Title: What will happen to Bitcoin Cash?
Post by: yasmikash on April 14, 2018, 07:48:30 AM
I'm a very noob when it comes to cryptocurrency and things related to it, and started my journey as a crypto trader running the risk of buying some bitcoins to trade. Things got more interested when the Bitcoin price drastically spiked last couple of months, and, of course, I made some considerable amount of money out of it at the time, it felt me like I started on trading in the nick of time. At the time, there were some news spreading about the positivity of Bitcoin Cash, and also it was its high peak. Then I immediately converted all of my Bitcoin that I had at the time to Bitcoin Cash, and waited it to go more upward.

But, unfortunately, things haven't been well as I expected in the recent months, it's only crashening. But with the recent spike happening with Bitcoin, there're a little hope that Bitcoin Cash finally go up. I want to know about what are your opinions about Bitcoin Cash, and, hopefully can we expect it to be a life saver or is it just a dying coin with no future?

Bitcoin cash is a fairly good altcoin with steady performance and dedicated community. And it's price always has been near 10% of BTC on both rise and fall. And would be a good alternative to diversify your portfolio.

Bitcoincash will be obsolete when the bitcoin lightning network is activated. It was intended to cover the shortfalls of the original bitcoin but when those are overcome there is no reason to even use bitcoincash. Trade it for now, then dump it before lightning is released

there is never any future for any copycat coin, a useless coin, coins with lots of issues, ... and bitcoin cash is all of the above so it is considered a shitcoin specially since the community as a whole is against it.

however, that doesn't mean it will simply drop dead. there are shitcoins that are alive for years even though nobody even uses them and their trading volume is less than $20 per day!

It's too late for that. Before I invest in ICO, first I should have a deep understand of it as I'm really a beginner to anything related to crypto.

There are many theories about LN as for my observation. As what I know about LN, it seems not be an elegant solution, after all who knows when it actually go live.

Hi, Bitcoin Cash may have less hashpower and a smaller network than Bitcoin, but it follows the original roadmap, the original code design, and the original vision of Bitcoin as peer-to-peer money.

Stop living life of a lie. You're so delusioned by the social media and the reddit groups which convince you to believe BCH is the future of cryptos.
 - ShitCoinCash is not real crypto-currency.They're bitcoin's aborted child.
 - Like you mentioned BCH started going up after Bitcoin did.Doesn't that tell you enough about the currencies you should be investing in ?
 - The only use of BCH I can see is people making some free monies from the forked coins.

I don't like forks. For me, this is an additional allocation of capital. It is better to have a large number of participants and a greater capitalization than to have two coins with a small capital. But in any business, partners are divided over time because they can not develop a common development strategy. I don't believe in the future of bch but I can be wrong.

Just like any copycat, it will fall and sooner or later you will regret buying it. I just  hope it will pump like what happened when it was launch last year. But I won't be too optimistic about it.

You got hustled and promised something that will never happen. Fortunate for you, you can shift back over to Bitcoin and be on the winning side. The one advantage Bitcoin Cash had over Bitcoin was low fees, and since SegWit has been implemented and LN is around the corner that is a moot point. I want to see how many legs BCash has to stand on after this year, it will hardly be more than one I'd imagine ::).

after Roger Ver Rage Quit Interview a while ago,Bitcoin Cash credibility had been drowned to the point where people said it just another an 'Altcoin'.
which means people will not 'consider' it as the next CRYPTOCURRENCY just like what their supporter usually said.
from this point BCash will goes down day by day.

Bitcoin cash will always remain an alternative to Bitcoin. But there is a huge backing behind bitcoin cash, so I don't think it will just die off as yet. There is still Jihan Wu. It remains a coin with potential upside, so just trade within your means.

Just another dying coin with no future, in fact bitcoin cash pair already removed in so many exchange sites lately. That gives a real evidence if the bitcoin cash just another worthless coin with so many shills to make bullshit promise to the new comers to invest in the bitcoin cash. I think that BCH will soon be removed from the market because BTC still exists. BTC has overcome the transaction fee and transaction time. This makes investors more confident with BTC. And organizations with big economies still support the BTC

Although interpreted as a threat, the Bitcoin Cash network may be an escape valve for Bitcoin transactions. There are many comments and interpretations, malicious about Bitcoin Cash.
The fewer people using Bitcoin Cash, the less people will want to invest. The Bitcoin community fears losing users to the new network, Bitcoin is a highly valued asset, so they want to ensure its dominance in the market.
But Bitcoin cash has the potential to reach higher prices and that will happen over the years, perhaps at a slower pace than it did with Bitcoin. But this is not bad as the currency will still give you the opportunity to buy it at another time.

Bitcoin cash has no long term future that I can think of.

There's going to be a ton of fork coins of bitcoin, both at the present and in the future. Bitcoin cash is just one of them. I think when you bought in, there was a lot of people screaming that bitcoin cash was going to take over bitcoin's spot, and that was when bitcoin cash was nearly $3k each.

That's just absurd pricing in my opinion. If you're already in that deep, then I suggest holding for the next pump, and dump your coins. Because honestly, if you want to invest in the long term of cryptos, you don't want to be in BCH. You made a dumb decision cashing out your BTC for BCH.

Bitcoincash a fork of bitcoin which experienced an aggressive growth in 2017. I think it will still continue to grow as they have good development team and also they are seeking to create a token system within the network just like Ethereum where a anybody can build or create tokens on the BCH Blockchain. It will be huge when this is done and Ethereum will see serious rivalry but then they have to grow to the acceptance level of ETH

I like bitcoin cash because it has a lot of strengths. Firsts, quick, accurate transaction: Bitcoin Cash transactions are made extremely fast because the currency possesses eight times the block size of Bitcoin. Seconds, safe, secure: Bitcoin Cash has created a solid wall against hackers for stealing your money with replay protection and wipeout protection.

I believe in the potential of Bitcoin Cash which released on August 1, 2017 - just a few months ago - after Bitcoin's hard fork. Bitcoin has a headache because the maximum limit of a block is only 1MB, making 3 transactions per second, while Bitcoin is growing too fast and more and more investors are looking at copper. This transaction, the more Bitcoin can not afford it. Thus, congestion caused many people to wait too long, from which hard fork was born to solve this problem, they separated Bitcoin into a branch called Bitcoin Cash.  8)

At the rate that bitcoin cash is going, my guess is that it will keep growing along with the other coins in the market. I can recall that everyone thought that bitcoin cash being a fork off of bitcoin that it would not go far and would die off in no time but you gotta hand it to it, it has come a long way since then and keeps surpassing expectations. Looks like its here to stay.

The Bitcoin Cash electronic money was born to solve the problems that Bitcoin faced, so of course Bitcoin Cash needed the really essential features for the electronic money market: Block size of Bitcoin Cash up to 8MB; Provides replay protection and wipeout protection as the ultimate protection; There is a difference in transaction signatures, block fork must be greater than 1 MB and new method support to customize the algorithm's speed (Proof-Of-Work) faster and more convenient. You see, this is reason why I believe that the bitcoin cash will be a strong coin.

And you better invest a really worthy or try investing in ICO. So first do invest in ICO random go check the team background and also Do some research and later you will find it.

The focus of the Bitcoin Cash (BCH) community is to make the network fast and cheap. The BCH community believes that by focusing on these characteristics, BCH will carry more people, which will promote the decentralization of the network. The advantages of low-cost transaction costs, infrastructure, and merchant support made me very optimistic about BCH.

I'm wondering too what will happen to Bitcoin Cash. The technology seems really good, but more I see the communiy lead by roger ver to be hijacking original bitcoin, more it feels wrong

I'm a very noob when it comes to cryptocurrency and things related to it, and started my journey as a crypto trader running the risk of buying some bitcoins to trade. I think it will stay. It will not replace Bitcoin but well it is complicated there is a number of vested interests in play. I do expect both to do well going forward. Still Cash is only a fork some will say and Bitcoin is the original. I lack the technical background but some say, if a fork is doing too well the original will just apply the changes successful for the fork.

Bitcoin Cash has the ability to do smart contracts in the future and act as a platform which means it would also be possibly to have ICOs using that blockchain. In that way it could become a rival not only to Bitcoin but also Ethereum. But that's a long shot and there are so many 3rd gen platforms with significant improved scaling that it seems rather unlikely at this stage.

BCH is still very good, at least its team is still working hard, I think your choice is not wrong, although the market is not good, but I think BCH is a good investment project!

Who knows. Might just end up doing very well alongside the likes of bitcoin and ethereum or it might end up dying out and the developers pull out of the project, Either way there is no way to tell or predict what is going to happen to bitcoin cash. For what it's worth, I am rooting for the coin and hoping that it does well, at least we can say that one fork actually ended up surviving.

What did you see about this coin. Since its inception, Bitcoin Cash has proven to be extremely powerful and has quickly become one of the most expensive electronic funds today due to its extremely fast growth rate. In just a few hours, Bitcoin Cash immediately gained 122% of its value. Bitcoin Cash is the second most valuable currency in the world, after Bitcoin.

Observing the critics and the concept of this coin along with the power of the market, we find a stabilization of price or even a possible increase. Thus its structure and velocity is formidable generating positive or negative speculations. However we know of his position and the number of strong hands in this coin, so we can expect a good future for this coin, stressing that it is a concept of the market and not an absolute truth.
Agree with you. But I think that this coin grows only on behalf of its creators, technologically, it does not give anything new to the market.

Bitcoin cash is a fairly good altcoin with steady performance and dedicated community. And it's price always has been near 10% of BTC on both rise and fall. And would be a good alternative to diversify your portfolio.

I don't think this is a promising coin at all. When the real bitcoin overcomes their problems with slow confirmation times and high fees then bitcoincash will be rendered useless. Just another fork like bitcoin gold with no real purpose, unlike ethereum which has corporate uses.

BTC is likely to replace Bitcoin in the future. BTC has many advantages. The value increased dramatically because it is the next version from Bitcoin, which is trusted and traded by the community.

If Bitcoin would have crashed after the Bitcoin Cash fork then there was a chance for it but since that didn't happen I don't see Bitcoin cash having a great future. At this point it is just a fork of Bitcoin and the only reason it is still relevant currently is cause its creator is pumping money into the project and once he stops doing that the project is going to start going downwards.
