Title: shdvb hacked?
Post by: MadGamer on March 04, 2018, 07:23:22 AM
This doesn't look like a post a highly trusted member would make: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3061131.msg31523173#msg31523173

I checked his profile and the seclog, and he apparently changed his password on 1st March.

Looks very likely so. DT members should be leaving a red trust once they see this until the account is back in the hands of the original owner, once he confirms it.

Thanks for the heads up. I was about to trade with him and sent btc first coz before the negative trust and being hacked, the account had a positive trade history. You just saved my coins. Thank you.

I have the right to speak what I want when I want and with whoever I want. None of your business. Get a life dude and stop buying/hacking accounts on this forum trying to scam others.

Sign a message or more red trust is going to be bombarded on you. Mods will do nothing.

And do you know that you can easily claim yourself as legit by signing a message from any wallet that you control? That would be a personal wallet and not an exchange wallet obviously. Otherwise enjoy your negative trust and go away from this forum instead of dragging this thread to "I hate you" thread. ;D

Because that was the earliest adress I could find that you used. Find another that you can sign a message from, but it must be from an aged post. If not it could be a case of someone else taking ownership of a trusted account. We want this as it will prove that you are the original owner who gained trust

The burden of proof is on you. Since the accusation came on you at the first point. You have to prove that you are innocent beyond the benefit of doubt.

You really are not helping yourself here. A simple request was made due to suspicious posts, right now you are just asking for more red trust with your actions.

Either sign an aged address or give up. If you cannot sign an old address then it's pretty obvious you are not the original owner

This account popped up registered on the 1st as well replying to posts in his thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1895733     shdvb-assistant

You must be able to provide proof from some form of personal wallet given the amount of time here. He had plenty of other channels of communication as well which someone should probably try verify (though I guess they could have been compromised as well).

Where you found the wallet? and the imgur shows my escrow thread wallet all from okcoin,i have asked okcoin manager on wechat they dont help for sign a signature ;/

And yes theymos could retrieve the post .To be honest ,i was thinking of doing a market promotion for my account i didnt know you guys could doubt my account security.

For now,i am unable to sign any signature of my previous wallet since most of them are from exchanges like okcoin years ago.

If someone of my old customer could help me tomorrow and send a tiny bitcoins to my trezor wallet then i am okay to sign.

When you deviate from normal postings, change your PW, add in an assistant, can't sign a message and delete posts, that will tend to draw concern.
As long as you have been here, you shouldn't even have to ask that and you should also have known from all the posts, about having a hard time or not being able to verify an exchange addy.
Lot of little things add up quickly.

Iam very sure i did NOT change my passwords on MArch 1,the admin could see it.

I posted a thread like i said this year i just opened a new office and i am trying to spend more energy of my bitcointalk account so i opened a thread and trying to do marketing.

I deleted that thread because i see you guys have strong awareness of security instead of joking or marketing so i deleted it after see this thread and my account trust may influence.(Admin could retrieve my deleted thread as well).

I cant sign my previous wallet because i dont really own them, they all belogs to the exchanges,i believe you guys all use bittrex and poloniex ,binance,localbitcoins... most of the time. Cold storage only for stocking coins other than use it frequently to trade with others.

I was bored and surf the forum as usual when I saw this new thread. I sold a little amount of BTC to him long ago, though I couldn't remember it clearly and the thing is: I just happen to be friend with Thomas on Facebook since 2015. And knowing him only use exchange as a wallet all this years.. It's stupid, Thomas.

So after a while thinking that maybe I could help him verify that he's not really hacked, I came to his live chat (https://tawk.to/thomasxu) and talked to him. I asked him to upload a selfie with a paper that says "I am not hacked, 04 March 2018" on his own Facebook page which he just did and by the look of it, I think he's the real Thomas.

Any trusted member wants to verify his photo and examine it to check if it's real or not?

All we have is your word for that at the moment and it's a bit suspicious "she" suddenly shows up for the first time the day you change your password. You must have some other proof that you're legit seeing as you've been trading on here for so long. What was with the random out of character thread seeking trades/trust?

So you are saying that you have evidence and believe that shdvb is not hacked?

I have his skype id, where I talked to him many times. If it help to confirm from skype, I can talk him there. But I never saw his face, so I can't confirm his face.

Recent activity is suspicious, I have tagged him as well for the time being.

From what you can tell my account got hacked? I confrim with everything  IT IS NOT HACKED. PLZ REMOVE THE RED NEGATIVE

Your password was recently changed and there is the strange post linked in the OP. Why are you being so hostile? It is in your best interest for your account to be tagged if it was compromised, since you would be financially liable for any funds that were scammed using your identity. It should be very easy for you to prove ownership, just sign a publicly posted BTC address you have previously used. Perhaps 18bfzHvpaSGH1dvX3Fy3oK7mmcPcCRuYMb or 197hPmzc5nm3hJMUBJtzgmSzmL6YX3Vk9Y from this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1015890.0) thread.

I asked him to upload the picture to his own page. So I can see it (I'm sure he don't know who I am there). I saw the picture.

Although it shows my password changed ,but My password is indeed not changed.

I don't know whats wrong with that log, maybe its inaccurate i am not sure.I know may account all things.

I am not sure why it shows password changed,I moved into a new office and my PC all moved into new office,at night i log in via my notebook and it requires me to log in and retype the capcha.Maybe because of that.

no one got compromised.
shdvb-assistant is my wife. WE recentlly moved into a new office so I decided to let her register and help me while i am away from PC.I can understand to sign a signature but most of my previous transactions' wallets are from exchanges,i dont own the private key of them.

All we have is your word for that at the moment and it's a bit suspicious "she" suddenly shows up for the first time the day you change your password. You must have some other proof that you're legit seeing as you've been trading on here for so long. What was with the random out of character thread seeking trades/trust?

This doesn't look like a post a highly trusted member would make: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3061131.msg31523173#msg31523173

I checked his profile and the seclog, and he apparently changed his password on 1st March.

Did you archive it?

Wow now deleting threads?? Bye bye chances of proving you are innocent

He didn't delete it - I did. It was reported as spam but then I saw his feedback and checked this thread.
Thats right .I was trying to delete it yesterday but it shows i dont have the right to operate that action.

!!!This account is not hacked or compromised by anyone.I still and will always have the account ownership.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3061930.new#new this could get cleared up sooner or later.
For this,I need an old customer of mine to tip me a small amount of bitcoins like 0.0001 to my trezor wallet below
so I could sign a signature and prove what you guys want.

You don't need BTC to sign from an address. Even if you did, blocktrail and google search show no previous history for the address 3Q8EpEZpConcWq3Mn8FGYikZg1eCTYAw3h on bitcointalk.org, so it wouldn't help. Also, you can't sign from an P2SH-P2WSH address IIRC.

Lol, where have you posted that address before? It's had no transactions. All these things you're claiming and then failing to provide any reasonable evidence that you are who you say you are just make this look more suspicious. You've been trading on here for years so there must be several things you could use to prove your identity beyond reasonable doubt.

I don't know because I'm not you but if someone wanted to me to prove my identity here or I was who I said I was I know I would be able to provide numerous instances of proof personally relevant to me or answer questions on specific trades or deals I have done that only I and the parties involved would know. As for what level of proof you can provide that is something you're going to have to think about.

For someone involved with bitcoin for so long the fact that you can't sign a message and then post a brand new address asking someone to send money to it is seems a little fishy. Also how your behaviour changed on the 1st and your wife account juts pops up the same day for the first time. Even if you are legit you must be able to accept that things seem a little off here.

He says over wechat he isn't hacked. But there's no way that the original shvdvd doesn't know how to sign an address.

I don't think every single one of his social media accounts is hacked. So maybe he sold all of the accounts?

I thought something fishy was going on when he wanted to find an arbitrage partner

I can't say yes or no on this particular account but I have seen "account packages" for sell here including account, BTC addy/wallet, email, Facebook/Twitter and even Paypal accounts.
Hope this gets straightened out.

If you have a keylogger or your computer is compromised then all your accounts you use from that one could be. He also could have used the same password across them all. Of course he may have also sold his account or business as well.

the old exchange address I quoted earlier - send a transaction to that address for 2.69696969 BTC in the next hour.. if you do that it proves that you are the original owner of this account and the exchange account. I dont believe an account buyer would waste $30K proving the account..

its a random number.. he has been about long enough to have that liquid.. and its a large enough amount that if his account was compromised the hacker/buyer would not spend so much to keep this shit going on..

it would be pointless to say send 0.01 to an address as "if" someone had ownership of the account they would be happy to burn that amount.. get where I am coming from?

To verify him, simply use his livechat noted on his profile here or sythe -> https://www.sythe.org/threads/3k-vouchesshine-buy-sell-exchange-cryptoswechat-bcc-eth-alipay/

He's Chinese and using exchanges wallets since forever.
Im not defending him, im just telling the truth.
He won't be able to send any signed message for sure because of the wallets he use from exchanges.

Having dealt with you in different guises over the years I believe you. The mere mention of Okcoin was sufficient for me, however, you have to understand that these guys are only trying to protect your account, customers and reputation from any scams.

You MUST find a way to prove you are who you say you are beyond I am innocent. Goodluck.

shdvb makes a decent amount of his income trading on the forum and spends a large amount around here trying to generate additional business. I think if he was in fact hacked, he would likely be trying to recover his account which to my knowledge is not happening.

There is also the fact that a staff member has confirmed he checked with the person he knows is behind shdvb on Facebook who confirmed his account is not hacked.

If the account is hacked, let me trade with him then he scam me and tell others to be cautious, if it's not hacked, I know the trade will go smoothly. Guys wake up, this is shine from sythe.
To verify him, simply use his livechat noted on his profile here or sythe -> https://www.sythe.org/threads/3k-vouchesshine-buy-sell-exchange-cryptoswechat-bcc-eth-alipay/
If his account were hacked here, his sythe account would be banned also but i don't think that's the case.
He's Chinese and using exchanges wallets since forever.
Im not defending him, im just telling the truth.
He won't be able to send any signed message for sure because of the wallets he use from exchanges.
There is many other ways to verify him (skype/email/whatsapp/livechat/wechat/icq)

Yes I am shine20078 from sythe, you must be a very old customer of mine. ;D

Let us put this to rest, to confirm everything, I am willing to risk my btc for the sake of everyone. If the account is hacked, let me trade with him then he scam me and tell others to be cautious, if it's not hacked, I know the trade will go smoothly. Shdvb can we now proceed with the trade we had agreed to complete? I will still go first as we had agreed. I think that will be best for everyone.
sure

I have sent the btc let us wait and see if he will pay after 3 confirmations https://blockchain.info/tx/8f57ebd5326e350e2b41fb97f07a9f1e008d2cfc646f52cbf794679494fc323f

Interesting development, I sent shdvb btc here is the proof https://blockchain.info/tx/8f57ebd5326e350e2b41fb97f07a9f1e008d2cfc646f52cbf794679494fc323f, and I tell him we wait for 3 confirmations before he pays, then he says I will have to wait he sell the coins on okex before paying!!!! Very interesting indeed, it means he got no cash, just wanting to get your btc and trade with at okex, however, let's wait and see his next move, I'm enjoying this. At least this is an opportunity to prove whether this user is hacked and should be branded a scammer or not. I'm so patient, I'm not in any hurry.

Paypal received, but you should tell someone that you won't pay immediately but will have to sell their bitcoin first before sending them money, and trust me no one will agree to that. You should also indicate that your minimum trade is 0.1 btc like you told me on whatsapp, you should not wait for a seller to send you btc first then amend the terms of transaction. I think this should prove you not hacked though you need to improve on communication.

well communication is always not good.you can tell from those who left me negatives,i told them i posted a thread for marketing and then doubt me and left me negatives.Even a -473 negatives left me negative. You wont feel how this harms to a 680 postive trust user. Its an insult and ruin my business.

For amount I already stated on  my thread lowest is 1000$ on page 1.

What exactly does this prove? It proves he can be trusted to return a paltry sum of money which would be worth him doing if he was up to something. I honestly don't know what's going on here - whether his account has actually been hacked or he sold his business to someone but something just doesn't seem right and is out of character.

These precautions are all the more necessary if you enforce a $1000 minimum trade amount. It’s too much money to lose in the event that these suspicions are eventually shown to be justified.

Better to err on the side of caution when all leads seem to point to this account being under someone else’s control. Suspicious enough that you are refusing to sign any of the staked addresses. This signing feature is a valuable safety feature. Whoever created it deserves a medal and a retirement pension from the bitcoin community.

If you cannot sign a message from any older addresses here which have been associated with trades or exchanges in the past, nobody will help you to get you negative trust removed. Signing a message is the only way to prove that you are still the true owner of the account. Complaining wont help because the burden of proof is on you - you need to provide the evidence.

Obviously you cant sign messages from exchange address. But then there is nothing that can be done about it.

^^^This addy has been used for a long time.
https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/0000bb463715b997?from_address=12d2gKHfuwixL4FWugfia1vaLeXAYPZGpQ

That address is spend-linked to a wallet that contains 300k transactions, and 55k addresses

It should be very easy for you to prove ownership, just sign a publicly posted BTC address you have previously used. Perhaps 18bfzHvpaSGH1dvX3Fy3oK7mmcPcCRuYMb or 197hPmzc5nm3hJMUBJtzgmSzmL6YX3Vk9Y from this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1015890.0) thread.
https://www.walletexplorer.com/wallet/OKCoin.com?from_address=18bfzHvpaSGH1dvX3Fy3oK7mmcPcCRuYMb

18bfzHvpaSGH1dvX3Fy3oK7mmcPcCRuYMb is an OkCoin deposit address. The other one has never received any transactions, so it is difficult to know with certainty if it is a deposit address or not.

Shdvb, I would like this issue to be resolved. I am considering changing my feedback to neutral, however, I still don't understand why you insist that your password has not changed. It clearly has, and I don't think it is something you would forget. You can check yourself by visiting https://bitcointalk.org/seclog.php and using "ctrl+f" to find your own username. You will see the entry below:

Code:
March 01, 2018, 04:29:37 AM - shdvb-assistant - password changed
March 01, 2018, 04:28:46 AM - softcommerce - password changed

March 01, 2018, 04:23:03 AM - shdvb - password changed

Are you 100% sure you are the only one who has access to your account?

https://www.facebook.com/xuthomas (https://www.facebook.com/xuthomas)

If posting a facebook ID is not allowed in the forum, mods please feel free to remove the link but it is for the sake of discussion here.

There is a picture on March 4 where he has written clearly "I am shdvb and my account of bitcointalk is not hacked"

If he really uses only Okcoin exhchange wallets then I believe the reds will stay because he cannot sign any message from the old addresses.

Mods do not remove negative feedbacks. Only the person who has left negative feedback to you can remove it. Forum administration, moderation, and DefaultTrust are different from each other.

The big question is since you are such an old member of this forum (or was) how do you not know this already?

My guess would be that you are pretty bad at scamming and thus need to work on your scammer skills.  ;D

I have removed my negative feedback and replaced it with a neutral rating referencing this thread. Those trading with shdvb are entitled to make their own judgments. In addition to EcuaMobi's verification, I think it is unlikely that the real shdvb would not have come forward about losing access to their account for more than two weeks.

All this leads me to believe at least the person posting in this thread is the true owner. I do, however, think shdvb should change his password again, since he doesn't recall changing it himself on March 1st. Shdvb, I just hope you understand that me and everyone else who tagged you did not do so out of malice. Had your account actually been compromised, these tags would have helped prevent you from being financially liable for whatever the hacker was able to steal from your potential customers, not to mention the damage to your reputation.

Hmm thanks and yeah sounds reasonable i may need to change my password.I understand people left me negative is just to protect my account but it also influence my business as well though. Its like a man's face with a scar, but the man is still the man.Not because he is not him with a ugly scar on his face, but the audience may look at the man with another eye.

This whole debacle happened after that. I just asked you on that same Telegram chat whether your Bitcointalk account was hacked or not. You can respond to me on my Telegram ID and I would share a screenshot of the conversation here.
Confirming that this account is still in your control.

Hey Man! maybe already time to stake at least one btc the address of which privkey you control, to avoid such misunderstanding in future.

This. It really doesn't make sense to me that you immediately staked an address on other forums, yet still haven't done so here after 4 years.

I'll change the negative feedback to neutral but something still doesn't seem 100% right about this. The fact that he deals in bitcoin for years yet can't provide a signed message from an address associated with the account is a bit suspicious.

Not I cannot I have explained many times before, those wallets I used are ALL from exchanges. I don't have any private keys to them. Also, change my assistant's negative to neutral, please. Nothing happened to us. No one scammed, nothing.

Some additional proof this account had been hacked, and some info about the hacker and his socketpuppets:

Thats all bullshit. From which word or post you can prove my account is hacked? I highly doubt some competitors did all and posted these.
