When I signed up to the site the visually appealing colors definitely enticed me into the site. The sign up process was quick and simple and I had no trouble at all. I started up the demo to get the hang of the game, first thing I noticed was the soothing music that accompanied it. Usually I mute all the sounds when gambling but this was unique and I actually enjoyed it. The options to switch between (BTC, mBTC and uBTC) was quite satisfying since I'm used to playing with mBTC.

You have so easy sign up process, I could sign up easily from mobile browser. Probably you may give us an option to create an account without email. Use username and password, email could be optional thing. Signing in using username and password is easier than using email IMO. Regarding the site, for the first time I'm a little bit confuse with the Menus on the left side as they are symbols only. I need to check it one by one to see what are they. Maybe adding a simple word under the symbols/images would be better for new players. I also would like to suggest to reduce the withdrawal fee, currently it is 0.001 which is a big amount IMO. Give options to pay the withdraw fees in 3 different ways: LOW MEDIUM and HIGH. The fees should be updated based on the recent blockchain network.

It's a unique take on slot based games, and I like how well it is designed. It appears very polished, and has a nice modern look to it, so well done on that. The one thing I don't like? The fact that you keep "bragging" about using the MersenneTwister for provably fair, and claiming it's 100% random. This is not true (unless I'm wrong on something)

Disclaimer: I have not closely looked at your provably fair code, but I do believe it is vulnerable.

Given that it is a shuffle based implementation with the MersenneTwister, I believe that the casino can create optimized decks to use against players, to give themselves a higher house edge. It's called Shufflepuff (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1494470.0), and I would like to hear about how you combat the methods used to actually provide a 100% random game. In theory, you would be easily able to generate starting decks that have a bias towards certain outcomes, irrespective of the seed, and heavily increase your house edge. I think that you have a even narrower search space than Roulette, which can be rigged to have an 87.5% chance of getting black (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1494470.msg15071925#msg15071925) (or red, depending on what you wanted). In theory, you would be able to 'rig' the bets of a highroller, and give them a very high house edge. This could be very unfair for the player and make results not fully random while still verifying as provably fair.

Before using the site, I've searched to see if it's legit. There is one accusation (https://steemit.com/help/@sieemma/warning-scam-alert-trueflip-io), but I can believe this is referal abuse that got caught. This is nothing to worry about.
What I don't like though is that trueflip responds to the above link and on Bitcointalk too (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1983595.msg19754449#msg19754449) by publishing email addresses and an IP address. I'm pretty sure this is a violation of your own privacy policy (see "DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION"). May I suggest to edit those posts?
Because of this privacy risk, I'll only use trueflip.io through VPN.
The Conditions say I'm required to send full identification before being able to withdraw. If that's enforced, it means I can never withdraw, as I'm not willing to do that in any online casino. I highly value my privacy.

Contrary to what several users above me say, the sign up process is not as smooth as it should be. When creating my account, I click the big Sign Up button, and get a popup  saying "Confirm that you are not a robot". Unfortunately, there is no captcha to be found.
It takes reloading the page for recaptcha to show up. After entering my details for the second time, it works.

Now the action: back to Chain's Code!
I had to search for the demo, but it turns out to be the very big button that I overlooked. The units are a bit weird (1 equals 20 μBTC). Instead of 20 μBTC, I would have choosen either "20 bits" or "0.02 mBTC, which are more common names.
I can't change "μBTC" into another unit, despite showing up and down arrows next to it.

What confuses me, is that it never says I lost. In demo mode, I don't see my balance change, so I can only speculate: If I bet 2000 μBTC and win 1000 μBTC, does that mean my balance went down 1000 μBTC? I'm used to online (Bitcoin) casinos that tell me whether I won or lost.
I did win 3 and 5 times my wagered a few times in demo. BINGO! Most of the time though I effective lose the bet, even though it wins a small amount.
You should probably change the use of the word "BINGO!" when it says "BINGO! YOU WON 0 μBTC". "SORRY!" would fit the loss better.

Regarding Registration, you should make two separate buttons "Sign-in" and "Register"
Right now it's one unique "Sign In / Up" button on the top, and if you already have an account you need to make two clicks:

1 - Click "Sign In / Up" button
2 - then on the modal click again "Sign In"

Many time I end up typing my user & password in the "Create your account"  section and then have to type it again when I realize my mistake, not really "User-Friendly" in my opinion.

But when it comes to the actual game Chain's Code, the User Experience is simply awesome, it's by far your most addictive and the most fun game today.

A cool project, when the user community of crypto currency will become a lot more, I think the centralized lottery will die out. Some added games in real time in part looks like a casino. I believe in the project.
I like that the game "Cnain's Code" has a demo mode where you can try and understand what your chance to win. The concept of the game comes easily and quickly. The interface is friendly and even a child will master it. Bets can be made very small and it pleases.
For lazy push buttons there is a function of automatic bets. The balance can be replenished easily and quickly.

The user interface looks cool and friendly, when first enter the site no need to bother to understand first before creating an account it's very easy to understand. On the sign up page it's very simple there just need an email, password and some requirements that must be approved. Honestly when entering the Chain's code game I do not understand how to play it and how to win. But there is also some help for people who do not understand how to play this game, including me it's very helpful. The game design also cool. I was also very impressed that this might be the first or the only one to have iTech Labs certification for this game.

A few hours I tried using TrueFlip. In the case of Sign in I say it's very easy for everyone to do. I think everyone is obliged to use Two Auth to minimize losses from the TrueFlip company, this also makes the admin not so hassle to deal with technical problems that will arise on the next day. The demonstrations that are displayed in my opinion are quite interesting.
The design displayed on the web in my opinion does not provide clear information to users, especially in terms of "account settings". If I am allowed to give advice please clarify or enlarge for account setting issues. The design made quite crowded so that in that case there might be some users feel difficulties.
I have not made a deposit on Trueflip, but there is one that makes me confused because there is no minimum deposit specified by the company. Unlike withrawal, there are already nominal provisions.

CONCLUSION :
Overall, I feel like using the web design as shown by the first launch, I'm sure the management will improve and innovate so that trueflip can compete with other competitors.
This review was done a few hours before I wrote on this tread, so overall I have used almost all the features shown.

So that's my short Review of TrueFlip and it's amazing slot machine called Chain's Code. First I should say that I've been supporting the company since it's ICO in which I participated as well as in bounty campaign. I believe in TrueFlip team, that they will manage to implement all the milestones of their vision and make this start up a real unicorn which will trade on stock exchanges among such business giants like Facebook, Amazon etc. I do believe in it!

Now concerning my experience with Chain's Code. That's another cool, and what's more important, fair game along with Pirate Bay, Rapid to the Moon and of course Flip's Star. Being a true TFL hodler  ;D I had some funds (500k satoshi) on the balance received from quarter Master Flip game. I used these funds to test out Chain's Code and how it works. In the first 15 minutes I had several rather big wins (x60, x30, x10). I used 2k bets and made only manual ones (no automatic bets), so that my balance grew over 700k very quickly)) To say I was surprised by my luck would be an understatement)) But then my bluebird flew away and I lost half of the winning. But I do not get upset, I'm sure I would be lucky again next time I play Chain's Code. Probably today or tomorrow lol  ;D

Concerning the bugs I found. I faced only one issue - when you're making manual bets for a long time, the "counter" gets mad)) And suddenly begins to roll the numbers constantly and do not stop no matter how much time you wait for it. I did not know the site, but I found the name and address very easy to remember. The registration is very simple and fast, only a few seconds. The first reaction on the site is positive, an excellent layout, good color choice and many designs.

I checked my account and found positive that the company address and name is displayed. Unfortunately I have noticed that the BTC addresses used are not segwit. Which is a shame, since addresses of this type have much lower rates. But the option to be able to convert other currencies quickly is very interesting. Also has the option of credit card.

I also found it slow to transition between screens to find new games. It takes quite a while when compared to other sites. Maybe you could have a choice to decrease the number of animations to make the site faster. Since most of the animations do not interest me and are very childish. Could also have some faucet for small values. They help you test the site before taking a greater risk.

The gaming options could be bigger. And with different values. I found the choices very standardized. Could also have a live chat, it is often interesting to use it for distraction.

But the biggest absence is not having an option in the Portuguese language.

Got my prize, thank you. One thing that I saw was that the withdraw paid 40sat/byte, and I was charged a 0.001BTC withdraw fee. That's incredibly high in the current fee environment, as 1sat/byte is enough to get into the next block. (http://) I urge you to get better fee estimation to remain competitive against other casinos with significantly lower fees. (I was charged 226 satoshis for a BetKing withdraw I did earlier today, which is much lower)

-As every bet is taken 50% from cash 50% from bonus, does it mean in total we have to wager 70 times the bonus amount because only 50% from what we wager is coming from bonus balance?

My thoughts:
* Bet amounts and winnings should be standardized. Players bet in BTC values, but the payout table shows win amounts of a few hundred. It's not too clear what they represent (0.1 mBTC). It might be a good idea to move the player balance into 0.1 mBTC units to avoid confusion and to make the winning amounts more clear.
* Minor suggestion, but the lines display (https://i.imgur.com/xKqohHo.png) at the bottom should be clickable and open up the prompt that shows you all of the lines. Most/all of the slots I've played in the past have the paytable/lines openable from that area, so I struggled a bit to find the paytable/lines.
* When a win occurs, it might be a good idea to draw the winning lines so that it's immediately visible to the player. I couldn't figure out where my winnings came from easily.

The game was a bit confusing to me when I first opened it, and it took quite a bit of time to understand how the payouts worked. This could be improved. I also couldn't find the house edge anywhere. (shoutout to those claiming it will give you a big profit)

i think mining factory has a good user interface. the game interface is incredibly high quality and impressive. it's fast and easy to navigate through.  my problem is on the music and spin sound effect. it's so loud and a bit annoying. there is only the option to turn off the music. maybe it will be better if you can adjust the volume.
then, i've tried to spin. when i got my first winning, i'm a little bit confused about the paylines. after i took a time to explore the menu, i can find all fixed paylines on information/help menu on top right corner of the slots (so maybe i rather read the help menu first before i playing some games). i can see clearly the lines animation if we hit the winning combination.
For mobile users, The games are all available to be played in no-download formats, so they are available to play on the majority of mobile devices. Overall, I would say that mining factory is worth to play.

The only thing is that the multiplier function is not clear, I would like to see integers there. It has good graphic and animation, first when i open it i though it will be very laggy, since i use low spec laptop, but it run pretty smooth and well, and i didn't find a problem with the animation. The system infected virus thing (https://imgur.com/a/qELSgji) is pretty neat too, you can get free spins with an animation thats looks like on movie or film, so i will not get bored with it.
I try this game on mobile too, well it run pretty good in my phone, its a little bit laggy(or maybe its just my phone too old) but not a big problem, since its just freeze about 1 sec or so and its pretty rare in my case, still playable and enjoyable if you want to play it on mobile device.
So far, this game is playable on pc or mobile device, but for better experience, maybe playing on pc its good choice.

I want to give suggestion but all of it already said by other people above.

I played for almost 1 hour on this game and it reminds me of the normal FIAT slot games on the FIAT online casinos. The graphic of this game is one of the best on the current market of crypto's casino. Overall the user experience during the game is satisfying with good sounds and animations effects.

I decided to try out trueflips brand new game available. I can safely say I fell in love with it. It feels a lot like normal slot machines but with a wonderful UI. The game sounds are perfect for me and are pleasing to the ear, it is definitely worth it to play with the sound enabled unlike what I usually do when muting the sound. The game plays perfectly on my laptop with no lag anywhere optimized well.

I will try out the game on my phone later to see how well it runs there but I have good expectations for it. The game definitely isn't for those competitive gamblers who try to find the lowest house edge game, but more those casual gamblers who play just for fun. This game is made for them. The colourful graphics of the game are quite suitable as well and make the game more enjoyable for me the casual gambler who just plays for fun. I would definitely recommend this game for everyone to play :)

I've played Mining Factory and got addicted to it as I love slots. First, I played on a small screen, but after finding out that it's not confortable, I switched off to a big one.That's when the whole gambling process started. The interface is very simple and clear. Though I couldn't understand the rules for the first time it took some time to get it and then I enjoyed playing. Unfortunately I was unlucky to win often, but when I won somthing, it was a big win. After filling the water tank I got access to the bonus game, but I couldn't get the biggest bonus. A long time I couldn't understand if the water level in the water tank was going to be saved if I leave now and want to continue later, but appeared to be true. The playing process is saved well, so you don't waste your time and money at this point.
My friend was lucky enough to get rich for 0.1 BTC after filling the water tank for the first time.
Maybe next time a big luck will happen to me :)

I played about 3 times the trial version. I lost all money twice (made some winnings) and on the third one I got some gains. This is the image of my biggest winning. For a initial 0.01 BTC, I ended up with 0.0138, which is a 38% gain in a few minutes. Very good, however I lost all Money in my first 2 tries lol

I played on an Android version 7.0. The game ran smooth and the graphics and sounds are very beautiful and I had a pleasant experience.

I liked the full screen mode, however it kept going to normal mode when I moved my phone, so I played in normal screen. When I won the prize, I was already in normal screen mode, as you can see in the screenshot.

I was a bit confused about the game at first too. I agree with darkstar and there should be some lines explaining what combo made the winning. Great and very fun game.

Overall experience
Unfortunately, I didn't win with real Bitcoins, but I only played a few rounds for real.
I regretted playing "Try for free", when my 0.01 BTC suddenly turned into 0.051 BTC. I don't really know what happened, and I missed the chance to screenshot it, but my balance went up a lot. It was gone just as fast.
For playing with real Bitcoin, it would be nice if wagering smaller amounts was possible.

I just tried out this new game mining factory, and I find it quite enjoyable. When I opened it I was greeted with the lovely sounds of the game and the vivid colours as well. I had to try out the demo since I had no funds on my account and it was quite fun compared to other slots I have played. The amount of lines available is quite nice as well.
Every so often I got virus detected and got 3 free spins out of nowhere which is great and a good way to keep on playing and possibly making more btc. Maybe I can eventually build up enough energy in the tube and see what prize it gives out in the end once you hit 2000.
To me the game is wonderful and it's better than other slots out there. I didn't manage to hit anything large in the end though but maybe I will have luck eventually.

From someone that didn't deposit, and of course, speaking from the POV of a new-comer, the overall structure, layout and design of the website itself is absolutely stunning. The only downside to having it mostly flash-like based, is the lack-of-speed in terms of for those without decent stats on there phone(s) and/or computer(s).In saying that, my computer has about 8GB ram and is mediocre, but it still was having quite the lag-load problem here.

I liked the free lottery, but it's over unfortunately. So I switched off to the new game. The game is a bit greedy but when you win, you win a lot. Especially when your bet is big at the moment. Well I will start off by saying I am a novice at gambling and know only a few things about slots etc. But when I tested this game out, I was excited. I have got to be honest. The game was jaw dropping beautiful. Its the kind of game slot machines strive to be but fall short.
When I started playing the game I got very few wins but when I do get a win its pretty big. My few complaints are that the bonus game requirement of 2000 points is quite large to be honest. I mean according to your pay table a 5 in a row in 1 line gives you 40 points. That kind of sucks to be honest. Especially if your playing a lot but get very few of those energies and bust. It kind of sucks knowing you will have to leave it partially full.
My other problem is that it kind of lags for me. It doesnt lag to the point of tearing my computer apart, but the lag is noticeable and its is frustrating at times.

Got a little bit excited for this one since its looks like a slot jackpot on arcade, never play like this online before, only from arcade, but it give me nostalgic feeling when i play it on arcade, although its a little bit different from it. I have never heard of this place before and I wanted to check it out but like on first second of clicking I had to be sent away.

My review: I recently saw your new game robby the illusionist and decided to try it out. While playing it I checked out if the lines are changeable but I guess not as I couldnt figure out how to change them. Then I adjusted my bet and started to play, it was quite fun to say the least. I managed to hit 8 free spins while playing which was quite impressing for me as I am pretty unlucky on slots. On the visual side I love the colours of the slot and the animations it has. I really love the mascot for this game being a swordfish compared to the other games. The game contains simple card symbols being clubs, hearts, clovers and spades but also wilds and more. The sounds on the slot are pretty amazing as well making sure I always have my sound on so I can listen. It is quite a fun game that you guys have created.

Hello Trueflippers, Nice addition to the great list of games you have, the only comment/suggestion that I would be able to give out would be to have an option to choose which lines you wanted to be active, 27 lines is quite a lot compared to the usual I have played with. Also to have that provably fair thing you have available for players to check after each regular spin, I didn't see an option for that and would be great if that will be in there too.

Edit: a little bit of error with the calculator, 27 lines at 0.4 each total must be 10.8 , currently it shows 10 total.

Last Edit: Even if the RTP is 95% meaning it has 5% house edge, I find this game quite amusing even if I was playing FUN tokens. Can't wait to try it of something that can be really really fun. Would love to play it with eth as eth is the only available for me at the moment, but it will get converted to btc value.

Checkah Heart is Dashing
I opened the game on mobile and my views of the game 'Robby the Illusionist' are from the perspective of mobile play.
Opening the game was easy, a clean loading page appeares in front of me with a loading bar.
(Went from 0% to 100% real quick) on my samsung galaxy s10e phone it took only about 60 seconds to load and the game appeared.
WOW! Way to go Trueflip, the presentation itself seem to compete and beat betsofts games in my opinion!
Not only is it a unique game which I love, its got a bonus spims feature and seems to pay out fairly good! ;)
I like the color scheme, the objects on the reels and the sounds. It all makes asthetic sense to me somehow making it very appealling.
The gameplay is great! Even while rapidly playing my phone keeps up at no loss of quality while playing ^^.

Hello. I found the graphics in this game very good. Almost too good for my old android phone to handle.
I loved the smoothness of it from hitting the spin button to the spin of the reels.
I enjoy almost any game with lots of wilds so its without saying I enjoyed this one. Is give it an out of ten. Good work guys!
To add to my earlier review. I mentioned i would like to see a more mobile friendly version of the game
but other than that i would like to have the pay out structure a little more clear as it was a little difficult to understamd at first glance.
I also feel like it might not be a good game if your into fewer big wins over more smaller wins.

The game is exactly what I would expect from the TrueFlip team. It's totally unique, stylish, has a comprehensive payout structure and most importantly, high multipliers that allow for big wins. I didn't see anything regarding what the house edge is on this game. I didn't find any bugs, perhaps that is due to the fact that I ran out of funds before I could find one.  The gameplay was smooth and very fast. In my opinion, you guys already know that this game kicks a** and is superior to other cookie cutter slots. You just needed an excuse to show it off. I think adding a demo mode or allowing for flipcoin(FLC), play for fun tokens would be a nice addition. I played the other slot game in demo mode for about an hour before. Other than that, I wouldn't suggest changing anything.

Upon opening up the game, first impression is pretty good - credit goes to the following points:
• UI is clean
• Controls are placed conveniently without any “max bet” traps
• Symbols for the icons are clearly defined & goes a long way in reducing confusion
• Framing of Slot is pretty AND without Color clashes (important for less eye strain after long hours)

After playing with the slot for awhile, there is some room for slight changes via the following points:
• Graphics showing win combination could be scaled down as it could get tiresome
• To trigger “Big Win”, the lower limit could be adjusted (Big Win showed 3x bet amount, doesn’t align with expectations)
• Mode for instant/faster spins could be enabled, another way is to reduce the Delay in between the win before I can start to spin

Other than these 2 gripes, overall I would say that TrueFlip has done an exemplary job with the development of the game. With all these custom-development titles, I’m really looking forward to the next release!

Hey, I wanted to add my thoughts about your new game ✨Robbie The Illusionist.✨. First the graphics are beautiful and on point as always and I really didn’t mind the sound which usually I would keep on mute. The flow of the images and the smoothness of the animations were great and I didn’t see any visual bugs.  Winning always makes a game receive great reviews. At first I thought it was never going to win any of my spins but then I hit the great win shown in the image below-  and was very happy with  that amazing result.
