Title: What kind of price movement do you want for Bitcoin?
Post by: Kakmakr on June 19, 2018, 05:56:42 AM
Last year was one of my best trading years in Bitcoin and it was not because of the huge spike in the price towards the end of the year.

The price was steadily going upwards in small increments and I could buy low and sell high, almost on a weekly basis. Then something happened and the price went crazy and reached a ATH of +/- $19000.

I enjoyed the steady growth, because I could make small weekly profits. Now everything is upside down and with the same strategy I would be losing money on a weekly basis.  >:(

I was wondering what price movement would suit your investment strategy in Bitcoin the best?

I understand the economy and that something that was inflated like that, would have to go through a correction phase, but when will things go back to normal, so that we can start making small profits again?

There's a chance that with CBOE futures and bitcoin becoming more of a speculative investment with the introduction and greater support of leverage has altered crypto markets significantly and reduced the degree to which btc may be a long term store of value. Whether such effects may be permanent or not, who can say? As long as bitcoin's price appreciates over the long term, its good for me.

The "new" indicator for crypto trading could be looking at short versus long orders. Months ago when there was a hideous number of shorts bitcoin's price did decrease. That could be one key place to look as far as bitcoin's long term outlook goes.

I'd like the price to increase but not at a rapid rate like in 2017. I'd be happy if the price can move to maybe 10-12k this year and back towards 20k by the end of 2019. Really any extreme growth is just going to make the market toxic with a lot of uneducated money looking for quick riches.

It would be nice if Bitcoin will be on the rise once again. It will happen by the end of the year I suppose. Hopefully it would carry up altcoin stocks as well

I actually like every aspect of this market and don't want it to change any time soon.

If you throughout the years manage to increase your coin holdings on the way up, then there is nothing else that you can wish for. Every ending of a bull run means that I end up with more coins than before it started. I know that eventually the market will become more stable, but for the time being I want to enjoy it as much as I can.

We are part of something that will likely change the financial world, how can anyone not like to be part of this revolution?

I don't like the constant jumping of bitcoin prices. It may give me a profit in a few months, but then I lose it because the price goes down. I prefer a stable bitcoin with a tendency to small growth. This will scare away speculators and bitcoin will be what it wants to see most potential sellers of goods for bitcoins.

I think the question should be what is our investment strategy depends on the price movement of bitcoin. Obviously what others want is continuous uptrend but since it's impossible to have that kind of phase for long period, we should be the one who have to adjust and not bitcoin price movement will adjust for us.

Ups or downs, continous ups, continous downs, roller coaster price, price crash etc. different traders have different approach on this so we have to adjust our strategies based on the situation. Even if I will answer that uptrend is the best price movement to suit my investment strategy, no way I can stick to that as price fluctuates too much.

For me any price movement can be a profit. the key is to understanding what really happening with the market sentiment

I understand the economy and that something that was inflated like that, would have to go through a correction phase, but when will things go back to normal, so that we can start making small profits again?
In time bro in time  :)

It will be good for bitcoin if it will continue slowly going up,sometimes will down a little, then up again more than when it everytime will go down. Much more growing up than to down. That's the good movements of bitcoin in crypto market.

If I think I prefer big spikes every month, because then I think the price is stable .. it can be a good alternative for investment.

I think that during the year the cost should vary slightly - 10-15%, with a gradual increase, and once a year the price should exceed 100%. Without a doubt, this will be the monolithology of the exchanges, the big holders Bitcoin.

we like the same price movements . I also like the slight increase each week as long as it is stable. which continues to benefit us every week. but the market is now unfriendly, up slightly but down a lot, we must be patient to get maximum profit.

of course the slow and steady rise is superior to the fast and big rise which is sudden. because the slow rise is a solid rise that will stay no matter what but the fast one usually leads to a bubble which is unstable and won't last.

and it is not always about the profit, it is about the long term view of things. as bitcoin has more solid rises it forms a more solid support which is nearly impossible to dump into with manipulations that we are seeing these days.

When exactly the turn of the crypto-currency market will take place and the price movement will go up it is impossible to say, because it is influenced by a huge amount of factor. Try in the current situation, medium-term or long-term trade, now do not use day trading.

Small weekly increases would be nice especially for day trading and/or long term holding as long as there will be no downward spikes in the price of bitcoin. And it will be a better for of investment, a more secure asset that can also be used for platform utility in many projects.

As much as I'd like to see slow and steady increase, I think this is not possible with the current volume, because if Bitcoin would be consistently growing, more money would jump in, maybe even insitutional money, attracted by this safe returns, so we would immediately price jumps, and with them price drops every time Bitcoin will be overbought. So, I'll going to enjoy whatever we'll have a not worry about the price too much, and maybe even try to occasionally sell the tip and buy the dip.

To be honest, I would like to see the situation, what happened in November 2017 - January 2018. Since as holder/investors, I would like to get the biggest profit as faster as possible, and plus I'm always setting goals when to out, right now, I'm waiting at 10,000$ to cash out 50% of my coins and 25% move in alts.

Surely everyone is the same, when they will buy bitcoin, wanting a low price, and vice versa, if they will sell, will want a very high price.

I think bitcoin should return to return to 23k  so that those who invested at that amount will not lose so much money. Because at the current price ,is so much loss to them and I believe it will kill their desire for cryptocurrency investments in the future.

I wouldn't mind some consistency in the price, but that's too much to ask for. In this market the only thing that seems to count is to have as many increases as possible -- people can't seem to get enough of them due to their greed. I did pretty well last year and still have fiat left to buy the market down, but I do realize that these opportunities don't happen very often, therefore I'm not expecting anything to happen this soon after what happened last year. The only events that could trigger another rally is either lightning network becoming way more user friendly, an ETF, or the run-up to the block halving.

With the experience you get your losses will be strong and of course, you have experience, with the existence of it then needed a strategy to be able to restore the state into your profits. Currently, the price is declining, not just bitcoin but altcoin is declining and this makes us wonder why it can go down? I think at this time is the right time if you make an investment for the end of this year, I am sure bitcoin prices will be stable again at the end of this year because some sources say by the end of this year bitcoin will reach $ 20000, of course, a lot of other people who will switch to bitcoin investment and this is the right time to restore the state of your failure to your advantage.

I'm fine with today's market. I am only doing long term planning and the best way to buy the average of the market is to dollar cost average every month with a fixed amount of money.

It's near impossible to lose that way. I am not in for the quick profits but look to build up wealth in a slower but more steady manner. It requires a lot patience, but it's definitely worth it.

People chasing quick profits mostly end up losing everything quickly. Some times people need to realize that the risks don't always outweigh the potential profits. Crypto is serious business, not a joke.

The sooner people realize that losing isn't fun the sooner they will stop with all that altcoin nonsense.

To be honest, I personally cannot say as to which I really want because even if I would choose, I wouldn't have the power to know when the prices would increase or not. So I think it is more better that all of it really happens because this makes cryptos more exciting for me and for most of the people.

It fits me the big monthly increases. I usually take out profits every month so I can be more careful of budgeting my pocket and be tight with it.

Weekly basis won't work for me, I can spend the whole week profit within the day so small weekly increases doesn't fit me because I can also spend the capital that I used to start by a weekly trade.

Large spikes everyday is quite abnormal and large spike each year can be suitable also to us who have some other things to work outside crypto.

For me i prefer that bircoin price is gradually increasing than a massive pump. Ideal market move was pumping everyday bad has some dump, balance market. I really dont want bull market just what like happen in 2017. Seems after those pump big dump will follow up. It must be better price is not rapidly increasing, just be slowly but surely

I don't know... I'm fairly new to the game. But for me, the best price movement for me is low opening and high closing every week. I can buy off at a monday and sell it off on a friday. But in the long run i would like to see BTC or any major coin be stable and less fluctuating. Because by then, it will be easily adopted by businesses.

That was a good thought, to have a low price at the start of the week and then higher price in the weekend. Profits will surely be gained from this but I think the market is not gonna be this way. People are busy on weekdays and their free time will only be on weekends so they are going to need money. They will likely sell on weekends therefore opposing what you want to happen in the price of bitcoin.

As for me, I will appreciate it if bitcoin price have slow fluctuations. I know that it will be profitable when the price had a pump but sometimes a sudden pump is followed by a long dump. It is much harder this way because selling feels like a regret so you will have to wait for the market price to rise.

Welcome to the "game" and I hope that you will find things in here that will help you to stay.

We can see that a sharp increase in the rate of bitcoin also leads to the same subsequent sharp drop in it. And such a fall is accompanied by its long stagnation. And this also negatively affects the entire crypto currency as a whole. Now the crypto currency has been lying almost half a year on the price day and we can only record our conditional loss in the value of our coins. Therefore, it would be much better for us, the crypto currency and its image if it grew in value with minor fluctuations. Large price fluctuations are also sometimes useful, however not so often and not as large as it was in December last year.

The best trading environment for both a long-term and short-term trading strategy and to increase adoption, is for Bitcoin to have a slow and steady increase in the price. Investors want to see their investment growing and new traders want to enter at any time and still make a healthy profit.

A lot of people says that the goal should be long-term, but 70.6% of the poll is asking for small weekly increases.  ;D

Every one is here are looking for the bitcoin importance and it's value so if the currency rises but with equal proportion then the growth will be good and if the abnormal growth occurred then for a time being the price will be good but it will not run inn the long run so i believe that if normal rise the more chances for the long term growth.

I'd rather have monthly spikes than weekly. At least after a month it will be a huge spike then a dip during the mid month to actually buy some more. Eitherway , if there is a movement in the price of crypto currencies, then there isba significant income in it. I just hope that by the end of the year, we will see another record breaking price.

I prefer A) small weekly increase, because this kind of movement is more stable than the others making it the best choice (I think so). C and D sounds good but could be a disatrous one, remember what happened last December? It's just like that. Btc soar higher and higher that time and then suddenly collapse like a roller coaster which reach the peak of the rail and fall down rapidly. With this situation, you only have one shot to earn profits (lots of profits possibly) but if you missed then I'm so sorry you'll have to wait a lot of time before the trend recovers again ;D.

Well, we just have to admit that the constant jumping was what led to bitcoin becoming more of a speculative asset now.
I would not say it was not a good moment last year, most especially for traders since they were able to take the advantage of such move, but the truth is that it ended up not so well for new and inexperienced investors even though it was more like their fault of wanting to get rich overnight.

Any part of the market is good enough for me, since I still make profits anyway, just that downtrend sometimes takes a lot of caution when trading.

A large spike a year seems to me perfect one. Because a whole year is complete time period for lot of investors to get into the crypto and make their first move into the bitcoin. As they keep exploring more about it then they can make more investment into it and thus prices will always explode at the year end all the time. So this way we will see the largest spike over a year of period.
Doesn't matter if there is any small or big peaks coming within that wave, but the final wave should be the dazzling one!

Voted with the movement that the price stabilizes and goes through small increases weekly, this is the best movement for any kind of currency and will fit the best for BTC's movement, I strongly agree with having weekly increases instead of monthly big increases, there will be much more flow and much more progress in my opinion when the movement of the price goes continuously up like this in a span of 1 week or so.

Bitcoin is a ruling community platform so Everyone expectation is this will grow soon. But automatically all the altcoins are stabilize in the market so we need constant growth not a gradual increase. This year we will expect the last year hype that is more than enough to me.

Yes I agree and can relate to the fact that last year was a great year for trading Bitcoin because the price is steadily going up so that means I can make small profits weekly everytime the price is adjusted positively. I hope in the second quarter of this year, it can happen again because it could give us more profit if we just believe and trust Bitcoin.

A gradual increase followed by an increasing volume is the most ideal scenario for Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market in general for me as it will tell us that BTC is on a bullish market. We all know what happened when Bitcoin started to spike up last December, the price rally was fast and it ended up badly for some who didn't shorted and we are still experiencing the bear market right now. And when the time comes that Bitcoin will break out of this bearish trend I just hope that it is not one of those short term price rallies.

Well my strategy involves a decent amount of volatility because if we have small weekly increases then it doesn't entice investors or get them out of the market much. With high volatility however, the market fluctuates rapidly and there is a ton of opportunity to capitalize on. I am all about capitalizing on opportunities, the process of how I get there, I could care less about that.

I have voted for the "A large spike each year" because it almost reflects the behavior of Bitcoin as we know it, and I personally like it as it is. In fact I would have voted "A large spike when no one is expecting it" if there was such an option. The price movement of Bitcoin is unpredictable and I think that's a good thing. Everything which has life in it is unpredictable in this world. The life itself is unpredictable. And if we call Bitcoin a revolution, how can a revolution be predictable in the first place?

That is the reason why every traders in the market really loves its volatility because in that volatile way they can earn more profit and those new traders who are just starting up today are worrying about the prices because they only lack of knowledge and capability to trade at the right time.

I want a steady weekly increase in the price. I can imagine that it would be very difficult to convince someone to buy bitcoins

for the first time, if the price is going down every week. I can easily convince someone to buy bitcoins, if the price is going up

or if there are a long-term upward curve in the price over time. The short-term day traders will never enter Bitcoin now,

because they will lose money in this  environment.  ::)

Having seen bitcoin go up to almost $20k in last year and now dropping to a miserable price. I would prefer bitcoin makes a continuous steady increase with little dips and quick recovery. Also, if the price can get get above $10k and use that as a base of sustainability to increase in value.

Good that you made profit during that bullish run of Bitcoin last year. As we can see the market of Bitcoin, it would suddenly go down after a massive hike. So if I were to invest in it, when it starts to grow I would rather hodl than to buy and sell so that I will not have a deficit when it starts to go down.

Slow and steady rise. Bitcoin should be the most stable in terms of volatility, leave the volatility to the altcoins. Solid growth between 10 to 13 k by Christmas. Hopefully it will not go crazy again and have a massive correction again to the extent of last year.

I want little to volatility. That would make Bitcoin more legitimate for everyday use. I know people want to make money, but we need something stable.

If you want to make Bitcoin stable, that will require a lot of investors and whales to control the volatile movement of the price but that is really hard. You can't expect a decentralized crypto currency to be stable, yes a lot of people will be considering to use Bitcoin if that happens but it is not, I think Bitcoin is not a good currency but a good asset that will give you a good profit in time.

I'd like the price to increase but not at a rapid rate like in 2017. I'd be happy if the price can move to maybe 10-12k this year and back towards 20k by the end of 2019. Really any extreme growth is just going to make the market toxic with a lot of uneducated money looking for quick riches.
In as much as rapid increase can be good, it brings a wrong mentality into the market and with everyone having the idea of just wanting to get rich quickly from the fast movement in value, bitcoin becomes even more speculative than it is already right now. Steady growth is always the best and one that is sustainable for long and even though trends can always reverse, it helps a lot to build strong support and would not always be something falling rapidly.

I think bitcoin should return to return to 23k  so that those who invested at that amount will not lose so much money. Because at the current price ,is so much loss to them and I believe it will kill their desire for cryptocurrency investments in the future.

What kind of price movement do you want for Bitcoin? I would prefer the more stable price in the market. Once should remember that market is Volatile, anything can happened during the market trading dependent on the volume of investment put in by the investors, Bitcoin price value may goes up and goes down during the trading market, Let's look back on our market research, fundamentals, behavior of the business investors in the market. This are just few of the things that affects the market movement at any given time.we may have some individual opinion but should learn more about the crypto market movement on the treed.

For me I'd like to see the price increase as well but less volatility and fluctuation of price because it can cause people to panic . And i would like also if there's no long bear season ,which is after it nose dive to the lowest value it will bounce back again after weeks so that we  can make a good profits on it.

Well I can't say that I like bitcoin as just doing a uptrend all the time, I know that it would be a great help for all of us if that happens but we all knew that it won't happen, as we are also investing on it so what will really happen is that the price of it will definitely dumps every time pumping of price comes in.

That is almost a dream that will come true. Everybody will earn big money if that happens but I do not think that will happen because the current market has been a bit cold since February now and we can only hope for the good time and modifying our strategies with the changing market structure. In my opinion, we want a prices that rise consistently and stably thereby giving value to the investment.

I believe the more appropriate and applicable with this one is increase smaller weekly because this is the way how this coin treated all this year, and with the high cost of this coin, its not fair if this will grow big weekly and drops big on the other week

Remember how this one moves for more than 9 years, slowly but surely, its just last year when it is pumped and called a bubbles now we learnt that its been pushed by the whales to achieve that value

I want the price to improve constantly regardless of the more or less increase but increase trend will make the market go smoothly. In this way the mindset of those who are considering the Bitcoin odd towards economy will remove. Moreover the price predictions will be highly accurate in this way and people will invest without any delay. So, constant price has better impression.

Yes, i am a strong beliver but i cannot blame myself if there were time that i felt worried on what’s is going on. Why is it so hard for the market to recover this year? It it a normal correction still? That are questions that keep on running into my head.

For the current situation, the market charts, especially bitcoins with low value, go up a bit and then go down again and do not keep going up, I just hope bitcoin moves because last year went up drastically and kept up to the highest price and first time high prices took place.
but I am sure that by the end of the year or near the end of the year bitcoin there will definitely be an increase.

I think that a small gradual increase every week gives the best likelihood that Bitcoin doesn’t create a bubble and doesn’t crash. I know that we all want big increases but they are often followed by a big drop, so there’s really no benefit to it. I would like to see something close to a half percentage increase every week which over the course of a year is about 26%.

It's a safe path, slowly but surely.

Large spikes each year and little or no volatility are the best options because this shows stability, volatility causes insecurity and makes people dump once prices begin to fall. So a graph that shows stability is most welcomed.

I think It could be one of the prime places to look as far as long-term view of bitcoin goes.
It is possible that with CBOE and bitcoin futures becoming more of a speculative investment with greater recognition and support of leverage has significantly altered the crypto market and reduced the extent to which btc can be a long-term value. Whether the effect can be permanent or not, who can say? As long as bitcoin prices appreciate in the long run, it's good for me.
The "new" indicator for crypto trading can see short versus long orders. Last month when there was an awful amount of bitcoin prices the shorts were downhill.

I would really have preferred all the small weekly increases like we had it last year, but if wishes were horses, we know even beggars will ride.

Like you said, with the huge spike which was a speculative movement, the correction was imminent and with the futures contract, I feel it is affecting a whole lot of things as this is becoming more of a manipulated and speculated investment and until we start seeing bitcoin being used in real life for what it was meant for, we will keep seeing this bull shit.

The growth should be positive. This can on a small or larger scale. At times it can be stable and this wold be the right time to buy more coins. But this year it has been so long waiting for a positive node. So now everyone expects to see a big spike moving on track to reaching minimum of $40k in December 2018. This may look hard comparing to the current moment, but anything can happen with crypto currencies.

The price is being moved by the money of investors putting into the market so I confidently say that more investors the faster the price will move. The rapid growth of bitcoin in 2017 has given great earnings for the long-term investors and losing on the short trader especially when the price reaches to the top and suddenly down to the bottom.

You have not mentioned a continuous increase all the time with not drop/crash in the price which I want to see in the price of bitcoin. If the price will grow continuously then people will think it as a more better especially the new comers who do not understand the concept of fluctuations. They will spend their money on bitcoin without any worry and they will invite more people and there will be a huge profit collecting to us. But it is possible only if we invite investors continuously.

honestly, i want it to increase monthly, or daily, but given the scenario of monthly increase, wouldn't it be too easy to predict when will you profit since it will be on a daily or monthly basis? placing an investment will surely be profitable because we will know that it will increase daily or monthly? without hassle? i think bitcoin was not made that way, since it is decentralized, volatility is incredibly high, there is no such way to unify the price movement in such a way it will be predictable.

Everyone's want a positive outcome in cryptomarket, but it will depend on what you are doing, yes everything is possible so bear with this market.

how I talk about the desire for market price movements is quite confusing to want a balanced increase and decrease may never happen and I will not be too concerned about it naturally and how I follow the market price just because some things are profitable and some harm is a natural thing.

I hold more coins for my future purposes so most probably I want this market to grow over time at no specific time. But if you are a trader, you wish for more high volatile so you can enter at any time and make profit. Everyone's want a positive outcome in cryptomarket, but it will depend on what you are doing, yes everything is possible so bear with this market.
Depends with how many players are still willing to play with the market and invest their money, aiming for long term hold indeed is also what I'm planning
making bitcoin as my savings for my future allowing small but continues positive movement that will let me acquire even small earnings in a yearly prospect, as long that it can give me a passive income from my investment then I will still consider that as profits coming from my savings.

Small weekly increase is fine and this will be an advantage for large volume traders but not for small traders like me, although it's a good gain if there's a small gain guaranteed weekly.

A small increase each week will surely give profits rather than just a one time big time increase then lose all your capital investment after a big big dump.  Weekly profits might be a guaranteed profit weekly and might becaome a huge profit in the long run.

If that's the progress we wanted for bitcoin, therefore we need to have more patience in waiting for the exact moment we will be able to achieve that price same as 2017 did. In recovering that loss we had, everybody should develop a principle of not letting go of their bitcoin holdings and learning to be more patient in times of uncertainties. When there's an option to save more of those bitcoins, then go on and always stay calm and chill.

I also like small and slow yet kind of an organic increase. Corrections may happen but also smaller than pump and dump heavy corrections. I think bitcoin will have another huge leap late this year as it will try to bounce back to its previous highs.

I want the price of bitcoin to stabilize and we finally see the growth of altcoins. This is abnormal when altcoin which appeared on the market a year ago is trading below the ICO price. For a year any company conducts many conferences releases and updates its product and the price is lower than the ICO.

All I want for bitcoin is to have a fast or a rapid increase of price so that me and others are highly motivated having a bitcoin in their wallets.

The little or no volatility wont attract investors, the big monthly increases will be through market manipulation which could later lead to market blood bath. I think the small weekly increases is the best because the market will be strengthen before making another pump in price.

It would be nice if Bitcoin will be on the rise once again. It will happen by the end of the year I suppose. Hopefully it would carry up altcoin stocks as well
Well, who knows when it would end up happening, but however it is, I want to believe that what is best for the market is a steady level of increase. There is no doubt that huge spike can be enjoyable at times, with the profit, but the aftermath is usually some crazy one that is always very not so good to witness just like we are now.

More like a 'stay away from the market' kind of period and with that, profit is not actually something you would really want to expect so much.

I had experience in Bitcoin trading more than a year. From this I had analysis, there will be both raise and fall in same month. It will the best chance for the people had trading as full time job.I had quite my job to become full time traders. You have to try this, only if your family independent of your money.I would like to have Big monthly increases.
In my opinion, a price that is consistent and rise steadily. Some times fluctuations are also desirable because it encourages new people to invest at low price. The reason I chose this is that with consistent rise, the trust in Bitcoin will not degrade and it will give some good money in day trading but what we always desire do not happen. The market is operated by the invisible hands and moves towards the desired position when everything else is perfectly working.

High volatility makes people like trading in bitcoin, because they can take advantage of moments and earn profits. i want the bitcoin price this year to exceed the previous highest price
Volatility really gives us a chance to earn high and buy at lowest price, I think this year bitcoin will move upward and price of bitcoin will be higher this quarter, more people are now a buying bitcoin which is increasing the price for almost everyone, so I can confidently say price of bitcoin will be high this year and we will be the bitcoin profit making parties, so yes volatility of bitcoin is really advantageous.

The price of bitcoin right now is still going down but i believed that in the future we will gonna see a very high pump because the deeper the dump the higher the pump for bitcoin.

Well being an economist, it would love to talk about the consistent rising prices of the coin. Stable rising prices mean super profits in the end. But this is not possible and the market price entirely depends on the demand and nothing else.

The exogenous factors can also affect the prices. The fluctuation in the prices has this advantage that it allows the people to enter the market and own some coins at a low cost.

I prefer on having a small weekly increase every week because in this way, most of the traders in the market just like me will be having a very good amount of profit in every week in order to sustain their daily needs.

You mean it will be good for you, because you'll sell and hope for the price to come back down to repeat everything. I bought some coins below $6000 and I don't even care if it jumps back over $10,000 this year. I'm not here to book quick profits. I rather spend my coins than selling them, because that's how you stimulate merchants to start accepting Bitcoin, and to have them remain Bitcoin as payment option. We should show that Bitcoin is indeed a payment tool instead of only a tool to speculate with. Governments will poop their pants when they start noticing Bitcoin is actually enjoying wider usage as currency.

I don’t know how many Bitcoins you had then, but I can pretty much remember that the price of Bitcoin as of earlier 2017 was around $2k+. So if you had like ten Bitcoins as of then before the price of Bitcoin went up to $19k you might have gotten enough profit, so what you should have done is withdraw your money immediately the price started going down. As for the poll question you set up, I chose small weakly increase.

In my case, it would also be the small increments daily or in a weekly basis in price that I want. That way, we can see that we are having steady supports and a balance of supply and demand in the market from people all over the world. We could  play with the price with a hing percentage of earning profits compared to what we are having now where a small recovery from the market will result in an immediate decline of price because there are lots of users who really want to get out out and sell their bitcoin.

I think It could be one of the prime places to look as far as long-term view of bitcoin goes.

All I need for the Bitcoin is to follow a constant increase in the market and some stability because stable market is a favorable market and we feel more comfortable. According to my idea, it's is time to change the whales. Because more whales are now waiting to sell Bitcoins at a high price. But now we want to see new whales with another crypto coin  as the main currency. I think ETH is perfect for that.

Actually I prefer "Big monthly increases" and "A large spike each year" but both occasionally crowded my chest, because during the process it often brings up puzzles a myriad of questions and negative speculation (which can make my head feel broken), therefore I better choose "Small weekly increases"

There are lot of copy car trading platforms where you can connect your exchanges API and based on the decisions taken by experienced traders, you might be able to make some money. Ex: Covesting platform

This might take your mind out of trading
All of us are presenting different choices and all need a favorable market with high value but they do not knowledge about the buying price if goes high then it will be out of the reach and will create difficulties foe people to invest here. I like the Bitcoin for its stable price for the Bitcoin which do not show the big difference and gap between the highest and lowest value.

We have different wishes, but price doesn`t move as we wish it to move, it depends from some other factors. Price had some nice spikes in past years, but not every year, look at the 2014 when price reached 1300 dollars and in 2017 almost 20k dollars, there are periods with small weakly increases. Almost everything that op listed is happening with bitcoin price, all we need to do is to recognize where are we now and where are we heading, more accurate prediction more profit made.
Bitcoin prices holds good at 6k, we are at little volatility at the moment and we can expect big monthly increase, this or next month. I hold bitcoins and wait for next top to sell, learn how to use volatility in your advantage.

Ethereum is never ever going to take place of bitcoin because bitcoin is there for many years. Ethereum can stand next to bitcoin as always but cannot overcome it. The whales are definitely also tired of holding bitcoin for so long and just like many others, they want high prices now. Bitcoin is really in need of great pump. Bitcoin is going to make all of us happy if we keep supporting it till the end of year.

I am prefer choosing small weekly increases. I think if small increasing but continously, it will attracting more investor because bitcoin price looks promising and looks stable. But i think its hard to happen. The most important thing for me is bitcoin price always increasing year on years

The rapid growth of bitcoin in 2017 has brought huge benefits to long-term investors. I hope that the BTC will begin to grow slowly in the next few years to restore people's confidence in it.

Strange question but I will answer. I wish to see how Bitcoin is growing rapidly as I have been holing this cryptocurrency for a very long time. Honestly, it seems to me that the time for its gaining must come soon.

it looks like bitcoin has become a very good coin and can accept all transcations very fast and many so no need to do movement again. the point is only when the delivery can be cheaper and can be faster.

We will give us an opportunity to select or pick.  The best choice or opinion is a small weekly increase. I believe that small but terrible Step by step the value can be increased or even decrease. In case of the emergency, we are free to convert it. Not like monthly increase and others opinion.  But the true nature of the value of the bitcoin is always changing every min every hour. So it could not be happen at all.

I just voted out for small increment over the week and it turns out that more than 60% people want the same and this is quite obvious as no one wants a sudden death in market where Bitcoin jumps up or down suddenly. Bitcoin moving at a constant rate upwards is better for long term investors. But one cannot assume its price movement as it cannot be controlled by a single user or community.

Since I am just an ordinary person that is why I cannot get the movement of the price based on what I understand or what I believe, we have to unite as one if we really wanting to have a great value, if we really want to make the price movement higher or to go uptrend.

It will be good for bitcoin if it will continue slowly going up,sometimes will down a little, then up again more than when it everytime will go down. Much more growing up than to down. That's the good movements of bitcoin in crypto market.

a stable increase would be great but then it could affect altcoins. (because everyone would stay with bitcoin). I think sudden spikes (bullrun) then some period of normality. Bitcoin should stay same and altcoins should go crazy. That is what I would like.

I would like to be agree with you here because same as you I am waiting for the price of bitcoin to be high, I now soon we are going to see the price of bitcoin higher, we need to hold our bitcoin than selling it cheaper, panic selling never give any profit so I will never sell because I want to see it growing more and more in price as well as in demand, so let’s see how it will rock the market this year.

I joined crypto currencies exactly after I have found from what bitcoin started and how finished 2017 year. But the same miracle didn't happen this year. Anyway, we may count the current price as bitcoin's progress, let's be realists, it costed couple of dollars in the most beginning. And I would add the each of us still may have profit on the price's difference like daily.

I usually make long-term investments for a few weeks to a month so I voted for a strong Bitcoin price increase in a month. The market is showing signs of recovery and investors are free to make their own judgments during this time.

I think bitcoin should return to return to 23k  so that those who invested at that amount will not lose so much money. Because at the current price ,is so much loss to them and I believe it will kill their desire for cryptocurrency investments in the future.

Stable up stream price for Bitcoin. Market is Volatile... anything can happened at any given time.. the issues on Banned, Scammer, Hacking and the never ending issue on Regulation affects the price value of Bitcoin. Yet with the good fundamentals of Bitcoin, stable level of market confidence.

Basically there is nothing to blame on the currently and previously, though it seems like a lot of declines or slowly, but of course it's really natural that's easily influenced by many things in this world, it depends on the efforts we do to cover everything. Well.. anyway, for those of us who have been providing various preparations to deal with all that, it will surely good at the end.

It is difficult questions because it is personal first of all. Everyone who has already bought bitcoin wants hight price. People who are only thinking about investing in Bitcoin want the low price. As for me, I want the price of Bitcoin near 10K.

Bitcoin always have extreme volatile and i think that not healthy for investor. Maybe its happen because bitcoin not regulated yet and with negatives news bitcoin price will have high fluctuation.

I prefers the weekly slow increment to the rapidly volatile increment because 'slow and steady wins the race' and this will give room for opportunity for new investors to join the train and invest massively thus increasing the market capitalization and trading volumes gradually and in an investor friendly approach.

Answer is very simple. After consolidation BitCoin will soar to the new high. I expect in near month main trend could be changed.

I have invested in many other investments also and I am completely aware. of this thing investment is not like a magic wound that prices will reach that sky high in a single day, it is the investment and will take time to inflate and there will be no surprises if the valuation will deflate also but if you want my personal opinion that how would I want that how the prices should move then I want that it should move slowly and weekly so that I can get maximum advantage.

Personally, I want stable dynamics for cryptocurrencies. I understand that this is almost impossible at the moment. Bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies are very volatile. In 5 years, when all the laws and regulations are formed, it will be easier for Us to live.

For example, I'm waiting for the price to rise, the higher the price the better it will be for us. When a stable price increase is good for the whole market.

I rather prepare a large spike at end of the year because I prefer for a long-term investment. And for me to feel at ease since market price can change anytime within a day and if preparing for a weekly or short-term price movement it will just cause me to panic and might give me big losses because it would tempt me to sell my bitcoin at all.

That's a good question. After all, the strategy depends on the growth of bitcoins. I prefer small weekly increases. I expect to make a profit after a certain time. I like to study and analyze the prospects of the chosen currency.
