Sorry this might seem confusing but I've changed the way this works it on the website now that this has happened. your account balance is less than your pending withdraw, because after you made the request you gambled your money away. From now on the pending withdraw will deduct from your balance right away so you can't play with the amount that you requested to be sent to you.

However, I will credit you the ฿0.01 personally since this was bad user experience design.

Slow deposits might be because of network propagation delay. I have a daemon that checks my bitcoind server for any deposits every 10 seconds, and I credit as soon as the bitcoind sees the funding received from your deposit address. So if you are not credited then it's because the bitcoind wallet haven't seen your transaction yet.

Ok so I've been discussing this feature with one of our investor on our chat, I figure I'll post here to get others opinions.

In order to attract more players, I am planning on implementing this feature where I can give a new player 0.01 btc to play with, but they can only withdraw that initial 0.01 if they make 0.5btc in total wager. With 2% house edge, this means that statistically the player will most likely lose the 0.01 back to the bank before they hit 0.5BTC, however, they could always get really lucky.  Since the likely hood of the fund returning to the bankroll is high, we are thinking of funding this from the bankroll. This may be a good way to attract new players to try us out, and over time build up ROI for the investors since profit is a percentage of total wager.

Ok now on your referral page you can see how many of your referees have made a bet.

Oh yeah and we made this change while the forum was down:

Now we charge 0% commission! You will get the full 1% house edge for the bank (the other 1% is for referral). The site will make money from the referral bonus of players who didn't get referred.

Just added invest and divest all button. And now you can make incremental contributions after you have 0.01 BTC bet minimum. Before you had to divest all then invest again to add small amounts.

If you divest and your leftover balance is less than 0.01 then it will do a divest all.

This is because the other 50% is paid to referrers who refer players with their referral link. Here is a copy paste from the referral bonus section of the website on how it works:

To refer players, simply share your unique referral url below and the players who sign up with it will be automatically linked to your account. The number below also shows how many of your referrers became players and how many visited total.


Bonus Eligibility

You must maintain a minimum outstanding investment of 2BTC in Ice Dice
or
Your daily wager must be greater than or equal to 0.1BTC
If a player does not meet the bonus eligibility, then his bonus will be skipped and paid to the person the next level up.

I've read that too. This doesn't change the fact that you charge 50% commission from the investors. If they left you, you would have no bankroll, and no players, and no one being referred. You are taking 50% from the investors, always, and that is your "0% fee".

I'm sorry that you seemed to be upset by the way we pay our investors. Currently our investors had made about 27BTC in profits and we have paid out almost 30BTC to referrers. Our investors had been happy with their returns and referrers are happy too. In fact, we used to be 1% edge with 10% commission, and it was a large investor who suggested us to change to our current scheme. 

We don't charge 50% commission from the investor because the 50% referral bonus paid out to referrers. It would be different if we are to keep that 50% to ourself. Most investors on our site also shares referral links, which means they have the chance to get a portion of that other 50%. it's just split in a way that 50% to investors, 50% to referrers.

We were losing money from cash outs before because many withdraw transactions would cost any where from 0.0001 to 0.0005 because of wallet defragmentation so we had to raise it to 0.0005.

Well.... that is another lie, or you don't know how this fee works. Can you include some of the recent withdrawals with this new supposed fee ? I believe you are actually using 0.0001 as the fee and saving the difference to yourself, i.e. most of the transactions don't ever use more than 0.0002. So it matches exactly what I said: I believe you are actually using 0.0001 as the fee and saving the difference to yourself. So you are indeed only paying 0.0001 in fees per kb, whatever remains from that is a gift to you.

You really like to reply with false information. I can only reply with the same correct information: you are not sending transactions with 0.0005 fee, instead you set it to 0.0001 per kb and the remaining amount is taken as a gift for you.

Nothing I said was false. Yes some transactions will be less than 0.0005, and we will net a few cents. It was recommended by other devs to cover the worse case scenario. and we state clearly that we will deduct 0.0005 on withdraw.
