I've been looking for the same servise some time ago. You won't be able to find anything with all altcoins, demo trading is usually available with major ones (BTC, ETH, LTC mostly, sometimes couple more). And such service is mostly provided by forex brokers. At least they have a better API than most crypto exchanges. You can take look at those links, maybe you will find what you want:

If you want to practice trading then try download an app like blockfolio and just try buy the you want and monitor it.

Demo trading using  mt4 forex brokers is more preferable because of the ability to use customized indicators as far as technical analysis is consigned, unfortunately these brokers have few Cryptos instruments for trading.

I met a demo account only for Forex or other markets. I have never seen a demo account for trading crypto currency. But they also provide an opportunity to practice in trade, study trading instruments and indicators.

What is the name of the broker mate? As i know all MT4 forex trading has demo account so we can try demo in MT4.
But not all of them have cryptocurrency pair. Though they have cryptocurremcy pair but they dont like cryptotrading but forex trading.

Bro very nice trick how to teach trading . U load tradingview graphs and there u can find Simalation of market like u open 1 year ago and try to predict price how it will go and after u goes next day by day and check u predicts
