But when I studied and tried to do, I found it to be almost impossible to execute a successful arbitrage. Unfortunately I gave up and failed in this business. The difficulties were, - time - exchange fees - small capital doesn't work - low or zero buy order at the second exchange So I would like to ask some questions, - How much capital (minimum) do you recommend to start arbitrage business? - How do you or your platform solve the buy order issue in second exchange? According to your example, if you dump 1,679.94196 COV then you will reach your buy price and you will be hodling 717,744 COV. So in my sense it does not create an arbitrage opportunity with 1000eth. But it may have created an opportunity of 2.33eth and a profit of 3%. I'm not sure how much profit you will have at the end after Kucoin deducts their withdrawal fee for eth. I would like to learn more about crypto arbitrage. Review: The site does exactly what it is supposed to, it could do with being a little more real time, and by that i mean, as i was clearing out the buy orders it was telling me to buy it was taking an age to refresh and remove the price I had purchased at, unless you F5'ed the page but then that meant you needed to re input your exchange partners etc . Other than that I thought the page was well designed and you have lots of choices you can make such as trading pairs, trading exchanges, and the wallet On/Off switch was handy. As I stated earlier in this thread I was putting £150 across a few exchanges, and was doing ok with a profit of £18.45 until topia fucked it all up by jamming a withdraw of CL even 12 hours latter its still stuck on processing, but this of course is not a problem caused by this scanner. So over 10% profit on 12 hours work is good but its a fair bit of work needed and indeed some luck, as several times the length of time it took to move one coin from buy exchange to sell exchange took too long and someone had beaten me to it, but I was still able to sell at break even or a tiny loss. All in all for what this guy wants for access to his site i would say its worth it but only if you have a budget of £100+ and some luck on your side. Why does it show negative trades? - We gather data from exchanges in 2 parts/moments first we gather prices to show you guys price differences in main screen where you see all arbitrage opportunities, but here we gather this data once for 30 seconds - 1 minute sometimes if there are lags in communication with exchanges it can take little more. Next time when we gather data is when you press DETAILS button. When you press the button in the same moment we asking exchange about all data once again so. So after you press DETAILS button you see the newest data, there can be situation like on yours picture, this is when situation on exchange has changed and there is no arbitrage opportunity any more on this pair. would be interested to see theses 2 ones maybe ;) a great improvement of your tool could be a better maths with market depth and fees instead of basic calculator and "do it yourself" often I see some really tiny ask or bid and this is shown as profit percentage . In fact 99% of the trade would occur at a lower one and benefit would be destroyed by fees and transfer. You execute all trades manually and i agree that without tool like Arbitool execute triangular arbitrage is very, very hard, with ArbiTool it's not a big deal because you know what where and for how much. Arbitrage still require to be careful to maintenance wallets, pump and dumps events, tokens having same ticker but beeing different tokens, chains upgrade with old and new tokens Be cautious with trades, dont try risky moves, invest a small part of your bag in each trade, never risk everything Doing arbitrage, you would always lose some moves because trades would have been filled before transfer. I feel that even if you have some experience, you would still lose money on 20% of trades. Between simple and triangular arbitrage there is so little difference, triangular just need more transfers, more trade and more calculations and because of this if you have no experience it's very easy for some mistake and mistake = losing money. So if you gain experience in simple arbitrage you shouldn't have problem with triangular. But if you don't have experience with simple arbitrage i think it's not good idea to start from triangular.
Because our triangular arbitrage is in beta :) I can give a slight leak that we are making a brand new arbitrage platform where there will be no such thing as transfer time :) trading between exchanges will be rapid. It's very good that you defined what bot is but you wrote only about bots made by you for you. Most of people don't have codding skills and they use 3rd party bots, and this is risky in my opinion. If you have skills to make own bot then it's OK, no one can take your money by exit scam, no one will scam you, but if you make some mistake then you have big chances to lose money but it is just your mistake. So i have nothing to software made by people for their private usage. But i think it's very, very risky to use 3rd party bots! Especially those web applications. We are not making bot, everything will be manual there and maybe i used wrong word. Our transfers will be made AFTER the trade. I noticed that since 10 to 15 days, Arbitool does not seem to work very well. Maybe just a feeling, but as it seems to begin with Triangular tests, I was wondering if there could be some effect on classic arbitrage (too much CPU used or something like that) Very very low number of opportunities shown with same filters I have always been using. So mostly people spread funds on many exchanges and most of the funds don't "work" because they wait. We want start service that is secure for investors and will solve this problem. Traders will be able to borrow money after they make deposit to our system. For example they will deposit 1 BTC and then they will get up to 1 BTC on each supported exchange. But the access to this funds will be limited, those funds will be on our accounts and traders will trade them on our platform so they will have no way to withdraw them on their own accounts, all they will be able to do to is execute the trades BUY,Make Trasfer(from our account to our account), SELL. If trader will make profit it will be added to his account, if transaction will be not success then loses will be taken from his deposit. Trader can't make transaction that is higher than his deposit so if he have 1BTC in deposit he can make trades up to 1BTC. in this way investors funds are secure and all risks are on trader side. From each trade trader pay fees and some % from what he made if trade was success, this is spited between investor and our company. This platform will be new trading platform traders will be trading not on their accounts but on our accounts but with very limited access in way that all sides will be secure.
