I came across this thread when I google online for Decentralized P2P Exchange. Looks like you have developed the product before the Token Sale. Do you have a Bounty Program? Where can I register for it?

Hi Stiveslash, the team profile is in the respective photos when you click them.
We have our ready product - a Decentralized P2P Exchange and we run like Remitano/Local Bitcoins plus the features of a centralized exchange which we list tokens from other projects. Besides that, we are facilitating crypto transactions by providing Escrow service just like Paypal for Crypto.

That said, with all the ready platform and working business, we dont see a need to prove our team or our ideas, as we have passed that stage.

Based on the comparison table with other platforms, the advantages of this platform with others lie in transaction fee and payment methods. With a lighter transaction fee that alone is an attraction of course. And the main goal of this project is to create the largest P2P Escrow service exchange by transaction beside others plans like expanding the token utility to Online Crypto Casino and e-commerce platform etc. A complete ecosystem like this surely makes this project deserve an attention.

To answer your question:
- With local payment methods (local bank transfer), the transaction will be almost instant and the cost of transfer is very minimal compared to other payment methods. How we achieve this is by way of wide market adoption through Bounty and Airdrops.
- Cheaper, faster refer to the above that I have just mentioned. Safer in the sense that our platform equips with various security measure on top of the Escrow Service with monitoring and verification of each transactions.
- Buyer pays absolutely nothing (ZERO FEE) to make a purchase. The fees are to be borne by the sellers and its very minimal (0.25% of the transaction amount if pay by CTP token, otherwise it will be 0.5% which is still cheaper than other platforms).
- Welcome you to create an account on www.cointroops.com, the only thing that is not available to use now is the Exchange Transaction which we will open when the token sale ends on the 1st Oct 2018.

As Cointroops Exchange is a ready product, hence our tokensale does not go through third party like others hence there is no need for a progress bar for tallying the numbers between the vendor and the user.

Besides that, no matter what the progress and whether the target amount is raised, we will continue to run according to run our exchange as we are self sufficient  in terms of revenues (from token listing, exchange fee, escrow service for all commercial activities - coming soon) to name a few.

As we are an exchange ourselves and are doing an IEO, which essentially means that the tokensale is carried out on our very own product (which is Cointroops Decentralized P2P Exchange), we do not engage third party for fund collection services hence there is no information on the fund shown to the public.

Furthermore, the product (Cointroops) has already completed, we are going to implement all the future ecosystem irregardless of how much we collected. There is no softcap (the minimum amount needs to collect in order to complete the product etc) as we have self funded the exchange project even before starting the tokensale. The tokensale is to help us to scale globally to benefit the crypto world which the lowest fee (we may even not make profit from the operation as we charge literally the lowest fee to get the exchange going). Hence the ecosystem is extended for example accepting listing of tokens on Cointroops, facilitating escrow services for all kinds of trades just like Paypal for Crypto and so on.

With our vision to retain users’ freedom and protect their privacy, we have to stay away from the spotlight of the policy makers and that is why we do not expose our team members on the official website. Nevertheless, we have self-funded the project up until where it is today — with a real working P2P Exchange.
 
The purpose of completing the platform first before token sale is to strengthen the belief of the public towards us for not showing our real team behind. We wish to be anonymous to avoid unnecessary trouble/threats bring forth by the government/regulations that will compromise what COINTROOPS do for the community, for example to submit the KYC details, IP addresses and transaction detials of our customers to the authority. Just like Satoshi Nakamoto — the inventor of Bitcoin remained anonymous up until today, it isn’t important to know his real identity, the most important thing is for him to provide the community something that is useful, something that is working, something that everyone needed, something that will bring value to the Crypto Sphere.

However, on the second month after the IEO, COINTROOPS has received multiple messages sent from some ICO Listing websites that COINTROOPS is listed on their websites, without any ratings just because COINTROOPS doesn’t include Team Profile on IEO website and they demanded to pay some 5–10 ETH to “unlock” the ratings and become 5 Star. We certainly doesn’t want to give in which helps these dirty tricks grow and on the other hand doesn’t want our project to be sabotaged, we took the decision to put fake photos just for the sake of not falling for these set ups.

We hope the above would explain why we remain anonymous, what we have done to protect ourselves from being a prey of ICO Listing websites. COINTROOPS P2P Cryptocurrency Exchange will continue to operate and to serve the crypto space with what we believe. We wish our supporters continue to support us. Product testing will be from 1st September 2018, with the launch date on 1st October the latest.

From the things I have read above, I am a little worried about a scam from this project. But the manager has verified that it will be fine. Of course I hope that will not happen, I should try to invest in this project for a good future for all participants.
