Most of the member having good amount of Smerit,but they are not likely to send their Smerit to any post.Due to this, in-spite of  having a good concept,It is not working properly and upgradation of membership is very difficult now.
I have found some active  profile having Legendary member to member,those are not sending merit to anyone only receive in last 120 days.these are :

For this,there should be automatically distribution of Smerit to other active member ,if member is not using their Smerit within some time frame.This will increase the circulation of merit in the system.
 

Giving merits really is someone's own choice however If they feel dutiful to the forum then from moral point of view they should give it away. A lot of people are doing very good job managing their sMerit profile.

Truth is (I noticed) giving merits is a kind of task. In my personal experience, I have missed a lot of posts to give merits. The moment I read the post I forget that there is something called merit should be given for the post. When later I realise I should give some merit to that post by that time it's too late. I already moved myself doing some other tasks.

Bad to look at someone else's wallet, look into your wallet. This is their right to give someone merit or not

Yes it is one of the problem why merit circulation is not enough but there is nothing we can do about it we dont know the reason why they dont distribute their sMerit to the community while there is a lot of good post exist I think the purpose of some of them why they are holding it because they want to use it to their other accounts or maybe they plan to make a new account it is the only reason I see why they hold it. Maybe on others situation they are not that active to distribute it.

The real problem is most of merits and sMerits have been circulated between good users because as the merit system has shown its efficient operations, only (or mostly) deserved users - who are constructive ones - have got merits and sMerits.
Abusers, cheaters, account farmers, merit farmers, and low quality users will mostly hard to find merits and sMerits.
Congratulations for such great achievements of merit system!

I am not saying about you.Why are you using such cheap language.If You have any problem, then you can write in simple language like your last 3 lines. You are HERO MEMBER ,So give the suggestion to other member like me,But you dont have right to abuse some one like this to any member.

Congrats TMAN - you are the only member before this post in this thread who is not on my ignore list. As the thread would seem to have a negative bias towards merit, I guess that shows the system is working.

btw, you have been a busy boy in awarding merits - keep up the good work. :)

check your posts, all in bounties.. this means your posts are not merit worthy, so look into yourself and try to improve there are numerous resources around to help you improve if you want to. Users like you come into meta, bitch and moan about merit but you do fuck all to help yourself and continue to post in the same way. So if you think you are doing the right thing then keep at it!

That's why sMerit decay should be implemented! It's time to use this right. At least for merits received by default.

Anyone who complains about a lack of merit is only here to earn money from bounties/airdrops/campaigns. That's not how it should be. This is a place for discussion first and a business-based forum second.

You gain very little additional benefit from ranking up apart from the aforementioned items. Everyone sees right through these threads. ¬¬

The merit people have in their profile is not the spendable sMerit they can give out so some may have little, but I don't think people should be forced to give it out or that it should be randomly distributed if they don't. That won't really solve anything. Wouldn't be against merit decaying but that doesn't really solve anything either. I think it should stay and people can give it out in the future as they see fit.

So,I want to ask that there is any rule for this "decay unused sMerit" now.

What you're suggesting would encourage spamming the forum with many accounts, to earn sMerit to rank up another account. That's a terrible idea!

And if you want to earn Merit, how about you stop posting countless pages of Facebook and Twitter links?

The thing is, the people complaining are the ones who shouldn't rank up in the first place! You can make up nice schemes to change the system in such a way that you earn more Merit, but you're ignoring the fact that the system was designed to stop many people from ranking up.

if and when Theymos decides to do this I would imagine he would increase the merit sources stacks, not some rando like yourself fella. Should that happen the shitposters still wont get any merit, so in short - don't worry about it and keep on plugging those bounties princess.. you aren't leveling up unless you adapt.

The Merit system is working, shit posts are far less common on here now. Admittedly there’s still some but you’re never going to totally eradicate it. People are making much more effort to make good quality posts, I’m enjoying the forum more since the Merit systems inception.

The problem is not focus only on merit system but also in members, even though they had smerit to give away they won't send anyway. They do see some post that has quality to help this community but those who had smerit to share don't care.

Every one of those is enjoying this system who already became Hero Member or legendary like you because Merit is of nothing use to you...i feel it very bad that people like you are just always use bad words whoever complain about this merit system...i am not complaining about merit system as its the right of the theymos and he can do whatever he wants and we have no right to complain about anything...
but my problem is with you guys...some already rich and established members of this forum who always use bad languages to a newbie or a junior member...and tell them things in a very bad way..

it's true this system has been running well though not 100% but what we complain here is sisitem to mendaptkan smerit of merit that we get seems the day will mengurucut example: I get 1 merit then automatically we get 0,5 smerit and this will apply to its kelipatanya and when giving 1smerit on the other then they will get 0.5 smerit and this keep running and finally smerit will run out

This is one of my favorite saying. If you are looking for that specific things, you will find it even in a place that seems impossible to find it.

So if you are looking into the number of people that didnt send their merits, you will find it even in a place where people give merits a lot. It is just your perspective man, and even if you find a reason why merit is bad, it doesnt mean that merit is not working.
