You won't be able to find anything with all altcoins, demo trading is usually available with major ones (BTC, ETH, LTC mostly, sometimes couple more). And such service is mostly provided by forex brokers. At least they have a better API than most crypto exchanges. You can take look at those links, maybe you will find what you want:

I have never seen a demo account for trading crypto currency. But they also provide an opportunity to practice in trade, study trading instruments and indicators.

As i know all MT4 forex trading has demo account so we can try demo in MT4. But not all of them have cryptocurrency pair. Though they have cryptocurremcy pair but they dont like cryptotrading but forex trading. U load tradingview graphs and there u can find Simalation of market like u open 1 year ago and try to predict price how it will go and after u goes next day by day and check u predicts :)
