Every system needs some sort of resolution or "charge back". To be successful, you have to insure that there is no fraudulent activity, by either buyer or sell. Which is why we will implement a resolution center for our cryptocurrency transactions. Actually our platform is different, we also offer,
Fiat merchant account- Credit card, debit card
Paypal type interface - hold and transfer money to other accounts.
Point of Sale software- Merchants can integrate both fiat and crypto into accounting system
Smart Terminal- All in one device, (this technology is seldomly seen integrated even with fiat)
Our own App store- devs can port android apps, in addition, create apps specifically for our devices. We even allow for third party Point of Sale software to run on our system.

We have our own devices which will be able to run our POS and the possibility of other popular POS software on our system

Who is going to be the arbitrator if there is a dispute between a merchant and a customer? Is it similar to Paypal that you are making the final decision or are you going to mostly solve that via smart contracts?

It will be similar to Paypal, in that we would expect both parties to present evidence. Also, just as Paypal, if the seller follows our guidelines when completing a shipment, we may decided to honor both parties and fund the loss from liquidity pool. However, we will use a set of algorithms to track the history of behaviour of both; buyer and seller, to judge future resolutions.

We are attempting the combination of both Aggregators, where merchants can be accepted instantly, however, higher fees; and Payment Service Provider accounts- if the merchant is a high volume seller, they would receive lower rates, however, they would need to apply for merchant account via underwriter. This combination will help us serve both types of merchants, offering options to smaller sellers as they progress with their business and sales. For Cryptocurrency, it would serve both big or small. 

Escrow are funds that are held between two parties, via a third party, for a service or product to be completed/provided. In retailer/commercial, sellers need access to their money instantly, therefore, funds need to be transfer instanously. (i.e buying a coffee, access to a service online)  However, even in a escrow payment method, if a conflict were to arise, a resolution center would be essential in  mediating the issue.

You should be very careful with assuming the role of being a judge. I have heard that there are rulings from authorities that Paypal has no right to make a final decision because they are not a court. And to me it makes a lot of sense. Imagine you get scammed and Paypal decides against you. Would you accept that decision or go to a real court? :)

From what I understand, with the liquidity pool, people who uses your platform to purchase things online. What is your guarantee with the user's sexurity in terms of their funds?

You have mentioned that your platform is similar with PayPal and other services that offers online purchasin. What is your advantage or what differs you from their projects?

Are you focusing on Android store only? Will you be deploying it with apple store as well? When is the beta testing or the launch of the app?

Stripe started accepting crypto on their payment platform, however, they had to abandon it because Merchants were complaining about confirmations. It became a nuance and a risk for merchants because they had to wait a long time before the transaction was fully confirmed. If they didn't wait for full confirmations, they ran the risk of double dipping, thus, would be defrauded by the customer. However, in our platform, our liquidity pool would solve that dilemma. Instead of waiting for each transaction to be confirmed by the blockchain, our state channels allow the customer transactions to be funded through a liquidity pool. This removes the need for each payment to be individually written to the blockchain, and makes point of sale purchases instant.

The security is that all transactions will happen within the exchanges wallet. Therefore, a transaction will only be processed if the user has the cleared funds available. 

Although our project may have some similarities with other payment platforms,  however, it is actually different. We our project actually has many to it, which will allow it run function independently of companies.

Yes, we have two devices in production, "SPOS" Smart Payment Terminal and the "MPOS" which is a mobile terminal that can enable your phone, tablet or desktop to take payments. Our point of sale software should be available for public beta testing within the next couple of weeks. Following that release, we shall have a demo video, displaying the software's features on our smart payment terminal. Good question, we actually have more than one blockchain developers, however, we only listed one (we listed Khuswidner Singh before, however, he needed permission, thus we took it down until he does). We also have some other team members, yet, due to their current employment contracts, are not allowed to be associated with another team/project. Also, if you notice, our team advisor is Jonathon Dunford, from ForkDelta exchange, he and his team have been assisting us as well.

Our main team members, Praveen Korukonda, Ivan Menalo, Venugopal Pokala all have experience in the banking and payment industry. Our CEO, Sukhpreet Singh has experience in retail payment industry. However, in the near future, we shall announce our additional partners and advisors.

What about your regulatory approvals?

We personally do not believe that there is a comparable  product to BaapPay on the market. Yes, there are similarities with different projects, however, they do not offer all the functionalities into one project.  One project may offer a liquidity pool, however, they might not offer fiat merchant services. Another project may offer a Appstore,  however, will use a third party to process their payments, and etc.  Our platform combines many aspects; Payment gateway, POS, and app store and even a cryptocurrency exchange.  Also, will do not want to be dependent upon third party services, ie, processing payments under a third visa/mastercard account, as they may deny your service at any time, if some sort of issues were to arise.

Pundix looks like a really great project, however, I think you are comparing two different projects. Unlike Pundix, on our platform, our merchants do not have to use our POS system. A third party company can develop and deploy their own POS app on our system.  In this situation, merchants would just use our payment gateway, devices, app store.  Example.  company X is a well know POS software company, they can develop and deploy their app onto our platform. Company X would not be limited to only our platform. As they may have another payment processor for their android/ ios platform.  Company X now offers their customers different options and are not restricted to one payment processor. In addition, developers may port apps from android or develop specialty apps for our devices and integrate them into any POS app.

We also offer a economical device, “MPOS” which can turn your desktop, mobile or tablet into a payment terminal.  Another feature is the liquidity pool, giving merchants the option to convert crypto in fiat and guaranteeing the transaction in seconds.

As for product deployment, we are not that far behind Pundi X(in terms of deploying the same type service), as our POS should be ready for public beta testing within the next couple of weeks and a full release soon after. Within 3-5 months we shall have completed the deployment architecture integration of both devices, meaning that we can plug in any payment gateway, be it ours or a third party. ( which is what i think they are deploying now). Therefore, even though we will started 4 months after them, if were were deploying the same services,(we still have the payment gateways and app store to develop) we would only be 3-5 months behind.  Also, we are not sure if they are offering PCI certified devices, however, in most first world countries, ie North America, Many European countries etc. only PCI certified devices are allowed to be integrate and transmit payments. However, with that said, it still looks like a great project.

As for regulations, it is dependant upon each region and country. Each will have their own rules and regulations that must be complied with. Thus, our system will have limitations and will be developed to each region’s regulations which would be relayed according to the users IP.

For our payment we will be working with Visa, mastercard and other major credit networks. The integration of whether it is as acquire or processor would depend on the regions that we will operate. We are working with PCI to get our platform certified. Since our Advisors is from Forkdelta, we will be working with them. Microsoft as service partnership, with azure.   As for our POS, we are talking to a few companies, ( we have a cartly on board) however, we will officially announce each one as we approve them. Advisors only won't be enough to boost sales. Project need awareness, which can be achieved by constant updates and communications. They have bounty campaigns, but somehow I barely saw their advertisement

We agree with you, we have been developing the platform for over a year and have made great advancements, however, during that time, our involvement with the community had been very limited. Yet, in the upcoming weeks we will announce our public beta demo release, new partnerships, upcoming conferences and we will also be hosting our own seminar locally. 

I always believe that a very active and reachable team is a great sign of serious project.

If I may suggest, you need to have an access where real-time interaction with your community is possible, e.g. telegram. In reference to several telegram channel that I followed, some are from big and successful projects, they have a strong team that's consisted of people from different countries. The aim is to make sure that despite the time zone differences, there still one or two representative that will attend to customer's concern. IMO, although this may seems costly, it is still essential to show that your team is more than ready to address your community concern.

On the opposite, several communities that I also followed, that took around 12 hours for replies due to they need to wait for the dev team to be online, coincidentally or not, was... well, I don't think you've even hear their name stands out from the pool of ICO projects.

On the simple daily payment, if the payment is based on Baapay, how to calculate the tax, how to calculate the money from cash to crypto include tax?

There will be a IOS app. This app will give you access to our cloud Point of sale software and enable your mobile/tablet to become a payment terminal via our mobile card reader. When using the apple phone, you would use the MPOS, this device at the bottom. The device will also be available for android too. However, the device at the top SPOS, is our device. In order to access our app store "BaapApp" ecosystem,  you would need our device.

Your products will be sold and taxed in your currency. All sales, regardless of payment, ie eth btc, will be in you default currency.  The government does not care which means or currency was traded. They want to see their own currency and the applicable tax. So in our system, if you sold an item for €685, with tax of 20%, the total would be €822. They can pay that amount is fiat or crypto. If they pay in ETH, it would equal to (€685 = 1 ETH) to 1.2 ETH. The customer would pay you 1.2 ETH, however, in your sales accounting, it will show €822, with price of €685 and €137. We will also have another ledger/report to show all transition in crypto      

So what market are you guys sticking with at first time? Probably it will be India? Do you have any partnerships in place to deliver your pos machines? Any particular places who wants to implement your system?

Actually, we are based in Canada, thus, will be going after the North American Market first. We will be releasing different parts of our system into the market, instead of releasing as a complete product. For example, the POS should be fully completed by the end of the ICO and the integration of our two devices with the POS and payment terminal will be complete within 4-5 months. Since our fiat and crypto payment gateways are not yet completed, we will develop partnerships with companies like Firstdata and bitpay, coingate etc, to integrate to offer Merchants access to devices, Point of sale and the ability to process fiat and crypto. Also, since our Point of sale software comes in English, French, Spanish, German, Indonesian, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Dutch, Vietnamese, we will be able to ship out our devices worldwide.

The most advance is the payment gateway and the our own App store environment. To build a gateway is very complex and difficult, however, since we are trying to build a PayPal like gateway, integrating crypto and fiat, the complexity increases 100x. Yet, we are very fortune that we have a team with a financial/payment background, making this project possible.

Yes your are correct, however, payment licenses would be related to how we release our platform. For example, if we were to release just the Point of sale software, would have different requirements. Thus, within a month or two of completion, we would be able to integrate payment for both fiat and crypto, via third party. Our liquidity pool etc, would not be applicable at this time. At this time, we might offer an option of Bitcoin convert to Eur (only these currencies) to your bank account, however, if this were to be implemented, transactions would be not instantaneously. You would need to wait for full confirmations. (this function would be apart of our full platform).

For the devices, although they may have the capability of receiving and transmitting payment (which you will be able to see in the demo), however, without proper certifications and meeting standard requirements, we will not be able to obtain payment licensing. (North American has stricter standards than other countries)  This why we have stated in our road map, that device integration will be released in Q3.  More specifically we expect it to be 5-6 months, as payment processor / Acquirer would than need to verify the certifications and standards of the devices and receiving/transmitting capabilities.

As for our full complete platform payment gateway, again, will need to proper certifications and meet standard requirements to obtain any type of payment license. Thus, as stated before, payment licensing will be required as correlated to what is being released.

What is your advantages with Pundi X, they are POS provider (Devices will be delivered in april or may to customers i think) with SDK. Seems like your idea is exact copy of them tbh. I read your previous reply on similar question of mine. And what you have explained as the difference it is not the one.
To implement the SDK to the existent POS devices is VERY difficult in terms of regulations. Pundi X has absolutely same functions.

Do not invest in this project, ITS A SCAM.
I've been translating Whitepaper, ANN and Bounty Threads and i didnt get paid and the bounty manager WAPINTER and BAAPPAY admin user are not answering my messages.

I'think we should create a thread or a way where we can report this SCAM projects in order to protect our jobs and our investments, i've been working for 70 ICO BOunties, and i just received 9 payments, dont know if the projects are SCAM or the bounty managers are stealing us, because very very few bounty managers are changing the subject of the threads to SCAM to notify investors, or simply recognizing that it is a SCAM answering the messages they receive.

Any other idea or proposal of how can we protect against this quickly growing problem??

Dev's last activity is more than a month ago, it's concerning. About the bounty, I see that the thread is locked so I can't learn if no one get their payment or not as I can't read any protests, but do you know if this failed payment happen only to you (i.e. you got banned and removed from the campaign) or it happen to everyone?
