I bought mine fairly late at about $213 on Gox ..... just curious about others .. im sure many here would have bought much much lower.

sounds like heaven ... but nowadays btc mining is too expensive ... when did you mine ? coz if you mined earlier then sure as hell it must have been awesome.

I canme to know about it around the same time but then dismissed BTC as just another internet scam. It was only several months and some research later that I actually got into it. You really got it cheap man!

Haha it took me 3 days to get that 0.001. i was using both cpu and gpu of iMac to get that. At that time 0.001 btc was about 5 INR so i obviously stopped.

I bought 10 for $80

bought at the time of the highest price it reached ever..but about 0.01

0.01 is a good amount you decided on to taste the waters..! how much it cost you at that point of time..?

Buying GHS cost me quite a bit on CEX, so considering the costs involved, my first BTC cost me $400 to generate :( . Not as lucky as some of the folks on here, but looking at the exchange rate today, i am more than happy! :)

And yes..... i will not be selling my first BTC!

I bought first btc @ 430 USD per BTC just 2 month before, I knew about BTC last 3-4 years but did not had courage to buy, but atlast now I tried and its giving good extra part time earning.

I've never bought any bitcoins. I am just living up with the signature campaigns, but yes I have a friend who bought 10Bitcoins when they were around 2dollar/btc ;D

I had put Rs 10k in, and after conversations it became something like $146. Bought 1.9 BTC with it.

I think mostly many of them would have sold and got the profits. But again depends if its very few numbers they may hold it considering future rise which dint came till date.

What was the reason for buying the account rather than creating a new profile and building it?

It takes time to build an account and achieve high rank.But I would like to know what rank account he bought at such a high price because in November last year he must have gotten more than 0.6 btc for 15,000 inr

i bought bitcoin for 1000rs not for 1btc.

i bought at rate of rs.15000. Dont remember the amount though.

I never bought any bitcoins. But I remember my first deal when I get 1 BTC payment for my work. At that time means at the end of 2015. Price for BTC was just $460.

When i bought my first btc the price of bitcoin at that time was around 200-220 USD .i buyed that from Igot.com which is pretty much dead exchange right now and its not recommended but ya that was my first time and i bought around 0.04 for the first time

I bought a bit more lower cost i bought when it was around 170$ for the first time and i bought around 0.1 btc . So approximate 1100INR i bought 0.1 btc to invest them in a cloudmining site and that scammed just after i invested there :-\

You would have used Linux at that time ,it would have greatly benefited you.and what were u doing with gpu ?

First time was at 12 usd for 1 btc... but that was really long back, I had exchanged some gift cards for bitcoins at the time

Haven't brought but looking forward to it.i  got my bitcoin (.01) as mean of price when i won in quiz.but it is profitable if i buy alt coin with good profit rate in future.
