Coinmama has been around for a long time, ever since I first started using bitcoin. The reviews are generally positive and I haven't seen any signs of them being an exit scam or anything like that after years of operation.

You should first contact their support. Posting here only warns others about scams and doesn't get your case resolved. Ask the support staff what is going on and why your transaction has not gone through yet. If they don't reply then all you can do is wait. I'm assuming that you were buying BTC with credit card, right? Wait around 1 month for their reply, afterwards, try to contact your credit card company and charge back your funds since CCs are able to be charged back.

Also, could you provide some proof for the purchase(screenshots of payment, etc.) and follow this format:

It was a debit card.  BBT36030287 is my order ID.  They don't have any telephone contact info that I can see.  I just wish the would reply to any of the last 4 messages I've sent.

Debit card is a bit more tricky since it is indeed your money that you have spent. Doesn't hurt to try contacting your bank since there is always a possibility that you can reverse on any bank transactions, even bank transfers.

Of course, the best case scenario would be them replying to your messages.

Prepare for the worst though. The reviews on http://bittrust.org/coinmama isn't very good for the recent reviewers and they all seem to be 1 star or 2 star. Their support really took a turn to the worse it seems after the 2017 crypto rush.

You'll just have to wait for their response if you can't charge back the transaction, they're located in Slovakia I think, no idea how you would go through the legal process with an international company like that.

Finally got a response...they emailed me and said they were overloaded.  I got an email with a confirmation link to confirm my wallet address.  The confirmation email went to my junk mail folder.  So be sure to check that.  I finally have my bitcoin. Relieved.... Still think their customer support sucks.
