Rig EZ6 doesn't report hashrate back to Leaserig correctly, but your hashrate will be safe at the pool.

No fear

EZ5 (Scrypt 2.85 MH/s) offline and has been for a bit based on my stat tracking on the pools used, and is unresponsive/off on leaserig as well.

I've requested contact via skype with the provder.  Please PM me tx id's and leased rig names the account will get disabled if I do not receive a response.  Everybody sleeps though so benefit of the doubt.

EDIT: Great response from the provider, and yes as stated above Everybody sleeps and sometimes the rigs break while we are asleep :)

Only a 40 minute extension when things were down for hours?

Can you check the extension history? I think you missed the first extension
I extended your rental twice, the first one is 150 mins for about 140 mins of downtime. second extension is 40 mins for about 20 mins of downtime.

Got your message. Sorry for the trouble.
I will go fix the problem and add more hash power to compensate (so you get the same amount of hash you paid for) . You should see it fixed in about 25 mins.

Thanks

Good rental. Next time maybe I'll pay better attention to feedback threads, but it worked out.

Dear renters

The power company is doing a unscheduled check up at the nearby transmission station. Everything will be back online in a hour or so. I will add 120% of downtime to the rental. Sorry for the trouble and thanks for your understanding.

One of the rigs you hired went down for a few hours. Can you give me your pool info? I will use another rig to hash for you to make up the lost.

Thanks,

Ed

Perfect rig with slightly better than advertised speeds, 0% downtime over my whole 12 hour rental, even when leaserig where updating the site and had it in maintainence mode, this machine kept on hashing. Just waiting on the next CINNI spike in price and this has made me about 5x my origianal investment. Would recommend this user and his rigs to anyone looking.

Rented EZ4 for few hours, speed was slightly higher than advertised.
+ for being compatible with nicehash.
slightly higher rejected than other rigs I've rented, but nothing serious (5%). There was some pool switching not made by me, dunno what was that. Probably setting better-ish share diff because owner thought so  ???

9/10

Would rent again  :)

I got over 10% reject rate, otherwise it was working well. The reject rate seems a bit too high though, at least compared to my own rigs running at the same time, in the same pool. Tried to PM to have a look at it, but maybe he couldn't answer at that time. Anyway, it's hashing slightly faster that specced, so I guess in the end I got more or less what I paid for.

Hi there, I was sleeping when you sent the PM, 10% reject is rare, which pool did you use?

This provider has amazing rigs and more importantly top class customer service, had a problem on my lease for a while today due to the Leaserig Proxy, switched pools for a little to once that was more Leaserig Proxy friendly while trying to get in contact with EZ to work out what was happening as not to lose time, on that pool the rig worked at full power with a very low % rejects.

After he contacted me back (very quickly and politely i musts say) i explained the problem that where being had and he checked it out instantly, once he got back and explained the problems with the Leaserig Proxy and my pool, he then continued to give me a various amount of options on how we could continue. He tried a method to bypass the proxy and mine to the pool direct, then came back very honestly saying that there was still connection problems to the pool and the lease would not be profitable.

So after all that he offered a full refund adding that if the Leaserig refund would only be partial due to the time used already, he would refund the rest of the BTC used in the lease from his own personal wallet.

Now if you dont call that top grade service, you have some problem in your brain. This guy is 100% legit and a pleasure to do business with. Would rate him 10/10 in all aspects of his rigs and service, if you want to do business with a real professional and receive the best your money can buy then this is the place to do it.

Thanks a million to EZ Hashing will be back again hopefully with a more friendly pool.

Had two miners go off for a bit but beyond that they've been working pretty well otherwise

One strange thing is that the DRK pool on Ghash was reporting the hash rate appropriately but no shares were showing up on the miner status page.
