Is it a real card usable in stores and with ATMs or has it says on the card image for "electronic use only".
Is it a Visa or a Visa Electron ?

Can I:
1. Send funds from my US bank account straight into the card's bank account?
2. Link the card with a US Paypal?

1- yes 2- not sure , probably not 3- add it to a bitcoin exchanger account like bitstamp and withdraw to the iban |

visa Just to make sure, it's not written Electron under the Visa logo :  I see there's a monthly fee of 0.25 EUR. I didn't see any other cards with those kinds of fee, are you sure ? If I register the card online, can I edit a document with the IBAN informations and my name ? (some exchanges require these kind of documents) |

i can provide swiss card with high limit, but ID scans is required price 50 eur you have not to send me your id scans, you have to send it to the bank directly no other docs are required |

right, my cards are preloaded It seems you're dodging the point, I asked if you activate the cards and you replied that they are preloaded. If you're activating the cards, loading 2 USD and then selling I see a possible security issue. So: are the cards preloaded by the issuer (bank or so) or are you buying them empty, activating them, preloading 2 USD and then selling them? Also, who's the card issuer? |
