit. So, be wise!

To be honest yes I scammed in a cloud mining site. I believed in this kind of platform to earn bitcoin because its really paying at first when you invest, but in a couple of days or weeks after I reached the minimum withdrawal I request a payment for the 3rd time pay out but sad to say its forever pending in the site til the site shutdown and I'll never get my withdrawal and my investment.

I think so. There was a website a few years ago. It was "cointellect". They claimed they were in cloud mining business. I got some payments but one day they stopped to pay and closed their website. I still do not know what they did. As I remember I did not lose money but I had some coin which was unpaid.

not scammed by project but by someone. well at first i know bitcoin there is a trend if someone can get profit from dice site and sell the bet set. and i am interested to buy because i  only think about win. but the trick is not work and i learn in gambling what we need is luck
I experienced scamming in faucet sites. Before, I will spent the whole night doing faucet, clicking what is required and doing what is asked just to get coins just to reach the minimum withdrawal amount requirement. And when the minimum amount is reached there will be additional requirement before I can withdraw which is often buying something from the site to continue earning free coins. You see, I started with 0 BTC balance and I am doing faucet sites because I wanted to earn bitcoin at that time. Only it turn out that I wasted my time for nothing. Life really is cruel but I believe that there is something good and best to those who persevere.

If you think that the promise to pay an aidrops is a fraud, then this is far from the case.
Not all aidrops pay their promised coins, but only 2 out of 10.
Especially do not need to trust those who ask donates for the transfer of coins. They will never send you anything. So be careful!

I am also the same as you experience, I often get a scam project. I also often get projects from scam airdrop so I stop following the airdrop project.
without joining the airdrop I still earn money from bounty campaign, so I think airdrop removed from this forum is also not a problem.

I am on the forum for two years already and I was scammed here by several signature campaigns, which didn't pay. With Bitcoin payments there wasn't a problem, but payments in tokens or other coins came on my wallet not every time, to say more, only two times from 5-6.

I wish I wont suffer the same fate as you. It's really sad to waste your time and effort to promote such projects without pay. Though, i'm just on my second campaign and I hope it will be successful and pays us when it ends.

Same here. I have not been scammed since I am a newbie in this community. It is also my first time to join in a campaign and it is not finish yet and I believe it is not a scammed simply because the project is great and the campaign manager is trustworthy. I am confident that I will be paid for my effort on this campaign, because surely the campaign will be a success.

I have been scammed once and it only happened because I received and e-mail that seemed legit.
It was an ICO which I really wanted to participate to, but, I missed the sale, and it ended quickly, the next day I got an e-mail saying that I get a second chance. Instead of a second chance I got screwed! :(

Never buy coins of your ICOs from an e-mail notification. Always go straight to the official website and do it from there.
I learnt my lesson!

When i just learned about Bitcoin earnings before, the first Bitcoin twist that i joined is investing thru Ethtrade.org site in which they use the Bitcoin platform that we will just deposit our Bitcoin to their account and wait then earned as much as 25% per month interest but later on it is too late to be found out that they are a Ponzi scheme and run our Bitcoin losing almost $4,000 btc in the process. After that i never joined investment again in which i focus on bounties and trading. Then by this experience, i start to support the regulation in order to prevent these scam ICO.

I didn't experience those kind of thing because i never join at any investment because i am too scared about that and i want a sure money if i do invest like buying lot or gold.

I do trading but investment are not because at trading, you can see on how where are you going and you can control if you got loss too much or get profit in just a single day or time.

I see that almost all investing site was scam and i know that almost 80% of the site was scam because they say that the time was longer but it is only to invite your friend to get more money or maybe they paid you for just a first time then they want to try if you just add what you get too large your money but it is only your thought because they run your money.

As of now I never experienced to have been scammed but when in terms about a massive fud with strong evidence to spread all over the community its a yes. I felt cheated so I sold all my tokens for assurance and the price drastically went down though other investors are still waiting for the so called "novel explanation" from the devs about why everything turned that way because its a good project so everything is hoping and waiting that they're not trying to make an exit.

Unfortunately, yes. I lost some money on a Mining Site which disappeared in the middle of the night. That experience actually made me reconsider joining Mining Sites again, I know not all sites are the same but I still don't have the courage to try again.
I prefer just buying good coins and holding them for now.

You are lucky to not experience how to get scam and i think that you have a really good mentor or you have a good way of learning, it is either of those two but in the end, i will still suggest you to help other people to not experience scam and also to give them the idea of how to avoid scam and how to find the right way throughout success.

I have not been fooled once in the cryptocurrency market because I am very careful in my transactions. Every time I trade I usually choose large trade pages to trade. When transferring and loading crypto I usually check very carefully to avoid errors. Be careful not to get lost in this market, which is something you should do.

Yes, i have been scammed in past, but wasn't by a full project, it was more direct by users.

After be in casinos for long time is normal to meet lot of people, some people looks realy nice online, at the point when they ask you for loans and you think you can trust them. But is easy for them to hit and run, then come back with a new name.

I has been scammed other way, by casinos for example when they block my balance because they say i was doing something out of the rules, maybe it wasn't a full scam, but for me feels that way.

At end is hard to not get scammed, because we are under an economy/hackers ambient. and all of we just want to get more bitcoins  :P

I have been scammed once......just recently.  :-\

Took mine and the wifes life savings and put it into BTC last year after one of my clients and I had a serious talk about BTC and where it was headed.
So...after a few weeks of trading I'm not really making a lot of money.

So I start looking around to buy mining rigs....Bitmain orders are like backed up heavily....and it wont let me order from the site directly.
Soo I check on Facebook and sure enough I found a guy called LaserEdge3d who is selling these. I msg him and he sends me prices and stuff.
I msg the people that are following him and they seem happy with their purchases...so I think hes legit.....

After talking it over with the wife, we decide to take the plunge and buy it......0.54 BTC! Fully half of our life savings.....this was like August last year so order only goes out end of November.
So i chatted with the guy a few times via Facebook and email until mid November when suddenly the Facebook user page no longer exists!  :o

I suddenly start getting very nervous and contact Bitmain directly with all the details and order numbers I was given. They take up to two weeks to respond to every email. They come back with some crap about my order not being paid....I replied and said no...I've paid...here is my proof(sent BTC transaction records from my exchange and from BTC itself)

I email this guy a few more times to try get my money back and emails are going back and forth to Bitmain but basically it boiled down to I paid this guy and NOT Bitmain as he placed an order with them but only paid a tiny portion......so this douchebag has run off with my money and I cant get it back.  >:(  >:(

And Bitmain refused to give me any of this wankers details cos of "client confidentiality" even though I begged them and they acknowledged it was a scam!

Based on my experience, I’ve singled out several criteria which speak for a serious ICO, which is to be successful. These are:
   1. White Paper of good quality: a well-structured document with all the necessary information given in a comprehensible way.
   2. Professional team: people with rich experience whose short bio I can read on the website and in the WP.
   3. Social media: if the project has accounts in the most popular social media, where decent content is posted, be sure – the team is really into it. The existence of Telegram chat with active discussions of the project is a must.
   4. The aim: ICO should have a real-life issue to tackle; otherwise, nobody will get interested.

I was scammed off an NES game when I was a kid, and later on a Super Nintendo game, (different times/people). Though it really sucked to lose my games, over all it's a good lesson that just because someone is a friend of yours, it doesn't mean that they are a good person.

Come over to Nigeria and see whether you won't get scammed in two weeks. Scams aren't limited to ponzis or dealings with huge cash. It can come in any form

Yeah, when I was younger and just started working. Hard to explain, because one would need to relate, basically a customer led me to believe that a correct amount was inside something, but it just didn't feel right. But rather than be rude because they teach you that the customer is always right, I let go my feeling. Personally it was a great lesson of follow what you feel is right.

I don't think I have ever really been scammed. Well, actually a couple days ago I may have been to a small extent. Our washing machine broke. I called a repairman to take a look at it. I told him what the problem was and he said it was probably the motor. He came and took at look at it. In about 5 minutes he already told us that it was actually another problem that would cost 3 times as much. He told us he doesn't have time to do it. I think he could have told us what the problem was by phone, if he had just asked us one more question. For some reason, he didn't ask. He just came and took the money for diagnostics after 10 minutes of "work".

I was almost scammed once. I received a message from a friend I hadn't heard from in quite some time. "She" wrote me in French. I speak French, but not that well. She is one of my only friends that I spoke French to when we met. The message said that she was in Burkina Faso with he daughter and she was robbed. She was asking for me to send her some money. I know that she had been to Burkina Faso before. I think her ex-husband was from there. I really believed the message. Nobody ever writes me in French, other than her. Anyway, I was seriously thinking about sending her some money. Luckily, I check her Facebook profile and realize that she hadn't even gone to Africa recently. I sent her a message and she told me everything was fine. Pretty good try by the scammers!

My own experience was while trying to invest on Arcblock ICO. I got a mail referring me to the ICO site, whereas the ICO site was a fake site with fake address. It was after I sent my fund and didnt receive my token that I realized have been scammed. I felt too foolish to mention it on the telegram group but later heard of some other victims as they made complain in the group, some other scam came but that was the most regretting because of my carelessness; I should have verified at least before sending my money.

Well, I can say that I'm victim of scam, but there is more to that, I wasn't simply scammed, I have dealt with someone who is probably a scammer and due to my health issues and personal problems I had lost a lot of bitcoin.
Simply put: I (partially) scammed myself.
I won't elaborate on that, you can search my post history and you'll find what I'm talking about, I don't really wanna talk about this at this moment, as there is some hope to recover my funds - hope dies last.

I was cheated by 3 projects I did not want to talk about. I lost about 2ETH to buy their tokens but eventually it was canceled due to not reaching the softcap. Since then, I have been drawing lessons for the following investments.  :'(

Yes. I experienced being scammed twice before. An investment company also promised me to have a higher return on my investment. That was a lesson for me then. Because I was very eager to earn and to have investment, I was careless in choosing where I put my money.

Nobody is going to believe me but that’s okay.

Do you know those Instagram fake accounts of regular people “flipping” money?

They claim you give them $300 and they turn it into $3000, $400 into $4000, and so on..

Unfortunately many desperate people fall for the scams because they have a feed full of luxuries and cash. To an average person, it’s clearly a scam, but yet people fall prey to these scammers everyday. Today it’s not as prevalent but I still see them out there. Here’s a good link pretty much explaining in a nutshell how they get people.

When I was 18 one of them DM’ed me asking me if I wanted to get some quick cash. I honestly had a good bit of money saved up already so I wasn’t money hungry at that time. I was already wasting my money on stupid things online like fake soccer cleats from aliexpress so I figured, why not? I spent some time reading exactly how they scam people so I decided to try to scam one myself.

I chatted with the scammer for a few days, posing as a skeptic and I told him if he could prove to me that he could flip my $100 into $200 I would send him $800 to flip into the $8000 he promised.

So I sent him $100.

A day went by and in my mind I was thinking, yep, this is what I get. But when I checked my balance on one of the Visa Prepaid cards - voila! $200 something dollars and a couple of cents.

Obviously he was trying to fish me to actually send the larger amount but I knew better. I said thanks :-) and I blocked him.

Riskiest and easiest $100 I’ve ever made. Not that I have never fallen prey for online scammers. I’ve given away my email many times by accident, ordered things that never came, lost some percentage of bitcoins but nothing too major.

I believe you! Haha. I never heard about these "money flippers". Seems like quite a risky business. It seems so ridiculous that they can actually get people to trust them. You did make a risky move, but 100% return on investment in one day is pretty good. I don't think I'd ever try it, but it must feel good to scam a scammer. A little bit of karma for him. Thanks for sharing!

I invested once in a ponzi scheme project. Never got my money back with any profit they have been promising :(

But was it real scam, meaning they stolen people's money or did the ponzi ended without you getting your profit/ funds back? Did you even know it was ponzi or were just disguising they real scheme as some kind of legitimate business (like mining, trading etc.)?

Nobody is going to believe me but that’s okay.
(...)

I do believe you. I recently chatted with someone like this on Facebook. When asking for evidence of his profits he sent me video showing computer with his forex account or something like this open. I took this as a hint that he's trying to scam me as I wanted something you can verify (there are websites were traders can post their trades in real time so you can see their performance). Only reason I talked with him was that I couldn't find any fault with his profile, everything looked legit, he had photos and all.
But getting back to why I do believe you - I had intention to do something similar, just with other kind of scammers. And your post... it's my "schizophrenia" (I'll maybe separate topic about this) kicking in again - 2 or 3 days ago I had a chance to perform my act, just wasn't really ready to do it - both mentally and financially, as it would require "investing" (risking) a bit more than $100.
Overally - congrats  ;)

Yes, I guess. For the past 2 months, we had a shoot in Cagayan (Philippines) for a tourism video. The handler of that company said that we'll be paid 5,000php per day. And we stayed in Cagayan for 2 days. Before we go back to Manila, they gave our talent fee for P5,000 only in cash, that was Saturday morning when we went to Manila. Then, the handler said that, on Monday they will deposit the balance in our account. Unfortunately, until now we haven't received our talent fee for P5,000. For every time we send a message to her, a reminder for the balance, they always say that they'll follow up to the accounting and nothing happened.

* Always check before making a transaction
With this encrypted market, you may lose your money just because you entered the wrong address (many people have lost money for this), you should send a small amount of money before you make it. big deals. Remember, unlike credit cards, the pre-encoding market will not have any chargebacks for you.

Do not try to record remittance addresses and check them with different tabs. It's a smarter way if you just copy-paste address or scan QR code available.

* Look carefully at the websites you visit
Stay calm and take into account all the information you access. What website are you visiting? Is the malicious site your virus scanner has detected? Is this a fraudulent site with a name close to the one you often use?

Please check everything before access. And it's a good idea to bookmark the secure pages you regularly visit, as well as always access them from the bookmarks toolbar. You can also use an extension software like MetaMask, which will automatically detect fake MyEtherWallet wallet.

Yes, I have been scammed but not in an ICO project. It brings a lot of memories. When I was about twelve or thirteen years old? I was playing Ragnarok Online and my account has a lot of stuff, like all the items I made from scratch and went on quests for limited edition stuff. Then this person sent me a message, saying he was a Grand Master and he’ll use my account to input a prize. Since I was young and haven’t thought about scammers, I easily agreed then *poof*  no more account. I couldn’t log in anymore.

It was way back. I think I was seventeen and I just got into the university. Looking back, I realize it was a pretty cheap scam. How naive I was! I got a message that I had just won a certain sum of money in a certain raffle draw. (I didn't bother to ask how I entered for the draw ;D) So, I basically needed to send some amount of money to activate the process. In short, I sent the amount and even more. It was after some days of waiting that I discovered that I had been scammed. But I actually learnt that every scammer is enabled only by your own greed. Since then, I've never been a scam victim again.

I was scammed in December 2017. It was the time when bitcoin transactions didn't confirm for 3 weeks or more and commission was huge.

Yes. Usually my skepticism keeps me getting scammed to a minimum, but it probably has caused me to miss some good opportunities as well.

i've been scammed by lot of airdrops, so much time wasted and even some i had to send gas fee but never got listed

I don't think you can call this a scam, all investments are risky, it doesn't matter if you invest your money or your time.
Think about people who actually paid for those failed coins - they can feel scammed much more than you. And there is possibility that your post/ signature/ tweet lead them to invest in one in said coins.

My story happened a week ago, someone emailed me, the content was that I won the prize, and they forced me to pay for the reward, so silly.

Yes, I was deceived. It was a crypto currency project. I then understood little and invested money. Then it turned out that this is a scam. :-\
