I received the list of Tracking Numbers for the order# up to #323. Items promised to ship by January 21st were shipped ON TIME. Many of them received it already and a chunk of them shucked in India due to the mechanical problems with the UPS flight. But like a lot of new Avalon clones....the Chinese firms rushing to market are figuring it out as they go and some have not faired so well. My impression was I was renting it for 2 months, which seemed attractive so I rushed on the deal assuming it was very limited. Not trying to shit on you and I'm not selling anything, just hoping you can return my payment and understand this was an honest mistake. I've done several group buys through others for hardware but never dabbled in hosting offsite, hence my lack of understanding on the checkout process. I thought of the following: if you know which orders have been sent for sure, but you just don't know the tracking number yet, maybe you can mark them as 'shipped' instead of 'processing' on your website? My 1st order has been delivered a long time ago, but it's still showing as 'processing' Personally I was getting mad because I thought it still wasn't shipped yet, and as I didn't know about the delay, airplane problems of UPS, and the 1st order delivery was only 2 days (now it's over 4 days and it's still in transit somewhere). I received the list of Tracking Numbers for the order# up to #323. Items promised to ship by January 21st were shipped ON TIME. Many of them received it already and a chunk of them shucked in India due to the mechanical problems with the UPS flight. Currently I'm getting some up to 50 e-mails from the same customers every few minutes asking the status. It's slowing me down waaaaaaaayy to much to answer e-mail and PM and Skype. Today is 25th and some are still in 24th zone, but the latest UPS Update is still showing the 23rd due to the airplane issues. Code: Scheduled Delivery Updated To: Manufacture is shipping out the items as promised and as I listed on Page 1 in the descriptions, tracking number will take time before I can get them. I'm issuing out the tracking numbers from January 21st shipping date. (More than likely you will receive the package before you get the tracking numbers) So, for now, I'm skipping many of the tracking number request e-mails or shipping date confirmation request e-mails to speed up issuing the tracking numbers that I received and if any legit concerns you may have with the technical supports and warranty related issues including the damaged boxes from UPS delivery... If that may help, you may have seen that I have order 292 and went nuts because I didn't get my tracking number before Friday late at night. I thought that it wasn't sent on January 21 as promised, but actually it was, and the reasons of delays are clearly due to UPS. And for what it's worth, I have a MyUPS account but it never showed up in it, my understanding is that this feature is not available worldwide (don't know if you are US based or not, I am not). I have also noticed that Sushi seems overwhelmed with requests and PM, but so far he never failed to do his part of the job 100% correctly until proven otherwise, so let's trust him! It might just be running to hot. The hashrate seems to start going down when they get more hw errors then accepted shares. Probably lowers the life span as well. Has anyone used the wireless on this device and is it stable? H@shKraker I ran 2 off of wireless for about a month before hooking them up to a wired connection. It works, but will lose connection for time to time, without an obvious reason. Sometimes it would good 2 weeks without issue and others it would disconnect every few minutes without being babysat for a restart. I'd still recommend using wired for long term but the wireless is good enough to use it in a pinch. I would NOT try it if you live in a wireless heavy area like an apartment complex, my area is fairly wireless free and a still had some problems. EDIT: The miners were downstairs and across the house from my router which was upstairs, the signal strength on the miners was decent still. Naturally wireless just isn't as stable. With the unit unplugged a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab will easily remove the excess thermal compound. No noticeable impact to how well the machine works. I have an unboxing youtube video (posted in the custom hardware section) where I stopped in the middle of the video because I had the same thing that you have. It was very easy to wipe off. Just do it carefully. I used a lot tissues and for the corners of those screws, i used cotton swab tips with rotating motion. Not bad at all, and I was being careful not to put too much pressure on the circuits or scratch them. Even after all of that, it's worth it as the latest Ant S1 is giving me 2 GH/s faster performance than my older Ant S1 (from GB5) that didn't have thermal pastes, both OC'ed. Had a few problems getting it to connect up so had to press the reset button to restore to factory then also had to update firmware as wasn't hashing. However all working in perfect order so far. I wanted to change the ip and set the WAN instead of LAN and had to find the tiny teeny reset button and redo the settings. no issues with the second unit. I over locked one and let the other stock for now. is a lot easier to use Winscp instead of terminal to make the edits. Good service for Sushi, fast and in perfect contdition.

Just received my unit yesterday. Many thanks. As for tracking numbers not showing up, it seems UPS has their heads in their collective asses. According to UPS MyChoice they *HAD* the data since the 23rd on my order from the factory in China *BUT* decided to NOT update the MyChoice or MyUPS customer display of said data until yesterday when the unit was on its way to my delivery location. I am now of the opinion that A) the factory correctly provided the manifest data to UPS on the 23rd (my unit delivered yesterday), that B) Sushi / the factory tried his/their best to use a reputable shipper and the C) said shipper is having a hard time discerning the difference between its elbow and it's forehead while using a flashlight and a map. In any case, props to Sushi for his great efforts. My miners turned up Monday :-) I sent a pm but one of the fans is quite noisy(I'm also getting HW errors 205 over a 1 day period) I'm not sure if you have any recommendations, at first it wouldn't spin, now it does I think possibly the bearings are a bit funny, not sure if you are able to send a new fan or possibly on my next order. There are two types of thermal paste or grease, electrically non-conductive thermal grease that includes silicone and zinc or electrically conductive that includes silver, copper, and aluminium. I doubt they were running them in very good conditions. They are both used units, no just tested for a few hours but I guess they are used for hashing for almost a month. Production date is January 4th 2014. Grey thermal paste leaking from screws over the PCB and dust and dirt on/in the Fans. Not just a bit of loose dust: sticky dust you can't easily remove. So Sushi and/or Bitmain, please be so honest to mention this on your sale topic or on your website, that you sell and ship USED units. http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2831/12242230563_2763834925.jpg I cleaned the PCBs and the fans. Although they are used, they hash on 180GH/s without a problem, temp 46 degrees Celcius, not to much noise from the unit. Can't complain about that. I doubt they were running them in very good conditions. Sushi contacted me and garanteed the device are new and not used. I asked him how to explain the dirt on the fans, it would be weird the manufacturer mounted used fans just to save some money, new fans are not that expensive. Waiting for his answer about that. Anyway, I think it's very decent of Sushi to contact me after my reply on this topic, a big + on communication for him. For me this means Sushi cares about his customers, products and business. Sushi contacted me, my units where shipped directly from bitmaine. If I wanted I could get RMA and refund, but I do not want that because the Antminer S1 is a great product.
