Currently BTC prices have been hovering at 6000, and if the BTC prices fell to $5000, $4000 should be not far off, the market is confirmed in the bear market, want to rise to $20000, you may need a couple of years. :D :D :D

I think that anything is possible when it comes to the prices of bitcoin at this point, way too much money is leaving the market every week which negatively affecting the price of bitcoin. If bitcoin breaks this 6000 barrier then there is no telling how far the prices of the coin will end up falling after that. People should stop panic selling so much

I still believe most of the resistance around $6000 will hold, I could be wrong in this because really there is no way of saying which way bitcoin will go from here. It may go up or down. I do think even if it goes down I don't think it will reach as low as $4000.

I am thinking the same. It can go 4000 usd. As many exchanges may be upgrading their systems and anti-money laundering procedures. Also some one mentioned that Italy just banned Bitcoin. If this is true then BTC will surely go fall to 4000$ even lower.

It may. But the drop in the value after last years october have balanced itself around 6K$ and I believe we are going to a bull rather than a bear in the near future. $6K has maintained itself as the lowest value for bitcoin for some time now.

Its quite likely for bitcoin to go as down as 4000 dollars and I think that's the lowest it will go before it starts recovering which can be as far as a few months away. We should expect the worse and if that doesn't happen then we'll be nicely suprised.

No one can say for sure. But if we do drop further from 5800USD, next support is at 5000 only. And if we somehow manage to go beyond 5k, then there is no support till 3000. However I think we will go sideways from here onwards and see some good alt pumps.

$4000 I think is a possible price level and we could see it quite soon. But the bull raise will be extremely strong after this huge dump and I don't think it will take more than a year or even a half of it.

I don't think it will fall to the price level of $4000 and also it needs two years to reach $20K because for me it looks like $6000 is the bottom level so the price may not fall below that too much and in 2017 the price raised from $1000 to $20000 in one year so even one year is possible to reach that kind of value.

Yeah, I take this possibility into account, because big whales need to accumulate big position of BTC. In order to do it they provoke panic sell and makes other people to sale in loss, they play on your emotions, make you nervous and this is their strategy

I don't think that Bitcoin's price will fall below 5000 in the near future. The fall of bitcoin is a temporary situation associated with speculation in the crypto-currency market.

I don't think that Bitcoin price will be able to dump to under $6000 just because of this downward trend :). It's a big dump but not big enough to make Bitcoin price dump to $4000 ;D. If you're waiting to buy Bitcoin at $4000 I think you'll have to wait until the end of your life cause it'll not happen one more time ;D

That's the only answer for your question. The price is already at $6k and $4k isn't far away from it. And given the volatile nature of Bitcoin I don't think it will take much for the price to fall below that price range. You should look at it as a good buying opportunity instead of fearing it as the Bitcoin network is working just fine.

Earlier I would have said that it is impossible, but now I look at how the market is jumping and I understand that they can lower up to 5, 4,so that whales are bought, since a lot of positive news is simple,and large giants who are now in this market have entered,so I can say one thing,now anything,as Whales will say there and go,though up,though down,as they decide, so it will be!

The bitcoin will never fall lower than $4000. The absolute bottom will be in the next 4 weeks, around $4800. The turn will be sharp and strong, supported with positive news, the sharp candle will carry away the price to the region of $6000, and it will be only the beginning. Altcoin go after chock, falling and a turn will concern them too.

Yeah, nothing is predictable as it is right now and the price can turn to any angle at all. There is going to be some support at $5000 and I am eagerly looking forward to the price action here anyway but that might actually be just for the short term and nothing too serious as the move may just get towards $7500 and we will be lucky if it even gets close to $10000 before we see the continuation of the downtrend, but until then, I guess we will have to wait and see how things will turn out.

Whales play major role in manipulation of the crypto market. Whales usually pump and dump particular coins in crypto market in order to gain profit. Its true indeed, that whales will never let BTC crash to a level where they will experience severe loss, but no one knows how much amount whales are holding currently and how they plan on manipulating the market. They might even wait for the market to crash more, in order to get BTC at low prices are earn some bulk amount.

Don't forget that everything is possible in the crypto world  :D Do I personally think that Bitcoin will drop to $4000? No I don't, but that's just my opinion. You guys can clearly see that this market is so volatile, which means that it's basically impossible to predict where Bitcoin's price will go, but 4k is too low imo. There's a massive support around the 6K number and that's not bad at all. BTC needed this in order to continue going up slow and steady in the near future. $4000 is too low a price. The price has dropped too low for it to drop further again. I think it won't be too long before we have another bull run that will make the price shot to a higher price, probably twice the current price. But the price can easily drop again if we have some series of fudes.

The reason is that if real Bitcoin is not a potential bubble, the volume of trading will decrease but in fact, investors are quietly buying BTC and speculating for big profits. According to my personal analysis, it can be clearly seen that the current exchange rate of BTC is the stepping stone for phenomenal growth in the next period.

I don't think so, the price of BTC cannot go below 5k. 4000 dollars is not in our technical analysis pattern at all. It seems to be struggling around 6k now, but soonest, we will all see something different.

Panic selling of people can surely feel discomforting to many firm investors for a while, but trust me its beneficiary for the long run as weak investors step out of the market by cashing out and what remains are firm investors therefore providing more stability to the market later on.

BTC prices have been hovering between 6000-8000$ for quite long now. I wouldn’t be surprised if it drops at 4000$ mark as the market is in bearish trend.

But crypto market being volatile in nature can just as easily recover as it has dropped. Some good news and we will see bullish trend again. Bitcoin can rise to 20000$ in a month or in a year or 10. No one surely knows, therefore hodling your coins is a great option.

Big inverstors are running away from crypto. They feel it's too risky even for them. Noone is buying coins except some irresponsable guys that want to become rich by investing a lot of money in a very very very risky operation.

I feel that bitcoin will bottom out at 5000$ as market conditions are not good and no positive outcome from any quarter to stabilize this market at this point. It can drop a bit from here also but lot of things depends on regulations by many countries which are expected in next 6 months or so.

Yeah i think it can go as low as 3000 and i don't now if it will take 2 years to reach it's ATH again but yeah i get the idea it's gonna take some time to get back to those levels but the important thing is the trend reversal as long as we know that we're no longer in a bear market then you know it's just a matter of momentum but people need to keep it real it may take a while to see that $20 000/BTC again

I can't understand what is the logic behind this drop to 4k? It's just not gonna happen.

First of all, I am definitely willing to wait a couple of years to have a 500% profit from my investment, the problem is that there is no guarantee of Bitcoin reaching that price. Also, I don`t think it will fall lower then 4000$, at least not this year.

There's no guarantee but you have nothing to lose. Just wait and see, you can sell it anytime for your buy price.

No I don't think bitcoin price will drop too $4k as the price is now stable at $8k chd now there is no going back as the support is looking good as there was a throwback at $8.5k but the market stabilized there too and now the price will again boost up in a few days.

At this moment, I don't really think that it will fall that much given that recently, its market value have crossed the 7000usd mark in an instant. Although at this ooint. its market value is again strugging at eight, it is more impossible for its market value to fall under four. Just avoid selling in order to not lose profit because it will be an advantage when the market again, starts to rise. We just have to be patient so do not panic.

In my own opinion, the price of bitcoins will never drop below $4k dollars because there are a lot of people right now who are investing so there will be higher demands in the market today which will never makes the price to drop at $4k.

Decreasing up to $4k dollars is possible if most of the people will sell their coins but as of now, the market is green and it might continuously increasing up to december just like what happened last year.

Maybe a news related to some absolute bans or severe regulations. I don't see the lost interest of investors can be a reason if such dump happens. Interest in BTC is growing and BTC has a decent support at $5800. Price won't fall below it. $4000 is near to impossible unless and until there is some negative sentiment in the community because of some negative news. That only can kill the demand.

I really think it will rise above $ 6000. If it drops below $ 6k, many will panic. And many are disappointed. But I see now the changes are starting to increase. Maybe at the end of the year will soar.

There are too many investors of bitcoins this year so there is no possible way for the price to go down below $6k dollars and investing right now will be your best chance to earn more profit since the market will still go back to normal after a few months.

You see the price today it's already 8000 dollars and I think your prediction 20,000 dollars happen in the next couple of years will happen this year again because next month you will and most people see bitcoin pump very high. agree with your opinion, if bitcoin price dropped until $4000 it will be disaster for every crypto enthusiast, and it may some of crypto enthusiast rethink to hold their investment. it will impact to ICO drastically, they might lost investor's interest and needed for long time period to held tokensale.

As far as I am concerned, we can say that the price of bitcoin will drop to 4000 dollars and do not. We did not know if this dropping price reach 4000 dollars. Though it may seems so close, but i don't think it will ever happen. As we have observed, bitcoin is down to 5,000$ in number of occasions this year but does it go below than that? Bitcoin manage to rise back when it hits that mark and i think 4,000$ is impossible all time low this year.

thats right ,  people will always look forward to buy a bitcoin as soon as it drops to a much lower price , so i think it is totally impossible for the value to go down sharply . i believe 6k is already the bottom because no matter how the price fluctuates , the base value is always staying at 6k level . right now , all of us are already expecting for a recovery and a new ath because we are now on the fourth quarter of they year . therfor this is not a good time to talk about the the dip .

I don't think bitcoin price will drop to 4000$, and i also don't think will drop under 5500$. I think that last months of this year the price will start grow and also can go over 8000$. But 4000$ will be to low to cover miners electricity i think, even if they not paid so high price in some countries (0.14$/kw).

Anything is possible with bitcoin.One day the price is very high and the very next day the price will fall.As we can see the graph of previous months ,this situation can be possible.Falling down to 4000 dollar is very common.But their is nothing to panic.Bitcoin will recover and soon it will reach a great height in coming years.

At the moment we can see that Bitcoin price has droped few hundred dollars so probably there are some who predict it will not stop there but go all the way down to 4000$.
It's not impossibe scenario having in mind how unpredictable Bitcoin can be and how easily price can change but to my opinion this will not happen. In fact I expect slight price growth by the end of the year.
