I see there's a monthly fee of 0.25 EUR. I didn't see any other cards with those kinds of fee, are you sure ?
If I register the card online, can I edit a document with the IBAN informations and my name ? (some exchanges require these kind of documents)

It seems you're dodging the point, I asked if you activate the cards and you replied that they are preloaded.
If you're activating the cards, loading 2 USD and then selling I see a possible security issue.


So: are the cards preloaded by the issuer (bank or so) or are you buying them empty, activating them, preloading 2 USD and then selling them?

Also, who's the card issuer?

I have a problem with a prepaid mbank (BRE bank) card
it seems I can't withdraw from ATM machine, thought Card status is "Active" have any hint?
The card was new (inactive till first balance loaded) now says "active" and show balance but can't withdraw :(
The cards received a quite big bank wire

problem solved!
solution can be helpfull for your customer: although the card was EUR currency and reports 150 EUR daily limit at ATM machine I was suggested to lower amount, because the "internal" card currency is polish ZL. I tried 140 and worked!!

I thought I should lower amount to about 120 EUR because dzienny limit transakcji gotówkowych 500 zł but 140 worked well

I have a problem
My evisa card have pln currency, and I have a problem with cashout form atm.

three days ago I picked up 100€ from the atm,
now at   https://companynet.mbank.pl/mt/fragments/prepaid/prepaidLogin.jsp?lang=en   says: BLOKADA: WYPŁATA GOTÓWKI W BANKOMACIE ZA GRANICĄ but however I received my money...

now I have 100€ more to cashout, but the atm says: impossible to carry out the operation, the daily limit has been exceeded   ??? 

any suggestions ??

This seller hasn't log in for more than 1 year. Besides, Mbank/Bre bank are scammers, that block cards of foreigner clients and steal their money. There are several threads about that.
