6. Every offers can not be modified. You can add new offers.
7. Ipo lasts 10 days.

1. Register on https://nxt-e.com. And the go into nxt-e.com profile page(click your user name on upper right corner)
2. Get your BTC deposit address and set your NXT address(very important)
3. Deposit funds to the address, either BTC or NXT and get transaction id(Txid);
4. Get your IPO ID from profile page.
5. Return to here and post your transaction in the following format:

How funds spend:

Shareholder privileges:
 
1. All shareholders get dividend every day. Dividend = All income * 50% * your shares/100,000.

PS： Definition of  'Dutch Auction'

I saw someone replied as soon as this post appeared.
I realized there must be something weired so I replied to squeeze into this.
After I read the post throughly, I thought this IPO is not bad (except those insiders).
This site looks pretty safe (Dgex remember?) and its fast coin confirmation both make me think the coder really wanna work on this.


It is good that first 20 can get 100 shares (actually not many so those top 20 spam can't really harm this IPO I think).
Another reason I think it good is that NXT really goes well (see the 1600 pages of NXT).
Maybe I am wrong but I still get into it... Decide yourself.

insider spam is pretty.... dirty... but everyone should see deeper I think.

While many IPO really cheated a lot, we shouldn't comment so fast.
Every event have insiders, stocks, sales, votes, etc. They always get things dirty.

BUT, see the nxt-e site before you comment. Ive tried different ways to attack it cuz I think it should be a sh*t if this is a fake IPO.
However, their protection and security level is high! And their code is not visible on server so no one can see. A scammer is not likely to make such a good site.

The point I didn't join immediately is that I wanna wait for ADMIN's reply and interactions with users to make sure this IPO's value.

With the cryptsy, bter, dgex and inevitable other BIG established exchanges, how the fuck are you going to compete? You aren't and you know it. 2. If you let your NXT sitting in your account, you get nothing. Invest on us, you can get dividend EVERYDAY.

I am so shocked that I have to break so easy staff down to you. Let's just say about dividend.

As you said, if you had 500 share, and you get 0.25% of incomes(100%*0.5*500/100000).  24h volume from dgex is 390948.00, aprox 400,000.

Trading fees are charged two ways(buy and sell), which means total volume is 800,000NXT. 800,000*0.15%*0.25% = 3 NXT. Let me know how much nxt will be added when sitting in your account?

And Let me ask you one thing. How many coins are being traded in dgex? only ONE(btc).  We are going to list way more than one, which means the volume will be way higher than 800,000.

And you think we take 90% of incomes(not profit). Have you ever run a web site and/or firm yet? If you have, you must know there are so many expenses that you can't image.

And you think the shares that are purchased form us are dead in their accounts? NO. Shares can be traded.
Give you one very easy understandable reason, why they want to trade our shares. Parking their NXT here to get dividend is better than nothing. It's even better if price goes up.

As a programmer , I have found some flaw on the WEB AND UE.

1. On the TOP nav, THE right two button is not Horizontal.And on the moble the right toggle button is not look good(also the Horizontal problem).
