what is actually our mission gathered in this bitcointalk forum, what just looking for money what the fraternity between countries or between cities .. please his explanation ???

To improve the knowledge of everybody here about what Bitcoin is and where we are headed. At the same time as learning we are trying to get rid of the myths and nonsense that surround Bitcoin. Only when we have the knowledge can we leverage it to further our cause. After all, knowledge is power ;).

This forum is useful to understand the cryptocurrency knowledge but so many big whales are trying to make money so some peoples are looking to money minded and others are looking how to survive the crypto platform. But few countries are against in cryptocurrency because it is decentralised cryptocurrency so government should not control anyway. You should active in this forum you can understand everything in this forum.

The same as every other forum, i.e. to spread the word about the chosen subject and help those who have questions about it. Bitcointalk is the best place to learn about bitcoin as it was started by the founder him/herself - satoshi! Now it has grown to include other crypto and it will keep growing I am sure.

To provide information, educate people about the markets, clear the hype/illusion of some miracle, help people save their hard earned money by telling them the right price to buy and sell, what big names are saying so that readers here can compare the information, news articles etc.....

The purpose of this forum is to encourage people from all places to gain knowledge about cryptocurrencies. The forum is a good place to know many certain topics that are, of course, related to bitcoin. This also serve as a communication and news outlet for all people engaged in healthy discussions.

Bitcointalk was initially NEVER about members making money(I think). The purpose of The Bitcointalk Forum(just as with every other traditional forum), is to allow people of all age, gender, ethnicity, etc around the world to discuss, debate, and to ask questions for other people to answer. Basically to create a community.

The primary motive of this poem is to share the knowledge that you have regarding Bitcoin and cryptocurrency and seek the knowledge from other members. This is the great platform for exchanging knowledge and anything other than that is by product of the process of knowledge exchange. To be honest I was absolute blank when I started involving in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies but I have learned a lot from this forum and I have noticed that senior members are always ready to help you in any case, that's the USP of this forum.

This forum is use to spread good news and bad news about crypto currency specially bitcoin. This forum is not about money its about getting knowledge about crypro currency from other people from different countries.

Sure, most of us want cryptocurrencies which equals wanting to get some money. Are you asking why are we spending time here?
Personally, I'm here for the news. It's one of the best places to get links and news from around the world. I don't have to google anything and I can also give my opinion on the topic and see other people's opinions. That's basically what all forums are about. Earning some coins in the process is always nice.


Years ago it was a place where people were doing lots of giveaways, so even in the early days it was also about money. Not mainly, but there was this option that you could ask for a few coins to test the transactions and get them for free. Even if they'd cost you $5, you probably would prefer the freebie ;)

To be able to share ideas about cryptocurrency, block chain, technology and a lot more and at the same time to learn from other's opinion and ideas. Also to promote projects, ICOs and updates about cryptocurrency. This community is a good way for beginners to learn the basics about cryptocurrency and to gain more knowledge and updates about it.

The forum is a medium to communicate with other Bitcoin enthusiasts. It allows the community to discuss the Bitcoin ecosystem and to share ideas on how to improve the system. I think it's mission is to get the community growing and have a mass adaption of the system.

for me,The vission about the forum in bitcointalk to know what have u learn and what is your purpose why you are joining in this organization.To know something that can share to us about the vission and mission.The other purpose is about helping our community in term of earn and learning people.

Each person will have a different purpose or mission within the forum. But the forum was initially created as a place for the bitcoin community to interact with one another, enabling them to learn and discuss as well as contributing in the development process of bitcoin. It's transitioned a long way since then as many now use it is a means to make money.

Well, I am seeing that the actual mission of the bitcointalk forum is to promote bitcoin and not only btc but also those alternative coins and those tokens, here we are seeing the opportunity that bitcoin can give to us and the updates that we need.

Maybe just a little of me to explain what the meaning of gathering in this forum, we can knowledge about bitcoin and we can also earnings in this forum, and many more of course we can on this forum ..

This community has helped me to understand the essence of bitcoin and crypto currency. I used to have no idea what it was. Although he earned bitcoin for more than two years. Now I understand the technology of blocking and it helps me to earn more

Our main mission is helping each other besides that share knowledge about bitcoin with each other. This will help us to grow with bitcoin and support cryptocurrencies to become currency of near future.

I joined to promote my site and catch referrals for faucets. What a waste of time that was  ;D

I joined because of money. I wanted to escape from the problems and charges associated with fiat currencies and the banks, and I wanted to use Bitcoin to sell domain names.

Every people has their own mission why they joined bitcointalk.org.  Some people joined because their mission is to gain more knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency world and some people only joined because they only want money.
That's the two kind of people. People who seek for knowledge and people who wants to earn.
But, as a part of the Forum's community, we need to do our part in exchange of being a Member of this famous Forum. Bitcointalk.org helps us to learn and also it helps us to earn. And as a exchange, we need to contribute in the forum and we need to improve it. But that's not what I'm seeing today. Looks like instead of improving, people are destroying bitcointalk.org's image because this Forum is one of scammers and spammers's hideout.

I agree with you, This is very good to grow up our community, sharing knowledge in the bitcointalk forum is one of the best things that people can do. Personally, I found a lot of information here, that I never found it in any other site on the internet. If I don't know anything, I got a quick useful reply from a lot of people, which it will be a very good forum to be on it.

It's not bad if you do something to get money, even if you join the forum with such financial purpose. All of us have to have money to pay for our dailly expenses (electricity bills, food, entertainments, textbooks, and more.). However, you can only get money if do something, pariticularly in the forum you have to do something useful, helpful to get money.
That's what I recommend you if you have plan to keep joining the forum.

Don't be so noble about yourself, I dare say most people come here for money, most people will leave here without hezitate if bounty are cancelled

The free and open discussions on this forum help individuals and the Bitcoin community achieve Truth. Everyone has some wisdom or knowledge to contribute to a discussion, and everyone who reads the discussion and gains that knowledge gets closer to the Truth. This is much more effective than having truth dictated by a handful of moderators or voted on by an electorate.

This forum created for Bitcoin and AltCoin discussion, which this forum the place for introduce Bitcoin and AltCoin to the society's around the world, the place for discuss all technology related with cryptocurrency mainly Bitcoin.
In this forum we can know Bitcoin developing and some fact about Bitcoin.
Here we can found many board with different function, we also can use this forum to make friendship and we can earn income here but that's point number two.

Forums are usually for sharing knowledge, ideas and view. This one is not different. Not everyone is much experienced about Crypto market, we all have our questions. This forum is a pretty good source for those answers we are seeking. Besides, knowledge shared here helps avoiding scams and fake news, I believe. A little tea stall, without tea, may be.

Mission? was joining on bitcointalk a part of some super secret organised effort to track down some bad guys? ;D ;D

Nah I joined this forum to get some faucets and discuss about which faucets were giving high payouts. Faucet claiming was still some hot topic at that time till bitcoin skyrocketed and faucets became dust. Over the years I learnt a lot about this forum and its "policies".

What is a forum all about? Of course its all about discussion which bitcoin is the main topic. That why the name of site is "bitcointalk.org".

Honestly, I believe that each user have their specific interest when joining the forum, therefore we can not say about common mission for all users in the forum.
The only one mission for all of us (If we can called this one as a common mission) is "Keep the forum as clean as possible, out of shits".

Every user set own target to the forum. My basic target was to earn my first mBTCs and to learn how to trade it after. Well, for now my main activity here is to follow all the news about crypto's spreading over the world and of course taking the information and prediction about future prices.

Based on 70% of posts it seems that the forum is here to develop an army of 3rd world shitposters who earn more from posting here than they do at McDonalds

When I discover this Bitcoin I was a clueless noob that wonder what is this shit upon searching and searching for hours I stumbled across to a forum that have a domain name bitcointalk.org oh well they are talking about Bitcoin I participated the longer I was there I learn that you can earn free Bitcoin for promoting an advertisement in your signature space wow pretty cool huh, however things didn't stay the same some dysfunctional peoples/persons started working to get their hands dirty by scamming or enrolling their hundred if not thousand of accounts in all signature campaign so that they can live the life they ever wanted.

Bottom line
My mission is to provide my knowledge to the next generation about decentralized currency that will not rely on any controlled banks by some holy moly.

This forum was created like many other forums just to talk about a certain topic which is Bitcoin. If you read the URL, you will see "BitcoinTalk". Some are here to talk about altcoins which they have their own section. But the main topic is bitcoin, not to mention that many people need information and knowledge about the cryptocurrency world with various opinions. So if you need any question, you will find the answer on this forum.

I think and as I have come to understand, the mission here is to widen or increase our knowledge of cryptocurrencies and the Bitcoin network. Knowing what works and what doesn't and taking part in projects that appeals to us.

Bitcointalk is a place where crypto investors can interact and share their views about this amazing technology. Do not get misguided by the name bitcointalk as at the time of launch of this forum, only bitcoins were there. It is really amazing to read some of the  posts made here in 2010 and how things have changed over the years. One can see the journey of bitcoins through posts made here.

Generally, just like any community, it supposed to get the best out of everyone and every idea in a positive way. Clearly for this forum, the early founders set out to grow the knowledge of bitcoin (and subsequently altcoins), to make it mainstream, and clearly articulate all the advantages of bitcoin. Now with a number of subsections, this forum serves different purposes (missions). People come here to make some cash through some freelance work like writing, signature campaigns, bounties etc. People also come here to seek new ideas for related bitcoin and altcoin projects, be in developing existing knowledge or creating new ones. Like I said, to get the possible best of the crypto-space.

I dont think its just casually evolved due to bitcoin trading it may also be established with aim to spread btc awareness

General discussion, Development & Technical discussion and Projects development tropics delivered vast knowledge about bitcoin. As a newbie, those tropics will help to understand the crypto-world. If you choose high-quality tropic in bitcoin forum, then you will see how people answer to that content. High-rank members provide best answers with their experience. Those contents include the terms of crypto-world. Those terms will help to behave in the forum. On the other hand, Bitcointalk forum has rules and guidelines for their members. Standard and quality will improve from that.

For myself, most valuable part of this forum is improving our English knowledge and knowledge sharing. It helps for poor English people like me. If you continuously deal with this forum, you will able to write a high-quality post.  Writing skills will be improved. On the other hand, you will be able to make some money from participating some bounty programs. Personally, the mission of this forum is helping the bitcoin community and sharing the knowledge with others. I think the original mission was to promote Bitcoin, and to increase public awareness. Now that Bitcoin has achieved world dominance, and spawned a whole new industry in the banking sector, and I think it is expanding to cover many related topics. I'm quite excited by the prospect of tapping into the wealth of knowledge here to discuss the new government currencies that will be introduced to replace the current failing fiat system.

Personal mission: I like spending time with this community, I found a like minded group to express my liking/disliking. I needed a healthy community to hangout and I guess so far I happy here.

Collective mission: Of-course to keep the Bitcoin alive. The sole purpose of this forum (i guess) was to promote/spread the name of Bitcoin and we still have this same purpose.

The forum was created with the aim of widening peoples learning curve about Bitcoin, blockchain and cryptocurrency. So our sole mission here is to learn, learn and re learn again about the crypto space.

Question is asked wrongly, I would say following is correct: What's bitcointalk.org's mission?
Our mission is nothing, we are here for some reasons. Someone is looking for answers on their questions, someone is looking for developers, offers services, runs ICOs and etc.
So for this reason, main thing that has mission is bitcointalk. This forum's mission is to unite bitcoin enthusiasts, let people to promote their services and give us an opportunity to be a community where people learn from each other.

The main purpose of creating bitcointalk is to educate  Bitcoin enthusiasts about cryptocurrencies and blockchain but,  reverse has been the case nowadays as most members no longer care to know the purpose of creating forum rather they focus on the mindset of  coming here to make huge profit over night.

We are currently in the age of cryptocurrency. With the bitcointalk forum, cryptocurrency enthusiasts like you and I will have the proper avenue to discuss, exchange, and share information for the whole community to use. Our mission? I don't think there is any collective mission to be completed here. You are here by yourself, as an individual, so don't try pleasing other individuals or little factions by doing what they want just to gather some sympathy, set your own objectives, set your own mission: To share your thoughts, to read the news, to earn money, to find useful Crypto services... Or any other "mission" you can think about.

I am a newbie but from what i learnt,i believe this forum is to ganar knowledge concerning cryptocurrency.

I think this will become a megathread similar to the posts posted in Bitcoin and Alternate Section as it is asking opinions from other members.

As of now the mission of this forum is to make shitposter, copy paster, scammers and the people who plagiarize realize their shittydoings in this forum just to bleed all the bounties they encounter by banning and giving them negative trusts.

Secondly, it will also help other companies who conduct ICO's to gather community members for their product.

Well this forum really helps when it comes to learning the language of cryptocurrency but sadly most of the member are here for completing their bounty task to be able to get their payments resulting in a dirty forum.

The goal of this forum is also same as other forums, we need to spread the subject to everyone for us to help them to be knowledgeable about cryptocurrency, i think that is the main mission here in the forum.

In one word, mission is share crypto knowledge each other and spread the word about crypto currency worldwide. Actually if there is no strong community, crypto have no value itself. So it's very important to build community like bitcointalk. Of course here is many opportunity to earn money. But did you think without proper knowledge can you earn ? I don't think, even if you want a job you should have proper knowledge about work process. So here isn't different, you should gain knowledge in order to earn.

I am very thankful for one us as member of this magneficient forum so i learned so much about crypto since i was a newbie and right now i am a jr member i hope so coming  years i am one of the expert in cryptocurrency in term trading and investment so i need some  support to the upper level.To enhance my expertise and to other i like teaching bitcoin to other to help as well.

Our goal is to be a universally-inclined, united individuals wherein we are growing together as people by supporting our strenghths and understanding our weaknesses. With this, we shall not just grow financially and economically but also morally for a brighter, better world of ours.

People may join bitcointalk for different reasons such : joining signature campaigns,learning about bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies,learning some trading skills and so on. Personally, bitcointalk has redirected me to learn other things for myself outside the forum. People here know better places such as websites where you could learn an important skill such as basic programming, blogging and so on. There are healthy debates to safeguard your judgment too.

Other correspondents are all right, the mission of this forum is to be a place for the exchange of crypto knowledge while mainataining its cleanliness and orderliness.

But how about the forum's vision? Well, IMO, it should be "to become the most comprehensive and trustworthy crypto forum in the world". Yeah! We all know that Btctalk is not the solely crypto forum in the world but since other competitors can't outcast this forum then I think it already achieved its vision. Agree :)?

If you following the terminology, then a forum is a place to gather and share same interest between the member, so your mission is to be just like a normal human do, interact, but because this forum is about cryptocurrency (but the biggest highlight is nitcoin) then you should talk about it. Well, you can hang around too in other category and talk about others. Just like real life right?

But because things are getting worse in here, i guess your mission can be added as :
1. Do not join the spam army and bots
2. Help fighting the spam army and bots.

Sadly, the forum has actually become some sort of "worldwide welfare organization" and this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2544574.msg44608747#msg44608747) is literal picture proof of it. The longer we sit back and do nothing the worse it gets. There can be compromise found here however.

For me, crypto-currencies are a manifestation of globalization. They are created to provide equal opportunities for people living in different countries and different socio-economic and political conditions. The bitcointalk forum was created in order to promote crypto-currencies and improve them. It is a place of uniting people from all over the world who are eager to gain new knowledge and share already existing with other participants. The real goal of the bitcointalk forum is global communication, which knows no bounds.

Having come into this platform of people who seemingly believe that this forum was created generally to support the growth and adoption of cryptocurrency I wish to ask this question that has been bugging my mind knowing fully well that comprehensive explanation of this issue will help newbies like me and largely because I saw some comment stating that this is the major concern of this forum at the moment.

The mission is to spread the bitcoin word, to help newbies and to make a business opportunity for all users. Most of users join as new members on the bitcoin world making the basic questions, and after some years they end teaching to the new users.

You seems missing and don't know actually what's happening though it's forgiven that you're new here. So I guess you can't still see the worst spam thread whereas the spammers are flock and repeating what the others have said. And because they're spammers they tend to create garbage posts that in the first place didn't have any contribution in the forum. And as you go along here you'll realize some of the answers to your question is just right in front of you.

Once heard the word forum the first thing in our mind is there's an interaction between the members. They'll helping each other nor having different opinion that even they perceive differently yet they're creating a healthy relationship and conversation. So I think the mission now is to bring back the forum on how it really is.
