Hello guys!, In your years of experience investing in crypto, aware of its volatility, what coin or token maybe you regret selling the most?  Maybe today when  you look at the market you cry because maybe the coin you sell last month is life-changing in price already.  ;D

as far as i remember not coin that i regret for selling, but i regret when i did not sell the coin that have profit back at the day

XRP. I sold it very low the other year and we saw it go to $3.00 per token last year. If I was patient and waited, I would have earned myself on a 1 year vacation hehehe.

The lesson here is centralized cryptocoins pump the highest hehe.

I always regret selling my BTC's when BTC was at $400+ level and give up cryptocurrency. When I come back BTC was $8k+ and still going up so I really regret it I should have hold some.

Once I sell a cryptocurrency, I no longer think about that transaction.  If the project is good, I will never go all out.  There is no time to regret in this industry, it will only tear you up.  New opportunities are always available in the cryptocurrency world.

Did you sell that time for profit or loss?

If you had made a profit then no point in regretting it because you already enjoyed your profit. Becuase no one can tell how the future in advance so just enjoy your profits and look for other investments to make money. If you think like that last year whoever didn't sell at 20K and now they also need to regret it.

I usually never sell my coins at loss so whatever profit I make from my investment, I'm happy with that part.

Few times I regret that. Whenever I sell my coins because I think I have gained  enough profits but then a few days or a week later the price is doubled. I just cannot predict well how market plays but at least I am contented with the outcome. Well, need to do more study for me to dance the movements of the market.. :)

For me dent I sold around 100 k coins for only 0.2 ether because of no trading  volume.  soon after one month they started marketing and also market raised sold token reached to 10k $ . It was the biggest regret I had till now for selling . But not selling other coins in previous pump I am regretting even more because lots of coins lots it’s value upto 10 x.

I would say Sexcoin. Sure, it crashed back down but when it moons it moons. Plus the concept is sound, because sex sells. I think Sexcoin will have another good run in the future.

For me it is ether, i sodl too soon, at 20 bucks. Second is monero, which i sold at 1 dolar.
It is easy now to be smart, but looked like a good thing to do back then. :(

I have 5600 flixx, and I sell it when flixx is traded at $ 0.07. and I was wrong when predicting this coin. because I think flixx will not grow well. and by the end of 2017 flixx rises to $ 1.

Well theres no extraordinary man on prediciting the price of crypto on when is the right time to sell really.And yeah.. we are still at the early age of using digital currency or crypto and theres still really upcoming big big project to invest with.Well as long as we profit from what we sell then everything is just alright.  :D

I recently also experienced such a thing, I have token PXS when I sell get 0.1 eth but when I was selling now it will get 0.7 ETH.

Damn, that was life-changing already pal.Well at least you profit from that then that’s okay. Investment is somehow very much alike with gambling; we only guess the outcomes.But at least you learn from it and it’s a really good experience.  :D

A month ago i have sold some of ethereum. But that's still a little part, in fact i have known if this day will come when the price of cryptocurrency will be going to the moon again. I still hold the rest in my cold wallet and it worth almost one thousand of ether.  :D I just given a discount for those had bought my ether.  :'(

I feel you, ive been there. I was aiming for a quick buck . now im crying cause its already 10x the price.

Botcoinamd etgereum I sold bitcoin was st price 2500$ then after it reached almost 20k and ethereum I sold for 300$ . Now I am no more selling any potential coins instead I am grabbing as much as I can . I sold some small coins for less price but it was small pump coin

Both verge and then trx, i sold verge it pumped to 1300 sats, turned around and bought trx just sold it yesterday for 650 now look at it, 830 sats....the next day I held it for months

To say the truth I have not regretted selling my crypto coins because it's my personal decisions I always take a particular time but the day I sold my Oyster tokens(PRL) I felt bad because it skyrocked the following day.

I regret that I haven't sold my btc when it is on its peak. I got too greedy that I waited for btc value to reach $30k and was so stupid for selling it at around $10k. I still did profit for I just bought it cheaper than $10k but still have some regrets for not cashing it out atleast $15k for more profit. Among alt coins, I sold some ripples a month back and it is now double of that price. I sold because there was a news that crypto might get banned in my country soon.

A few months ago I sold XCPO at 400 satoshi but only a few weeks after I sold it, it's price rose to 2500 satoshi. Probably it is because the project that really good. Now I give more attention to XCPO, I follow the progress of development and price.

There are so many coins that I got through bounties that I have sold out when it was maybe 5x or 10x cheaper and I regret it but I cannot do something about it because it has been done and I cannot get it back. Besides that, I need the fund because of urgent expenses that's why I decided to sold it out. But then, there are coins that I am glad I have sold because their value has already plumped around 90%. One of the coins that I sold too early is COV and LYM. In the future, I am planning to buy it back if I have the opportunity because these coins has a lot of potential.

Ripple at 20c right before it ran up to 3.80

Genesis and golem is my regrets for selling, I sold golem for example and few days later they announced big news at 2-3 weeks ago I think, then they increased %550 it was fantastic, but I had sold already.

I remember the first time I received a coin from my very first bounty campaign here in bitcoin. It was debitum. Then I didn't sell if after getting it because the value of it is not that great so I waited for a couple of months. As per seeing the value of it increases, I sold it. But as per checking it days ago after I sold my coin it grows way a lot bigger than the value I sold. It irritates me at the same time disappoints me how days makes a big difference in coins.

I dont have any regret , because if you think always ' I wish , I was in past etc. ' its very weird. This is crypto world,dont hesitate dont be regret of somethings.

I am really sad about that fact that I have sold a lot of EOS on cheap price. But I hope I will middle my positionwith help of growth of some other coin in my portfolio...

In my opinion, Do not be sorry, if you have sold coins at a cheap price.Because that's what you actually get. and it is also a lesson for us all, do not rush to sell coins with cheap price. so in the future you should have more to learn research about market movement.

I actually have the opposite regret haha. I regret not sellin BTC at 20k usd

My biggest regret would be PRL, i dump all in the early and ennded up with very minmal position. There were actually few more like LTC, i bought in at $4, sold most at $50 last year, imagined those gains that i missed out!

So, the basic thing is hodl it if you believe the fundamental. Do your own research. However, opportunities arises all the time. Buy when thew market dip. Try to buy on hype and FOMO.

from my bounty result have some coin. which I regret to sell at the wrong time, the new price started up already I sell. after seeing a few days later the price exceeds the ICO. now I understand and will sell at the same price as it is on offer.

I regret selling my DEB coin because i know that it is too early and i knoe the potential of this coin, i just did this because i don't think that holding will do me better because I only have one thousand coin. Maybe my most regreehere is that i was not able to get more DEB coins.

We will always regret that we have sold or left coins.  We will never guess that now the price of a coin is the highest for sale or too low (then we are hodl).

In cryptocurrency market prices for coins are constantly changing and you should not regret anything. You need to draw appropriate conclusions and next time do not hurry with the sale.

Aww.. that’s a huge potential coin you got there pal. About how much of those coins you have by the way at that time? I feel sorry for it, shit really happens and no one really is veterans in predicting but at least you still profit from it but it’s a life-changing now really if we only knew.

I think the coins I regret selling is bitcoin. I sold many units of my bitcoin around February last year and after that bitcoin get a very serious pump and I regret sell them. Another coins i regret selling is litecoin, early last year I sold my holding at $23 and the same week it get pump to $47. Since then I decided to be patient with the market.

I regret selling EXRN that was an airdrop token, i got 20m EXRN that time and I decided to dump it now the current price for 20M EXRN is about 1800 usd or more so i really regret selling it. But past is past and i learned my lesson already that i need to hold active tokens.

one thing Inhave realized in crypto is that, ypu should forget about a coin after selling. Don't think about it anymore or else you'll continue to weep everyday. Life goes on. About regrets regarding some altcoin selling, I happened to hold quite a lot of xrb, raiblocks at one time.
Distribution have ended and the price dropped so I have also entered in to sell-sell mode... what a mistake  ;D

There are many that I sold that I regret selling early. Two in particular were Bitcoin plus which we had purchased in the ICO for one dollar each and we bought 1k of them and also NEM, we had a million NEM from the beginning that cost us 0.04 BTC. If I had one million NEM now, we would be millionaires now. So we lost are two big chances, we cannot ever get this kind of chance ever again, but what can we do? We always live in hope that one day a chance like this can come again. My Wife has never quite recovered from this to be frank.  :'(

I regret selling many coins :)) I'm a trader and a bounty hunter so you know i have many coins ( just a normal ammount) so i've sold many coins at low price :'( (i thought it was the highest price) For example 2 months ago i bought CFI at 1040 then it went up to 1240 then down, i was scared, then it went up again 1300 , i sold all at 1300 you know what ... it flew to the moon with 2400 zzzzzz

I didn´t sell any coins, but one I had to sell, Rise.Vison price was 1.2$ now 0.09$  ::).

The coin I regret selling early are bitcoin and verge. It was the time when verge was only 20Sat and Bitcoin was only at $500 and I sell All my verge at 100 sat without thinking it could pump even more. Same with bitcoin, I sell half of my portfolio and didn't buy back early.

I regretted and i am still regretting to have sold all the deeponions coin that i bought for less than 200 satoshi at the rate of 500 satoshi because the price have hitted above 20K sats.

Selling their cryptocurrencies at the first rise in the market as they do a lot of people in my opinion is wrong. If I believe in a blockchain platform to purchase its cryptocurrency and keep it for many months, when it reaches a certain value I sell it. Regret could arise when the big crypto of the sector are sold, but in my case I do not sell them

Regret is probably the wrong word as I made a profit on any coins I sold, but there's a couple I would like to get back into even though they've jumped up considerably since I sold them. I sold Powr at about $0.15 and jumped ship from XLM at just under $0.10. They were two of my earliest investments, so no regrets really, think I doubled(ish) my money on both and still rate them now. Just a shame it was only pocket money, still, that's the learning curve right...

Way back before i hold NEO tokens and SOLD it at around 43 USD. 1 month after that it shoot up to 100 USD and more. I regret that. Because of that happening. I just started to accumulate good crypto for LONG HODL. However when the market crashed i tempted to sell it again but i did not do it. Now that bitcoin is slowly recovering im hoping that my chosen crypto will reach new ATH

I regret selling BAX too early. It was always around 5 satoshi (that's below ICO) and I got too exciterd when it was slightly higher than ICO after a few weeks at 10 satoshi and I sold almost all of it. Well there's also the 0.15ETH restriction on IDEX, which is harsh for poor guys like me :D . It then went up to 30 satoshi in about a week.

Sold some tokens, BAX which showed no bad result. With a hundred dollars the profit was 700 dollars. Not a bad profit would have been.

I usually only sell a coin if it either reached my target price or if I no longer believe in the people behind the coin and their ability to advance the project. Either way I make my decision on the best available information at the time so don't have regrets.

I had sold babb token one month ago from 6 sats, and one month later it is above 30 sats now, I regret very much when I saw price now but generally dont look to old tokens which I sold.

I have regret that i didnt sell my coins in right time becuase they were in top and I hold them now they are in the bottom of thier price. Every coin has increase and decrease u need to sell your coin in right time if u want to be good trader.

If you are still in this market. That will always happen. Today you may feel happy when sell any coins with higher price than when you bought, but everything doesn't stop at here. the market  still continues to go up and you feel regret when sell early ;D . Be satisfied with what you have

I did this many times, i haven't count it all, I sold my Trigger at very low price at a week it started to gain value, I even have RISE, Monero, LiteCoin, OMG which I sold very early, I really hate to say that if could HODL a little longer, I will earn good profit from those.

I cringe everytime I think about this I have 2 that I messed up with.

1. Trueflip (TFL) sold it too early when it was around $0.8 it went on to reach over $4 within a few weeks later
2. EOS I had around 1,000 and sold half of them at about $3, it went on shortly after to reach $5 and today it is over $13

Consolation that I still have over 500 EOS and it has now given me a 10 x return  :)

We have the same experience mate. I participated in a bounty campaign last September 2017 and got the tokens in January 2018 and the overall price that time was nearly $20,000 and unfortunately I prefer to hold it instead of selling but weeks after it came to my wallet there is a plummet and I only got 1/4 profit and a loss of about 3/4 and I feel sad and disappointed with my choice. If only I sold it all I got a lot of money now. I also regret selling half of my Dash holdings as it was already mooning a couple of days from the dip where I bought decent amount of it but it is too late now as it continue to go up and I don't have capital to pour some.

My hardest regret is Stratis, I bought into the ico, then bought more when it dumped and sold after 3x. Went x100 some weeks later...

The only coin I regret selling is bitcoin, sold a lot in 2014.

Now I am more conservative about selling, if I need to sell, I divide the selling among a period of time, usually 2 months, on a weekly basis.

When you sell a coin or token, you should never look back. But sometimes its not possible when your checking the news or threads in this message board, and theres someone whos writing about a coin you owned in the past. So if i see stuff like this, i also look to the charts. And i saw a lot of coins which i sold very cheap. As example the hawala token. I become like 200pcs per airdrop. I sold them for like 1 dollar each. And when i looked back one day, i saw that the was on 24 dollars at the all time high....

I think all the coins are good, but that makes us upset because of the wrong decision when buying or selling the coin.

I always regret selling my cryptocoin. I strongly believe in crypto, so why selling them when they are going to be worth much more in the future? I rather prefer using fiat currency for making payment and holding crypto coin/token switching among them (buying and selling).

When I sell a coin for another one, If I had made a profit, I've no point of regretting it, because I already enjoyed my profit.

Market conditions are very difficult to predict and the easiest thing to do is just wait and holding.

Of course, it is not worth much to suffer from the fall of the course. You need to buy more, if you understand that the coin and the project have a positive place in the market.

You are same with me, when it was before the end of 2017 I sold Ripple at a price of less than $1 because the price movement of Ripple I think is still slow. But after a few months I sold Ripple prices up to $3 that time I am very regret to sell it. That's right, some of the news I read about Ripple now has a lot of work with banks, and makes investors switch to other altcoins. And now we can see the effect of the news, the price of Ripple back down to less than $ 1 although many I read good news coming.

As for me, I personally am trying to hold more, than sell, becouse if I see a potential in a project it means that token probably would grow in price

I bought again at $0,15 but i had to sold at $0,17, almost all tokens followed the same pattern during the last December

I have never had any regret whatsoever selling any coin. Whenever i want to sell a coin, i always ensure that i am in profit before selling. Although, it might not be a huge profit. There have been instances where i sold at huge profit, atleast to me satisfaction, because i believe there will still be another. I am always contented with the little i make.

The coin i regret selling was zcashgold. Although i had the coins from an airdrop, i waited and waited but the price was very down. The coins in my posession was worth just $36.So i decided to sell it. But to my surprise, the same coins that i solded for just $36 was worth $1325.76 in the following two months.I nearly grew mad.

Regret leads to nothing; even knowing your previous mistakes in our sphere can't fully protect you from further mistakes in trading, crypto is way too voltile and unpredictable.

Talking about the past price of coins would put you in deep regret , just let it go and moving on.

That will be ethereum coin, the price of eth coins is just $200 dollar before and there's no one interested on investing in it but as you look today, the price of ethereum is increasing up to 1k dollar so those who sell it earlier will really regret today.

It's easy to regret when you didn't get anything in return for selling your coins. And for most people, most likely, they regret what they did, especially now that the market is going green and many assets have been gaining considerable value ever since the market started moving forward. However, if you feel even if you sold to breakeven and to mitigate losses you incurred, then that's still a win for me because, at least, you didn't have to endure too much losses like other people. But again, in this market, patience is always key.

Last time I'm remember, at the middle of 2017 I sold out 56k amount of coins called " Yajucoin " that I got from airdrop at 250 sat per coin on exchanger. 3 days later I cannot believe this coin price's boosted up to 10x and its worth for 2500 sat per coin on this day. This is the biggest regret I have experienced on my life...  :'(

Ripple (xrp) is one of the crypto currencies I regret selling early. Although I got in quite earlier than most (October 2017), I sold at a pitiful 3x before the big run up at the end of the year. Oh, if only I could turn back the hands of time.

I have no regrets and I hope I never have, because I am not a person who sells their cryptocurrencies after a few weeks from their purchase, I prefer to increase their value and sell them in the future only if they reach a price that I consider appropriate. I regret I sold ETH, so now I hold.

I bought BEEFY tokens in Bank4YOU ICO. They have already list token BEEFY on exchange Mercatox and IDEX. Now I HOLD, because I think that project is very perspective and I will gain a good profit!

I also experience that one, For aiming money automatic. I sell my ETH and realizing that the price back to its position. Actually that time I don't have a choice I need cash. But regret is always at the end..

The coin I regret selling early is the bitcoin. Bitcoin price was steadily going up at that time and I decide to wait further hoping that it can go higher. Until the time came that it's going down again. I wish I sold it right away and earned more.

One of the mistakes i ever made was selling a particular coin on DEX. I did not study the project properly well to know the prospects it has. I sold too early before it was officially listed. Hydro is the coin that I really regret I sold it at very low price in the market without knowing that it is very valuable and high potential coin. I almost cry knowing the very high price it goes. I sold it at 2 sats but after two weeks it runs to 170 sats. I almost cry because I have 222,222 coins and if I have waited for this time that it reached 170 sats I can earned a lot of money.
