Title: Most basic simple question on the Satoshi client Post by: manicminer on January 25, 2014, 04:02:26 PM Seems there is no separate section for Satoshi client as for other clients, strangely.
The operation thread is too technical for my level As much as I like Electrum for altcoins I have nothing but Satoshi. Question: If I do not wish to be too fancy with brainwallets, etc. at basic operation all I need to back up is the current state of the wallet.dat file, and that's it? So, I sent or received a payment, client sync with the network, green check mark appears and that's it? Quickstart guide and more than enough guide.
