today, I saw a coin market cap, and was surprised by bitcoin prices back down again below $ 10000.

starting today I predict, that the rise bitcoin prices before a correction ends is a hoax and a fake.

the original bitcoin price is after the correction ends, in mid-year.

stop making dramas with bitcoin prices. I even forget the term correction, everything is just manipulation and lies.
The decline in bitcoin prices is currently influenced by hacking issues against binnace. so forget about the panic and just enjoy the current price. it's time to buy and hold.

Right now is the time for me. I buy so far I sold my wife's fur coats unnecessary and promised to buy new ones as bitcoin will increase.

Don't be surprised on bitcoin value. It's normal that the value of cryptos experience price dump because of demand and supply on the market cap. Think that the dump of bitcoin value in less than 10,000 USD is a positive result because everyone or small capital investors are giving chance to buy bitcoin in the cheapest price. Then we all know that bitcoin is unpredictable the ups and down of it price is normal to it. Now the value is less than 10,000 USD and in a few days it will be back to much more than to our expected price. Just think positive and don't panic on bitcoin situation now.

If thenb bitcoin price is going down in my opinion this is a good opportunity to invest in bitcoin. for me it is good to my investment in bitcoin atleast i can buy more now then hold it until the end of the year.

According to technical analysis, bitcoin can be as low as 8k $ so if you are holding a bitcoin then you should keep calm so that you can make the right decision for your property. Everyone has their own market evaluation because technical analysis is just a reference.

The price movement for bitcoin is usually what someone can't predict. You could wake up in the next morning and also be surprised about the shoot upwards. Lets not lose focus on the opportunity that it grants us at the moment. Time to invest.

Your statement is totally baseless without any source. According to the news, this is because of binance hack and sec issue. Binance has handled over their system. Meanwhile, sec requires every security exchanges to register. Don't worry, everything will going back normal again

Basically agree with the points but whether price is high or low doesn't prevent small investors buying it as anyone can buy a small fraction of bitcoin. I would generally feel small investors would be rather scared to enter now given how bad the cryptos now than big investors as they can sustain volatile better.

I dont think TAs have much value to cryptos than how the news (incidents) affect the market, but it is worth to study projects and their past performance to judge entry (and exit) position. Other than that, I dont think TAs has any value. If TAs can judge ups and downs correctly, no one needs have many support and resistance levels, which simply says they adjust these positions based on incidents, so it would give better chance to judge entry and exit points in cryptos by reading news than TAs. Anyway, this is my opinion, and anyone can have different views.

This may be the last chance for you to buy Bitcoin at a low price, as I am sure the $ 10,000 price will only be available this week and certainly Bitcoin will have a strong return next week. I believe in Bitcoin because it is still considered the most potential market in the world and the future can change the entire financial market.

With the current drop of btc below $10k could be a good opportunity in buying bitcoin at a lower price. I believe bitcoin will be back on track in couple of days and this time for me is where you should have to hold still and wait for the coming rise to come. We should not close our doors and accept the volatility of bitcoin as this is just how it plays in the crypto market.

 We can't do anything about the price,sometimes up and sometimes down.This is a common scenario of bitcoin so better stay calm and keep holding your bitcoin.

I'm actually not surprised by $1000 drop, but was quite worried when it came all the way from $20,000 to almost $6,000 which I think was the biggest drop in last 3 years. I think it made many new comers, especially those who entered crypto at the backend of last year scared, so they simply keep away from bitcoin (and cryptos) for the moment, and whose with experience probably either exited or simply holding for the moment, so there is no much actions.

So, I guess the next catalyst would be Consensus 2018 conference in mid May. It usually attracts more than 30 ~40,000 people, so it will probably push big investors to join the cryptos after seeing wonderful developments during the past year.

Talks on regulations have also kept many people away from cryptos, but that's actually a good thing for the development of cryptos. So, I hope after everything is clear, we may again see huge gains starting from this April, but like always happen, will see price fluctuations.

Yes there could be reasons for these. The only thing that limits us from knowing the truth is that we don't really know the details, like where did such trade occurs and the reason behind it which causes it to drop in price. The increase and decrease in volume if cause is not specific then it could have been because of a global concern. But if only on a specified area only is concern, it could be because if hacking or banning within countries. This we do not know yet unless data will be provided. Hope nobody would cause so much FUD or else it might be affected totally such that it might be regulated or be banned forever.

This is the normal scenario of the price of bitcoin. We all aware there is always a rise and fall of the price even on the other stocks in the market. The fall of the price is a good signal to buy and just patiently hold until the price goes back to its track and be profitable. That we are all aware that few days from now bitcoin price will rise up to more than what we have expected. Always stay optimistic that bitcoin will always be the number one and the most volatile crypto currency ever.

I dont have the strenght to look at coinmarket list of coins. Im so angry and piss if i see my coins bleeding again. Maybe i need rest in looking at my portfolio, and becuase bitcoin goes down all coins are affected.

Under the influence of binance being stolen by hackers, the world’s cryptocurrencies have fallen, causing panic. Many people have been selling together. I think that now everyone needs to maintain their confidence in Bitcoin and not be affected by these news.

I just strongly believe that bitcoin price is something we can't predict. Even analyst or economic expert states that bitcoin price depends to so many variables.  Imo it's price might be fall again to the point where people start to lose hope and finally sell their btc while the rich see the chance and buy when it's price falls then price slowly rise again.

Bitcoin is bigest and most famous cryptocurrency in the world, Bitcoin have much investors and much member at this forum. Though the price decline that's not meaning bitcoin will be be end. I think this meaning good time to buy bitcoin, because the price will be back to normal again!

Why does everyone have fear? Sell their bitcoins. After all, correction is an integral part of growth. This is a simple law applied to any market. Yes woke up again today to another red screen and Bitcoin at $8,500 and Ethereum at $650. We are still riding the rollercoaster at the moment I just hope the market regains some confidence this month and things stabilise a little at least.

its just normal for btc to droop its price. Market is very unstable you didnt know when the price will go up and down. it will recover easily just wait.

I was surprised to see it go below USD 9K once again and ETH below USD 700. I was hoping it would stay between 10k and 12K for a bit while everything stabilized a bit, but one never knows with crypto. On the plus side, this might be a good time to invest for those who are interested.

This is certainly a good time for people to buy bitcoins as prices are low again. But those who invested at higher price levels are stuck with the investment. It was rising slowly and went to $12000 but has started dropping again. Experienced investors may wait longer but new investors will not show so much patience. I am also surprised with this as there is no major negative news about crypto recently.

Bitcoin goes below $10K after SEC's call for regulation. This only shows that many are afraid of this regulation thing and we don't know why. Many are dumping their coins now but i think it could only be temporary because at the end of the day we will realize that regulation on the exchanges is a good thing for customers.

What is the point of being angry? You can't really change the fact that the price is being all red. What you need to do is just hope that it will be back to the normal, I am sure and many people believe that its price will be pumped again. We all as traders or even gamblers and investors might take this risk to hold it. Unless you have enough money to buy back on what you lost then may be it will be breakeven

Don't be so angry, we're just in fluctuations of market, nothing unusual. Binance hack rumours lowered the price, it will go up again sooner or later. It's not the first nor the last time the market is "bleeding", so better stay cool, take a break from crypto for a while if necessary.

Yes they are down again it is kinda disappointing because i lose again the value pf my holdings and i cannot cash it put because i will lose the money permanently and i need to buy something. So i cannot buy it right know i need to wait until it will cones to green again until it will go up above 10k again in the market. I thought that after last weeks pump they will continue to rice up to 15k but i am wrong maybe a lot of people are just waiting for the bitcoins to rise and they sell theirs immediately.

I think he just pissed off because he may bought again the bitcoins at the high price.That is the mistakes made by many people we need to buy when the market is red and sell them when it green to make money if someone doing that in opposite direction then you can't make any money.

Dont worry, it's crypto. As for me, I wasnt expecting fallings that started from the early of January and continue these days. No one can predict the near future but further is good. So, chillax, mate.

Because of the realized 200k btc that mtgox holds it now they start turning them in to cash phase by phase so this might be the one reason for pushing the prices down.

it is not bitcoin price who drops down. all other cryptocurrencies are red. all are dropping down. even ethereum drops down. so I think there is something to do with the market or the hacking issues. I just don't really know but for sure bitcoin will rise again sooner. Now is the opportunity to buy and hodl.

For sure the reason for this dropping price was on binance issue that hacked their exchange site, also altcoins drop because there are all depend on bitcoin price, so nothing to worry about this now besides it's time to buy more coins while the market is a dump and having a bloodbath. They are right here just hold and have a patience after a few months it will raise up again.

Anything and everything can happen in crypto currency. Today though the markets are down in sometime we could possibly see as well that market tends to recover and cross 9k mark also. Need to hold and have patience and do not sell anything in under pressure or in panic selling.

Why is that this kind of news is always getting new to us? We have been experiencing this kind of situation and we knew that its all because bitcoin is not always about going up. Bitcoin will will only be a thing which people expect to get instantly become rich. Most people really dont know why they are buying bitcoin that is why they got frustrated when seeing it suddenly declining. I would suggest everyone to know why they buy crypto and then and only you will understand why bitcoin has to go down and why it's going down.

Price fluctuations are normal based on the demand and supply, nothing new here! People are only panicking when reading the news about Binance. I keep saying, the original plan was to hold - so hold. Unless you need to make a profit and then reopen a new position. Follow the news but don’t let it dictate your trading

I was very frightened when the price of Bitcoin was flying up - I was afraid that there would be no more chances to buy. The situation on the price now speaks of one thing: it is necessary to be calm, soberly look at the price movement schedule and wait for the minimum price for the purchase. That would not strongly doubt and be afraid I put pending orders for the purchase of Bitcoin at a price of $ 8,500. $ 8,000 .... and further up to $ 6,000. You assumption of 6k itself is wrong as price will not go down below 7k and this is what has happened last time as well it was within 7k range and started to recover from their and now at 7700$ +. So be ready for the bull run to happen and you make money from investing it now.

6000 dollars is really a shame for bitcoin to be at. Bitcoin is having hard times but that does not really make it that low. It is after all, the king of the market not a growing altcoin that would go down to 6,000 dollars. We shall not keep such low hopes from bitcoin. In the month of August, it is definitely going to show some positive gestures so better not spread so negative news in the market or on forum.

this topic and this other one here: bitcoin $50K by 2018, $100K by 2019 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4424124.0) are equally bullshit and neither of them have any valid arguments for the guess that they are sharing here. but both of them are trying so hard to look legit and pretend their "guess" is a valid one that is going to come to pass.
I am willing to bet that both of them are new to short term trading bitcoin...

I also love how people saw right through OP and the altcoin he is bag holding :D
