Cryptsy made coins disappear -- what should I do?

I did the cancel new order to fix my issue, but how do we cancel tickets when issues resolve?

If you have a freshdesk account you can login and close it. If you don't reply to it saying its resolved.

i think it is better to disclose info before you update some features, so uesrs will not so worry about some unexpected things.

Well i've gotten one withdrawal on LTC through, but am still missing 3000-or-so SXC deposited. Even generated a new address, but it's not coming through.

was told to wait 60 minutes but still nothing has come through. ticket no #36501.

hope this gets resolved, i really liked using cryptsy up until this happened.

Hi, this happen to me too when i cancelled an order and my deposit was not refunded but i got it back under 1 hour.
Step 1, Sign to your home account.
Step 2, Scroll down to the last line of their website.
Step 3, Click support.
Step 4, Open a new ticket.
Step 5, Tell then about your problem.
Step ^, Give your ticket high priority.
You will get response as fast as possible usually under 30 mins.

It looks like all my withdrawals went through, and I'm having no issues withdrawing my BTC . Kudos to the Cryptsy guys for great support. It must be crazy hard building an exchange with so many users.

I deposited 80k NET almost 3 days ago, I waited for 6 hours to create a trouble ticket, 2 1/2 days later still no word from support.

Now I get 6 ticket resolved notifications for problems I've never submitted, instead of things getting better their support is getting more inept each day. My issues had been getting resolved in 24 hours The last week it's taking longer and longer. I guess I'm gonna have to create a twitter account so I can spam Big Vern until this gets resolved? I'm not sure what else to do.  My patience is starting to wear thin.

My ColossusCoin Withdrawals has been confirmed but I never received the coins and my Wallet is synched and Wallet-to-Wallet deposit went well. But Cryptsy doesn't care at all and my ticket is stil unanswered, they prefere adding new Altcoins every day.

Don't withdraw COL coin from cryptsy because you will never get this coins. Cryptsy give you a fake TRXID and  that's it. If you open a ticket, after 10 days you will receive an email with "PROBLEM IS SOLVED". Attention, Cryptsy has no more human support, he close your tikets (without response) automatically.
I lost more than $1550 with COL coin what cryptsy has never send me.
Cryptsy's COL blockchain is a crap but he think that we are all idiots and don't even try to resolve the problem.

Wow, amazing... SXC incoming deposits are piling up too? Because my deposits get lost 4 days ago and still lost. Maybe your fucking personal wallets are piling up too, who knows.

ummm I don't have a negative balance I have missing deposits, and lost coins I bought x several now, more I use the more I lose, then self audit and lose more


come on cryptsy there is enough people with issue's to know its all stuffed, close down, fix ALL issues before you create more trouble and lose all customers.

and the tweets are like denial there is sooo many problems/
