Cryptsy has "disappeared" deposits and withdrawals for me in the last 48 hours.  They don't show as pending or in my balance.  What should I do?

Pray to the cryptogods.

Same here. SXC deposits no longer showing up. LTC withdrawals not coming through.

I think BigVern is atm on the last leg of his scam. Say bye to your coins.

I get negative deposits! How can that be?? I just lost about half my earnings! Did anyone get this issue resolved?

If the transactions are in your Trade History just open a ticket and copy-paste all you can in information. Had it happen to me and they gave me back what I lost in like a day.

Don't know what to do otherwise.

I just withdrew some bitcoins from cryptsy - no issue whatsoever. I hope losing coins is just a rare occurrence.

I'd say it's not. I hear all these horror stories on the forum, try to withdraw some coins myself, and what do you know? No withdrawal. Confirmation through email went through fine, but it's not showing up in my wallet, and it's also no longer in my account.

Same here, you should be able to see it in Balances > Show all Withdrawals

When did you do that?
Cause there are a lot of people who have experienced this problem just today.

Cryptsy is an absolute mess at the moment, worse than ever before

still waiting for withdrawals ... also mnc-deposit of 7 days ago never made it and support is not responding.

ah jeah, negative balances ... seen a lot of them. I just pray my last withdrawal makes it out.

latest note from BigVern is that he's running an audit on all accounts - maybe that delayed withdrawals?

Btw, by no issue I meant I received the email to approve the transfer. Since then I actually have seen no transfers into my other account. So sadly it looks like I'm stalled out also :(

I've made 2 deposits in the last couple days, neither of them have shown up.

got a deposit and a withdraw that hasn't gone through.

We added a self audit feature which can be used every 30 minutes it will fix the hung cancellations. Sorry for the delays guys.

Can you comment on stalled withdrawals? I have had most of my funds tied up all day on account of this.

I did the cancel new order to fix my issue, but how do we cancel tickets when issues resolve?

My withdrawal seems to still be stalled. Any news on when these will proceed?

If you have a freshdesk account you can login and close it. If you don't reply to it saying its resolved.

Withdraws are piled up but going out now expect to see yours soon.

i think it is better to disclose info before you update some features, so uesrs will not so worry about some unexpected things. :)

Well i've gotten one withdrawal on LTC through, but am still missing 3000-or-so SXC deposited. Even generated a new address, but it's not coming through.

my withdrawal has been over 21 hours now :( not good.

was told to wait 60 minutes but still nothing has come through. ticket no #36501.

hope this gets resolved, i really liked using cryptsy up until this happened.

Hi, this happen to me too when i cancelled an order and my deposit was not refunded but i got it back under 1 hour.
Step 1, Sign to your home account.
Step 2, Scroll down to the last line of their website.
Step 3, Click support.
Step 4, Open a new ticket.
Step 5, Tell then about your problem.
Step ^, Give your ticket high priority.
You will get response as fast as possible usually under 30 mins.

As of this morning all of my Cryptsy issues are solved.  Thank you Cryptsy.

It looks like all my withdrawals went through, and I'm having no issues withdrawing my BTC :). Kudos to the Cryptsy guys for great support. It must be crazy hard building an exchange with so many users.

I deposited 80k NET almost 3 days ago, I waited for 6 hours to create a trouble ticket, 2 1/2 days later still no word from support. 

Now I get 6 ticket resolved notifications for problems I've never submitted, instead of things getting better their support is getting more inept each day. My issues had been getting resolved in 24 hours The last week it's taking longer and longer. I guess I'm gonna have to create a twitter account so I can spam Big Vern until this gets resolved? I'm not sure what else to do.  My patience is starting to wear thin.

My ColossusCoin Withdrawals has been confirmed but I never received the coins and my Wallet is synched and Wallet-to-Wallet deposit went well. But Cryptsy doesn't care at all and my ticket is stil unanswered, they prefere adding new Altcoins every day.

Don't withdraw COL coin from cryptsy because you will never get this coins. Cryptsy give you a fake TRXID and  that's it. If you open a ticket, after 10 days you will receive an email with "PROBLEM IS SOLVED". Attention, Cryptsy has no more human support, he close your tikets (without response) automatically.
I lost more than $1550 with COL coin what cryptsy has never send me.
Cryptsy's COL blockchain is a crap but he think that we are all idiots and don't even try to resolve the problem.

Wow, amazing... SXC incoming deposits are piling up too? Because my deposits get lost 4 days ago and still lost. Maybe your fucking personal wallets are piling up too, who knows.  >:(

ummm I don't have a negative balance I have missing deposits, and lost coins I bought x several now, more I use the more I lose, then self audit and lose more :(


come on cryptsy there is enough people with issue's to know its all stuffed, close down, fix ALL issues before you create more trouble and lose all customers.

and the tweets are like denial there is sooo many problems/
