Yes. There're a lot of fud and negetive news going on which affects on the demand of bitcoin. Probably, this is reason that the price is in bearish position. However, the price will rise very soon nearby.

I think the price of bitcoin has been like this before it goes up and it goes down.  But of course people would always want the price to go up so once the price goes down we hear alot of ranting and negative reaction.  Come on people youve never learn. This is cryptocurrency its volatility will always make the price unstable so lets just enjoy this and be wise with our decisions.

There's been a whole lot of good news regarding btc this year and the price action has remained somewhat bearish 6 months into the year and at a slight negative thing happening we see massive drops like the recent one. The recent exchange hack shouldn't have caused such a drop across all cryptos because this was a small exchange used mainly by locals. So my take on the sudden fall is that there is serious price manipulation slowing things down across the market.

Ups and down are common fact, its totally depend on market value.

I am inclined to say that now there is a small correction in the bitcoin market and all altcoins in flat. Of course, the bad news made itself felt. I think that some of the major investors just brought their bitcoins to Fiat. This is a short period in which the market will play a little their positions. There are many reasons for the current fudd pf bitcoin. But I think the main reason is hack of a Japanese exchanger. The hacker took away tokens worth 40million. This is the biggest news of today's. There also some negative news of bitcoin that's why this sudden fall happened.

I don't know what exactly happening. But I think the price is falling because of recent Fud and Hack. Coinrail losses 40 million dollars in recent hack.

I think that what happened in this sudden bear market could be due to FUD, negativity from social media news and whale investors manipulation in the price. With this,  since btc is very volatile,  price had been affected tremendously.  But I still believe btc will recover in the coming months.

News from Vietnam is indeed not good for bitcoin. I think this affects the current price, because one of the prices can go up or down is from good or bad news about bitcoin.
I hope the news quickly sinks to the bottom of the sea, so that prices in the market can return to normal

Anything can be a reason for the fall of bitcoin, there is really no reason behind this but I think the sudden fall is because of people are panicking every time there is a negative news about it. This is just a short term fall or dump and expect a higher price this year because bull market will come again.

Don't make the situation much complicated by searching for a reason for this fall. This fluctuations are very natural and it will be recovred too very soon. Just be patient and stop spreading fuds.

Bitcoin always quickly recovered their target price. but some of new investors are afraid from price and sell their bitcoin and some of those peoples who sold their bitcoin on profit and want buy cheap in price bitcoin they spread FUD news about bitcoin just for their profit. but we all know bitcoin will give us highest profit in the end of this year we should just hold. and their are alot of Muslims brother who doing trade in bitcoin they sell their bitcoin for EID festival i think this is he reason behind falling the price.

Yes, because people want to see it go down. There are no regulatory bodies and a lot of news about governments criticisms. Also, whales have also realized many are entering into the market only to hit and run, so they intend manipulate the market for their own good. I cant imagine. crypto is really going down

Hell, dumping will not wipe out the trading history.  ::)  They might be scared that their accounts might be red flagged and the coins in those accounts being seized by the authorities. In most cases these people will just get a huge fine and they will just move to other platforms where these KYC/AML is not a requirement for trading.

Actually finding the reason for the price fall is a good thing because most of the people selling their coins just for the panic that price will fall more so if we can find the reason ehind this then people can be calm and start holding their coins,but me too don't know the actual reason but the price is still dumping gain maybe it will fall below $6000 soon. :'(

There is this hacking that happened with an exchange is South Korea though it has been mitigated but the FUD around it was enough to push the price down. It will reverse soon.

Actually, the reason is simple, there is lack of an interested buyer for Bitcoin, and the selling power is high. I'm started to think the $6K could be the bottom for Bitcoin since its a strong support.

The reason behind the sudden fall was the sudden back off of huge investors. We know that if there are demands then the price increase, less demand the price decrease.

Please guys stop repeating this crap. An small altcoin exchange that isn't even ibig in Korea, not to mention the world, was hacked and lost some altcoins. How was that supposed to create multi billion dollar panic on the BTC market?
The real reason behind the crash was the subpoena from US trading commision, issued to a number of exchanges to clear out the rumors of price manipulation and tether not being backed by USD 1:1. If Binance is printing tether out of thin air, we may all be in trouble.

The first thing that happened, is the hacking of the South Korean exchange known as Coinrail that resulted in the theft of $40 Million worth of cryptocurrency. This then resulted in the cryptocurrency markets losing approximately $20 Billion in a matter of hours from the Saturday levels of $340 Billion.

As far as I know bitcoin falling now because of the exchange of korea that was hacked if not wrong bithumb who got hacked and when it was recovered that I do not know. But my bitcoin prayer will go up later this year and hopefully no more bad news will cause bitcoin prices to fall again.

Maybe the big contributor of the price fall is panic selling of bitcoin holder. Due to this, it contributes a huge amount of supply in the market but the demand is not too high because of price fall. People are scared to invest money in bitcoin nowadays because of constant price fall. We are done with the correction phase and I believe that the fall was the part of the same process of correction. I am expecting the price to recover from the next month and we will see the positive momentum in the second half of this year resulting in a fresh all-time high level.

Honestly, I have no idea as to why bitcoin is falling massively but per my analysis, I think the low demand in bitcoin and also, the critics that bitcoin has received for some time now has caused the fall in bitcoin value.
