BUT As a Chinese, your site is not suite for me.
There is no Chinese manager on the support chat.
In the Chinese chat, many people talk about the security authentication but no one can answer.
I think you should use the double authentication AND there is another problem that many people can't receive the email.
As a programmer , I have found some flaw on the WEB AND UE.

1. On the TOP nav, THE right two button is not Horizontal.And on the moble the right toggle button is not look good(also the Horizontal problem).

2. I can't receive the email.
3. On the support bottom, the send DIV look not good
   There should be a padding . AND when the input box is focused, the input should be bigger just like the DISQUS.

AND that's all. I just think you should be more good, so I hope you will make the UI have less flaw.You know, the DGEX look so Ugly.Chinese need a good and suitable exchang site .

So let me get this straight: people will at most end up with 500 shares of 100 000 shares, meaning 0.5% while you have 90% of the shares.
And you are going to have a 0.15% fee?

How many billion NXT have to go through your exchange before people even get back their investment?

With the cryptsy, bter, dgex and inevitable other BIG established exchanges, how the fuck are you going to compete? You aren't and you know it. But since you are sitting on 90% of the shares, while letting NXTers fund the entire project, you can make a nice little profit before inevitably dissapearing into obscurity with these guys investments.

It may not be a IPO scam, but it's one of the worst deals I have seen

It's pretty straightforward.
1. The shares can be traded after exchange market opens.
2. If you let your NXT sitting in your account, you get nothing. Invest on us, you can get dividend EVERYDAY.

More important, the smart investors do not focus only on dividend.  The venture capitals invest millions of dollars even when some startups still lose money. They invest on future. If you can't  understand it, please leave cryptocoin communities and go fuck WALL street first.

BTW, what makes you think we can't beat dgex or other inevitable other BIG established exchanges. They are not the first exchange market when they come out.

The point is: you are getting NXTers to fund your project while hoarding 90% of theshares for yourself. That is downright bad and got nothing to do with investing. No sane person would invest in such a shitdeal

What's wrong with funding our project? It's called VENTURE CAPITAL. If you can't understand the meaning of what I said above,  NO one asks you to invest on us.. It's way beyond your intelligence.

If there had been fair distribution of shares then you could've called this an investment. Hoarding 90% while letting the NXT community fund the project is not fair. I am simply pointing out the obvious that seems to have been missed by most people here.
You present it as a big deal that you are going to pay out dividends DAILY, but omit the fact that these dividends will be neglible.

I am so shocked that I have to break so easy staff down to you. Let's just say about dividend.

As you said, if you had 500 share, and you get 0.25% of incomes(100%*0.5*500/100000).  24h volume from dgex is 390948.00, aprox 400,000.

Trading fees are charged two ways(buy and sell), which means total volume is 800,000NXT. 800,000*0.15%*0.25% = 3 NXT. Let me know how much nxt will be added when sitting in your account?

And Let me ask you one thing. How many coins are being traded in dgex? only ONE(btc).  We are going to list way more than one, which means the volume will be way higher than 800,000.

And you think we take 90% of incomes(not profit). Have you ever run a web site and/or firm yet? If you have, you must know there are so many expenses that you can't image.

And you think the shares that are purchased form us are dead in their accounts? NO. Shares can be traded.
Give you one very easy understandable reason, why they want to trade our shares. Parking their NXT here to get dividend is better than nothing. It's even better if price goes up.

Not to mention we do have other plans to grow our web site beside just charging trading fees.

OH, but i think , you will have a lot of nxt. AND these nxt will get more when the client connect to the net .i think these should be think as a income.
